Amazing! We chose the Hilton because it was conveniently located across the road from the airport express terminal, and offered 5 star luxury. It did not disappoint. From when we first arrived off a 13 hr flight and ordered room service, we were amazed by the quality of the food, the huge portions and how cheap it was compared to Europe. The following morning, the breakfast buffet overwhelmed us - there were 9-10 food stations covering cuisine from Europe, Malaysia, India, China, Japan - and impeccable service. Later that night, we visited Chinatown (bad move!) and my wife had here purse stolen from her handbag. We didn't realise until we got back to the hotel - no problem, the concierge paid the taxi and passed the receipt to reception to charge back to our room - amazing! The excellent band, Silver Gypsies, playing the in the lobby got us back into the romantic mood with a playlist of love songs, as did the complimentary glass of Moet for my wife to help her get over the distress of being pick pocketed - big shout out to the lobby bar! The hotel pool complex was fantastic - the longest serpentine pool ever - with a fun water slide. When we checked out, we never touched our bags once - they were loaded into the courtesy van and we were whisked next door to the train station where a porter took them to airline checkin and we were booked on our flight and free to spend the rest of the day sightseeing. One tip - make sure you have everything you need for your flight beforehand - it all happened so fast we forgot to retrieve our warmer clothes for the flight! Also, the Hilton website is not very specific about how to get to the hotel - they advise you to get the airport train, but neglect to tell you what to do next - I had to make a call from the UK (three times - transferred to reservations, then concierge, finally to reception) to get the basic information to go up one level and follow the signs to the Hilton.

It was a last minute trip and i was looking for an affordable trip within KL. Majestic was not what i had in mind initially as i thought the rate may not within my budget. I was totally wrong, I got the best deal from Agoda for my stay. I even get further discount using the mobile app. Big win yeay! The check in time is 3pm but I arrived an hour early and the staff just let me checked in without me asking. Awesome 😍 The check in was so smooth, it took less than 10 minutes to get done ✅ Staffs were incredibly polite, helpful and always smiling. I'm not just talking about those at the check in counter but also the housekeeping team, staffs at restaurant, concierge etc. The unique part of this hotel is the staffs are all dressed as per colonial era. Love this ✅ The only thing Majestic can consider is the welcome drink for the guest 😁 I booked for Deluxe room and it is located at the new wing. There are 2 wings, the old/colonial wing placed all the fancy suites ie governor suite etc. My room is pretty awesome, it is a corner unit and facing the main street where you can see the old railway station (still in use) and the city view. Love love love ✅ The room is quite spacious, the star of the room is of course the bathroom. It has the luxury feel with all the black marble floor, bath tub with tv. Oh i felt like a royal family already hahah ✅ Due to the short stay, i didnt managed to dine at the restaurant(s). But i used to experience a hi-tea session at the famous Orchid Conservatary sometime ago. The room were filled with all kinds of orchids. Stunning! Personally i would say the desserts were average. You can book for the hi-tea session without staying at the hotel. Another thing to highlight about this hotel is of course the stunning interior deco. You wouldn't get the same feeling at any other hotel than Majestic. The moment you enter the lobby, you will definitely feeling transported to the colonial era. Not just because of the unique uniform wore by the staff

Enjoyable stay, staff very well trained and friendly. Great deal as a new hotel at KL Sentral. Downsides were: 1) food in hotel was just average. Breakfast buffet ok, not up to usual Starwood standards. The 24 hour 'quick bites' were also very mediocre, just around convenience store levels. KL Sentral location has pros and cons. If you like public transport to your meetings, it's great. Or if you want highly likely taxi access. But it's not a great location yet for quality restaurants outside of hotels. There's lower tier food at train station and then mostly local Indian food (which is cheap and pretty good), but only one Chinese and maybe one 'local' Western restaurant within easy walking. Despite these negatives (which are known for KL Sentral until more of the buildings finish construction) I will stay there again as I like taking public transport to meetings

OMG. For a Reasonable Price, I checked in here feeling like I was at the Hilton, But this was just a Boutique Hotel and it gave service HIGHER than the Hilton even as I walked in. They Have a door man, Bell Service, And the Reception and Staffs , Even the Cleaning staffs, were ALL SO POLITE AND ATTENTIVE. I had extra towels changed, a higher floored room, and since the Credit card terminal was down, They told me not to worry about payment till i checked out! So much Trust. And there is the Hotel Cafe just located Next Door. It is a Middle Eastern Restaurant and It even offers Room Service, for a 3 STAR Hotel!! This hotel needs to be given 5 stars coz they made us feel like royalty! The Manager was so helpful and receptive, and the Owner was also around to make sure the guests were happy and satisfied. And across the road, there is an amazing New Mall for shopping or Starbucks or the Cinema. That makes is super convenient. and Guest even enjoy an additional 10% on the Restaurant Bill!

