I cannot speak highly enough about the service I experienced in the hotel! Believe it or not I very rarely write reviews but felt obligated to in this case! From the moment I walked in everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I stayed for 4 days and can honestly say this hotel is well on its way to at least 4 stars! I rarely write reviews but all of the staff are committed to doing their absolute best from the front desk to the spa staff and my sweet cleaning lady. The hotel is still under construction which was a bit of a bummer, but despite this the actual facilities are very relaxing and well designed. The view on the roof is spectacular especially at night. Despite all the pros of this hotel I do have some areas of constructive feedback in the interest of helping to make it the best it can be: please put a fan or air con in the gym!! It’s a smaller space (still sufficient) but it gets very hot in there! Also, please add hooks to the bathroom in the lobby!

Everything are so so good. Except for the Violet Spa, when I'm paying the money, the masseur says ”can you give us some tip?” Then I give 20k, she said again, can give more? Then I add another 20k, she said:” This money also not enough to buy one pack of rice”......... The total bill is 720k for two people, end up we spent 760k for the foot massage. I've never met such a masseur, it's enough expensive 720k. Some more request the tip... I am really speechless with that girl.......... Not enough to buy one pack of rice, excuse me, is that my problem? I so regret to step into the VIOLET SPA!!!

This hotel was newly remodeled and is very clean. If you are visiting Ho Chi Minh, stay at this hotel. The location is a bit far from Ben Thanh market and is not walking distance but you can take the taxi there which is only 10 mins away. However, there are many good restaurants within couple blocks of the hotel. There is also a convenient store right across the street that opens 24 hours. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Whenever I need service to the room, they are very prompt to bring them to your room. Excellent service. The facilities are very clean and very well kept. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. It also has the safe box to lock up your personal things. I stayed at this place for 3 nights and I had a great experience. One of the best place I have been. They offer breakfast in the morning as well but i didn't eat there since there are so many around the hotel. But I am sure it is good too. Three thumbs up!!

My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 nights for his birthday . I would like to admit that by far this has been my best hospitality experience. I love to travel and have been to some luxury five star chains but hotel nikko experience is unparallel. We stayed at the 23 floor in the king club room . The room is spacious and the decor is modern and chic. They provide a turndown service and the housekeeping staff is well trained to add small touches when they clean the room( for example keeping shoes in one line) , it feels home when you come back to room after sightseeing. The breakfast is ellaborate and what is more interesting is that they change few dishes ( including the local ones) on a frequent basis so if you stay like us for more than a night, it will be a sigh of relief for your taste buds to try something new. Staff are well trained and willing to assist. Our best experience was with nikko club lounge( situated on 23 floor) where the views over the city are spectacular and the staff is extremely courteous and efficient including all the trainees who made us feel very special. I would recommend to book a room that has a lounge access , every extra dime you will pay is totally worth it. The staff in the nikko club lounge are so well trained and know how to deliver the first class standard of service. They also helped me arranging a cake for my husband and help me arrange a surprise for him. The hotel is truly a gem in district 1 of ho chi minh! It is slightly away from the touristic madness of city but if you fancy something wild the backpacker's street ( bui vien) is walking distance from the hotel. The other landmarks( cathedral, post office etc) are also not too far and you can order a grab for quite cheap rate. After spending at Six sense NINA Van Bay,here is EXCELLENT,compared with SSNVB, 1000 times better !THIS is 5 STAR HOTEL! Definitely staying at here makes my whole trip in Vietnam happily,good ending! Seems staff never say NO,they are super well training,great service! Especially house keeping is outstanding! They are very thoughtful ,they know how to make the guests comfortable and happy! Of course cleanup the room perfectly! I had quick breakfast,both the range of foods and taste are great,but milk pancakes are not good. The best bang mi in Saigon (I tried two best know one but here is better than those two! As information,SSNVB ‘s one is awful!)

