This hotel is very well located just a few minutes walk from the big Paris Department Stores Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. It is a few minutes walk to the Paris Opera Garnier, Place Vendome, Place de la Concorde and The Louvre Museum. It is also close to the Metro stations of Madeleine, Opera and the RER station Auber. The hotel is located in the Opera district, close to the Gare du Nord train station as we arrived from St Pancreas London train station. The price and amenities of hotel offered and location and room size is fair to say good for a Paris hotel. Staff was friendly especially Majory at the Breakfast Room that has responded to our every need in terms of food and preparation of hot foods. Staff at reception could speak good English and was very helpful when I wanted to check-out late at 2pm with no extra charge. I would recommend the hotel to couples that want to get away from the hustle and bustle but still within reach of the tourist places.

newly renovated,clean hotel. staff very friendly&helpful. our room was upgraded;it was spacious&with fridge&safety-deposit box. our room was tranquil towards inner court. the room/bathroom very clean,bed comfy,shower great. breakfast good,but a little overpriced (12€/night/person),but that´s normal in paris. excellent location with great metro connections; paris saint lazare/gare saint lazare metro station right beside the hotel -> e.g.metro lines 3,12,13,14 / approx 2mins walk from haussman st.lazare metro station -> e.g.from cdg rer b3 to gare du nord station + a few mins.tunnel walk to magenta station from where rer e to haussman st.lazare / approx 5min walk from auber station -> e.g.rer a4 to eurodisney. only negative thing is that you can hear the noise from metro in your room (and if your room is facing the street,it can be noisy - earplugs recommended). highly recommend this hotel. thanks!

it's close to printemps and galeries lafayette. you could put back your shopping bags into hotel in 5 mins after shopping. besides, it's also close to saint-lazare train station. you could take a rer to airport or subway to anywhere in paris. one thing need to be noticed. the roome's sound insulation is not good. you could easily hear the sound of footsteps on the corridor. the housekeeping will work on 8:00 a.m. you will be waked up by their working sound. overall, the price is good and room is comfortable. only thing needs to concern is the sound insulation in the morning.

Conveniently located budget hotel close to metro stations, and plenty of places to eat, bakeries, etc. nearby. The surrounding area was great to explore on foot, especially Sacre-Coeur in the evening there was a nice atmosphere with buskers on the steps in front of the basilica. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean, with optional daily housekeeping where they refill your toiletries, tea/coffee, give fresh towels. Only con was they only provided paper/plastic cups, and you might get a room with a bathtub instead of a shower. And at night you might hear some noises from next door so make sure to bring ear plugs. Overall, it was great value for money in an excellent location.

Family room is spacious although single sofa bed isn’t comfortable compare to their standard Twin bed. No bottled Drinking water provided from this hotel. Towel warmer in bath room warm up your clothes and towel before donning in winter is wonderful. Other than rain shower and shower hose, there are 3 spray spout attached on the wall, my hubby refer it as spa. Location is less than 5 mins walk to Auber RER,Galleries Lafayette and Printempt deparmentals.

At least my third return visit, and it gets better on each occasion. Staff remember you and welcome you with a warm smile. Rooms are small to medium in size, but kept immaculately clean by their staff. Breakfast, I would definitely recommend you add on to your bill, a very pleasing taste range on offer, that sets me up for the day. Seven minute walk from Auber RER, five minute walk from Chausee D'Antin metro stations. Three minute walk from Galleries Lafayette, perfect for most travellers needs.

The hotel is warm and welcoming! The staff are incredibly helpful and personable, especially Claude and Fiona. Our room was of the highest standard for comfort and cleanliness, best night sleep in 10 years! Breakfast was plentiful and the staff lovely. Nothing is too much trouble, very accommodating, to a high standard, you will not be disappointed! Metro and train station a short walk away. We will return!