The Hotel Sentral (Brickfields) is in a brilliant location for travellers who do not demand four star facilities. It's a short walk from the rail platforms and bus bays at KL Sentral station, up to the first floor of the station complex, then through the Nu Sentral Mall, down a lift over the othger side of Jalan Tun Sambanthan, then 70 metres down a side street next to the Monorail Station, which leads to Jalan Thambipillai. The rooms are clean and adequate (as is the breakfast), the staff helpful and the views from high floors excellent. The monorail going to the Bukit Bintang shopping precinct is literally next door. The fairly down-market location in KL's Little India is full of life, and in Jalan Thambipillai are several excellent Chinese, nasi kandar and Indian restaurants. There are other excellent restaurants nearby, including the Gem and Legend Claypot Biryani. Five small 7-11 type shops are within 100 metres of the hotel, and the Nu Sentral Mall holds Tom's Groceria, a huge supermarket. There's an excellent tour/taxi operator in the lobby of the Sentral,and reliable moneychangers nearby as well. I have made the Hotel Sentral a KL stopover base for 2-4 nights several times in my frequent Air Asia flights - just too convenient to go past it.

NU Hotel located very near to Monorail KL Sentral Station. Just take the lift or elevator from KL Sentral Monorail Station, follow the alley below Monorail Station and then turn right when you reach jalan Tambipillay, NU hotel located at the right side. Hotel building was new and clean, receptionists were friendly and polite. They will ask 50 MYR for deposit, check in process quite fast. Both bedroom and bathroom was quite small but very clean, they also provide basic amenities in the bathroom and electric kettle with coffee&tea. No breakfast but there are lots of Indian food stall and Indian restaurant around the hotel. Old Town White Coffee and NU Sentral mall also near from the hotel. This hotel is very suitable for transit in KL, just 5-10 minutes walk via NU Sentral mall to KL Sentral Bus Station & KLIA Express Station to KLIA&KLIA2 Airport, KTM Commuter Blue and Red route, LRT and KL Sentral train station.

We are family of three with 3 years old toddler. Location is excellent! Just besides Kl Sentral Monorail statioin. I think the area is highly Indian population area . We are surrounded by all sort of indian food restaurant. Hotel did include breakfast . But breakfast is like a coupon to enter a indian restaurant which serve one dish per hotel guest ( we have 7 choices to select from the menu) . If non the items you want from the menu , you can add on money to get food off the breakfast menu. ( ask for the regular menu) . Normal price for breakfast menu is around RM 5. We are just 2 mins walk to Nu sentral shopping centre which offer wide variety of food and gloceries . But they dont serve breakfast. We have problem searching for breakfast besides indian breakfast. Overall , the location is excellent. Sound proof wise is bad ( but i think all budget hotel will have this kind of problem) .

Booked a two room suites for two nights and it really felt that we were staying at home, modern, comfortable and clean. Wifi working well, they had great movies on tv. The kids loved the loft bed. Bill, the agent who handled our staycation was ever so friendly and accommodating. Kids pool / jacuzzi was great. The only downside was the parking in the building. It is costly. If u wanted free parking, u have to park outside the building. Otherwise everything else is perfect. Tip: do buy food and drinks before returning back as there’s no nearby restaurants around.

Le Meridien was the last stop in our hotel hopping across Malaysia. It was selected for its location - KLIA Express and its reasonable rate. We were not disappointed. Staff were friendly and helpful especially the Concierge. I was pleasantly surprised that the person at the desk who is an Indian but speak fluent Cantonese. His recommendations of various restaurants across the city were fantastic and the extra mile he put in speaking to his contacts to shortlist the best restaurants, we were very impressed. The room were comfortable and reception staff were accommodative. It is the staff that makes all the difference no matter how well known a hotel chain is. I am glad that we stayed at Le Meridien

The rooms were very clean, with a big bed (king) flat screen tv, mini fridge, 2 complimentary bottles of water, and clean toilet. WiFi signal was very strong and I had no problems using it whilst I was there. The transportation hub that is KL Sentral (trains and buses) is only a 5 minute walk. The LRT is only a 3 minute walk. Restaurants were plentiful and downstairs was some great malay/indian food. Also closeby are other indian restaurants and chinese restaurants. Also walked past a couple of bottle shops.

