Amazing! We chose the Hilton because it was conveniently located across the road from the airport express terminal, and offered 5 star luxury. It did not disappoint. From when we first arrived off a 13 hr flight and ordered room service, we were amazed by the quality of the food, the huge portions and how cheap it was compared to Europe. The following morning, the breakfast buffet overwhelmed us - there were 9-10 food stations covering cuisine from Europe, Malaysia, India, China, Japan - and impeccable service. Later that night, we visited Chinatown (bad move!) and my wife had here purse stolen from her handbag. We didn't realise until we got back to the hotel - no problem, the concierge paid the taxi and passed the receipt to reception to charge back to our room - amazing! The excellent band, Silver Gypsies, playing the in the lobby got us back into the romantic mood with a playlist of love songs, as did the complimentary glass of Moet for my wife to help her get over the distress of being pick pocketed - big shout out to the lobby bar! The hotel pool complex was fantastic - the longest serpentine pool ever - with a fun water slide. When we checked out, we never touched our bags once - they were loaded into the courtesy van and we were whisked next door to the train station where a porter took them to airline checkin and we were booked on our flight and free to spend the rest of the day sightseeing. One tip - make sure you have everything you need for your flight beforehand - it all happened so fast we forgot to retrieve our warmer clothes for the flight! Also, the Hilton website is not very specific about how to get to the hotel - they advise you to get the airport train, but neglect to tell you what to do next - I had to make a call from the UK (three times - transferred to reservations, then concierge, finally to reception) to get the basic information to go up one level and follow the signs to the Hilton.

i asked concierge for a recommendation for hari raya. he gives me the best idea ever: to visit the sultan, as the place was open to the public for a day; best day ever. now - back to the hotel, where i only ever stay when in KL, for this reason: no other hotel has ever demonstrated such a willingness to provide every comfort - way above expectations. the detail in everything is flawless. the staff, all unbelievably friendly and giving. the surroundings, elegant and homely. you always feel at home at the majestic. i miss the premier suite the minute i step out; i feel welcomed the second i arrive at the door. personable, attentive and inclusive. the smiles from staff are genuine and perpetual. stars aside, the majestic promises more than luxury - it guarantees peace of mind and comfort; more than you will find almost anywhere. it's my first choice for KL and i most certainly recommend this hotel to you should you ever contemplate spending your time in this wonderful city! book it now!

Aloft staff is really helpful, i book the room under my name and then asked them if my sister can check in first because she (and her daughter) will arrive before me, and the hotel help me to put my sister’s name as my companion, she check-in smoothly. They also provided Camp Aloft (based on your request) for my baby niece, an air mattres, a tent for playing and a bag full of toys (and you can bring the toys home with you), don’t worry Camp Aloft is free. The room is spacious and very clean. We also enjoyed free minibar and snacks (refilled everyday)! Don’t forget to try their swimming pool, the scenery is so beautiful. On our first day, we go to the pool very early and they still have some photoshoot at the pool so we have to wait, just because my niece doesn’t want to wait at our room, we waiting at the poolside and the hotel give us a free drink and a bunch of snacks. The buffet breakfast is perfect also, so many choices. You can find like everything, from fresh fruits, salad, yoghurt, many kind of cereals (with marshmallow and jelly beans as a topping), dessert, malaysian food, chinese food, indian food, western, vegetarian food, bread, coffee, tea, infused water, pizza, doughnut. Their Laksa and Nasi Lemak is very good, you have to try. You can squeeze your own orange juice here. And children can have their own plate and glass and even their own spoon, yes they do have kids eating utensils. The location of the hotel is perfect also. If you go to kl sentral from klia by bus, you can just crossing the road and use their elevator to go to the lobby. If you use train then you can walk through nu sentral. Very convenience. Will stay here again!

OMG. For a Reasonable Price, I checked in here feeling like I was at the Hilton, But this was just a Boutique Hotel and it gave service HIGHER than the Hilton even as I walked in. They Have a door man, Bell Service, And the Reception and Staffs , Even the Cleaning staffs, were ALL SO POLITE AND ATTENTIVE. I had extra towels changed, a higher floored room, and since the Credit card terminal was down, They told me not to worry about payment till i checked out! So much Trust. And there is the Hotel Cafe just located Next Door. It is a Middle Eastern Restaurant and It even offers Room Service, for a 3 STAR Hotel!! This hotel needs to be given 5 stars coz they made us feel like royalty! The Manager was so helpful and receptive, and the Owner was also around to make sure the guests were happy and satisfied. And across the road, there is an amazing New Mall for shopping or Starbucks or the Cinema. That makes is super convenient. and Guest even enjoy an additional 10% on the Restaurant Bill!

