We stayed for 4 days , this hotel is a fantastic hotel with lots of shops, restaurants close by , the breakfast was excellent ,and their evening restaurant was reasonably price with delicious food . Our sea view room was beautiful, the best quality about this hotel is their wonderful, professional staff . I had to deal with calls and emails from home as my bank card was cloned in Bali , The senior hotel receptionist Jama and her junior front desk staff was absolutely wonderful, so helpful and accommodating, we also mistakenly took the remote control from our last hotel in Lombok and she very kindly organised the return. A truly wonderful relaxing 4 days spent in hotel.

Located just around the headland north of Senggigi town on Kerandangan beach, this is a perfect place to unwind. Just a few minutes walk to reach the centre of Senggigi the hotel offers a shuttle bus if required. When we required it the driver couldn't be found so they paid for a taxi instead - astoundingly good service! The rooms are very comfortable with stacks of antique wooden furniture and excellent outside bathrooms with modern fittings. The hotel grounds are immaculately kept and the pool is a delight. We just couldn't understand how we were virtually the only people staying here! The hotel has it's own spa too. Only downsides were the slightly overpriced restaurant and having to use the wi fi internet at either the restaurant or lobby - the signal wasn't strong enough to reach the rooms. Breakfast was the best we've encountered in Indonesia with a full Western or Indonesian buffet available. Loved it!

This is the first time I write a review in Agoda. My friend and I had a great experience during our stay in this villa. The breakfast was amazing; there were 9 options to choose from (5 western style, and 4 local style) every day. There was also complementary snack every afternoon/night when we came back. It is pity that I cannot attach the photos in the review as the food was really nice, and we certainly enjoyed the fruit juice that came with the snack. The staff is very kind and helpful; they tried to help even when they couldn’t fully understand our request since they are not very good at English. They even helped us order delivery and they delivered it to our room! When we came back from our Rinjani trekking trip and they saw that we had a few injuries on our legs, they immediately took out some first-aid items for us to cleanse our wounds. John, the owner of the villa, is also very helpful and hospitable. He helped us gather information on the available tour packages and arranged a day tour to visit Tiu Kelep waterfall and also a shuttle service to the Gili Islands. Also, as our departure flight is very early (6am in the morning), he let us store our luggage at a store room the night before, book our taxi to the airport, and even woke up in the morning to pass us our luggage and open the gate for us! The hotel is about 20 mins walk to the beach. The weather was very sunny during our stay, so it was a bit hot when we walked around in the afternoon. The local food is nice and cheap. There is a warung near the villa that sells cheap local food. The taste is not bad in our opinion, so just give it a try if you want to try some Indonesian food. The transportation is also affordable; it won't cost much for you to grab a taxi. Overall, we feel that Lombok is a really nice place for vacation, provided that you are fine with hot weather. Tucked away from the main street, except for the animals (cats and roosters) this is a quiet getaway. Short walk to a small beach and not far from a larger, black sand beach with many dining options. Staff was friendly and helpful (and make a mean mojito), room and courtyard were clean, the pool looked a little suspect in the daylight (it looks majestic at night) but was fine to swim in. The motorbike we rented from them was the best we've had in SE Asia and quite cheap. Would stay here again!

Very nice hotel, well maintained with a clean room and a clean bathroom. The gardens are a very nice location to stay in, provided you can put up with a few mosquitoes buzzing around (along with many, many geckos!). Breakfast is of a good quality with fresh fruit juice and a choice of pancakes, eggs or toast if you wish - the staff are very friendly. Hawkers may occasionally beckon from over the fence however this is not intimidating or particularly bothersome and they are not permitted in hotel grounds (a real bonus) - just remember that they are desperate for custom and smile, they are not bad people and are few and far between! The location of the pool leading to the beach (through a small gate) and to the sea is a highlight, as you can lounge on a comfy bed before venturing off for a walk on the beach or a dip in the sea (if you don't mind the occasional bit of litter swimming with you). Sengiggi itself is no great shakes and it can be seen why the gili's are more often frequented by westerners and sengiggi by domestic tourists - although good food can be found in the resort. Sengiggi beach would be a nice beach to relax on, however once again litter is a slight problem - beaches further up and down the coast are very nice (Mangsit Beach in particular looks appealing). Overall the mascot can not be beaten on price for location (within the resort), facilities and service - however the real question is whether Sengiggi itself is worth a visit, we stayed 3 nights and that felt an ideal length stay. My advice would be to stay here and explore nearby places as accommodation is cheap, transport is easy to find (including rinjani treks - just be careful who you book with!).

We stayed at Puri Bunga for 3 nights. It is located in the center of Senggigi just across the road from one of the best restaurants in Lombok (De Quake). The hotel is not at the beach but across the road, so very near the beach. It is situated on a small hill with nice trees and flowers. The rooms are little bugalows, with 2 rooms under one roof. The rooms are nice and clean, you have everything you need (TV, CV, fridge, shower, ...). The pool is very nice for a plunge to escape the heat. Breakfast was simple but good both western (pancake (freshly baked, toast, fruit) as asian. The hotel arranged a scooter for us with no extra charge (we paid the scooter guy directly). We would definitely go here again.

We were so glad we booked to stay here for a few nights. We had intended to hit the beach but my partner wasn't well and spent the whole time in our room. We couldn't have been in a better place for someone needing to relax. The room was clean and comfy, there was a TV to keep him entertained and the WiFi was OK too, not great but not too bad in the room. The pool was beautiful, clean and inviting especially the swim up bar! The most impressive element to the hotel was the staff. From the moment we arrived they were so attentive. We had our bags taken to our room, a welcome drink waiting and they were very considerate of my boyfriends illness, allowing me to take food wrapped up to our room for him. They even offered to drive us to a pharmacy or doctor. They also arranged our taxi on to Kuta. Amazing service! The only downside to this hotel was the menu in the restaurant didn't really cater to vegetarians, there were few options. Overall great hotel.

