Find hotels in Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park

We stayed for 2 nights to explore Jatim Park 2 & 3 : to continue to Bromo The Kids beg us not to leave this hotel forever ha ha.... 3 swimming pools are included 2 small pools of warm water and 1 water playground all kids will love. Foods are good. Smiley staff greeted you everytime you meet one, and ready to help with your things. We would love to stay here again next time.

Overall everything was great. We're definitely consider to book this hotel again in our weekend going forward. Breakfast are tasty. Hotel is clean. The only negative point in our note were just we placed in the same area with a group of corporate staff and they're too noisy. Unfortunately, the hotel room wall and deck seems not too thick, make their voices and activities sounds so disturbing for us. Hotel WiFi signal from our room (Room 140) is low, make it impossible for us to use it. Unfortunately, Telkomsel signal (I'm using Kartu Halo) also intermittent from our room. Perhaps we stayed at the wrong floor 🤔

Hotelnya luas banget, asri, sejuk dan pemandangannya bagus.. saat paling menyenangkan adalah ketika kita bisa sarapan pagi dipinggir kolam renang ditemani suara ayam yg berkokok. Lokasinya pun sangat strategis setiap saya menggunakan taksi online drivernya selalu tau hotel ini karena hotel ini sudah masuk ke lokasi di aplikasi dan juga hotel ini memang cukup terkenal. Yang paling saya suka staff nya semua ramah dan helpful juga lokasi yg sangat strategis dekat dengan tempat makan tempat wisata dan tinggal jalan kaki ke Brawijaya pusat oleh2 meski agak mahal kalau beli disini. Jangan lupa mampir ke kedai susu KUD yg lokasinya persis disebelah gang keluar hotel..sarapan di hotel ini juga cukup enak dan banyak variasi menu. Saya mau balik lagi ke hotel ini jika kembali ke Batu :)

This is our second time stay at el Grande Hotel. Our family choose this hotel again because location near to Jatim Park 3 about 15 minutes by Grab. Our room in first floor. The room is simple and it's clean. To have breakfast, you have to walk outside about 5 minutes in other building. Breakfast menu is Indonesian buffet, not many choice but taste good. We love their porridge and Sayur lodeh. Overall this hotel is a good choice if you will visit Batu.

Pros: Strategic location to many recreational places in Batu Malang such as Jatim Park 1 - 3, Alun-Alun, Museum Angkut, Brantas Chinese Food Restaurant, etc. Strong Wifi, polite Customer Service, fine breakfast food, professional and fast problems handling policy from the Manager. Sufficient parking lots for guests. Cons: Most rooms are not sound-proof. All kinds of noises cqn be heard from inside any rooms. Do not place any guests next to rooms under construction in whatsoever forms and reasons.

The best location if you need to play around Jatim Park 1. The room is very large, in price with much lower than famous budgeted hotel in Malang. For your comparison, I can get Deluxe room, with larger 1.5x than room offered by budget hotel. But, don't hope to get much amenities.. Just standard amenities. Unfortunately, though this hotel has same management with Jatim Park, there is no discount voucher for guest entering Jatim Park.

the room is quiet large, the location is good - very close to alun2... the service was great, specially the receptionist girls are very helpful when i asked about taxi / motor rent... the price is ok... the bed is quite hard, but after tiring days at the park, it didn't matter... fried rice breakfast was so so, but the curry rice was delicious... love the hotel design, the ramp, greeneries, interior.. simple modern and clean... keep up ghe good work

This hotel is cheap (I got rate around IDR 250k net) with big room, and reasonable food price in its resto. Even food in warung besides of hotel was more expensive. Recommended to eat in resto of hotel if you do not want to go out. Hotel is very near to Jatim Park 1 & 2, BNS, Museum Angkut, Pasar Apung, or Kusuma Agrowisata if you want to see aple tress or if you want to pick them. You can also reach Selecta around 10 minutes. There also park where you can go there by less than 10 minutes by walking in the morning. Locaten in the main road surrounded by 2 mountains, Panderman and Arjuna. What a wonderfull view.

The hotel gradia 1 is very clean and staff is nice and friendly. I pay for 2 adult room but they give me 3 adult room because I have 2 toddle with us. Very kind hotel. The room is spacious. The ceiling is make me wonder is that made from asbetos. The bed is clean and big. Room is cozy and well equiped. But my husband and 4 years old say they are a bit scare that night because of the dog is screaming "hauuwww....." that night. In the morning, the breakfast is tasty noddle and friend rice and we climb to the tower and see that next to the hotel is cemetery. Overall is a good choice hotel for budget traveller or family. Location is good near Jatim Park 1, Batu Night Spectacular, Kusuma Agro Wisata, Jatim Park 2 with the price is 1/3 of other well known hotel.

this is the best place to see beautiful view about mountain and the city. this hotel near by selecta park, you can walking down go to there. BUT.... this is not reccomended for you whom don't have transportation accomodation cz this location is far away from center of the city Batu and the other object tourist. if you using grab or gojek its available but you should be patient cz its difficult to find it here.

My stay was very pleasant. After a long day out, we had a quiet sleep in the triple room downstairs and we couldn't hear any traffic noise that is typical in Indonesia. The TV had modern channels like CNN. The porters helped to carry our stuff (which was a lot) to/from our room. The downside of this review is that the food served at breakfast is quite limited in variety, there is no continental breakfast, although omelettes are available upon request. Also the hot water in the shower can take a long time to come out, you have to let the water run for a few minutes before it gets hot.