This is the second time i have stayed here so easily located to the lcct bus station and klia train station as well as 1 minute away from the monorail plenty indian food restaurants across the road as well as hotel provides free internet and car parking for guests .room are very clean and checking in was efficient and they kindly upgraded me on both occassions will stay here again on my frequent visits to KL for its convenience as well as valuse for money

If you're looking for a place which is near to everything, Nu Hotel is the perfect hotel for you. Travelling would be easy since it's near to KL Sentral Station which is the transportation hub in the city. The hotel is also near to Nu Sentral, a shopping mall. You just need to walk from the hotel to the mall and to the train station. There's a lot of local food restaurants too! You can try the mamak shops which are just outside the hotel. As for the facilities, the room we got didn't have any cabinets where we could hang our clothes. There's also no personal fridge in the room. However, the room is clean and the staff is friendly.

We are family of three with 3 years old toddler. Location is excellent! Just besides Kl Sentral Monorail statioin. I think the area is highly Indian population area . We are surrounded by all sort of indian food restaurant. Hotel did include breakfast . But breakfast is like a coupon to enter a indian restaurant which serve one dish per hotel guest ( we have 7 choices to select from the menu) . If non the items you want from the menu , you can add on money to get food off the breakfast menu. ( ask for the regular menu) . Normal price for breakfast menu is around RM 5. We are just 2 mins walk to Nu sentral shopping centre which offer wide variety of food and gloceries . But they dont serve breakfast. We have problem searching for breakfast besides indian breakfast. Overall , the location is excellent. Sound proof wise is bad ( but i think all budget hotel will have this kind of problem) .

Booked a two room suites for two nights and it really felt that we were staying at home, modern, comfortable and clean. Wifi working well, they had great movies on tv. The kids loved the loft bed. Bill, the agent who handled our staycation was ever so friendly and accommodating. Kids pool / jacuzzi was great. The only downside was the parking in the building. It is costly. If u wanted free parking, u have to park outside the building. Otherwise everything else is perfect. Tip: do buy food and drinks before returning back as there’s no nearby restaurants around.

We use to book a hotel n always stay for leisure purpose even though its nearby our home... for a long time my hubby n son have been talking about le meridien kl hotel evry time we pass by it... So for chinese new year i gave them a surprise by booking in this hotel for one night stay... Believe me after checking in we really regret for js booking it for one night.. every moment was enjoyed to the maximum.. promp n friendly service by the staff... oh i just love your bed n your pillow... cd feel the coolness once u jump on it.. so clean n modern interior n the scenic view.. peaceful moment... the whole hotel was so lively n well lighted.. the lemon water at the towel corner is so squencing... the waterfall.. the jacussi.. at the swimming pool was so joyful... the cave pathway was awesome.. ample of seats around the pool.. every one we came across seem to be so friendly.. the breakfast buffet was delightful... so spacious n variety of food.. only the food was very pricy but since Nu Sentral is nearby we didnt hav any problems at all even though we always love to order room service food... Overall believe me..not even a second we felt bored a bit.. we will definitely come back le merdien hotel kuala lumpur.. thank you so much for entertaining us... luv ya

