All facilities available and especially the pool area/gym/spa have extensive facilities. Free internet in the lobby. Nice coffee shop and excellant restaurant. Hotel is right next door to best shopping centre in Bintang Walk which also includes a cinema complex. I would definately stay there again."

"The location was very good as it directly connects to Pavilion mall so that we didn't need to walk outside when it was very hot. We stayed on the club level and could have some drinks and refreshment while we were waiting for our check-in process. Every night we enjoyed some drinks , cakes and some food at the lounge. It's drink selection was not very broad but ok. With all these drinks, cakes and food, free 3 pieces of laudry per day, daily breakfast, the price was quite reasonable. The housekeeping was not the best as a bit of hair left in the bathroom when we checked in and a lot f oily finger prints were found on the desk. One day, coffee cups had a lot of gel type of soap left (it had the same smell as the hand soap in the room) and I've drunk some water using the cup and ingested a bit of soap. It took a while to get rid of the soap taste out of my mouth and my stomach didn't feel too well that day. Otherwise other staff were very attentive and helpful. We'll stay here again."

"I chose the hotel because its location. It's in front of Berjaya Times Square, only 5-10 minutes walk to Bintang Walk, Lot 10, BB Mall, Sungei Wang, Pavillion, and other shopping places. Behind the hotels, there are a lot of food hawkers and 24 hours food counters. Monorail Station Imbi is just next to the hotel, and 7-11 minimarket is just next to the hotel. The room itself is not very big and luxurious as Melia in other countries, but it is worth the value for money. Breakfast was nice, it doesn't have smoking area, but you can smoke at Piano Lounge at lobby. Internet Access is free at lobby level, but the connection was a bit slow. "

"I stayed at the Family Room with my parents and they were both satisfied with this hotel. The family room is spacious for 3 adults, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the view are obstructed by other tall buildings. The hotel is located at less-busy-corner of Bukit Bintang so Pavillion Kuala Lumpur and the Bintang Walk are just within walking distance. Moreover, this hotel is accessible by Grab and Uber. I would also commend on their breakfast at first floor. They have wide variety of foods and they are all amazing! Seats are well managed by the waiter/waitress and foods are refilled frequently. Last but not least, their service from reception, concierge and room service are good too."

"The place was beautiful and clean and our suite was just below the penthouse with clear view of the city. We went out on the second day not knowing some helpers are gonna clean our room, we left some valuable items on the bed and when we come back, none of our item went missing. We even extended our stay for a couple of hours and the host attended to our request nicely. Just one cons, there’s no water heater or boilers. But there is a microwave in the kitchenette. Definitely would consider staying here again."
