In First I wan to say many many Thanks To Grand Hyatt Hotel make my this stay at this hotel alot of memories and best hotel in my life..i going to celebrate my birthday with my wife..at first we book grand deluxe king..after i reach hotel at check in counter there let us check in early about 11am plus..after check in the hotel stay name kenny to me he wan give me some special to my stay to celebratemy birthday..and he say grand hyatt upgrade my room to grand executive suites to me..is a super nice room..so enjoy when we stay and the staff is so friendly and helpfull..thanks grand hyatt..i will come back again for next trip..

We are regular guests of this hotel as we need to attend seminars or conferences at KLCC a few times every year. The hotel itself is very good and the price is cheaper in terms of the value and compared to the nearby 4 star hotels. We still prefer this hotel although we have to make a long walk (20minutes) to KLCC to attend the seminars. The only disadvantage we have now is we can't get a tax invoice from the hotel because we paid directly to Agoda. We managed to obtain a receipt from you but that is not sufficient to claim back the GST input tax for the accommodation charges. I want to write to Agoda but not sure via which email. I hope whoever is handling this please bring to the attention of the Accounts Department. As I mentioned earlier, this is our company's business trip, we need a Tax invoice in our company's name to claim back the GST incurred on the accommodation charges. Our firm's name is Lee & Tan Associates and the booking is done under my name, Lee Moi Moi. I'm a partner of the firm. We are licensed auditors cum tax agents. Thanking you in anticipation.

We have fond memories of the hotel when it was still Ming Court and we have stayed at Corus Hotel London a couple of times. When we stayed here recently we found the hotel lives up to its name in providing the services normally found in 5 star hotels though with less frills. So it is really great value for money. It is therefore not surprising that this attracted crowds you normally come accross when you stay at cheaper hotels. I do not have problem with this but may be a problem to those with attitudes who would quickly move to the nearest five or six star hotels nearby. I like the business philosopy of Corus in going into the middle range of the market. There are already too many luxurious hotels with all the frills catering for the "high" class travels but few that provide the comfort offered by the classy hotels but at a much less price. The majority of travellers with families do belong to the middle range of the market who would not be comfortable to stay at three star or budget hotels. So keep up and keep your niche. It would be good business and a big favour for the majority of global travellers.

It was Outstanding, Shangri-la proves as one of most outstanding Hotel in KL. I am upgrading my rooms from Deluxe King to Club Rooms with Twin Tower View. Even though the Twin Tower rooms a little bit dissapointed as we only see one tower building (not twin tower) as we had seen in our stay at Maya Hotel KL, but the rooms is great, nice, and really comfortable. We've had a nice foods and beverages at Horizon Club, and wide variety of breakfast at Lemon Garden Cafe. All is delicious. The Gym equipment is the BEST as long as i have been stayed at many 5 star hotel. Full equipment and complete! We didn't walk outside the hotel cause we went by car in the morning and back at night durng our 2 days staying, but it is closed to Twin Tower area and Bukit Bintang Area. There is a little issue as i don't feel warm hospitality as 5 Star Hotel should be, some were nice, some just OK and below. Should trained their staff more, make warm hospitality as their culture and identity as Shangrila is an Asian Hotel with warm Asian hospitality. Other than that, all is PERFECT.

Almost everything I could asked of a hotel for the price we paid. Minutes to Pavilion n Jalan Imbi shopping area; but slightly inconvenient becos it's built on a slope leading to KL Tower. However, taxis queued at the hotel entrance proved to be useful; no more than Rgt4 to most shopping area Pool's great, on the 33rd storey n they have a sizeable poolside lounge n pub to boot. U literally see the Twin Tower while u tan. Breakfast is not extensive, but definitely sufficient n well replenished. May I suggest, however, they use coffee beans of lower acidity n change the "orange juice drink" to orange juice......else, everything is good at the restaurant, plus good view to boot Room is huge at over 800sqf. Our view is the KL Tower, n on the 32nd flr, our view of the city is nearly unobstructed. Kitchenette is well stocked n the kingsized bed has the right firmness for a good nites' rest. It will be perfect if the bathtub is not too shallow, room's TV larger n slightly more sensitive Keycard As for the service, the reception n registration desk staffs are great...all reasonable requests are met n has more human touch than many other similar grade establishments.....special kudos to Abdesamad who is from Algeria, Razid(the manager I supposed) n a chinese male trainee whom I am not sure what his name was. They have all done a great job I will definitely be back again