It was a great stay - location was fantastic and there was easy access to the monorail and lots of food within the area. There is also a mini Mart to stock up on essentials. It's also a 3 mins walk to the Nu Sentral mall. We were given the family room with two king beds which were comfortable and even coffee satchets were provided so everything was well thought of! Toiletries provided are the usual soap/ shampoo so pls bring your own toothbrush! The only thing is the shower needs a door as the water comes out to the main bathroom area while showering. Temperature of shower also needs to be adjusted as the water sometimes is hot and then cold while showering. Also, it would be best to change the shower to the ones with the hose so that one can use it more efficiently. All in all, hotel is great!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was there for 7 nights, probably longer than most people, as it seems like a "transit hotel" where people usually stay for 1 or 2 nights. Considering how inexpensive this hotel was (and it is rated as a 2-star hotel), I was actually really impressed by every aspect. The staff are all extremely friendly and courteous. Check-in and check-out was very fast and easy. Everything functioned well in the room: The safe was a decent size, it fit all my valuables including laptop comfortably; no issues with electricity, lighting, or fan/AC; the toilet, shower, and sink were all clean, good water pressure; bed linens were clean and comfortable. I asked for an iron and ironing board on my second day at the front desk and it was brought to my room immediately, and I was able to keep it there for the whole week. The location is amazing, about a 5 min walk from Nu Sentral (a new mall which is connected to KL Sentral, which is the main hub for public transportation in the city). It was fast and easy to get anywhere in KL. I came back most nights at 1 or 2am and I felt safe in the neighbourhood, it's always quite busy on the road, even very late. I added a very small additional fee to my room in order to have access to the breakfast buffet. It was worth it. The food is by no means gourmet, but it was a perfectly adequate breakfast. I had fried rice, noodles, seafood dumpling, chicken nuggets, fried egg, a bowl of fresh fruit (pineapple and watermelon), and juice every morning. Over all I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay somewhere clean, safe, convenient, and they don't have a large budget. I spent about $40 CAD a night (you can do your respective conversions), and this is certainly among the best hotels in KL for that price. I will definitely be coming back here again.

The location is excellent, just crossed the bridge from NU Sentral, once you come down, “Turn Left at the small alley right in front of you, you will see Jaya Restaurant, hotel is just beside it. Take note that there are many hotels w similar names so do pin the right one on your map. Location is so near to KL Sentral. Take note that it’s in Indian district so many Indians around. Hotel staff is efficient and helpful, good clean towels and bottled water given Everyday. It is near the street but the noise didn’t bother me. Wifi works excellent. Only cons is the floor of toilet and room feels dirty and the water that comes out from the tap smelt too much of chlorine. It is very value for money with excellent location and wifi with clean beds. There is a 7-eleven just beside and a local convenience store which is really cheap just opposite the hotel.

This hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed in so far. Upon checking in, I have noticed that the hotel is very clean and most of the stuff being used in the hotel are quite new. There are no spots of dirt or any gross insects. The hotel staff was most friendly often accommodating our requests and helping us with directions around the city. The location was the best part because it was super near to all the train stations and even the bus station coming from the airport is located here. We did not have a hard time going to the places in our itinerary, and best part of all we saved so much money because we did not have to take the taxis. This hotel even had strong wifi connection per floor which I liked best because I could use it to research on where to go around Malaysia, and it helped me to stay connected to my friends and family back home. Lastly, the breakfast was really delicious, and the restaurant Old Town White Coffee is just beside the hotel. We were able to save on breakfast money for really good meals, and it helped us save time looking for restaurants for breakfast.

I love this hotel, cause with a cheap price, it including iron facilities, ice box, hair dryer, which not all hotel will provide in each room, even there is 3 star hotel. And i realise others hotel will not see the remarks we make in the hotel booking, but they will. They give us a high floor rooms with windows, which is what we ask for. There is menu too in the rooms, you can call for delivery. Just that inside bathroom is not design well, inconvenient for two people to use the bathroom in the same time, it must have a people to done shower just another people can use the toilet. Another things is their aircond is so slow to make the room turn cold, but there got fan, so it helps too. All this is a small things for us, just that the sound insulation is really poor. In the morning about 8am, me and my sis stil sleeping, but we heard all the sound of door open and close, and the sound they tidying up the room, and their talking with walkie talkie like there is a speaker inside our room. We not sure is it other rooms also like that, but we really curious is it really a speaker inside our rooms. This make us wake for few times in the morning before our alarm at 10.30am.

Location is excellent. 5-minute walk to Nu Sentral shopping mall and the integrated rail transportation hub. Less than 100 meters to KL Sentral Monorail Station. Many food outlets nearby. The hotel is new and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and polite. They made me feel at home. The room: Neat and clean. Aircon is good. Bed is very comfortable. Safe is easy to use with simple and clear instructions. Bathroom looks modern. Shower with good temperature control and water pressure. Hairdryer is made available when guest calls room service. This is my first time staying in this hotel, which i reckon is excellent value for money. Now that i have found it, my future visits to Kuala Lumpur will be made easy. No second thoughts, this hotel will be my 1st choice.

