Amazing! We chose the Hilton because it was conveniently located across the road from the airport express terminal, and offered 5 star luxury. It did not disappoint. From when we first arrived off a 13 hr flight and ordered room service, we were amazed by the quality of the food, the huge portions and how cheap it was compared to Europe. The following morning, the breakfast buffet overwhelmed us - there were 9-10 food stations covering cuisine from Europe, Malaysia, India, China, Japan - and impeccable service. Later that night, we visited Chinatown (bad move!) and my wife had here purse stolen from her handbag. We didn't realise until we got back to the hotel - no problem, the concierge paid the taxi and passed the receipt to reception to charge back to our room - amazing! The excellent band, Silver Gypsies, playing the in the lobby got us back into the romantic mood with a playlist of love songs, as did the complimentary glass of Moet for my wife to help her get over the distress of being pick pocketed - big shout out to the lobby bar! The hotel pool complex was fantastic - the longest serpentine pool ever - with a fun water slide. When we checked out, we never touched our bags once - they were loaded into the courtesy van and we were whisked next door to the train station where a porter took them to airline checkin and we were booked on our flight and free to spend the rest of the day sightseeing. One tip - make sure you have everything you need for your flight beforehand - it all happened so fast we forgot to retrieve our warmer clothes for the flight! Also, the Hilton website is not very specific about how to get to the hotel - they advise you to get the airport train, but neglect to tell you what to do next - I had to make a call from the UK (three times - transferred to reservations, then concierge, finally to reception) to get the basic information to go up one level and follow the signs to the Hilton.

It was a last minute trip and i was looking for an affordable trip within KL. Majestic was not what i had in mind initially as i thought the rate may not within my budget. I was totally wrong, I got the best deal from Agoda for my stay. I even get further discount using the mobile app. Big win yeay! The check in time is 3pm but I arrived an hour early and the staff just let me checked in without me asking. Awesome 😍 The check in was so smooth, it took less than 10 minutes to get done ✅ Staffs were incredibly polite, helpful and always smiling. I'm not just talking about those at the check in counter but also the housekeeping team, staffs at restaurant, concierge etc. The unique part of this hotel is the staffs are all dressed as per colonial era. Love this ✅ The only thing Majestic can consider is the welcome drink for the guest 😁 I booked for Deluxe room and it is located at the new wing. There are 2 wings, the old/colonial wing placed all the fancy suites ie governor suite etc. My room is pretty awesome, it is a corner unit and facing the main street where you can see the old railway station (still in use) and the city view. Love love love ✅ The room is quite spacious, the star of the room is of course the bathroom. It has the luxury feel with all the black marble floor, bath tub with tv. Oh i felt like a royal family already hahah ✅ Due to the short stay, i didnt managed to dine at the restaurant(s). But i used to experience a hi-tea session at the famous Orchid Conservatary sometime ago. The room were filled with all kinds of orchids. Stunning! Personally i would say the desserts were average. You can book for the hi-tea session without staying at the hotel. Another thing to highlight about this hotel is of course the stunning interior deco. You wouldn't get the same feeling at any other hotel than Majestic. The moment you enter the lobby, you will definitely feeling transported to the colonial era. Not just because of the unique uniform wore by the staff

This is the best city hotel I have been to. The room I had was large& clean with clean and comfy bed, well stocked with good quality amenities. An added bonus is a very chilled out rooftop infinity swimming pool and bar playing decent contemporary chilled music. Overall very impressed and would recommend it. Location is perfect. It is across the road from the mainline KL sentral station but unlike many other cities the area is clean and decent with a new shopping mall with western restaurants and cafes (Nu Sentral) and offices. The directions to the hotel are signposted on the KL sentral station hall and nu sentral complex. The management have done a great job of thinking with the needs of travellers and I commend them for their efforts.