After reading the reviews, I choosed this hotel for my family short trip in KL. Booked a 3 Bedroom Premier Suite, requested for high floor and a baby cot which was given to us. The room was spacious for big family (4 Adult 6 Children) and even had room for the kids to run around playing hide and seek. Every room had prayer mat. Loved the facilities here, the swimming pool (we had a great time with the kids), sauna and not to forget the self service laundry. We tried the breakfast at the hotel. There was alot of choices but the best was the pastry! Would like to compliment the lady staff manning the lobby cafe, the lady manning the mini shop and also one of the guy from the Binjai restaurant who attended to us for IRD (Room 2506). All 3 staff was exceptional and friendly. Downside is that we had problems with thr elevator or keycards. Not once but many times. We were stuck in the lift on our 1st night for quite some time till we had to wait for the lift to go down back to lobby. Very frustrating. Receptionist wasnt very helpful till we had to request the lady to come and follow us to the lift. We observed that this issue happen when using the 1st lift on the left. It is not only us having this issue. You guys might want to check on this. Just to add on, from checking in, mid and out, the receptionist staff esp the ladies wasnt welcoming. Need to improve on this. Overall our family loved our stay here..except for the elevator and we will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

We had an amazing stay for two nights. The hotel is located just behind Renaissance. The service was superb. The one-bedroom suite we booked were spotless clean. It was huge. The best thing was, one-bedroom suite has a huge ensuite bathroom and seperate vanity area and also one guest toilet Outside, near the kitchen area. View was amazing too. I got full view of the twin tower on lvl 6. The pool area has children pool as well with water slides and colorful small balls for the kids pleasure. There was Jacuzzi as well. Also a playground for kids and indoor play area for toddlers. A very relaxing place indeed. Location was good, walking distance to shopping malls. We got complimentary parking lot as well. The security was good around the hotel.

All of their staff are very friendly and accommodating. I have booked a club room for my husband’s birthday and apart from the nice view of the twin towers, they booked us in their highest floor. The club lounge is very nice especially when we had our breakfast there with the view of the city. All the best to Mandarin Oriental. Thank you Akiko of reception for assisting our stay.

Very Recommended Hotel : - Infront Of Hotel is AVenue K Mall : Just Go Inside and 1 access same to Suria KLCC (very near to twin tower petronas) - Transport is MRT is very near, just go in Avenue K Mall , with Rapid KL LRT KLCC - this hotel is very cheap is you booking early - breakfast is very nice and many food you can pick - Room is very Nice View, clean, facilities is very good - many place you can go - Tranport another MRT, you can use Grab Car (Online transportation), GRAB is very Cheap between Uber or another Taxi Meter, Just download in Playstore or App Store - From Airport KLIA (kuala lumpur International airport), you can get to the hotel very simple : 1. From KLIA to KL Sentral with Bus (price is about RM10-30) 2. From KLIA to KL Sentral with KLIA Express (One way is RM55) from KL Sentral, you take LRT Rapid KL to KLCC (price RM 2.30) after arrive KLCC LRT, you just go out to AK Mall, and you arrive soon to hotel. this the best recommend hotel at Kuala Lumpur

We were a bit worried when we booked this hotel since previous reviews have not been so good. But we had a positive surprise! It is of course still a 5-star hotel (stars have nothing to do with how new the hotel is) with all services that a good hotel offers: restaurants, bars, swimming pool, fitness center etc. The hotel has a sky bar on the 13th floor with a beautiful view of the PETRONAS Towers and the Menara TV tower. The sky bar offers free coffee / tea with cookies every night between 9 and 11 PM. The rooms are big and spacious. We asked for a room high up (got one at level 16) with King-Size Bed and a view of PETRONAS Towers. We got everything we asked for. Yes, if you look closely you can see that the hotel is a bit old, but it was still very clean and nothing was broken in our room. They do not yet have flat screen TV:s, which nowadays feel a bit strange, but they do have a fast internet connection. The location is good. There is a 5 minute walk to the nearest Monorailstation and/or to PETRONAS Towers and the KLCC subway station. The Suria KLCC shopping center at PETRONAS Towers is the best we have visited (and we visited a lot!) offering both very expensive brands and more "normal-priced" brands such as GAP, Esprit, Nike etc. The KLCC park behind the towers is absolutely beautiful. Once you are at the PETRONAS Towers, you can also take the airconditioned skybridge from the Convention Center which takes you all the way down to Bukit Bintang, where there are more shopping centers and a lot of restaurants. All-in-all it is a 25 minute walk from the Maya hotel.

