If you are looking for the comfort and cheap hotel near Don Mueang Airport or Impact exhibition area, Ibis Impact is for you. The bed was soft and comfy. The room was totally clean. The staff were super friendly and ready to help you. The environment was so quiet. For food and shopping, cosmo bazaar (with big food court, sport wear outlet and small shops) is 8-10 mins walk away. I would come back again if I need to stay near Don Meuang airport.

airasia into don muang airport.. taxi straight to novotel at impact. visiting impact for my bangkok motorshow work visit novotel is best choice right next to impact show halls.. the bathroom has 3 section glass partition wash basin. standing shower area. w/c bathroom has bathgel shampoo on a small holder next to wash basin. along with bar soap. closet has 2 robes, 2 slippers, umbrella. weighiing scale. in room safe. the mini bar and fridge items are chargeable i.e. liquors, can drinks, snacks, special packing mineral water etc. the free items are the coffee and tea sachets with sugar/creamer packs and 2 bottle plain water.. internet is wifi and rj45 lan. some extra sockets for electric plug in the wall .. has lcd tv bed is large and comfortable for me. dressing table/notebook/study table. 1 long sofa with coffee side table. near to walk across the walk bridge in day or night to impact show halls next door.. food is easy to find at the food area of impact building. after 3 nights there.. i have to say goodbye to bangkok motorshow and fly home to malaysia. all around has been a comfortable stay at novotel.

We only booked this for one night and it was a very good hotel. Located at DMK airport and just a bridge walk away, 1-minute and you are in the airport. Big comfortable rooms and very clean. They did have a pool but we did not use it but it was very big and can handle a lot of people. The booking came with breakfast and the buffet style setting was AMAZING!. A little bit of everything for any nationality for whatever you have a taste for at the moment. Don't want to eat at the hotel just walk over to the airport concourse and you have everything you can ask for from fast food to Thai food stalls for cheap. If you are looking to hit the nightlife then this is not the best located hotel for it. I like flying in/out at DMK and will always book this hotel the night before I have to fly out for the convenience.

We stayed for 1 night stay for my trip to Dream World Fun Park. It was very convenient and comfortable, a few step walked to food market at the front of hotel. Opposite the hotel was Big C Department Store. The room was very OK for me. (everything looked clean and tidy) But one thing need to be solved was Noisy Air Conditioner. I could hear it clearly at night time when the around atmosphere calmed down. Finally, the overview of the hotel is fine and OK including staff's service.

I had business on Chiang Wattana Road and we looked for a hotel that was close to the facility we visited. Had previously stayed at the Don Muang Amari Hotel so we thought we would try the Miracle Grand. It had excellent reviews and a reasonable pice. When we got there, we were treated as extra special guests and were even given a double upgrade to a Senior Suite. We a beautiful room. Breakfast was also included in the room rate and again the breakfast wes exceptional. The parking garage was under the hotel so when my fiance was going to get the car and I was checking out, the porter actually carried the luggage down to the car! They had a bakery on the premises and after a cedrrtain evening hour, many of the cakes slices were 2 for the price of 1.

What can I say? Our room is so big like as if I am staying in a 5 star hotel yet on a very affordable price. the 2beds are so big, the a/c is pretty cold, the shower room is likewise big. I would highly recomment this not only to those who wants to be near in Don Mueang Airport but also to those who wants to go in city center as they offer free shuttles 3-4 times a day

The Journey Hotel is one of the best minimalist hotels I have stayed in. This hotel has a business hotel feel to it and is very close to Don Muaeng Airport. It is perfect if you want to catch an early flight from Don Muaeng. The rooms are very very spacious! The price is very affordable and the staff there go out of their way to help you despite their lack of English conversation skills. You should keep in mind that this hotel is close to Don Muaeng. Which implies that it is far from the central Bangkok and all the attractions. It'll be a good 1 hr taxi ride in one direction considering there is no traffic congestion. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant but there some nice local and European food options at a stone's throw. This is a perfect stopover hotel and I would definitely book it again if I have an early morning flight from Don Muaeng.

Good option if you're stuck on Chaeng Wattana. It was quiet, which was what I needed. Free breakfast looked promising but I didn't have time. A lot of it is under construction at the moment so simple things like finding the front door can be a bit confusing at first. If you're in Chaeng Wattana for work, or you want to be the first one to Immigration or some other government office, this is a good option.

