I cannot speak highly enough about the service I experienced in the hotel! Believe it or not I very rarely write reviews but felt obligated to in this case! From the moment I walked in everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I stayed for 4 days and can honestly say this hotel is well on its way to at least 4 stars! I rarely write reviews but all of the staff are committed to doing their absolute best from the front desk to the spa staff and my sweet cleaning lady. The hotel is still under construction which was a bit of a bummer, but despite this the actual facilities are very relaxing and well designed. The view on the roof is spectacular especially at night. Despite all the pros of this hotel I do have some areas of constructive feedback in the interest of helping to make it the best it can be: please put a fan or air con in the gym!! It’s a smaller space (still sufficient) but it gets very hot in there! Also, please add hooks to the bathroom in the lobby!

A&em Art hotel exceeded my expectations. To me it”s room, bed, pillow quality & staffs are on par with Hilton. The location of the hotel is very convenient situated walking distance from ben Thanh market. Front desk receptionist Ms Bich Phuong & bellboy Mr Tan are very friendly & helpful. I stayed here, moved out to District 1 Japanese street middle of my trip then moved back again to this hotel end of my trip. There is welcome drinks & nice breakfast.

got the top floor which is nice and comfortable.has weird stink but once a/c is on it's bearable.bathroom has jacuzzi which is surprising for this kinda hotel.be careful of hot water from shower heard, comes in spurts where its too hot so need to figure out the knobs for a while. staff is courteous. can hear the traffic but its muted at the top floor.close to massage parlors(with ladies calling out for you to have massage) down the street filled japanese themed restaurants as this street is sort of like little tokyo i guess. what is impressive wifi is free and it's 50Mbps at least up and down. no gym though but this is defintiely a value of rmoney hotel.in summary 3star hotel with 4 star bedroom(on the 8th floor) and 5 star bathroom(with jacuzzi) . it was the priciest room but hey you get big windows to look out and doesn't feel claustrophobic.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 nights for his birthday . I would like to admit that by far this has been my best hospitality experience. I love to travel and have been to some luxury five star chains but hotel nikko experience is unparallel. We stayed at the 23 floor in the king club room . The room is spacious and the decor is modern and chic. They provide a turndown service and the housekeeping staff is well trained to add small touches when they clean the room( for example keeping shoes in one line) , it feels home when you come back to room after sightseeing. The breakfast is ellaborate and what is more interesting is that they change few dishes ( including the local ones) on a frequent basis so if you stay like us for more than a night, it will be a sigh of relief for your taste buds to try something new. Staff are well trained and willing to assist. Our best experience was with nikko club lounge( situated on 23 floor) where the views over the city are spectacular and the staff is extremely courteous and efficient including all the trainees who made us feel very special. I would recommend to book a room that has a lounge access , every extra dime you will pay is totally worth it. The staff in the nikko club lounge are so well trained and know how to deliver the first class standard of service. They also helped me arranging a cake for my husband and help me arrange a surprise for him. The hotel is truly a gem in district 1 of ho chi minh! It is slightly away from the touristic madness of city but if you fancy something wild the backpacker's street ( bui vien) is walking distance from the hotel. The other landmarks( cathedral, post office etc) are also not too far and you can order a grab for quite cheap rate. After spending at Six sense NINA Van Bay,here is EXCELLENT,compared with SSNVB, 1000 times better !THIS is 5 STAR HOTEL! Definitely staying at here makes my whole trip in Vietnam happily,good ending! Seems staff never say NO,they are super well training,great service! Especially house keeping is outstanding! They are very thoughtful ,they know how to make the guests comfortable and happy! Of course cleanup the room perfectly! I had quick breakfast,both the range of foods and taste are great,but milk pancakes are not good. The best bang mi in Saigon (I tried two best know one but here is better than those two! As information,SSNVB ‘s one is awful!)

The Myst is a brand new hotel along the high end Dong Khoi street. Upon reaching @ around 11, staff immediately served drinks while waiting for a hassle free check in. Needed a 1million VND for deposit upon check in. The room was spacious and there was a jacuzzi outdoors with a beautiful river view. So most of our time in Saigon was spent in the jacuzzi watching the beautiful scenery 😅 There's a beautiful pool on the top floor and served cocktails there. The restaurant which serve breakfast is just under the pool. Breakfast was okay, variety was fine and the view of the river from the restaurant is good too. Note that there's a construction beside, heard that they are building Hilton hotel? It's not a good news as it will definitely block the view of the river. Overall very good experience in this brand new hotel. The location is good and 15mins walking distance to Ben Thant market too. Not too expensive for taxi ride to and from airport.