I was looking for a local five star hotel to begin my holiday. I had planned to propose to my girlfriend; we had been stuck in the city, unable to travel for some time. I really wanted it to be special. The hotel met my expectations. You are greeted in the lobby by wonderfully friendly staff and it very much feels like a five star experience. The rooms are beautiful. The hot tub-style bath tub on the balcony was fairly luxurious by my standards. Small things, like the coffee machine, also added a nice touch. So too did the afternoon tea. It added to a magical break away in which I proposed, and she said yes! I would go back to this hotel, but there are a couple of reasons I didn’t give it five stars across the board. They are mistakes which would be easy to rectify. Firstly, when I was in the lobby bar I ordered a Corona beer. The waitress said “really?!” It was just odd and unprofessional. Secondly, when we arrived for breakfast another waitress didn’t inform us about the menu until after we had already been to the buffet. The breakfast was great, but it would have been nice to have tried something off the menu before the buffet.

What can I say. The Caravelle Saigon Hotel has history dating back to 1959. Its original part of the hotel remains with the new addition that was added on years ago. I booked a five day stay in the Signature King room and was upgraded to the Signature Premium or Studio upon check-in. Our room had the view of the Opera House and was beautiful with spacious bathroom and room. The bed was very comfy with a pillow menu to choose from. Breakfast, evening canapes with happy hour drinks and non-alcoholic drinks were included with the Signature room. Between breakfast and the evening canapes, there was no room for lunch as the food was delicious and full-filling. Everyone who works at the Caravelle is outstanding with the five star glove service and personality exceeding my expectations. My husband and I have enjoyed talking to the people who work there as they are all so nice. I would definitely recommend an overnight stay at the hotel.

booked a governor suite (new wings), huge bathroom, king size bed, lcd tv, 1 big living room with lcd tv, 1 guest toilet. welcome fruits. included breakfast for 2. the hotel is clean and tidy. stayed on 5th floor of new wing (make sure you booked the new wing, the old building looked dirty and dull, especially the carpet). the breakfast is on 5th floor as well. very convenient. saigon square is nearby, good quality clothings (ex exports, like polos, zara, etc). we took the professional vietnamese traditional photo in zen plaza (5 minutes from the hotel, took cab, $1, make sure to take reliable cab vinasun or maih linh). benh thanh market is nearby. the famous icecream is on the corner, bach dang icecream, a must try, icecream with tropical fruit served in a fresh young coconut for $2.5 only, lots of varieties.

We had an awesome time at this hotel. We had bad luck with the rug in the room, really smelly but the staff tried their best to help us with this problem. The bed was really comfy and bathtub was awesome. Due to the weather, we couldn't swim so our child used the tub as mini pool. We ordered some snacks at the pool and it was surprised excellent . We ordered Com dep (shrimp with green rice), squid, frites . They were just perfect . After a joyful time with this hotel, I can say it's much better than other 5 stars hotel we have stayed. Wish the room could be bigger . I booked this hotel for my mom after we got home and she loved it too

Super clean and modern hotel, convenient walking distance to all major sites. Helpful, attentive and friendly staff. Awesome breakfast buffet and wonderful rooftop pool to relax by after a hard day of shopping and sightseeing. Best value for the money! Why go cheaper or spend more unnecessarily? I originally booked for two nights but ended up staying a week because it was such a pleasant hotel experience. Very nice and quiet room, listed as “no window” but it had a long rectangular valance window that flooded the room with sunshine everyday. I was expecting a dark and dreary room, but it was the total opposite; bright and pleasant. Modern room design, with ice cold A/C and plenty of hot water for showers. Staff was always there for advice, help booking tours or giving directions. The one or two blocks surrounding the hotel are under construction and are being developed so at night it’s a little desolate but safe. Don’t let that deter you, people are always around. A+ honest reviewer!

The receptionist well welcomed me when checking in. The room was quite tight and neat, and housekeeping was more than appropriate during my stay. Door men were so smiley, but not all of them. Breakfast was excellent, and other facilities such as fitness, massage, sauna, and pool were standard. Location was acceptable - only 15 minutes away from Ben Thanh Market on foot and other local attractions. So overall, everything was quite satisfying and beyond standard with great value. You won't regret! Have fun in Sai Gon!

