stayed 2 nights, this time around stayed in 2 bedroom apartment in Residence block. travelling as family of 5. Very convenient to get meals and amenities as it's attaches to Gardens mall and midvalley. no parking of its own, but do park at gardens mall, towards South tower end/ near Sage Restaurant. may I suggest that the Residence block or entry is labelled via the parking block itself, and directions given, same with the hotel block too, so that it avoids travellers who drive there from the Gardens Mall parking, needing to lug their luggage for long distances. Can park for awhile at the lobby... but when we came there cars parked from near the hotel block.. block out path to drive in to the lobby.. so we had to bypass and go swing over to the Gardens Mall parking entrance on the other side. the Residence lobby usually staffed by only one personnel.. at times there's a bit of delay in registering. room is clean and spacious.. carpets do start to look a bit outdated design. Will still come back if I need to return for work or any other reason around PJ or Bangsar area.. but maybe needs some new improvements as there's many new hotels and residences coming up in the area

It would be great if the hotel had a free shuttle direct to KL Sentral or the nearby Train Station (Bangsar) rather than walk to another end of the Shopping Mall to wait for the public bus.

Upon asking the front desk personnel, I found out that if I want to check in at that time, they will have to charge me for one day. i do not want that. However, when i booked, i had requested an early check in (at 10am), which the staff said is subject to room availability. She was very friendly and apologetic. So, anyway, I said I'll just wait at the lobby. Then I went to the restroom. When I came out, the night manager came to me and apologize for not being able to accommodate me without imposing any surcharge, however, he is willing to bend the rule a little and allow me to check in at 7.00am, the best that he can do without having his head chopped off. I was very happy. he also suggested that there's a 24 hour restaurant at the corner of the hotel, where i can have my breakfast while waiting for the room. He took my phone number and promptly called at 7.00 am to announce the room is ready. This made the entire stay at the hotel that day, havenly. There are new items in the room service menu (which was not there during my last stay). try the tiger prawn salad. i stayed at the executive room, so i get free access to the executive floor where there offer all day free snacking (mini sandwiches, sliced cakes, chicken wings, sliced fruit, juices), reading Conner and very private, very comfortable sitting. I also received free broadband access. However, broadband speed still sucks.

I was surprised by this hotel, it was like a boutique version of a Hilton. I found it quite comfortable and at a great price! I doubt you can find better for the price. I love boutique because of the romantic atmosphere and this was quite close. Caution! I made the assumption that this place was at Mid-Valley mall and it is not. You will have to take a taxi to Bangsar area where this place is located (and not all taxi drivers will know where it is because it's a new hotel). I didn't eat much here but I did order a "big burger" for room service and it was really good. The hotel is close to Bangsar which is really good for local food ($16RM by taxi there and back). I would definitely come back!!!!

Location is probably the only concern with no access to public transport but taxi is readily available and cheap in KL. Not quite in Bangsar area as indicated by the Booking Agent but only 10 minutes by car to Mid Valley if you want shopping. Room is spacious and clean with basic amenities, while no luxury but excellent value for money – good choice for commercial traveler, particularly if you are not working in the main city area. The best experience is the great hospitality extended by the hotel staff which certainly makes up any down-side of the offering.

Alternatively, it is 3-4 train stops away from KL Sentral so catching the KLIA Express to the airport is convenient as well. Parking is in the basement and well-lit the entire day with a security officer on duty at all times which I have been there. The pool and gym are still under renovations during my stay on 15-17 February. The room is very spacious and has the basic amenities provided for, and ample wardrobe space. A clothes iron and board is provided in-room. The bed is a bit short; note for those taller than 5'6"/166cm.

For less than RM70 on promotion when I booked this place, it surprised me because the room was more spacious than I thought compared to other hotel rooms offering the same price. The room was well-lit and had it's own TV with basic Astro. There was even free breakfast until 11am. The only downside is that the hotel entrance is slightly hidden and hard to find. For most of my stays with this price, i have never came across a hotel with such a luxurious interior with a 4 star service. It came as a surprise the moment i entered the lobby. As i booked this on Agoda, i didn't care too much of the pictures shown as i would usually suspect a catch with such price. However, much to my surprise, it felt like i've walked in to a random 4 star hotel in the middle of no where. To top it off, it was really really close to Midvalley. The rooms were above average for a "budget-priced" hotel and the facilities were enough for my needs. Though my room was windowless, it has it's own perks. I was very close to upgrading to the room with window but realised quickly how quiet my current room was and decided to stick with it. The staff were mostly young but friendly. The food is pretty much what you'll get in any standard local hawker food store but in a much more comfortable environment. The price is equally reasonable! Overall, the hotel offers more than what i have paid for and the value behind every Ringgit was well spent.

The rooms are all designed differently and uniquely. This time we stayed in Capricorn. Even though the room is small, we felt comfortable. However, the shower is visible with no curtains, not recommended for family with kids or travelling friends. The good thing is that the toilet is in a separate covered cubicle for privacy. The thing I don't like about the hotel is that they are too rigid on the check out time. The front desk called twice to rush us to check out. They only gave us a 15mins allocation, after which, they will start charging. Normally other hotels allow late check out until 1pm FOC, especially on a week day. The best thing about this hotel is that it is located just opposite Midvalley Megamall, and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel, good for travelers without own transportation.

Location of this hotel is not hard to find. They is a 24 hour coffeeshop, 7-11 and some pubs just 2 minutes away. You don't need to worry about food. Safety looks okay when I was there, though I still wouldn't advise a solo girl to walk along the roads late at night. (in fact I wouldn't advise any girls to walk around alone in any part of Malaysia.) TWO MAJOR setbacks for this tiny heaven is that.. 1: The room is totally NOT soundproof. Anyone standing along the corridors WILL be able to hear what you say (or do) in your room. They don't even need to stand near your door. Yes.. I've tested it. LOL! 2: They don't do housekeeping. So if you're planning to stay a few nights, don't be alarmed if they don't knock on your door to change your sheets. You need to request for new towers and toilet rolls yourself. Water pressure's good. Toilet's clean. All in all, I will be back to Bjorn just for the staff~! Awesome staff, awesome stay!

The hotel is very nice due to the location that near by KL town. Staffs all very friendly and able to help us for most of the request, few nice restaurant around the hotel, a 24 hours hyper market is just under the hotel basement, food and stuffs are very cheap!! Taxi service is also available once we request from the frontdesk, the hotel staff book for us and they also bargain the cheaper taxi price for us! thanks to the staffs so we wont get the expensive taxi, booking with them got no extra charge! so good of them. So far we are very satisfied for the staying, will come again.

dont like the part where they allowed people smokes in the lobby. It spoils the image of the hotel when i first step in the hotel. I wonder all the people are the staff's friends or the hotel guests.. Others are ok, my request of having extra pillow, toilet papers and extend check out time are attended immediately and in polite way.
