Very convenient for transportation, eating and buying emergency stuff. The hotel's location is a perfect base for going around the different sights in Davao. We visited Eden Nature Park, Eagle Center and Pearl Farm just by commuting to/from the hotel. While the hotel is just small, it's layout is very efficient and is thus able to offer practical services that tourists/travellers need - cozy reception area, good restaurant, small computer/internet counter for only P30/hour, spacious rooms, good cable TV, strong aircon and water pressure, hot/cold water dispensers and free wifi. I've been to Davao on business countless times and have stayed at all big hotels in the city but I can honestly say that booking my family at Home Crest helped make our vacation smooth and enjoyable.

It was very pleasant. Feel homey and comfortable. They don't have food service but its location near malls and restaurants within walking distance compensate for it. The pool is well-maintained as well as the entire surrounding - trees, grass, flowers. Staff always put their best smile on. this is one of two casa leticia's in the davao area. both are very nice and affordable. the business inn is actually the lower priced of the two but both are very reasonable and are just as nice. though on the outskirts of davao the business inn is close to a major new mall and is a little less hectic to get to. the free breakfast was great and the internet was one of ...this is one of two casa leticia's in the davao area. both are very nice and affordable. the business inn is actually the lower priced of the two but both are very reasonable and are just as nice. though on the outskirts of davao the business inn is close to a major new mall and is a little less hectic to get to. the free breakfast was great and the internet was one of the best for the davao area. i am already planning to stay here again and this will be my 6th trip to one of the two casa letecia's in general. these are the best 3-star hotels in davao i have found.

I was so disappointed that I was waiting for you to reply to my emails, messages thru Agoda ang google. I was the one doing the booking for my girlfriend in the Philippines and I always choose your place as she is all ready comfortable with the staff and claimed she had the best place to stay in Davao. She is there in your place every month for more than 6 mos as I remember.. I made a mistake with the date of the booking, supposed to be Dec 2-7 but I booked for Dec 3-8. I immediately emailed you and sent it thru Agoda and your email ad. I emailed couole of times. But no reply. It was hard for me to contact you coz I live here in NZ. I was so disppointed in my part coz I was hoping that you were prompt to reply. But no. No reply at all. I booked my girlfriend again in your place for Dec 1-2 and I asked her if that would be possible, that's when the time that we had an answer, and it's a no. I hope in the future, you have enough staff to monitor your emails thru Agoda and your company email. It would be better if you reply those who emailed you. It's unbelievable that you would say, 'for faster reply pls email the company' which I did, but no reply at all. This would help your company boost up when you know how to reply to their emails, esp the foreigners who are still abroad and wanted to have a faster communication with you guys. I was just so frustrated.

After staying at the Jade Dragon Suites, the Qanaq felt like the 4 Seasons. Here's my experience: The hotel was accommodating to my early check in (7:30am. I needed a place to shower, as my last hotel had sprung a leak in the middle of the night and my bathroom as unusable by morning.) It's brand new, like 3 months old. My room was immaculate. I think I paid $3 USD more per night for a room twice the size of my last hotel, that had a double bed, a window, and breakfast included. None of these were in my last hotel. The Qanaq was basically heaven. 100 feet down the street there is a 'town square' with restaurants, cafes, salons, and a convenience store. The ONLY issue I had, was that the wifi isn't in all the rooms, so I had to go to the lobby/cafe and get it there. The owners were SUPER accommodating. The husband, Jun, sat and talked with me for an hour about the city and the hotel and was very friendly and helpful (and very apologetic about the wifi misunderstanding). The wife, Emily, was super sweet and also talked with me for quite some time. I was looking for a place to stay long term, and Emily let me know that if I didn't find a place I could stay at the hotel (cheaper than any of the apartments I was looking at). I mentioned that if I stayed, I would need a desk to do some computer work at. When I returned to the hotel a few hours later there was a desk set up in my room. This family run hotel was a great experience. Emily runs a nurse certification program nearby and shows her level of professionalism in the upkeep of the rooms. Seriously clean, bright and comfortable. I only wish I had booked here to begin with!

We had previous hotel booking elsewhere, but still visited the in-laws here, which was convenient being right next door to the large SM Mall with its food courts, and entertainment available. The location is good since it is accessible (and by that, I meant NOT THAT FAR) to many tourist destinations like Eden Nature Park, Crocodile Park and Jack's Ridge.