OMG. For a Reasonable Price, I checked in here feeling like I was at the Hilton, But this was just a Boutique Hotel and it gave service HIGHER than the Hilton even as I walked in. They Have a door man, Bell Service, And the Reception and Staffs , Even the Cleaning staffs, were ALL SO POLITE AND ATTENTIVE. I had extra towels changed, a higher floored room, and since the Credit card terminal was down, They told me not to worry about payment till i checked out! So much Trust. And there is the Hotel Cafe just located Next Door. It is a Middle Eastern Restaurant and It even offers Room Service, for a 3 STAR Hotel!! This hotel needs to be given 5 stars coz they made us feel like royalty! The Manager was so helpful and receptive, and the Owner was also around to make sure the guests were happy and satisfied. And across the road, there is an amazing New Mall for shopping or Starbucks or the Cinema. That makes is super convenient. and Guest even enjoy an additional 10% on the Restaurant Bill!

I visited KL last week for one night and some meetings the next day. I was looking for a hotel near the Sentral Station so after my meetings I could easily catch the KLIA express train back to the airport. I booked the Sentral Hotel thinking that it was internally connected to the station. I wasn't actually connected, but I enjoyed the hotel anyway and for the low price It worked out just fine. If you've been to KL you know that its impossible to go anywhere in a straight line. This was no different :) It was a short looping taxi ride from the station. The room was large and clean and had a good desk for working on my laptop. I found a tasty restaurant across the street (ABC Banana Leaf Bistro) that served a good nasi goring and cold beer. Breakfast at the hotel was good (more Asian, less western). Overall I was happy and will book there again.

Great location near the KL Sentral Monorail station, so it's easy to get there after arriving on the train from the airport, or some other location - just wheel your luggage through Nu Sentral mall, descend the elevator just before the monorail entry, and past the two eateries called ABC Bistro. 24 hour check-in is very handy, and daily housekeeping is very reliable. Rooms are small but sufficient; our room had a window overlooking the street. Tea making but no fridge, however a 24-hour 7-Eleven is just out the front door of the hotel if you need cold drinks. And the price is excellent - and the location next to KL Sentral is very handy for public transport anywhere in KL. The perfect location for a value KL holiday without having to compromise on quality.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite at KL Bangsar Suites EST and when we arrived we were surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment. There was even a sofa bed and a single bed on the loft. The apartment is able to accommodate at least 6 to 7 adults. The place was clean and everything was neat and in order. We requested for the apartment on a high floor and the view was spectacular. The location of the suite is connected to an LRT station which is one station away from KL Sentral that proved a convenience for travel. Across the suite is Bangsar town where there are restaurants and cafes for food. The apartment is also very near to Mid Valley and you can get there easily by Grab. Security at the apartment was tight and the staff were helpful to meet our requests and even whatsapped before the day we arrived to check our check in which most lodgings do not practice. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. We hope to return and stay in the same apartment again if we ever come to KL again.

The stay was above expectations. We have arrived early in the morning at 10 (we immediately got our room) Room was clean and neat! Dont forget to take your own USB movies in case you wish to play them you may use the TV to do so! Also in case you have no charger you may use the same TV USB To charge your phone from ;) Anyways, Nice room, great Bathroom Clean and neat all around. Location is the best from all, Train station is about a minute of walk, where several food courts are available, also a mall is opened till 10 pm on the other side of the station. The hotel is just besides HILTON at the KL Sentral station. 5 stops away is the Petronas Twin tower with LRT, that is a ride must take as well. Staff of hotel is helpful and it really deserves the 5 stars. WE have taken the cab in and the train out, but should have only consider the train (relevantly shorter ride (only 30 minutes) whereas the cab is double the time, and cabs in KL seemingly are wobbly and shaky, not good suspension. All in all I reccomend it to everybody for staying in KL, have stayed before in several venues but this one is the best. Oh the Pool side is amazing with its bar and little outdoor garden worth trying it, very nicely done. Enjoy your stays

