"Pros: Luxurious feel to the room. Staff were all helpful and willing to go the extra mile especially during breakfast. Cons: No bathtub. No welcome drink, no fruits or snacks in the room. Breakfast not much variety compared to Grand Hyatt. For the price that you pay, you can get better 5 star accommodation around KLCC/Bukit Bintang. Turndown service - only bedroom slippers laid out for you by your bedside. What a joke. *If you wish for room with better views of KLCC for roughly the same price, great welcome drink and snacks, you may wanna opt for Banyan Tree."
