I stayed here for about 4 nights during business in Saigon. The hotel is relatively new, at first i was given a room without a window, however i booked a room with a window on agoda and the staff happily changed me to a great room immediately. I had a very good view. the cleaning staff were friendly and the bed very comfortable. A good modern hotel that is good value.

Room was very clean, bathroom was nice. One light in my room was not working though. Front desk staff was very friendly and accomodated to all my requests. Worth every dollar! Only downside is that the hotel is a little hard to locate, especially if it is your first time in Vietnam.

Run down and grim. There are many better options at half the price. Staff were very kind and helpful but the hotel remains horrid.
This hotel is very basic and not close to the tourist district and the staff speak very little English. We stayed because we know a Vietnamese family in the area but, if we hadn't known the family, we would have felt far away from the more tourist friendly places. The hotel wasn't very clean though the staff were nice and tried their best despite the language barrier.

we booked a standard room at this hotel and our room's expectations were met. this hotel's location wasn't near the city's central area; was neither near any busiest area, nor near any interesting night-life areas. we stayed here because it's near the bus depot named "ben xe mien dong". overall, we will stay here again when we have our next opportunities.
Lovely place to stay and relax away from the hussle and bussle of the main city itself. Eventually got better standard room on request as first room was not suitable. Room was nice and qaint. Staff friendly enough. Had house cleaning everyday and standards were excellent.
The hotel location is convenient, the room rate is very affordable, there are a lot of restaurants in the hotel area
