Spent the new year there. Location is spectacular specially for shopping, being close to brand shops(Pavillion mall, Farenheit88) and street shops at the same time. Bintang walk is great and it's within very close proximity. Hotel was clean,quite spacious & staff moderately helpful. Only downside was the breakfast, it's as if the buffet is just for the purpose of checking off the breakfast box. Nothing special, sub-par and really a miss.

Check-in/out was fast. Plenty of car park available for travellers with it multi-stories secure and gated carpark. No worry of flash- flooding for this hotel in this location. Nicely located adjecent to the famous Bukit Bintang walk, which is about 5 minutes walking to the Time Square Mall, and about 15 mins walking to the famous Pavilion Mall. Plenty of Taxi services at the hotel lobby. The staffs are friendly and will greet you first before you do. The sound-proof of the room is average but it is clean, spacious, bright with great view of the KLCC and KL Tower (from 16th floors onwards).

I stayed at the Family Room with my parents and they were both satisfied with this hotel. The family room is spacious for 3 adults, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the view are obstructed by other tall buildings. The hotel is located at less-busy-corner of Bukit Bintang so Pavillion Kuala Lumpur and the Bintang Walk are just within walking distance. Moreover, this hotel is accessible by Grab and Uber. I would also commend on their breakfast at first floor. They have wide variety of foods and they are all amazing! Seats are well managed by the waiter/waitress and foods are refilled frequently. Last but not least, their service from reception, concierge and room service are good too.

I love staying in apartments/ residence like this instead of one small hotel room as I do not require any service during the stay at all. Enjoyed the good size of the one bedroom appartment. Nobody was coming to the room (housekeeping) after requested. The area for improvement is Internet...and maybe a little of sofa / carpet/ towels' cleanliness, I feel, but in general it was ok. The location is very convenient if you like to walk to Twin towers or just to Pavilion shopping centre (10 min) otherwise taxi will cost you 5-10 Ringit only. Every taxy driver knows the location of this hotel well. Don't use taxied nearby hotel - that are very rude and give only fixe rate that is 4-5 times more as other metres taxies!!!!! Best ask considered to book or call yourself to local metre taxy, faster and better service will be!!!!! Yes, many cafés are down the street for those who need party time otherwise just simply go to any sightseen places - all nearby. Need to say Japanese Manager was very professional and so was the staff: Chinese/ Japanese and Indian ladies were very friendly, Japanese concierge was very helpful as well, I liked also that Security guys are always smiling and welcoming when see you, especially Indian one.

This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel in KL. We stayed as a group of four in two suites larger than the suites we booked (we were upgraded for free on our arrival due to losing a night to a cancelled flight), the suites were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had the buffet breakfast at the hotel on the morning after our arrival, with a couple of poolside meals and the food was excellent at all times. My partner and her friend from the other couple utilized the day spa at the hotel and they are still raving on about how wonderful it was. Overall we found the prices in the hotel very competitive and the services superior to other local hotels. and the location close to the Bukit Bintang walk and shopping centers like the Pavilion perfect. After many previous trips to KL, this hotel is now our favorite hotel and will always receive preference when we travel to KL on holiday or business.

My wife, and I and 4 year old son arrived @ hotel at 9pm.We came from the low cost carrier airport (the aerobus shuttle is 8 rm, kids are 4)takes 1 hour to get to K.L sentral monorail, then a taxi for 20 rm to the hotel, less than 10 mins.We were upgraded from superior room to superior premium when we arrived, we were only ones @ check in. Premium room is brand new, and beautiful, it is very large as well.The room has a seperate living room so my son can sleep in bed and we can watch t.v on the 35 inch flat screen but only 17 channels and 1 movie channel.The bath tub is big and seperate stand up shower was great also.Free wireless fast internet, free bottled water and theee most amazing buffet breakfast made this hotel one of the best we've ever stayed in! Our son loved the 2 kids pools, the gym has a studio room also and my son played there alot he really wz happy there while my wife worked out. The hotel itself is situated right in Bukit Bintang it is in a shopping mall.There is a super market to buy cheap food or alcohol (carlsberg is 5 rm each) at a bar, beer is 25 rm or more..The Imbi monorail is attached to the west part of the mall and takes seconds to walk to. Mall has wendys,mcdonalds,kfc for kids and a great new food court with malaysian and chinese/thai dishes for cheap. A great small curry house for street food right across the street if your hungry at night. Truely was an amazing 4 night stay.