I was on a honeymoon with my husband and we booked a 2-night stay at Sunset Lavinia Hotel and boy! It was the best decision that we have ever made! The host, Dave and Maya, were very kind and hospitable ever since we step our feet at the hotel parking area. Both of them gave a lot of information and tips to spend around Lombok, as well as the do's and don'ts that we tourists will or may do during our stay in Lombok. The hotel room was very clean with a variety of free breakfast tht we can taste in the morning. Although the hotel is very small, the treatment that we get were very personalised and we were very satisfied with everything. We can't wait for our next trip to Lombok and stay with Dave and Maya again!

We loved this hotel! It is definitely a value for the money and we wish we'd stayed for more than one night. The pool was great, beds were comfy and bathrooms were nice. The grounds were really beautiful and the location away from the main beach area made it feel private and peaceful. We had a friend spontaneously join us and they were very accommodating. He liked it so much, he's going to book a room for his wife's birthday. We'd definitely stay here again!

friendly welcome on arrival, & lovely friendly staff & service during our stay. not many tourists so we were very spoilt with the pool to ourselves every day, breakfast was basic but more than enough for us, our room was on the 2nd level so we had the nicest views out to sea. the room was spacious & definately nice & clean. a shame there is no wifi, however we had wifi at most of the restaurants we ate at night, all adjacent to the hotel. we hired a motorbike so had no problems getting around, however even not leaving senggigi there is plenty to see & do. the souvenir shop i frequented was great, (bayan souvenir)all fixed prices & so cheap compared to all the arty shops around. we would definately recommend bukit senggigi hotel for many reaasons, one of the nicest places overall on this trip.

Pros- bed super comfortable, room was dark and nothing better than waking up to the view of the sea. Breakfast was nice :) location excellent as everything was right at their doorstep including the best restaurant in the town. Owner on site offering a warm welcome and advice, very nice. Scooters available at 50k/day Cons- for the price, some simple amenities could have been included that weren’t.

Central Inn is located at the best central spot in Senggigi. When we arrived to the hotel the staff told us that they've had trouble with Agoda and the room we reserved was already double-booked. They offered their premium room (which was not supposed to be booked) instead. They prepared our new room within minutes. The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel is very neat and tidy, location is just perfect. Highly recommended!

Pros: cozy and nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, located in an alley near to main street of Senggigi, walking distance about 3 min to food stalls and 7 min to beach. Clear direction signage to hotel no worries. We rented motor bike and there's a designated parking located nearby, it's locked at night for safety. Towels and toiletries, also insect repellent and international adaptor are well prepared in the room too. Pool towels are available upon request. Cons: The aircond in our room is quite noisy, perhaps service arrangement is required. Complimentary breakfast choice is limited - bread with butter & jam, choose either pancake or eggs + a plate of fruits and coffee/tea. I think can be more variety. No hair dryer in room may find troublesome for ladies.

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, and the boss rents a car to go to the dock. The price given by the boss is more than twice that of the normal price. Because we don't know the real price, the boss does not have a car, and we contact the vehicles of other travel agencies for a high service. Fees, when the travel agency driver knew that the hotel owner charged us the price, they were very surprised. I think we were made a lot of money by the hotel owner. The boss is more treacherous. After all, it is not his fault! From the pier to T Island, the ticket was 15,000 pesos. The pink beach road was broken. We went to the car and the boat. There was basically no one on the beach.The innkeeper will earn the tourists money, remember to bargain!

This hotel is commonly know as Bulan Baru or New Moon, located just before Living Asia Hotel (also commonly known) This was a transit stay before I head to Gili T, which I thought I could save on taxi fare as it's nearer to bangsal harbour to catch the ferry. This hotel is quite a distance from Sengigi Center, meter taxi cost abt 26k. Motorbike transport will ask for 20-25k, as they claim to be too far, which I got to admit that. I managed to bargain to 15,000 all the time, shuttering between to and fro the hotel and Sengigi for all the 2 days of stay. From hotel to bangsal harbour is abt 80k by meter taxi, so I suggest go for the local tour shutter that only ask for 75k with public tix(21k as a international tourist price at the official public ferry counter). So it will be cheaper if u have 2 or more, take a taxi and buy ur own tix. Sengigi center to bangsal by meter taxi will be appriox 100k. Overall wise, have quite a pleasant stay here. Most of the staff are quite helpful and attentively. During 1 night, shutter back to hotel by motorbike, I do not have enough small change to pay, 1 of the staff (old uncle - there's only 1 uncle there) lent me 10,000 to pay for it. Facilities wise, no TV, and the bathroom door was not functioning very well, old bed as the spring is almost gone. Room #1.

I'm sorry but I don't think I have much positive to say about this hotel. I will say that if you are looking to going to Senggigi please don't expect to find clear blue beaches and good shopping, as it's the opposite. There's rubbish everywhere and it often smells unpleasant. But the hotel, it was very big but I'm pretty sure we were the only occupants and did not get a holiday vibe from the place, perhaps it was because it was semi under construction and overcast everyday. It's not located in the centre of Senggigi so you'll have to get a cab ride to the hotel then recommend hiring a scooter for your stay. It is right next to the road so you continuously hear traffic. The bathroom was not the best and the floor was for some reason sticky. I know there's recommendations to see Batu Bolong (temple) but it seriously not worth the coin, it walks out next to their very polluted beach and you'll find better temples in Bali.