From my opinion the room is suitable for 1 occupant or couple without kid. Overall the cleanliness was good. They should wash the aircond. It's smell was terrible. Smell of sweat of previous guests. I ask them to change the bedsheet, pillow case, comforter sheet 2 x. The staff was friendly. The housekeeper was foreigner. They dont really understand English but they work hard to communicate. I heard a staff talk loudly to the colleauges. The food was prepared by Indian... but easy to get halal food nearby... from stall to luxurius restaurant. Since i was away all day, only at hotel if i want to sleep at night so this place was just okay. Could find transportation easily. Very cheap.

i came back a 2nd time. i booked 6 rooms this time for my friends who are in k with me to do my proposal to my girlfriend. i came a month ago annd when i came back this time round, the hotel staff remembered me. they were very helpful and i was given very clean rooms as always. i would stay in this hotel again should i come to kl central in the future. what a wonderful ad convenient hotel. there's an indian restaurant right next to it and they serve very nice food and very cheap. 7 eleven is just next to it too....

I have stayed in many 5 & 6 Stars hotels around the world, and St. Regis in KL is one of the best hotel I have stayed. The cleanliness and attention to detail for the room's daily cleaning and turn down service is far beyond expectations. Well done housekeeping department! Butler's personal handwritten note everyday and evening adds that special touch to the guest's stay. Astor Bar is nicely decorated in a very New York style and serves amazing Martinis🍸🍸 I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Kuala Lumpur, as I would most definitely come back to stay in the near future visit to KL.

Had all the quality of a great budget hotel.. 1. Location.. next to nu sentral/kl sentral.. 2. Convenience.. Next to kl sentral monorail station/plenty of indian restaurant (if not a fan.. Go inside nu sentral food court).. Next door is the hotel own self service laundry.. 3. Polite and helpful staff.. 4. Price under MYR100.. Which I consider budget 5. Clean & good place to rest after a long city tour.. 6. Peaceful at night eventough road infront.. Cons.. Only 1 but its kind of the hotel policy I guess.. The door card(key) is not functioning on check out day.. Meaning if you go for breakfast and came back you need to call room service or any staff to open the door for u. But I guess thats to remind the guest its time for them to go home..

though this hotel is new but i am very happy with what i got. i booked single room but was upgraded to double room without any extra pay because of lack of room. pros: good wifi, rooms and washroom very clean, staff speaks fluent english and is very helpful,elevator, housekeeping staff was very good and cleaned d room as much i want,centrally located, lot of indian restaurants and spas around, strong aircon,tea and coffee. cons: rooms are too small and people talking inside the room can be heard from outside at times. overall i am very much satisfied with the hotel, the staff and the facilities. this hotel worth the money you pay.

this hotel body&bath used from L'Occitane product made me so relax when i go to shower, you know traveller need a comfortable shower get relax, so L'Occitane product made me super happy and relax~~ staffs friendly and warm, every day you can get local newspaper outside the door, if you haven't take in room yet, you can saw newspaper on your table when you back hotel. so lovely detail for care guest. I love this hotel, in kitchen, you can found microwave, home edition large freezer, knife, cup, bowl, dish, knives and forks, even chopsticks!! wonderful home studio i so love!!!

We are from Tamilnadu, India. We are a traditional south Indian family of four. The location of the hotel was fantastic. It is easily accessible to Monorails, Metrorails, KTM and busses to airport and genting high lands. Since the hotel is located opposite to KL sentral, We don't need to take taxi. We can use the public transport to all the tourist places in KL. The staffs are very friendly and cooperative. Daily room was cleaned and the basic amenities such as towels and water bottles were replaced. There are lot of south Indian restaurants like Saravana Bhavan, Anjappar and also can get north India food. Totally the area is made for Indians to feel at home. The hotel is surely recommended for a family stay near the KL sentral.

Felt like home away home. All staff are concerned and excellent in service. For example Ms Vicky Chong, Supervisor had been patiently answering all my queries. When I wanted to change room immediately they offered alternate rooms. When I faced problem with charger and TV, Maintenance staff promptly attended. They are friendly and helping nature. I couldn't find tennis partner while I brought racquet there. Food is fantastic nearby. So, I not only recommend YMCA to my friends, but also to my relatives!