Summer view is an ideal hotel to stay at if you want to go around and see the major tourist attractions in KL. Its a 5 minute walk from the hotel to KL sentral which is the major train/bus station connecting various places in KL. Even if you would like to go to places like Genting Highlands or Cameron Highlands,you can easily use the bus services fron KL Sentral. There are good hotels like Saravana Bhavan, Anjappar etc and lot of vegetarian restaurants within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Also, there is the KLIA express, the fast train connecting the city from KL international airport. This train stopsat KL Sentral. Likewise, if you are flying by Malaysian airlines, you can check in your luggage at their counter in KL Sentral and dont need to carry it with you to the airport. So in many ways, staying in Summer View will havea lot of benefits.

The location is excellent, just crossed the bridge from NU Sentral, once you come down, “Turn Left at the small alley right in front of you, you will see Jaya Restaurant, hotel is just beside it. Take note that there are many hotels w similar names so do pin the right one on your map. Location is so near to KL Sentral. Take note that it’s in Indian district so many Indians around. Hotel staff is efficient and helpful, good clean towels and bottled water given Everyday. It is near the street but the noise didn’t bother me. Wifi works excellent. Only cons is the floor of toilet and room feels dirty and the water that comes out from the tap smelt too much of chlorine. It is very value for money with excellent location and wifi with clean beds. There is a 7-eleven just beside and a local convenience store which is really cheap just opposite the hotel.

we booked a double room but since the room is not available during that time we were provided triple room as a free upgrade. room is spacious enough and very clean. best part of this hotel is it is walkable distance to kl sentral bus terminal, monorail and rapidkl. another best part is we need not worry about food as we could find indian restaurant (sarvanna bhavan, anjappar) in walkable distance. overall best place to stay whaen you want to move around malaysia and

This is a great place to stay. Very clean. A fast 7-minute walk to the KL Sentral Train station. Shopping mall 5 min. Lots of restaurants. Leaving the hotel turn left and walk about 7 minutes. On the right side is the New Center Mall. On the left side is GEM Indian Restaurant. A great place to eat. Behind the mall is KL Sentral. It can also be accessed through the mall. You will also find the KL Hop-On-Hop-Off Tour Bus Stop #11 there. You can by the tickets at the hotel. WLAN works well, staff is very responsive to all matters, questions, or requests. The small restaurant there is convenient, but could be improved, but it's okay. Breakfast is okay. Eat dinner at GEM Indian Restaurant across from the mall. Delicious food. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Oh, by the way, great Taxi service, and inexpensive.

The hotel is new and clean with modern design. Located in little india area. The environment is not so clean, but it really safe even for single women traveller like me (ignore my account name^^). The Indian people is very nice. From KL sentral station go to NU sentral mall, and follow the way to the monorail entrance, down the escalator, walk about 5 menit and you’re there(you can see the building a little from the mall near monorail entrance). Surrounded by Indian, Chinese and some of malayan restoran, coin laundry, telecomunication counter, and convenience store. Room condition just like agoda photo. A little bit small but OK with me. The receptionist is good and helpfull. They help me check in early and help me to get the same room to extend even in the peak seasons during Christmas holiday. Message for management/owner : invest a little to build glass partition in the bathroom to avoid the water spread all over when we’re taking a bath, and you’ll be EXCELLENT HOTEL!.

It was good experience in Euro Life hotel. We visited on 1 Nov. It is situated in little India and very much recommended for Indian community people. You will get fantastic indian restaurants and Domino's Pizza in same street. Restaurant: Jaya, Chapati, Gem and many others. It was good experience in this hotel. Thanks to all staff for good behavior. It's 400 M far from KL Sentral from where you can get LRT, MoNo rel to go anywhere in KL. Recommend to get Grab or Uber to visit any place. it's value for money deal to stay in hotel.

LOCATION: The hotel is just a few minutes walk from KL Central and different train systems. Just outside the hotel are a series of local restaurants offering Indian, Chinese, and some Malay cuisine. We did not have difficulty walking to the train and bus stations despite having multiple luggages because of the accessibility of the hotel. STAFF: The staff speaks perfect english, are very accomodating, and knowledgeable. All the staff are very helpful but Zamira, the beautiful Somalian student-staff particularly stood out because she is all smiles every time we talk to her. VALUE FOR MONEY: The hotel is very affordable, tidy, and provides free breakfast. Our group flew to Langkawi and stayed there for 2 nights, luckily we were allowed to store our luggages in My Hotrl for free after we checked out the first time which gave us additional convenience for free. When we arrived back from Langkawi, our luggages were in the same condition when we left which proves that My Hotel staff are trustworthy. I had been to Kuala Lumpur several times and stayed in different budget hotels but My Hotel is by far the best I stayed in.