The hotel is ideally located very close to the metro station and only 10 mins walk to the Opera Neighborhood where Lafayette, Le printemps, Zara, H&m and all kind of stores are. Moreover it's only 10 min walk to the Gare du Nord and Est, and 20 min walk to Montmartre and Sacree Coeur. During our stay we were able to walk everywhere, even La Seine and Les Champs Elysses (30min walk) which was awesome. We only used the metro to see the Eiffel Tower. The room was quite small, but enough for 2. There was no a/c but we were given a fan. The room was cleaned daily (cleaner wore a mask), which is very rare nowadays during the current situation. Overall we were very happy with our stay. For the price paid in Paris, we were very satisfied.

The location is nice and it’s 6 mins on foot from the metro station to the hotel. The room looks classic and spacious compared to the London hotels. Although the size of the bathroom is almost the same, a shelf is provided for putting the personal belongings and it’s more convenient for the guest. Although our room is on 5th floor, however, a traditional elevator is available to use. Everything is perfect and it’s the best hotel where I stayed in this trip.

We had no issues over anything and, in fact, the hotel staff, rooms and food available exceeded our expectations in very area. In the evenings, the breakfast/snack room allowed us to enjoy and evening wine (which we bought) chilled with ice which the staff provided for us on request. We were a large group (6 adults and two teenagers) but all requests - whether for local knowledge of restaurants (lots of good ones if you search a little or ask advice) or shows (The Lido proved exceptional) or for taxis (8-seaters are not easy to obtain) - was done with charm and ease. The hotel's location was in easy walking distance of Sacre Couer (10 minutes), Galleries Lafayette (15 minutes), L'Opera (15 minutes), the Louvre (25 minutes) - and there were 2 Metro stations very close - Liege and Saint George for access to the Eiffel Tour, Musee de Rodin, etc, and from Saint Georges the RER ran to Versailles in half an hour. So an excellent location.

So me and my girlfriend stayed at Diva Opera for three nights a few weeks ago. The location of the hotel is great, just a few hundred meters from the nearest metro station that makes it easy and convenient to travel around the city. We had a terrific room on the top floor with not one, but two lovely french balconies. The room was exceptionally clean and cozy, even though i was rather small. The bed was supercomfy and everything you need is included in the room. The staff was very helpful and kind, especially Fransesca, who helped us with practically everything. She speaks fluent english and gave us really good information on how to get from the hotel to different locations. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the layed back and down-to-earth, yet professional attitude, towards the customers. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Its cheap and really offers a whole lot for your money. Would definitely go again. Br. Ville and Eve

Hotel was just a short walk from the train station, very important especially in cold weather when we have to lug our luggages and most of Paris stations do not have lifts. Location was good as we are near a few stations within walking distance. Also enjoyed exploring the area and streets around us. The staffs were very friendly and checking in was a breeze. Breakfast everyday was good but if we went down at 10-11am, some food were not replenish and tables not cleared. Overall good stay and I won’t mind coming back here.

The hotel is in a great location, near two metro stations and the center of major shopping in Paris. There are heaps of restaurants and cafes nearby as well. The rooms are incredibly tiny (best for young or mature couples, not at all for families), but the service was great. We added three more days to the end of our original reservations at this hotel, and for some reason didnt clean the room on our evening before checkout.

This is best ever accomodation after lots of sleepless night research! Silly me only found out the best way to get here from gare du nord,which I failed to see from website/blogs. We took the complicated way to avoid the notorious chatelet/les halles metro. It was hilariously back breaking pushing /tagging our huge luggage up down steep stairs. Paris station lacks facilities. One thing I learnt- parisian men aren't helpful-no one offered to help with luggage! compared to the English gentlemen! There were alays offering help at every tube stairs! So all of you vacationers, best way to get here is... Take st lazare haussmann from gare du nord! It takes you right there, no stairs to struggle with!Other sites only mentioned auber/opera/havre caumartin. I got room 303 a studio unit, facing pharmacie/C&A/street view. You can also opt for courtyard view which is quieter. But , hey ,it 's gay paree! You live in midst of everything. Location is great, everything is around you. Staffs were marvellous &helpful. Lucille was there most of the time during our stay. But they speak English well, no worries, though I tried to practise my french! Kitchen was well equipped, monoprix is round the corner. We cooked most meals, enjoyed ourselves. It was a gratifying &enjoyable stay for us. Will definitely be back!