Piccolo Hotel KL is situated right smack in the middle of KL, just beside the Bintang Walk area. Just a short walk are shopping complexes - Lot 10, Star Hill, Pavilion, Low Yat Plaza, Sg. Wang. It's 5 mins walk to the nearest public transport - the KL Monorail, which is then connected to the rest of KL public rail transport system - very convenient. Food lovers, there are a variety of high end restaurants in Bintang Walk to those quaint coffee shops within 1 KM range. Since we are right smack in the middle of vibrant KL, there are a lot of things to do - shopping, movies, nightlife, etc.

I stayed in one of the single rooms in this hotel during my 5-day stay in Kuala Lumpur last week. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The lobby, dining hall, hallways, and room were clean and elegant. The bed was comfortable, airconditioning was great, and the bathroom spacious, stocked with needed supplies (shower cap, comb, soap, shampoo, lotion, toothbrush, towels), and equipped with a good shower and toilet. There's a safe inside the closet, and an extra pillow as well if needed. One thing to consider when booking the Standard Single Room is the space for luggage. For me, it was no problem as I only have a small luggage bag and a backpack, but for others who might have a lot more bags with them, booking a bigger room type might be something to consider. The staff present were all nice and helpful, communicated well, and assisted me in both check-in and a late-night check-out. Room service and clean-up was on point. If you have any questions or some requests and concerns, it is really recommended that you talk to the staff since they'll do what they can to help you out, which they did in my case. WiFi was fast. Breakfast was simple but good (there were cereals, coffee, tea, porridge, egg, various pastries and bread when I was there.) As for location, it was perfect. It is a walkable distance to two stations (Imbi and Bukit Bintang), as well as several malls (Berjaya Times Square, Lot 10, Sungei Wang Plaza, and about 10 minutes walk to get to Pavilion.). There is a lot of places to eat at. Just in that vicinity and not even at the mall areas yet, there are cafes, buffet restaurants, and hawker stalls. Across from the hotel is a 7-11 convenience store as well. I had no problem walking from the malls and back to the hotel in the evenings (around 10pm to 11pm) since there is almost always people walking around, well-lit, and had quite a busy road. It's also easy to get to via Uber / Grab and we had no trouble locating the area. From KL Sentral (if you're not

This hotel is situated on a quiet but well-lit street near the famous Bintang Walk. Stores, restaurants, and even food streets are just minutes away on foot. The family room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is a flat screen tv, console table, mini refrigerator (no mini bar), coffee table, chairs, hair dryer, outlets in suite. Towels are changed daily, and bottled water and toiletries are regularly replenished as well. The airconditioner was quiet and set at a comfortably cool temperature. The bathroom well-lit and designed in a way that allows people rooming together to do thing simultaneously. The staff of the hotel was courteous, and their security personnel ever present to make the place feel safe. A local tour desk is situated in the lobby, and makes contracting tours quick and easy. The Thai spa on the ground floor offers massage services at a reasonable price with a nice ambiance. Room service was quick and efficient, with reasonable prices for tasty local meals.

I have lived in Bukit Bintang for 8 years in both hotels and apartment and I almost resigned myself to dirty cheap hotels that prostitutes go to service customers, so I was really happy to find a ‘budget’ hotel that LOOKS and FEEL expensive but isnt RIGHT IN FRONT OF PAVILLION! The hotel and the rooms are generally small but the comfort certainly isnt! I booked a double room without window and I dont even miss the view because I can just walk out and enjoy it! I happily go back and forth to this hotel and the malls to drop off my shopping and also I felt safe walking back after watching a movie at the cinema late at night. I hope the price for this hotel remains the same because it is really hard to find a nice and clean hotel at BB with this price. Thanks for an amazing stay!

my family together with my parents and brother (total of 5 adults & 2 children) planned to explore Bukit Bintang area + few KL attraction area. we decided to stay @ Fahrenheit after browse few hotels and found rate offered for 2 bedroom deluxe suite generally is very affordable and for me it is CHEAP! fahrenheit is in the middle of bukit bintang hot spot.. near to Fahrenheit 88, Pavillion, lot 10, starhill, BB Plaza, Sg Wang Plaza, Low Yatt Plaza and also Berjaya Time Square. Easy to find food. a lot of convinience store. besides that, we also decided to bring my daughter to Aquaria KLCC. we took Monorail at Bukit Bintang and change to LRT at KL Central straight to KLCC. we had fun at KLCC. return, we decided to change monorail at dang wangi station. we stay there for 3 days 2 nite. parking share with fahrenheit88 shopping mall. rate about rm25 perday for weekdays, rm5 perday for weekend. anyhow fahrenheit suite will give parking rebate rm10 for weekdays only.