Incredibly easy to get to from KL Sentral: it took all of 5 minutes of walking. (OK, 8.) Once you get out from KTM Intercity/KLIA Express, don't go out the building. Instead, head towards the newly opened NU Plaza shopping mall, and walk towards the Monorail sign. (You'll have to go down the escalator near the centre of the mall.) Then cross the pedestrian bridge, and turn left once you get down to street level. Walk towards the "ABC Diner", then turn to your right -- the hotel is just around the corner as you walk beneath the bridge and through th alley. The room was quite clean and comfortable. There's a 7-11 convenience store just a few doors away -- a real life-saver when the hunger pangs hit at 9:30pm and raining cats and dogs outside!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was there for 7 nights, probably longer than most people, as it seems like a "transit hotel" where people usually stay for 1 or 2 nights. Considering how inexpensive this hotel was (and it is rated as a 2-star hotel), I was actually really impressed by every aspect. The staff are all extremely friendly and courteous. Check-in and check-out was very fast and easy. Everything functioned well in the room: The safe was a decent size, it fit all my valuables including laptop comfortably; no issues with electricity, lighting, or fan/AC; the toilet, shower, and sink were all clean, good water pressure; bed linens were clean and comfortable. I asked for an iron and ironing board on my second day at the front desk and it was brought to my room immediately, and I was able to keep it there for the whole week. The location is amazing, about a 5 min walk from Nu Sentral (a new mall which is connected to KL Sentral, which is the main hub for public transportation in the city). It was fast and easy to get anywhere in KL. I came back most nights at 1 or 2am and I felt safe in the neighbourhood, it's always quite busy on the road, even very late. I added a very small additional fee to my room in order to have access to the breakfast buffet. It was worth it. The food is by no means gourmet, but it was a perfectly adequate breakfast. I had fried rice, noodles, seafood dumpling, chicken nuggets, fried egg, a bowl of fresh fruit (pineapple and watermelon), and juice every morning. Over all I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay somewhere clean, safe, convenient, and they don't have a large budget. I spent about $40 CAD a night (you can do your respective conversions), and this is certainly among the best hotels in KL for that price. I will definitely be coming back here again.

Nice hotel and very good location. Don't take the breakfast as you can enjoy more delicious and cheap food at ABC Bistro just 2 minutes walk from the hotel (left side beside Domino's Pizza and 7 Eleven). Hotel is not soundproof so be aware of noises. ;) The air conditioner take awhile to give cool breeze so be patient. Overall, I enjoy my stay! And it's good value too! :D p/s: The front office receptionist when I check-in is a very friendly and nice guy. The doorman (same as in the picture I think)is very polite and keep greeting us when we got back to the hotel. Good job to these two men! And the housekeeping staff are all so dedicated to their job. Well done!!

Great Room Price, Fast Check In/Out, no need to deposit but only pay tourist tax rm10/night, Helpful Friendly Staff, Spacious Room (The biggest room size from my last 3 hotels at brickfields), Comfy Bed, Great Hot Showers but only liquid soap provided, Good Location about 15minutes walk from KLSentral, Good Wifi Signal & Speed, Many Halal Restaurants (my favorite ABC nasi kandar, yummy!). Location of the Hotel is centralised and along the main road. Thus, there is no fear of having to walk into dark alleys when you return to the Hotel late at night. The nearest cafes, restaurants and shopping malls are a short 5 minute away. The Hotel room is very clean, spacious and comfortable. I absolutely love their pillows! It is not flat and does not cause neck pain after sleeping on it for a night. The mattress is very comfortable, and sheets are soft and warm. The room space is well planned. There is a proper corner for wardrobe, iron board and a rack to hang your wet towels. There is also sufficient hangers provided to hang up your clothes. The fridge functions well and is cool. The lobby staff can speak English well, are helpful and friendly. There is also Massage services provided in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and I absolutely think it is more than just a 3-star hotel. It is definitely value for money.

Room was kinda small, but perfect for solo traveler, with very comfortable bed, linens. Excellent hot shower with good pressure. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great seafood restaurant across the street. Location is perfect for using the RapidKL. Coming in by train to KL Sentral, walk through NuSentral mall to skybridge and cross over, escalator down in front of 7-11, pass by ABC cafe & see M&M on your left. I bought a Rapid Pass and went everywhere by train (Batu Caves for $5.40MYR RT). KTM Komuter to airport was $55MYR, non stop. This Motel exceeded my expectations. Absolutely recommend.