Friendly staff, large room size and all the facilities you expect for a hotel of this calibre all at a great price. Only minus is rush hour traffic in the late afternoon and early morning on Chaeng Wattana road, but that has nothing to do with the hotel of course. Good location if you're flying in or out of Don Muang airport or have visa business to do at the immigration office located just behind the hotel.

This new hotel (opened in early 2018) is located not far from Don Mueang International airport and nearby several govt depts in Chaeng Watthana Road. The rooms are simple but clean. However there are not much facilities (such as swimming pool, restaurants, fitness gym, business center, etc.). The only downside that I noticed is that the rooms tend to be very hot and stuffy because you are given only one access card which also turns on the electricity in the room. It's a noble idea to save electricity but not comfortable for guests when you have to leave the room and return later.

The hotel is clean and tidy and very near to Don Mung airport, It is perfect as a 1 night stay as a place to stay before travelling from DMK. The best feature for me, was the car park there. It is covered, very large and locked - very secure. It costs 100 baht a night, first night free as you have booked a room there. The room is OK for one night, clean and functional and costs around 700 baht. The hotel is very hard to find even though it is very close to DMK. There is a free shuttle sevice to DMK, but it only runs at 6am and 7am. Taxi from the hotel to DMK is around 100 baht. I stayed there 1 night and parked for 9 days and the cost for parking was 800 baht. I was very pleased to stay here overnight as we had a very early morning flight to Korea and it meant we did not have to miss a nights sleep with all the extra travelling to DMK, Very relaxing and stress free (well reduced anyway!).

Ebina Hotel is really really near don muang airport that's why a few airport cab drivers seemed hesitate to drive us, so we didn't want to bargain when the taxi counter staff charged us 200baht. From hotel to airport, the very nice lady cab driver used meter and the fare was about 100 baht only. Hotel to Chatuchak market is not too far but the journey back is further due to one-way road and cab driver have to drive pass the hotel on the other side of the road towards airport then u-turn after IT Mall. After passing by two 7-11, ask the driver to turn left into the lane , you will see the tall hotel on the left. The hotel surrounding might look remote at first, but after exploring, in fact it's quite happening. There is a big spa & massage place next door(staff quite friendly), and a restaurant (in residential house setting) which serves very very yummie thailand food, many local customers, we ate there every night-big bone soup, papaya salad, bbq fish, etc. all are really aroi, price reasonable and staff are friendly, miss the food... There is a market right next to the hotel too which opens in the morning till around 1pm, yummie food & lots of stuff to buy. There are also several convenient stores outside the hotel. Staff of Ebina Hotel are very friendly & helpful, especially Ms Chanchao & Kat-sorry if I spell your name wrongly :). Concierge always willing to walk all the way outside the hotel to call for cab for us. The room we stayed is very spacious, comfortable and clean. We like the breakfast too, many variety, fruits, salad, noodle, etc. Will stay in this hotel again.

Booked a double queen room through agoda, arrived late at night to be given a twin room which was much, much smaller. Nothing could be done that night as it was a night receptionist. Next day we queried with both agoda and the hotel reception. Reception made the relevant calls to agoda and cleared up the problem and moved us into the correct room which i had booked. The double queen room was very nice lots of space in the room which we needed as we had three large suitcases. Comfy queen size beds, shower room and toilet also nice. The Room also had a fridge and a safe. Note some of the roads in the area close at 11:30pm so you will need to go via the roads near the university when they are closed. You can hear aeroplanes occaisionally but they weren't really loud enough disturb our sleep.

This hotel is very new and clean. The room is very good and big. The bed is very comfortable and nice. I love it here. Will come back again. The staff is really really nice. She helped me with everything. They even provided free dessert when I came back from work. Breakfast is very good. They change menu every single day. Especially dessert, it is very varieties. The hotel also has a free bike in case you do not have a car to go out. You will love it here.

Chaeng Wattana traffic is legendary. I often work in the area and like to stay overnight to beat the traffic. You won't find a place with similar rates near Impact Muang Thong Thani that has parking, so I chose this hotel as it is close to 'the back way.' Room was super clean and comfy, neighborhood quiet (if you chase the soi dogs away) and staff friendly and helpful.