The staff were very friendly. They were respectful (2 male Bangladesh and 1 female Malaysian). The room was cleaned everyday. Linens were changed. Purified water ( 1 liter per day) to each occupants (we're 3), soap and shampoo, toilet paper were provided. There was an elevator. There was a hair blower inside of the room and an iron outside to press clothes... And the last but not the least is the location is situated near the mrt stations ( all routes) and adjacent to very cheap food outlets/malls plus laundrynette within 15 meters away from this hotel. We're very much satisfied. It's cheap. No negative feedbacks. All are positive.

I was checked in for 3 nights and it was great. I don't have any complains. There's free drinking water, free shampoo and shower gel, housekeeping everyday. One thing I noticed before booking this hotel is that people complained about the noise, sure. The walls are definitely thin, I could hear my neighbors fighting in the next room but, its fair for the price they offer. I have had my fair share of 2, 3, 4, 5 stars hotels so don't look for luxury when you're paying for a budget hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room I was imagining that I saw on the pictures, they gave me something better. It was spacious. Security-wise it is pretty safe. They have the key card that specifically takes you to your floor and no where else. So if say, you want to go to another floor, you can't. It's gonna be your floor then the lobby. That's pretty safe to avoid anyone breaking in. Location-wise, it's right in front of NU sentral mall which is also connected to the KL Sentral station. We took a train from JB to KL Sentral and walked to the hotel. 10 minutes. Or maybe less. I went to Petronas Tower thru KL Sentral so it's pretty convenient when you're a solo traveller because the mrt is right there. Going to the airport is no problem as well. The bus that will take you directly to KLIA/KLIA2 is right in front of the hotel. You just have to cross the street via the skywalk then walk in front, 5 minutes. I guess that's where you will drop off as well if you enter KL via plane. One thing, I'd like to have though is food service. At least have chips or microwavable food available. There's a 7/11 down the street but at 3am when you get hungry, it would be much better if you can just call and order from them. So that's it, loved my stay there, I don't know yet if KL is on my travel plans in the next years but i will definitely recommend Hotel Westree to friends and family and if ever I come back, will definitely stay here.

The Sun Inns is the best 2-star hotel you can find in KL Sentral for under 100 ringgit. The queen size bed is the most comfortable for any around, the shower is fair, the rooms are clean, and, unlike most places around, the WiFi is fantastic! To me, that is just about all I need. So I'll continue to return to Sun Inns like I've been doing for a long time now. (Tip: take a train or bus from KLIA to KL Sentral, and use uber to get from the station to the Hotel. It's only a half-kilometer or so, but Uber doesn't charge a minimum fare, so the trip will only cost you 3-4 ringgit, and save you a sweaty walk with luggage. :) )

This was a pleasant surprise. I read some reviews about the internet not being that good and the food choices being limited. However, I've concluded they are just too picky. I was quite shocked to see how nice the rooms were; at least my room. Totally remodeled. Friendly staff. Food in the area was great (to me). I like eating local culture foods. This hotel is in Little India meaning most of the restaurants cater to Indian tastes. I thought the food was great. There's only one Chinese restaurant two blocks away that opens only at night. I'm planning to return next year if my schedule permits.

I stayed for 1 night together with my partner. The hotel that time is having a renovation I think on the restaurant side but not too inconvenient as i didn't hear any noises (or maybe they are done on that day). The staffs are fine, they assist and greet you properly (even the cleaner). Some minor things i noticed the key for the door is kinda awkward, instead of card keys they will give you the actual key which is a little bit difficult to put inside the key hole as it is covered with what supposed t be the card access slot. There are few channels on the television (I am not local) most of it are local channel and 1 NatGeo channel which is fine as i love NatGeo however, the signal reception for NatGeo is not great (Lagging, Buffing, Pixelated). Lastly, the shower heater there's no indication on which side to turn to make it hot or cold, you will be left surprised! too hot or too cold! hahaha. Anyway, over all stay is excellent. I will recommend.

This hotel is one of the nice hotel I had in my many travels in Asia. Rooms are good enough to a sound sleep. Amenities are best--there are hot and cold shower, linens are fresh, mini bar. My studio room has one large size bed enough for two people. Little India is just in front and so I enjoyed so much the food. There are nearby restaurants which you can choose from any dish you want. Kl Sentral Station is a walking distance which connects you to the MRT Stations including the KLCC where Petronas is there. So convenient and worth the mney I paid for.