I had pleasent stay. Staff took care of everything in very proffesional way. I have no comaplains as i knew that i am not in 5 star hotel. Staff was helpful, room was clean and tidy near by so many food stalls. If you don't like indian food you can go to The Old town Cafe which is very near to this hotel but don't expect any service there but i don't indian food in the morning. So, i had to go there. In simple words " Good Location if you are planning to use LRT for travel and good service for price which i paid for room" . If you ask me that will i go back there again then answer is Yes.

I have stayed in many 5 & 6 Stars hotels around the world, and St. Regis in KL is one of the best hotel I have stayed. The cleanliness and attention to detail for the room's daily cleaning and turn down service is far beyond expectations. Well done housekeeping department! Butler's personal handwritten note everyday and evening adds that special touch to the guest's stay. Astor Bar is nicely decorated in a very New York style and serves amazing Martinis🍸🍸 I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Kuala Lumpur, as I would most definitely come back to stay in the near future visit to KL.

I was quite surprised with the quality of the room and thougtfulness of the staff while staying at Cozy. The location is good as it's walking distance from the monorail (actually it's right above) and KL Sentral. It's just a 10 min walk from KL Sentral (go through NUMall following the monorail signs). The checkin was smooth and the front desk agent A'Kash was super professional and friendly. He offered some nice places to eat in the area (ABC mamak - so delicious). The room wasn't so big but it was clean and well thought out as many off and ends were in the room to make the stay comfortable. The breakfast offered wasn't outstanding but it got the job done and was a nice gesture of the hotel. Overall, I'm quite happy with this hotel and will stay here again.

Booked Double Room for two days and they upgraded it to triple rooom, quite spacious with basic amenities provided instant coffee , soap, hair dryer Room - The hotel itself is not new so the room quite basic, the bed sheet has some stains on it, but quite okay for regular room Breakfast - The hotel doesn't provide inside breakfast, but they will give you vouchers to nearby restaurant called ABC, just give the waiter the voucher then you can select one from 7 breakfast menu (nasi lemak, roti prata, toast, boiled eggs all comes with tea/coffee), walk less 3m outside hotel. Location - Exactly besides Old Town White Coffee, less than 5m to Nu Sentral Overall the staying was quite okay just the price is slightly higher then the competitor in the area

The cafe for breakfast is a bit far. RM5 parking per entry, and must validate parking ticket at the counter or else you will end up paying more. Mine was initially RM220, because I forgot to validate. Later, I came back for validation, the price reduced to RM15. Still affordable, but some hotels give free parking. HOWEVER, I shall make no complaint, because mine was fully compensated by Agoda due to delay of 3 hours check-in at previous hotel, Royce Hotel. It's a good bargain from Agoda, though with defects, the compensation balanced out everything, and I shall leave the service with nothing to regret. Thanks

I had booked hotel for 2 days there checkin time is 2pm and checkout as 12 noon. I arrived next day at 9 am from my booking date as the flight was late , the staff explained me well about the timings as they were expecting earlier timing, then I have my flight next day beyond the checkout timing so they accommodate my stay well as the checkin was late and they were helpful and understanding. It is located just 10 minutes walk form KL Sentral (thats how central is spelled in Malysia) station and I had lots of luggage since the public taxi do not want to go as it such a shot distance the staff helped me to carry the luggage. Also its a good value for money.

I always stay at the YMCA when I am in Kuala Lumpur, its the best and most convenient location to get about, within easy walking distance from KL Sentral bus staion, the shopping malls, Little Indian and access to the mono rail. There is also really great street food all around and a certain ambiance of authenticity! It is not the lap of luxury, the lift creaks, but at least there is one, the carpets in the hall ways are old and worn, the downstairs cafe, is sometime challenging ... but I still always stay there, and feel like its a safe welcoming haven in this busy bustling city. It also has great wifi and comfortable beds at a very good price.