I have stayed in many 5 & 6 Stars hotels around the world, and St. Regis in KL is one of the best hotel I have stayed. The cleanliness and attention to detail for the room's daily cleaning and turn down service is far beyond expectations. Well done housekeeping department! Butler's personal handwritten note everyday and evening adds that special touch to the guest's stay. Astor Bar is nicely decorated in a very New York style and serves amazing Martinis🍸🍸 I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Kuala Lumpur, as I would most definitely come back to stay in the near future visit to KL.

Had all the quality of a great budget hotel.. 1. Location.. next to nu sentral/kl sentral.. 2. Convenience.. Next to kl sentral monorail station/plenty of indian restaurant (if not a fan.. Go inside nu sentral food court).. Next door is the hotel own self service laundry.. 3. Polite and helpful staff.. 4. Price under MYR100.. Which I consider budget 5. Clean & good place to rest after a long city tour.. 6. Peaceful at night eventough road infront.. Cons.. Only 1 but its kind of the hotel policy I guess.. The door card(key) is not functioning on check out day.. Meaning if you go for breakfast and came back you need to call room service or any staff to open the door for u. But I guess thats to remind the guest its time for them to go home..

though this hotel is new but i am very happy with what i got. i booked single room but was upgraded to double room without any extra pay because of lack of room. pros: good wifi, rooms and washroom very clean, staff speaks fluent english and is very helpful,elevator, housekeeping staff was very good and cleaned d room as much i want,centrally located, lot of indian restaurants and spas around, strong aircon,tea and coffee. cons: rooms are too small and people talking inside the room can be heard from outside at times. overall i am very much satisfied with the hotel, the staff and the facilities. this hotel worth the money you pay.

Location was superb as it is only 5 minutes walk (or more if you walk slow) from NU Sentral or KL Sentral station. Value for money! Lots of Indian restaurant opposite the hotel. Check in was fast and immediate despite reaching there at 12pm. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Amenities such as swimming pool were great. Breakfast was at a cafe in an adjacent building. Breakfast was delicious. There were assorted breads, hot items such as eggs and sausages, deserts, drinks section and etc. One downside is that my room had a connecting door to another room and if your neighbour decided to make a lot of noise, you could hear them; which in case happened to me. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back!

We are from Tamilnadu, India. We are a traditional south Indian family of four. The location of the hotel was fantastic. It is easily accessible to Monorails, Metrorails, KTM and busses to airport and genting high lands. Since the hotel is located opposite to KL sentral, We don't need to take taxi. We can use the public transport to all the tourist places in KL. The staffs are very friendly and cooperative. Daily room was cleaned and the basic amenities such as towels and water bottles were replaced. There are lot of south Indian restaurants like Saravana Bhavan, Anjappar and also can get north India food. Totally the area is made for Indians to feel at home. The hotel is surely recommended for a family stay near the KL sentral.

We stayed at the YMCA for just one night between flights in and out of Kuala Lumpur. We initially chose the hotel simply for its convenience to KL Sentral (we could walk with our cases) and the very reasonable price. What we learned was the hotel is very clean, with good sized rooms, comfortable beds, great shower pressure, a simple but tasty included breakfast, and has great security through an on site guard, CCTV, and secured hotel room floors. The hotel is located in the Brickfields Little India so is convenient to plenty of local dining options, quite a number of blind massage centres, public transport options, the new Nu Sentral shopping mall, and lots of smaller Indian style shops (fabrics, saris etc). There is a 7Eleven nearby for cold drinks or snacks, and an Old Town White Coffee opposite for delicious coffee (also serving meals). The Kopitiam on site is open 24 hours, and offers free WiFi. Due to flight changes we arrived much earlier than originally planned (at around 9:30am), we emailed the hotel in advance to confirm they could hold our cases until check-in which they did in a locked room accessed by the security guard. The hotel is fairly strict on their 2pm check-in time, however we were advised that if we came back at around 1pm they would allow us to check in early. We would absolutely stay again without hesitation.