Based on good reviews from this hotel, I decided to stray away from my group and booked this hotel instead. I am so glad that I never regret making this choice as the moment I stepped into this hotel, I feel so warm and welcome by the staff receiving me at door entrance, reception and next day staff at the breakfast area. The hotel is strategic located, clean room though mine is without window view, it does not matter to me as I were out most of the time except evening. There are many spa / massage areas near the hotel, one recommendation to try is the Golden Lotus Spa which is just behind the hotel about 3 min walk. I feel very safe staying at this hotel, the staff always friendly and keep a lookout of my safety as well. Even helping me to make reservation for my dinner appointments. I will definitely head back to this hotel again on my next trip and hope Agoda will still keep this price very attractive for us to book. thank you

Visiting a city one learns many things. One being that most of the locals prefer to still call their home city of Ho Chi Minh City by its old name Sai Gon. Yes. That's another thing, "Saigon" is actually two words in Vietnamese! Another is (and confirmed by our stay there) that the Majestic Hotel is one of the city's great hotels. It is an institution and has been since 1925 and, although its original external outside appearance has altered slightly over the decades (we liked the original), it's great position and reputation for quality and service have not altered. Situated on the river it is wonderfully positioned that those lucky enough to stay here can amble to all the best shops and restaurants. Those that are not, are within a short taxi ride away. Taxis are always available out the front. We opted for a river view room which was well appointed and double-glazed to keep the traffic noise out. Air conditioner worked extremely well and the room was appointed with the facilities you would expect from a hotel of this calibre. Staff was very friendly and helpful although on one occasion we did have difficulty communicating with one member of the staff. Overall, we had no problem though. Breakfasts were great. Lots to chose from and were enjoyed from the fifth floor terrace with a fabulous view overlooking the river - great way to start the day. Food did not disappoint. Even at the end of one exhausting day when we just opted for room service. Not a cheap hotel and by no means the most expensive, should you chose to stay at the Majestic you will not be disappointed.

The hotel is in a great location, it's very clean and the staff are so friendly. The rooms are a good size. The reason why not 5 star is for a few reasons. 1) the hotel is on a main road and all night long the bikes and cars and beeping their horns and you can hear it. I would advise a room without a window, it's cheaper and easier to sleep In. 2) The maids are very friendly but they start work at 7.30am and talk very loud outside and it work us up everyday, such a shame, and 3) The breakfast is basic but could be so much better. Every day they have a different selection but if you go for breakfast at say 9am some things have run out. Best to go early. Also they had croissants one day but cut them up into tiny bits so may 1 croissant was cut into 5 or 6 bits, same for donuts. Why not put out as a whole? You have to order fried egg, but it comes out still a bit raw so not able to eat, tried everyday but always the same. You can order Vietnnese noodles but after 9am you might get half a bowl as they have run out. There is bread and a toaster but the toaster is half broken with 4 slots but only 2 work and 1 of them only works on one side. Please buy a new toaster. The breakfast could be so much better with just a few changes. These are the reasons why i didn't give it 5 stars. But the staff are great and the rooms are large and clean and the beds are very good. Not sure if I'd stay there again.

Everything is awesome. The hotel is near to Beh Thanh market and also the night market. It is less than 1 meter. It is easy to travel around as well because the VINASUN cab is just outside the hotel. The breakfast is nice, lots of choices. It is combination of local, Asian and western breakfast. The PHO is really nice. I had it as my breakfast every morning. Room is spacious and clean. The hotel also provided 2 free mineral water every day. During our stay we booked the Mekong trip and Cu Chi Tunnel trip from the hotel. The price is reasonable and the trip was really fun. On our last day of stay, we didn’t do reservation for the water puppet show as we afraid that we cannot make it. We reached hotel around 5.40pm local time and we tried to book the ticket from hotel and was informed that since we do not make reservation. They will try to help us check on this. I saw them keep on trying to call (they call many times but was no one answer the call). They ask us to have a rest in our room instead of waiting in the lobby and they will try their very best to help us getting the tickets. The show start on 6.30pm and we are able to get the ticket when we reached lobby on 6.15pm. Really thank you to Vivian, Lina and Pauline for this. Even it is a 3 star hotel but their service is really a 5 star hotel services. Surely will stay here again when I travel to HCM in future