Stepping into the lobby of DoubleTree is like walking into a spa after a hard day. All things chaotic is shut away beyond the glass doors. Warm colours of the interiors (lobby, cafe, lounge) and smiling faces of the hotel staff puts me in a happy place from the first moment I stepped into the hotel. The room was large, clean. Bed super comfy & love the rain shower. Good fast wifi at cafe and lobby; payable in the room but it's ok - get a local SIM with data for RM35 (500MB) or RM70 (3GB) at KLiA & you are all set. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm cookie. So delicious that I bought another at the cafe. Must try are the muffins - the lemon ones disappear too quick! Well done to the concierge & porters there who are always ready with the smiles & greetings fist to heart. The check-in staff needs to ease up & smile more too. As a single female traveller, I felt safe in the hotel as there is key card access to all room floors. Hotel shares a building with the Intermark Mall - Food court, supermarket and cafes on levels below the hotel lobby. Huge sportswear store at factory prices there too. Tip - pastries @ hotel cafe go at 50% between 5-8pm. But you have to be quick. Traffic to front of hotel is crazy on Friday night. A girlfriend was crawling along for 45mins at 6pm to pick me up so be prepared if arriving around that time. Everyone wants to go to klcc for dinner & shop around that time. Walking distance from hotel via a pedestrian bridge is Ampang Park Train station. 1 stop (RM1) and you get to KLCC. Easy peasy.... Strongly recommended for families too - beautiful sea water pool! A must try - I did and it was a good swimming brisk laps there. But hurry down to grab the lounge beds - limited number! Gym is well equipped for those who must put in their 30 minutes a day.

The hotel is located in city center. Shopping & dining is so convenient. The Pavillion is just across the road. If you are getting tired of it, walk another 10 minutes to Bukit Bintang. There's other choices of mall to suite different needs, Lot 10, Sungai Wang Plaza, Berjaya Times Square etc. When you are tired, take a rest on the cafe along the road. The activity never stop at night. Beside that, the hotel is just 5 minutes away from KL Convention Centre & Petronas Twin Tower. The night's view of the Twin Tower is so great, you won;t get tired just sitting on the park for hours. Overall, the Novetel Hotel is definitely value for money.

We came early and our room was not ready. They offered us an upgrade of room directly without extra charge. Nice view of pool area and the Twin Towers, with balcony. Very clean room with all kind of utilities. Breakfast was exceptionally good with a lot of food from all corners of the world. Very good quality of all food we tried. The best hotel ever we have stayed in! (one of us has travelled quite much in business during many years in US and Europe). The pool was nice and big and the water was very clean. The hotel is situated close to the very big Pavillon shopping center with more than 100 restaurants and cafees. Approx 10 min walk to Pavillon. To Twin Tower approx 15 min shortest way from Pavillon mostly in air conditioned walkways above the steets. The hotel has also free shuttle car three times a day to Pavillon and Twin Tower.

Thank you Element staff for making our stay very memorable, especially when you guys surprise my husband with a birthday cake and a sweet note from the team. We are very touched by your kind gesture. I would like to compliment this hotel and encourage all travellers to book with Element KL by Westin. It is new, the room is spacious, bed is comfortable, stay at level 51 with amazing view despite not facing KLCC. The room has direct USB charging plus USB plugging from mobile to Smart TV. Another great point is that there is 3M filter system which it is safe for drinking from the 3M labeled tap. This is better than the usual 2 free bottles of mineral water. Iron, ironing board and bedroom slippers are available too. The bathroom is very spacious, great for big-sized travellers. It uses both rain shower and shower head. I love the toiletries which are organic, good for travellers with sensitive skin I guess. I cannot find any hair dryer though. Make use of the infinity pool at level 39, it is awesome. When we swim backwards, we can see ourselves from the ceiling mirror. We take pictures and it is so instagrammable! Check-in is at level 40. It is abit challenging to identify the exterior of the hotel as it is a full black tinted glass tall building. It is about 10 to 15-min walk to KLCC and other shopping malls. It is near to some embassies too. Security is 24 hours at level 1. My husband and I enjoy our stay so much that we would rather sleep in than to get ourselves out to do some shopping but well, we need to get out to get food. There are other available services which we have no chance to experience. Eg free rental of bicycle, yoga class in the sky, sky dining, beer promotion etc. The design and layout of the lift lobby to room corridors are uniquely and consistently designed as well. One thing is that we can hear other guests closing theirs door, it is loud. I believe it is due to the door for being heavy. I truly urge all travellers to book Elements when you visit

i insist in staying at renaissance hotel whenever i visited kl. my last stay (prior to this was in year 2008). thought that the hotel would be very run down after so many years (the 1st time i stayed in the hotel was in year 1998) but surprisingly, it was very well maintained! the cafe still serves the best breakfast with very good spread of foods. my parents like the foods and choices offered. kids enjoyed the nice landscape and poolside. i love taking a cat nap whenever i visit the hotel. not forgetting to mention is the fitness center which is opened free of charge to hotel guests (most hotels would charge guests for using it). love the jacuzzi that is very powerful and yet relaxing. the hotel is located diagonally opposite klcc, hard rock cafe and a lrt station that connects to bukit bintang. rooms with either poolview or klcc view would definitely add on to your good experience with the hotel.