I was checked in for 3 nights and it was great. I don't have any complains. There's free drinking water, free shampoo and shower gel, housekeeping everyday. One thing I noticed before booking this hotel is that people complained about the noise, sure. The walls are definitely thin, I could hear my neighbors fighting in the next room but, its fair for the price they offer. I have had my fair share of 2, 3, 4, 5 stars hotels so don't look for luxury when you're paying for a budget hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room I was imagining that I saw on the pictures, they gave me something better. It was spacious. Security-wise it is pretty safe. They have the key card that specifically takes you to your floor and no where else. So if say, you want to go to another floor, you can't. It's gonna be your floor then the lobby. That's pretty safe to avoid anyone breaking in. Location-wise, it's right in front of NU sentral mall which is also connected to the KL Sentral station. We took a train from JB to KL Sentral and walked to the hotel. 10 minutes. Or maybe less. I went to Petronas Tower thru KL Sentral so it's pretty convenient when you're a solo traveller because the mrt is right there. Going to the airport is no problem as well. The bus that will take you directly to KLIA/KLIA2 is right in front of the hotel. You just have to cross the street via the skywalk then walk in front, 5 minutes. I guess that's where you will drop off as well if you enter KL via plane. One thing, I'd like to have though is food service. At least have chips or microwavable food available. There's a 7/11 down the street but at 3am when you get hungry, it would be much better if you can just call and order from them. So that's it, loved my stay there, I don't know yet if KL is on my travel plans in the next years but i will definitely recommend Hotel Westree to friends and family and if ever I come back, will definitely stay here.

The Sun Inns is the best 2-star hotel you can find in KL Sentral for under 100 ringgit. The queen size bed is the most comfortable for any around, the shower is fair, the rooms are clean, and, unlike most places around, the WiFi is fantastic! To me, that is just about all I need. So I'll continue to return to Sun Inns like I've been doing for a long time now. (Tip: take a train or bus from KLIA to KL Sentral, and use uber to get from the station to the Hotel. It's only a half-kilometer or so, but Uber doesn't charge a minimum fare, so the trip will only cost you 3-4 ringgit, and save you a sweaty walk with luggage. :) )

This was a pleasant surprise. I read some reviews about the internet not being that good and the food choices being limited. However, I've concluded they are just too picky. I was quite shocked to see how nice the rooms were; at least my room. Totally remodeled. Friendly staff. Food in the area was great (to me). I like eating local culture foods. This hotel is in Little India meaning most of the restaurants cater to Indian tastes. I thought the food was great. There's only one Chinese restaurant two blocks away that opens only at night. I'm planning to return next year if my schedule permits.

Not bad for a budget hotel. Easy to find cheap local restaurants and the best thing was there is a Wash & Clean Laundry Services nearby the hotel. It costs only MYR9 for wash and dryer. If you're a traveller, you're able to find interesting places. Will come to stay in this hotel again. Take a Uber or Grab cabs if you wanna go to other places coz Malaysian' local cabs can be notorious about unpredictable cab charges.

This was one of the best budget hotels that I had ever been to in the recent times. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were neat, had an LCD television which played a few channels, was close to KL Sentral, the transport hub in KL. Access to few of the Indian restaurants in the vicinity helped us spend a nice evening in Brickfields. The hotel was mainly occupied by Indian/ Filipino travellers during the weekend in which I stayed there. There is chance that some rooms which are facing the front of the road be noisy as it oversees the main road which is extremely bustling with traffic (jams!). Be careful when you select the room. If you are used to some minor noise and want to drench into a typical South Indian surroundings, do choose this budget hotel.

The staff are amazing..I'm not sure the indian lady name in front desk are really good heart person and really take care about customer. I not really support the zen room because in middle of night I went to this hotel n they said its fully booked and my paid room not available. I don't know what to do and i have to stay out all night and sat near road. I felt really terrified.In same time not agoda company really helpful with their policy because they more bias to zen room management not customer friendly. I not blame agoda staff because some are really good and they try their level best to get some solution.Appreciate the agoda customer service stuff at least they try. But as usual they said nothing much can do because the zen room not agree and they only offer for bad quality hotel as replacement or get refund. I felt really unfair because not my fault which I booked and paid earlier. Luckily I booked the next day too.hotel staff so kind allow me early check in.. I missed interview