The hotel and rooms are very clean. The breakfast is very, very good with lots of Western and Eastern options. The quality of the food is exceptional. The location is right in the center of District 1. The A/C works great. The staff speak English and are very nice. I make note of the following issue with Caravelle. 1. The water pressure and hot water availability was exceptional. However, in our room, the shower head was kind of cheap and didn't allow for a nice spray pattern. The shower head really only had a narrow stream. It would be nice if they upgraded their shower heads to a higher-quality that allowed a better spray pattern/more spray pattern options. After all, we are talking about a 5-star hotel here - right. 2. My wife and I attempted to enter the Gambling area on the second floor. It should be noted that this area is restricted to foreign passport holders only. While I was able to freely walk in (as I'm Caucasian and clearly not a local), my wife, who is of Vietnamese descent, but is a US citizen, was restricted from entry. While we advised the manger of the gambling facility (inside the Caravalle) that she was a US citizen, she was still not allowed to enter. I can understand their foreign policy for admittance (as gambling is not legal for local residents), this experience came across as discriminatory. We submitted a copy of our Passports to the Front Desk. The manager of Gambling facility could made an effort to contact the Front Desk to cross-check our background - but - was unwilling to do so. This reflects negatively on the Caravelle Hotel. I complained about this to Caravelle management. We received what we feel was an unsympathetic apology. Our stay here was brief. If I had more time I would have escalated or taken more action on this. 3. The staff were nice, friendly and spoke English well. However, I think they fall a little short of 5-star. 4. All this aside, I would definitely stay at the Caravelle again.

I loved this hotel, I used the pool and the gym and the breakfast, well, it was the stand-out. The food is replenished and is of highest of quality and the seats are comfortable. Rooms and linen are all pretty much pristine and brand new, air cond perfect. Found the best sushi restaurant called sushi-sushi around the corner in an alleyway. Recommend you eat there is you're into good, cheap Japanese, much better than the retail places fronting the main streets. I fully recommend this hotel and forgot to mention getting round in taxi was easy b/c the concierge speaks English and could tell the taxi drivers where we wanted to go (like take a one hour drive around Saigon).

Positives: The staff is overtly friendly. The rooms and public areas are very clean and relatively new. The breakfast buffet is one of the best attributes of the hotel. The views from the 11th floor is wonderful. The location is great being located on a dead end street, yet in good walking distance to most District 1 attractions. In the evening, there was a pianist in the lobby, which was a nice touch. It is worth mentioning once again...fantastic and attentive staff. Perhaps the foreigner manager could be more friendly like his staff, but I did not have many dealings with him. He seemed friendly, but nothing like his employees. One final note, the beds are awesome. Negatives: Throughout the hotel, they advertise a happy hour for drinks. It is advertised as buy one drink, get the second for $1.00. I bought a beer and a cocktail. I did expect to pay full price for the more expensive of the two. But, they tried charging me full price for both since one was a beer and one was a cocktail. I was able to finally get the beer for a dollar after a long process of speaking with the manager. They should be more clear in their advertising in this regards. It set a bad tone with me in regards to my overall experience with the hotel. The pool is very small, especially when you look at the hotel next door and see a huge pool. Of course the hotel can not do anything about this. They have very limited space on the roof. The hotel does try to maximize it's seating near the pool, but it feel crowded and uncomfortable. Again, with the space being limited, I understand why they did it. But, it is not comfortable. I made a suggestion to one of the staff that they invest in some fans for the roof area too. When the sun is out and there is minimal wind, it is quite hot in the area. One of the biggest drawbacks for me at this hotel (and I think it is common at most hotels here), you only get about 15 minutes of hot water for a shower before it goes cold. First impression is very important in my option especially a 5 Stars establishment like yours! This is what I had found in Lotte Legend Hotel Saigon when I’d entered in their front door step Monday 2nd July, 2018. 1 . Staff at door entry greeted us and made us very welcome. 2. Then we were greeted by Ms Mia ( Guest Relation Officer) she was really wonderful and friendly settling us in and made us feel really welcome and she had organised a day trip tour to Chu Chi tunnels at a fraction of a cost the very next day. She is a great value. The whole few days stay experience was just perfect and every staff members there were all very friendly and helpful!! Thank you 3. Executive Lounge Restaurant was fantastic with great service staff and great window view of Saigon River. 4. Pool and Gym facilities was fantastic! Very clean and maintained. 5 Very close proximity to locals and shops/ entertainments . Thank you Mia for patience and your Great Service to my Family during our stay there. I will break my review down into sections: Room: The hotel is new and clean with good decor and furnishings. The rooms are modern and comfortable, mattresses are firm however I had no issue with this. Air con was effective. Staff: Always friendly, always wanting to help. The concierge booked a couple tours for me quickly and without hassle. Hotel services: We used the airport pickup - we booked a sedan, and we were greeted at the airport by a concierge staff who traveled with us alongside the driver. This is convenient, and although more expensive that a taxi, it was great not to think about where we were going after our international flight. The private car cost us $18AUD each way, the concierge had our luggage out and into our room quickly. We used the hotel spa which was fantastic - more of a massage service. The staff here were so friendly and professional, and the pricing is very competitive considering the higher standard than could be found on the street. Breakfast is great with heaps of options, delicious pho, omelettes and anything else cooked in front of you with a few chefs always there ready to help. Location: The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the Ben Thanh markets, 5 minutes walk to the war remnants museum - quite central. I think the streets appear a bit cleaner closer to the river or just north of Ben Thanh however everything was in walking distance. The park down the end of the street is a great respite from the hectic city!