Great Location across the road from KLCC. We took the 2 bedrooms apartment which is spacious. Non smoking but the room still reeks of cigarette smell nevertheless. While we were there, 2 fogging sessions ongoing. At night, there we lots of mosquitoes which we didn't expect at all being in a 4? star hotel on the 9th floor (we would expect mosquitoes if we were in a resort somewhere near the nature but not in the middle of the city). No mosquito repellant provided but a phone call to reception solved this issue by sending a technician to help "spray" aerosol within the room. Not the best solution especially with my 2 under 4 years old but better than the kids kept getting mosquitoes bites. Will return if have good value for money promotion. Breakfast not much choice. Can be improved!

It was a last minute decision to book the hotel and found the location very convenient with LRT right outside and you can literally walk 10 minutes to KLCC. The breakfast was not that wide a spread but they had all the essential brekkie stuffs. Encountered a crawlie which appeared on the table and promptly informed the staff who apologised and moved us immediately. Restaurant Manager Mohd Robae waited for us to finish our breakfast before personally attending to us to apologised about the incident. Although I said it was ok he was really concerned. This gesture was followed by a plate of fruits and a personal card from him again apologising about that incident. This is the BEST service I have received and am greatly impressed with the gestures by Mohd Robae. 10 stars. Hotel room was big, big comfy bed very comfortable and business served. Will definitely come again. Especially for the location... out of the city but nearly.

Hotel management is very integrated, responsive and helpful. Duty Manager, Front Office, The reception, Experience Concierge, "Joshua" and "Suria" And all the staff are very professional, cooperation and welcoming. Friendly staff in all departments. A new and modern place and wonderful smart buildings. and best "Views". Elevators, corridors, rooms, furniture, restaurant, swimming pool, facilities and the hotel's smell are very refined, high taste, cleanliness and luxury. Thank you and everyone for their kindness, dealings and communication, thanks for the hospitality, for the comfort and satisfaction, for the quality, for attention and care. I give it two thumbs UP, great location, nice view, clean room, and friendly staff with sumptuous breakfast. At the beginning, I found it over-priced by comparing to other renowned five star hotels in the same area. Also, the breakfast wasn’t including the room rate, which annoyed me a lot, when there are other renowned five star hotels in the same area giving better rate including the breakfast. However, what made the deal was the breakfast. It was the best breakfast, I had so far. I will write a separate review about it. The final verdict is awesome stay, yes it is expensive, but will feel the value for money in it. At least you give it 3 of 5 or 4 of 5 for money value. I hope the hotel doesn’t increase the rate. The hotel/rooms were very clean and had character with high ceilings and great details. The bathroom (with an enclosed shower) was one of the best we had during our stay in Malaysia. The staff were efficient and straightforward about the amenities (no wifi in the rooms). The location is great with easy 1 minute access to the monorail and the neighborhood was upscale. The quality we received for the price was exceptional. We will book this hotel for our next stay in KL.

It's our first time staying here. The moment we reached the hotel, we were impressed with the building, it has small mall at the lower levels with KFC, ATM and shops available. However, the car park was at the 5th floor and the ride up was dizzying but became normal once you get used to it. The entrance to the hotel was also confusing and need improvement on direction signage. The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel room was clean and tidy although small. The window cannot be locked and there is almost no gap between the bed and the window, please note that although the window opening was limited with a restrainer, the gap was quite big and posing danger to children. I hope this will be fixed immediately. The bathroom and toilet hardware need to be fixed as I found them loose and falling apart for example the soap bar holder and water hose holder. Other than that, the bathroom and toilet was nice. The best parts IMO were the swimming pool and playground my kids loved it.

the hotel staff was polite and show a deciseve willingness to help guest solving their own problems and preocupations. the room was clean and the service good. one negative note for agoda tough. unlike all the other guests, we were not entitled to receive the daily newspaper because our booking had been made through agoda and not directly. that's a shame for agoda isn't it? i dare suggesting agoda to do something to change this negative mark. everything else is ok. i booked hotels through agoda in the last two month (june&july) and i dint's regret. i'll keep on using agoa's services in the future.