The reviews were right, very clean hotel, everything looks like new, you can see that the owners care about detail, made a cozy place. Large rooms, large fridge, good wi fi, good aircon, everything works well. You can walk there from the airport if you have light luggage, the hotel can give you instructions. The hotel people are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you flight through Dong Muang airport. The area around the hotel is mainly typical Thai, there is a local market nearby, but you can take a taxi to Future Park Mall, just 12 minutes, less than 90 baht and you'll be at a very large mall with plenty of good places to eat and Central, Robinson & Big C department stores and supermarket.

I've been flying domestically to Bangkok for a day/night stay and so far this has been the best place I've found that's walking distance to the airport. bear in mind if you choose to stay at a distance to far to walk to and from the airport you must factor in your travel expenses when reviewing the price of the hotel. the walk is about 10. minutes and its in a nice mini town which has its own charm independent from the mainstream Bangkok. the room aims at comfort and convenience, it doesn't have a soundproof door so some sound does intrude but the hotel is down a Soi so it escapes the more invasive noises of vehicles. the pool is great escape from heat and harsh life of the capital. the lady at the restaurant on the top floor is extremely helpful. I've been trying out a. number of hotels around Don Mueang Airport and after finding this my search is finally over.

My partner and I booked this place for Foo Fighters concert at IMPACT Challenger Hall 2, Bangkok. The place is indeed near/walking distance to the hall. The place has strong aircon and the quality of the room is not bad for the place - the bed and room were clean. The place itself is a neighborhood and it is not the cleanest place we've stayed in Thailand, but we will recommend it because of the great location, room quality, and the helpful staff of SK Muangthongthani Apartment, most especially if you are coming from an event or concert at IMPACT. Below C9 Popular Condominium are many eateries. The location is great for foodies and people on a budget. We especially enjoyed the one just beside their office. The only difficultly we had is that WiFi is not strong in our room in the 15th floor so we cannot connect. We had to go down to their office to use the net.

Very good 24 hour stay but if the address was listed better in the information, getting there would have been much easier and faster. If I was to stay in the future, I would walk across to Amari Hotel, get a taxi or motorbike taxi and ask the driver to either call the hotel or show the address in Thai to the driver. It is just off Kamphaeng Phet 6 Rd which the Amari is also on (further away from the airport). Just have to turn off on Soi 7 where are large signs for the hotel on Kamphaeng Phet 6 Rd to point the way. It is not hard to get to the hotel but the website does not show this well. Download a map to show the driver. Unfortunately we did not know this at the time and joined the long lines at the airport for a taxi and paid the 50bt "drivers fee" as well and the trip with wait took over 1 hour. Other than that, the hotel was very pleasant and a very short walk to the lively morning markets. Did not see many foreigners in the area. We took a motorbike taxi to the "Big C" for the afternoon which has a movie theatre with movies in English and shops, Swensens etc and street food nearby . Took a taxi back to the hotel 60bt also travelling along Kamphaeng Phet 6 Rd. Hotel staff spoke very minimal English so could not help with travel directions. Got us to the airport in good time for flight out the next day.

Stayed 3 nights, deluxe room is quite spacious to the point of feeling a little empty. Definitely enough room for a small lounge setting or lots of luggage spread out on the floor. Lots of bench space. Blackout curtains very effective. Flat screen TV basic/okay, channels a little limited and signal a bit flaky sometimes. Free WiFi works well. Bathroom tidy and functional, rain type shower. Didn't get to test the restaurant, though I did look in on breakfast, simple affair, not a real big selection but okay to get your day started. Had a fairly plain-jane coffee from an auto-machine, could have done better at a local cafe across the road. English is a bit limited among the restaurant staff, wasn't a problem for myself but I could see/hear other Europeans having a little difficulty being understood. Having said that the reception staff were fine and helpful. It's quite easy to find as long as you can say Chaeng Wattana Soi Sip. Fortunately Mida have got a few strategically placed signs for the observant on the main road and side streets. Traffic on the main road can become a bit gridlocked at certain times leading to quite extended taxi journeys when all you want is to be on the other side of the road. For the price I would definitely stay at Mida if a long stay was required and style or luxury comforts weren't required. (Though Mida do have executive suites if 60+sqm is more your thing - quite suitable for business travellers or families).