Based on good reviews from this hotel, I decided to stray away from my group and booked this hotel instead. I am so glad that I never regret making this choice as the moment I stepped into this hotel, I feel so warm and welcome by the staff receiving me at door entrance, reception and next day staff at the breakfast area. The hotel is strategic located, clean room though mine is without window view, it does not matter to me as I were out most of the time except evening. There are many spa / massage areas near the hotel, one recommendation to try is the Golden Lotus Spa which is just behind the hotel about 3 min walk. I feel very safe staying at this hotel, the staff always friendly and keep a lookout of my safety as well. Even helping me to make reservation for my dinner appointments. I will definitely head back to this hotel again on my next trip and hope Agoda will still keep this price very attractive for us to book. thank you

Strictly speaking in terms of the hotel conditions, it was great. Centrally located, walks away from the shopping areas and dining areas. A very wide breakfast spread. The room was very very good. Definitely rated 5 stars for the room and bathroom. However, we were a little disappointed in the staff perfomance of this 5 star hotel. We requested to change our bedsheets because the flower petals caused my boyfriend to have an allergy. The receptionist doesnt seem to understand our simple english. Thus, language skills could be improved. Although it was a grand and nice hotel, we werent felt warmly welcome. (Because we were backpacking throughout Vietnam from Hanoi, all the way down to HCM). We just had a feeling that we do not suit into the hotel. Which was not a good feeling. Although we were carrying backpacks and does not look wealthy does not mean that we are not. This might be my own opinion, however, this is the truth that how we felt at the end of our stay. There is no initiative at all. Even for the bellboy at entrance. He didnt smile to us or say goodbye to us. While he was loading our bags to the taxi, he just spoke a few words in vietnamese to the driver and the driver looked at us and smirked. Definitely not a very good impression on the stay with Majestic Hotel even though they are a 5 star hotel. Our hotel at Hanoi - Calypso Hotel which is only a 3 stars hotel definitely exhibits the quality of a 5 star hotel. The service was way better than Majestic. This all serves as an opinion. Nothing wrong about the Hotel. It was a great building, grand and with huge bed, comfortable. But theservice definitely could be improve on.

we started our tour of vietnam from hanoi so by the time we got here to saigon, it was a lovely relief to have staff that could understand english and speak it properly too. they were incredibly helpful; my husband asked where to buy water and the staff member walked with him to the shop and ordered it for him. they are aware of local theft so they seem to take great precautions in warning us to be aware of bags etc and taking us where they can. the breakfast was the best we'd had in vietnam; our other friends who joined us without travelling other places in vietnam were not as impressed as us but still thought it was average; its all relative!!! the rooms are modern, basic, but a hint of luxury. excellent value for money if you book on agoda. our friends did not so they paid a lot more. we cannot speak highly enough of this hotel: we want everyone to try it, especially at the end of your travels. the pool is also fantastic considering its a roof-top pool; try it at night as its great views and atmosphere.