I’ve stayed here over a dozen separate occasions for 1 day up too 10 day and everything in between. The staff are faultless with very good English for most. That’s not something you can say about many Saigon hotels. Don’t be put off by the location for noise, it’s very quiet even for Bui Vien. The restaurant , bar on the rooftop has one of the best views of the city and unless you are staying in a £140 a night hotel then the view can’t be beaten. It’s a very pleasant place to be on an evening dining or just reading and having a drink. Out of the door you have everything from street food to restaurants serving every type of food if you want to dine out. They actually own the hotel next door that’s only about 12 months old too. This is also excellent. It’s a very safe , friendly place to be. As I type I’ve left my jade bracelet in my room and now I’m in Hanoi. I spoke to the hotel and it’s safe until I return to Hcmc in two weeks. It will be waiting I’m 100% sure.

tan hai long hotel & spa is a pleasant & best place you can find in hcmc central. walking distance to all spots you intend to visit, notre dame cathedral, mariaman temple, saigon centre, diamond plaza, zen plaza, post ofc, independence palace, bin tay market & just 1 minute walk to benh tanh market - all explored in just 2 days & just by walking is just beside the hotel - the best food served, try their pho noodles(seafood,beef&chicken)& also their grilled pork. the vietnamese are the kindest, amazing people. we found them sincere & down to earth & contented in life..amazing as well are the police who are most helpful to cross tourists on the heavily motorcycled roads of hcmc. if you have time, catch 3d movies at diamond plaza for only, also try the tous bakery pastries - superbly delicious...in the hotel, commendable are manager luan hanh, superb in his job very alert & non-stop making sure that buffet breakfast is filled-up, clean. likewise with waitress quynh anh & chef vo quan...hotel staff even surprised us with tea while waiting for our transport shuttle going to airport. rooms are super clean, louis from sales dept, delivered all we have requested for our stay in the hotel...btw, pls eat as many fruits as you can...all are so cheap & power delicious, fresh & ripe.

I loved this hotel. The location is excellent, the room was great, the breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated the daily one hour massage included with my booking at no extra charge. Not just an ordinary massage…I would say the massages at the hotel spa were some of the best I have had anywhere. The staff was absolutely outstanding. Everyone was all smiles and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Everyone spoke English, and they were always helpful with any questions. My arrival in Saigon started with a problem because the hotel's driver wasn't at the airport to pick me up as pre-arranged, so I took a taxi to the hotel. This seems like a complaint, but in the end it turned into a positive experience because of how the staff handled it. They were very apologetic and reimbursed me for the taxi. I will definitely stay at Fusion Suites on my next visit to Saigon.

We had a group of 8 people that stayed in the apartment and it is extremely cheap and great value for money staying together. It is located in district 1 which is centrally located to all great food and attractions. Taxi rides will range from 20,000VND to 100,00VND. Hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport costing around 150,00VND (tell the driver to turn on the meter). Small selection at the buffet breakfast but its still good considering it is free of charge with the room, reception also has a tour guide (buffalo tours) which was very helpful to book flights and tours. Staff are very helpful, friendly and are not bothered when we returned to our room in the early hours of the morning. One of the best stays i have had in ho chi minh considering i have been there 5 times.

I've been to Saigon tons of times and I only stay at this hotel. The hotel amenities are great, but also at the same time what makes this hotel stand out the most is the hotel's staff. They truly go above and beyond to making you feel welcome and supported. As a person who travels often, and I have stayed at many hotels throughout the world, I can say 100% this hotel is by far the best.