I was checked in for 3 nights and it was great. I don't have any complains. There's free drinking water, free shampoo and shower gel, housekeeping everyday. One thing I noticed before booking this hotel is that people complained about the noise, sure. The walls are definitely thin, I could hear my neighbors fighting in the next room but, its fair for the price they offer. I have had my fair share of 2, 3, 4, 5 stars hotels so don't look for luxury when you're paying for a budget hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room I was imagining that I saw on the pictures, they gave me something better. It was spacious. Security-wise it is pretty safe. They have the key card that specifically takes you to your floor and no where else. So if say, you want to go to another floor, you can't. It's gonna be your floor then the lobby. That's pretty safe to avoid anyone breaking in. Location-wise, it's right in front of NU sentral mall which is also connected to the KL Sentral station. We took a train from JB to KL Sentral and walked to the hotel. 10 minutes. Or maybe less. I went to Petronas Tower thru KL Sentral so it's pretty convenient when you're a solo traveller because the mrt is right there. Going to the airport is no problem as well. The bus that will take you directly to KLIA/KLIA2 is right in front of the hotel. You just have to cross the street via the skywalk then walk in front, 5 minutes. I guess that's where you will drop off as well if you enter KL via plane. One thing, I'd like to have though is food service. At least have chips or microwavable food available. There's a 7/11 down the street but at 3am when you get hungry, it would be much better if you can just call and order from them. So that's it, loved my stay there, I don't know yet if KL is on my travel plans in the next years but i will definitely recommend Hotel Westree to friends and family and if ever I come back, will definitely stay here.

The Sun Inns is the best 2-star hotel you can find in KL Sentral for under 100 ringgit. The queen size bed is the most comfortable for any around, the shower is fair, the rooms are clean, and, unlike most places around, the WiFi is fantastic! To me, that is just about all I need. So I'll continue to return to Sun Inns like I've been doing for a long time now. (Tip: take a train or bus from KLIA to KL Sentral, and use uber to get from the station to the Hotel. It's only a half-kilometer or so, but Uber doesn't charge a minimum fare, so the trip will only cost you 3-4 ringgit, and save you a sweaty walk with luggage. :) )

This was a pleasant surprise. I read some reviews about the internet not being that good and the food choices being limited. However, I've concluded they are just too picky. I was quite shocked to see how nice the rooms were; at least my room. Totally remodeled. Friendly staff. Food in the area was great (to me). I like eating local culture foods. This hotel is in Little India meaning most of the restaurants cater to Indian tastes. I thought the food was great. There's only one Chinese restaurant two blocks away that opens only at night. I'm planning to return next year if my schedule permits.

I stayed for 1 night together with my partner. The hotel that time is having a renovation I think on the restaurant side but not too inconvenient as i didn't hear any noises (or maybe they are done on that day). The staffs are fine, they assist and greet you properly (even the cleaner). Some minor things i noticed the key for the door is kinda awkward, instead of card keys they will give you the actual key which is a little bit difficult to put inside the key hole as it is covered with what supposed t be the card access slot. There are few channels on the television (I am not local) most of it are local channel and 1 NatGeo channel which is fine as i love NatGeo however, the signal reception for NatGeo is not great (Lagging, Buffing, Pixelated). Lastly, the shower heater there's no indication on which side to turn to make it hot or cold, you will be left surprised! too hot or too cold! hahaha. Anyway, over all stay is excellent. I will recommend.

This was one of the best budget hotels that I had ever been to in the recent times. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were neat, had an LCD television which played a few channels, was close to KL Sentral, the transport hub in KL. Access to few of the Indian restaurants in the vicinity helped us spend a nice evening in Brickfields. The hotel was mainly occupied by Indian/ Filipino travellers during the weekend in which I stayed there. There is chance that some rooms which are facing the front of the road be noisy as it oversees the main road which is extremely bustling with traffic (jams!). Be careful when you select the room. If you are used to some minor noise and want to drench into a typical South Indian surroundings, do choose this budget hotel.

The staff are amazing..I'm not sure the indian lady name in front desk are really good heart person and really take care about customer. I not really support the zen room because in middle of night I went to this hotel n they said its fully booked and my paid room not available. I don't know what to do and i have to stay out all night and sat near road. I felt really terrified.In same time not agoda company really helpful with their policy because they more bias to zen room management not customer friendly. I not blame agoda staff because some are really good and they try their level best to get some solution.Appreciate the agoda customer service stuff at least they try. But as usual they said nothing much can do because the zen room not agree and they only offer for bad quality hotel as replacement or get refund. I felt really unfair because not my fault which I booked and paid earlier. Luckily I booked the next day too.hotel staff so kind allow me early check in.. I missed interview