nice location..Ideally located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, is surrounded by eight of the city’s most popular shopping malls. Sitting in Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle (Bukit Bintang), it is a prime location for commercial and entertainment purposes. It is also just a stroll away from Times Square, Bintang Walk, Pavillion, Sungei Wang and Low Yat Plaza which is the largest IT mall in Malaysia. For those who fancy inexpensive and delicious local eateries, “Alor Hawker Street” is just opposite the property while the “Arab Square” is a short stroll away. Apart from featuring a fantastic location, Capitol Hotel also boast well appointed rooms that promises all basic in room facilities needed for a comfortable stay. All things considered, Capitol Hotel is excellently located, well appointed and reasonably priced.

We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room (Double Bed + Single Bed). It was pretty small and the beds took up most of the space but we were out all day everyday and only needed it to sleep and to keep our luggage + shopping securely so it was perfect in that sense. There was a leak in the water tank of the water closet (no, not the toilet pipe!) and even though they weren't able to fix it during our stay we didn't mind it as much because they cleaned and put new bath mats everyday. The bathroom also had glass walls with thick frosted stickers, which we thought was a bit weird but you couldn't see through. Best of all, this is CENTRALLY LOCATED!!! 10 min walk to Sungei Wang Plaza, 10 mins to Lot 10 Hutong Food Court, 15 mins to Pavilion Mall, 20 mins to Berjaya Times Square, and just 5 mins away from one of KL's best night life destinations - Changkat Bukit Bintang! All in all, this is a pretty decent hotel, considering what you pay! Would definitely stay again 👍

We've stayed here twice now and loved our stay both times. Brand new hotel at the quiet end of Bukit Bintang. Short drive to KL Central, walk to eat street Jalan Alor. Nice modern rooms, good wifi and A/C, lovely rooftop pool. It's like a 5 star hotel without the price tag... We also love Ali's Food Corner for cheap and delicious eats. Mercure Shaw Parade is our go to hotel when in KL. Only let down is the heavily overpriced beer at the pool!!

The Hotel Imperial is in the best location in the central Bukit Bintang shopping + restaurant area of KL. Walk out the door + walk across the road to Jln Alor, the famous night open air restaurant street. Turn left from the hotel + walk in 100 m to Bukit Bintang the main shopping street. When u reach the large KFC on the corner walk left or right along Bukit Bintang to more restaurants + shops than u can choose from. Turn to the right at KF + walk about 100 m along Bukit Bintang then cross the street along a side Street to Low Yat Plaza, the multi level mobile phone, IT + computer centre. Its all around u. The Imperial has excellent helpful polite staff + comfortable clean rooms to use as your perfect base. Explore the fantastic range of shops + restaurants all within easy walking distance. You will go back. I do.

This hotel is in an excellent position right on Bintang Walk, a 10 minute walk to China Town and famous Petaling Street markets where you can buy everything and anything, 10 minute walk to Little India for fabulous shopping in the markets, great food and mendi's (Indian henna tatoos) for 5 ringits. Jalan Tong Shen in the next parallel street full of restaurants from one end to the other, Jan Imbi behind the hotel with Berjaya Times square with multi levels of shopping and the closest monorail.Just the perfect position.

Great location on J Tong Shin - 5 mins to J alor, Changkat (bars and clubs) and Imbi station/Berjaya Times Square. 10-15min to Bukit Bintang Walk. Staff are friendly although don't speak much English. Hotel and rooms are clean. Rooms are not soundproof so it was a struggle to sleep for a few nights with neighbours talking on phones etc. Ask for a room away from the stairwell/lift area too as the sound travels. I would recommend for a stopover/short stay.

This was the second time I visited KL and still I stick to my best choice of hotel which is the mesui. Friendly staffs, allowed us for earlier check in of 2 hours since we arrived earlier. The hotel is well maintained and place is only walking distance to every popular spots of bukit bintang like the alor street and pavilion. Would definitely book my stay here if I were to visit KL.