Somerset Ampang is one of the most amazing serviced apartments I have ever stayed in. I’ve stayed in a 1-bed apartment on the 21st floor (the higher the better). We checked in for 5 days & enjoyed the whole stay immensely. Even if compared with good hotels such as Traders Hotel in KLCC, I must say that Somerset Ampang is exceeding it by a mile. We will definitely be back! Pros: • Stunning interior design, very functional, colourful, with a well planned space (great attention has been given to all details). • All windows are really big (floor to ceiling), allowing you spectacular views on the KUL panorama & surrounding hills. • From the bath tube/shower you can enjoy the beautiful views too  • As a serviced apartment, it is fully equipped with all necessary amenities (washing machine, dryer, big fridge, freezer, ironing facility, pans/pots/cutlery, etc.) • Somerset has its own free shuttle bus going to KLCC, shopping malls, etc; you just have to register by the reception. • The housekeeping department is very swift & efficient. • Everyday a local newspaper is provided at your door. • On the top floor you can find a swimming pool, jacuzzi, small gym & sun tanning lounge (accessible to all Somerset guests). • In general, a great feeling of comfort can already be noticed in the reception area. Cons: • Breakfast is served in a nearby restaurant, which is not a part of the Somerset Ampang complex. To be honest, the restaurant is loud (as it is situated close to a busy street) & sometimes not very clean. The breakfast itself is very limited in choice, with some of the things prepared in a rather tasteless way. From my own experience & watching the neighbouring tables, I can say that the fresh baked croissants & different eggs were the savers, the rest should rather be forgotten. • Small thing: in busy times (Xmas, New Year’s Eve) the concierge/front desk may take 5-10min before they can help you out, but on the other hand: they will always take y

The view from the infinity pool is a MUST! Being able to walk back and forth from Suria KLCC/Petronas Towers was also a huge plus. There are also plenty of banks with global ATMs near the hotel, so getting cash was really convenient. The breakfast is kind of cheap quality, but it's a budget hotel, so. (Also, they don't provide shampoo or conditioner. There's a Watsons down the block where you can buy some travel-sized bottles for cheap, but it might be best to bring your own.)

This is my second time staying at this hotel. And I’m returning again 2019. Highly recommend to booked the CLUB room ie Club Deluxe, Club premier, Club Executive or suites room. These room types entitled you to club lounge access which has afternoon snacks from 3:30pm and evening cocktails from 5:30pm. 90% of the staff here are amazing! 99% of the staff here can speak good English. One negative point but not important is the guys at the bridge section could be more friendlier, maybe standing at that post all day long can get pretty boring I can imagine. I read bad reviews written by previous guests about this hotel but in all seriousness this hotel is not that bad to what people says. You paid for what you get and some people will never be happy no matter what you do, I have stay over hundreds of hotels and consider that this hotel is only rated as 4 stars in my opinion would top (even better) than some of the 5 stars branded name hotels such as Hilton, Stamford even the Sheraton. If you haven’t heard of Grab, download and setup Grab before you get here. Grab is another form of Uber. It’s very convenience and cheap to get all over KL.

I have been staying in Maxstays - MaxsStyle @ Kirana Residence for only three days, but in that short time I have definitely discovered my new favorite place to stay in KL. Cynthea made me feel so welcome and valued that I felt like I was visiting my best friend's home. She also gave me her personal phone number and made herself available for questions at all times, as it was my first time visiting Malaysia. Room was spacious and well decorated, the bathroom was nice and well stocked with awesome toiletries. Large bath tub was a nice touch as well! This condotel is located 3-5 minutes walk from iconic Petronas towers, so I enjoyed the best KL city center has to offer walking to/from hotel and admiring day and night views. Cynthea also gave some really good suggestions regarding other KL destinations, so I had an exciting and eventful weekend visiting those places. Overall, couldn't be more pleased with my stay in Maxstays - MaxsStyle @ Kirana Residence.

This is a very very nice hotel that is not in the middle of KL, it is just out of the centre of the city and for those who like to walk about 20 Min. This hotel allows you to experience the local community and the more you explore the more you find. Food and dinning in this area is at reasonable prices, unlike the centre of the city. Get out and explore by foot great, you can see and taste Malaysia on foot without tourist inflated prises. Big thank you to the staff of this hotel. P.S. newly renovated hotel