Five stars for the location and the price, even though when I came, the owner said the triple room I booked was not available and proposed a family room (for 4-6 peope). The price was still okay though they didn't provide breakfast. Lots of restaurant in front. The owner was so informative when I asked him how to find souvenirs. WIFI available. Clean enough. Hot water was provided. No toiletries, tea, coffee, and towel. But, it's okay. The view was excellent.

If you are looking for a quite and peaceful place to stay away from the city, then this is the place for you. A place to stay in batu, malang, Indonesia surrounded by mountains and malang apple plantation, where you can pick apples right from the tree. The hotel is nice, service are excelent. It's just like staying at home, where u can find the great hospitality and the friendliness of the hotel staff and owner. The rooms are clean, toiletries are provided and you can choose to have an inroom bathroom or seperate bathroom. Additional they provided hot drinks and breakfast that you can choose. The hotel can arrange for a pickup shuttle for you from the airport or arange for a travel to mount bromo or any other places in malang with a reasonable price, and that is the best part. Over all, I rate the hotel excelent and would love yo come back again for my next holiday trip :D.

When we arrived at the hotel in Batu, we were pretty surprised that the hotel was kind of isolated from restaurants, and stores, so we had to walked around to find a place to eat since the hotel was fairly new and it didn't provide meals yet except for breakfast. The staff should be more helpful with giving us guides on where to eat around the area. Well, actually, later on we found out, across from the hotel there is a small restaurant at Pondok Jatim Park. Also if you walk a little more, behind Pondok Jatim Park, there is also another good Indonesian food restaurant that served variety of menu to choose from. We spent our 2nd day mostly at Jatim Park 1 and at Batu Spectacular Night in the evening, and had our dinner there. I was kind of disappointed with the hotel since the room was small, but the bathroom was large enough though.

we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights (18 - 20 August 2012) in Dedaunan Guest House. We enjoyed this hotel so much. The hotel is very comfortable. Staff are nice. Rooms are clean and big. Bathrooms also clean. They provide breakfast and also afternoon tea every day. We will stay in this hotel again if we come to Malang/Batu. This hotel is very suitable for family with children. Close to amusement park, e.g : Batu Secret Zoo, BNS, Eco Green Park, Jatim Park 1-2, etc.

this is my first time booking unsing agoda service. i booked 3 days before arrival, and having no issue during check in when arrive. the hotel was full booked because there were group of visitor, but the hotel upgrade me from superior room to superior garden view without any extra charge. within 5 minutes, i already in my room with my wife. the hotel was nice, a new building (you can smell by the paint), a quiet place if you looking for a place to relax. takes 10 minutes to batu night spectacular (night amusement park), 10 minutes to jatim park 2 (animal museum and zoo), 15 minutes to jatim park 1 (waterboom) and 20 minutes to coban rondo waterfall. the service also very good, every request were response immediately. but only one minor, the breakfast not on time. it schedule on 06:30 but it was not ready until 08:00.

this is kind of a cottage in hilly side with sumatra's ethnic housing, good for refreshing and family time. complete with the couch, dining table and kitchenette. this is a natural style cottage, so be aware if there're bugs around the sheets or the room, esp if it's near the sunset must close all windows and doors, otherwise the "giant" (literally) mosquitoes will enter the room. the service is standard, but i think they have tried their best to serve the guests. breakfast were delivered to each "pondok" ( =cottage)at max 7.30 am, and they cleaned the pondok everyday. We got the room next to lobby, relatively away from the front gate, which was good so the noises from outside not too noisy. (when doing the booking tru agoda, we did ask for non-noisy room). The hotel is only 15 mins drive away from BNS, BSZoo and selecta..... and there's no sunday market anymore as we asked the receptionist.

The good point of this hotel : - huge garden +children playground - best mountain view - warm water swimming pool - fast check in (better than last year when I went here ) - nice staff ( can speak English) - good food ( their chef has improved so much better) ,free buffet breakfast in sekartadji restaurant - jogging+bicycle track - strawberry farm - camping ground - free wifi (they had better wifi speed quality now) - 5 meeting rooms - Easy to find ,location at the main road to Selecta. - Large fishing pond - Spa I recommended this hotel for : -families with children. -People who wants to find quietness and peace. -Transit hotel to Bromo mountain. - only 3km to Jatim Park,Museum Angkut, and Alun alun Batu, so after you've been tired playing all day,you can rest here. - For companies who wants to held a meeting, and Âincluding outbond Tips: - booked the cottage suite room for better interior -ask for the room face the inside garden which have a better view. And more quite.

We booked a Deluxe Double room but upon check in they gave us the Standard Double room, which was downstairs on the ground floor, very noisy, the windows had a view of the car park and had no natural light coming in. When we spoke to the receptionist they said they were booked out of the Deluxe Double and upgraded us to a Executive room, which was very nice. I’m not sure about the price for this room, but it was spacious and had a small couch/sofa to watch TV. The bathroom was very small and it wasn’t spotless clean, but it wasn’t a problem for us. The room was pretty, AC was great, and there was a kettle and tea/coffee provided. Breakfast is buffet style and it included all the basic Western options plus Indonesian cuisine. I didn’t realise you could also order eggs of your choice. The staff is very nice but have very limited English and it was a bit difficult to communicate with them. Overall, I would recommend it (if you get a nice room not on the ground floor).