I have been travelling to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, for many times. I have stayed in District 1 hotels like "Dragon Palace 1 Hotel", "Dragon Palace 2 Hotel", "Asian Ruby 1 Hotel". I wish to provide feedbacks to every Agoda Hotel seekers who are looking at District 1 hotels. I have always thought most budget District 1 hotels are around the same. Until I decided to try out this T.Espoir Hotel. I can say, those hotels I stayed before, has no fight with T.Espoir Hotel. Here's why..... T.Espoir Hotel is also known as Cititel Hotel. In most previous reviews by other hotel stayers, yes, they went through a renovation. I am pleased to say that the noise are no longer exists as the renovation has been completed. Right now, the contractors are doing touch-ups and cleaning of each room. Genuine Feedbacks below: Breakfast: the bed is so comfortable with cold aircon that I didn't even want to get out of bed to have breakfast. Location: It is so near to Nguyen Du Galaxy Cinema, with lots of food stalls along the street, many drinking clubs... best part is... it': walking distance to Ben Thanh Market. Facilities: If this hotel comes with a swimming pool or Gym Room, it will be perfect. Big lobby area. One lift with cctv in it, good security. Every floor has cctv along the walkway. Staff: Friendly staff. From Door boy, reception all the way to house keeping. They try to accomodate your request, all you need is "ask". They allow me to check out at 2pm because I check in late. Wifi: Strong. Never disconnect before. TV: have most channels except live soccer matches. Aircon: Famous brand by Daikin. Room: Very clean. Spacious. Nice concept. Newly renovated. New stuff in room. Sound Proof: Not sound proof. Basically, you can hear your neighbours making love or talking. Housekeeping: Pretty friendly lady who never fails to clean up room every morning. Best Value Hotel in HCMC ive stayed at so far !!! . After checking out reviews i picked this Hotel to stay at for the last 2 days of our holiday as our melbourne flight leaves at 9.00pm we generally book to have a base until early evening so i was looking for a more modestly priced hotel to stay the last nights . This trip we chose to stay in some of Classic Hotels in the 5 star range at HCMC ,HOI An ,Hue. i was expecting a good to mediocre hotel however The Grand Silverland Hotel & Spa is now at the top of my list ticking all the boxes From arrival to departure i was totally impressed The hotel staff and managers are excellent well trained and very helpful , Taking care of things like airport transfers and phoning checking airline reservations recommending shops that actually can supply your needs . The fastest and easiest check in ever ( They actually take you to your room to complete check in which is great for weary travelers ) Room - Silverland Suite was well appointed clean and had a multi function Jacuzzi portal Location is perfect a few steps from the market and all the sights of district 1 Roof top pool and bar small but fantastic Great spa and massage. Great Breakfast Really the best value for money . Five star service at 3.5 star prices Wish we were still there !!

I booked a room for 2 nights (14 - 16 August 2019). From the time I did my online booking, the hotel started to keep in touch with me regarding my requests and to give me recommendations. They explained to me that the room that I booked doesn’t have the view and the room on high level request that I wanted. They apologized and recommended to upgrade my room (with reasonable price adjustment). Bui Vien, where the hotel is located is VN’s party area, having a room on the highest level will be good if you are not into noisy music. When I checked in, I was amazed with the interior. It was sophisticated and I liked it. The hotel occupies a small space but I can say that c central was able to maximize the area available. I was attended by Ms JULIE NGUYEN and offered another exceptional service. She assured me that I don’t have to worry as my booking request prior to my arrival has been settled. To my surprise, they gave me their biggest room on their highest floor with huge balcony where I have the 180• view of the bui vien area. The room was amazing and the staff were great!!!! Complimentary is as per order and it was amazing. We enjoyed our 2 night’s stay. I felt secured also as visitors are requested to log their names at the reception when they have to visit someone.

This Hotel is centrally located and easy walking distance to the main attractions of the city including, the Palace, War Museum and markets. Its a short stroll to Bui Vien Street for great food and night life. We stayed for a week at the Harmony Saigon and from the moment we stepped into the Hotel until the time we left we were felt welcomed by all the staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. We booked a couple of tours from the Hotel Tour Desk and Rachael at the desk was friendly, informative and more than helpful in booking us into the things we wanted to do. The prices at the desk were comparable to other tour operators in the city. The breakfast and restaurant areas are fantastic with anything that you would want for breakfast from local food to bacon and eggs. Again the staff were extremely friendly. I would like to thank all the staff, Management, Reception and Bell Boys for making our stay fantastic. I Highly recommend this Hotel