The hotel is in a great location, it's very clean and the staff are so friendly. The rooms are a good size. The reason why not 5 star is for a few reasons. 1) the hotel is on a main road and all night long the bikes and cars and beeping their horns and you can hear it. I would advise a room without a window, it's cheaper and easier to sleep In. 2) The maids are very friendly but they start work at 7.30am and talk very loud outside and it work us up everyday, such a shame, and 3) The breakfast is basic but could be so much better. Every day they have a different selection but if you go for breakfast at say 9am some things have run out. Best to go early. Also they had croissants one day but cut them up into tiny bits so may 1 croissant was cut into 5 or 6 bits, same for donuts. Why not put out as a whole? You have to order fried egg, but it comes out still a bit raw so not able to eat, tried everyday but always the same. You can order Vietnnese noodles but after 9am you might get half a bowl as they have run out. There is bread and a toaster but the toaster is half broken with 4 slots but only 2 work and 1 of them only works on one side. Please buy a new toaster. The breakfast could be so much better with just a few changes. These are the reasons why i didn't give it 5 stars. But the staff are great and the rooms are large and clean and the beds are very good. Not sure if I'd stay there again.

We booked for 1 night to make sure we are stay in good hotel and good location. Yes we love this hotel. Its so perfect :) The reception suggested that we upgrade the room for another extra AUD 40 with balcony in front of our room with riverside view. We are happy with that but in the night time so noisy, sounds from boat and cars :( I can't sleep until 1 am but at the end, I get used to it :) The seafood buffet all you can eat was amazing. We loved it. The staff so nice and friendly. Nga and Tha Ngha Doi (I'm not sure how to write it) always take care of us and make sure everything ok. The next day we want to extend for another 3 nights but the room fully booked. OMG :( We were dissapointed but they can't do anything. Almost all 4-5 stars hotel around that area are fully booked. So... we move to another 4 stars (old hotel). Liberty hotel really HIGHLY Recommended for couples, single or family. You will love it :) Thank you Liberty Hotel... We will come back soon.

Everything is awesome. The hotel is near to Beh Thanh market and also the night market. It is less than 1 meter. It is easy to travel around as well because the VINASUN cab is just outside the hotel. The breakfast is nice, lots of choices. It is combination of local, Asian and western breakfast. The PHO is really nice. I had it as my breakfast every morning. Room is spacious and clean. The hotel also provided 2 free mineral water every day. During our stay we booked the Mekong trip and Cu Chi Tunnel trip from the hotel. The price is reasonable and the trip was really fun. On our last day of stay, we didn’t do reservation for the water puppet show as we afraid that we cannot make it. We reached hotel around 5.40pm local time and we tried to book the ticket from hotel and was informed that since we do not make reservation. They will try to help us check on this. I saw them keep on trying to call (they call many times but was no one answer the call). They ask us to have a rest in our room instead of waiting in the lobby and they will try their very best to help us getting the tickets. The show start on 6.30pm and we are able to get the ticket when we reached lobby on 6.15pm. Really thank you to Vivian, Lina and Pauline for this. Even it is a 3 star hotel but their service is really a 5 star hotel services. Surely will stay here again when I travel to HCM in future

We checked into the Duc Vuong for the first 5 nights of our holiday in Vietnam as a base from which to soak up the Saigon experience. It was simply a great hotel. Perfect location on Bui Vien St which, whilst a major tourist thoroughfare, still offer some of the best shopping, eating and drinking around. The hotel is very well presented and exceptionally clean. Sure, there are cheaper options, but the facilities far exceeded that of other hotels we stayed in at only a little extra charge. We paid only $24 p/n for a standard room that whilst small (one got used to stepping over our baggage to get to the bathroom), was perfectly clean and quiet. The rooktop bar has exceptional views over the district. The buffet breakfast is very generous, allowing guests to fill up before a big day out. And for thos inclined to stay in the hotel also offers free dinner. Another great thing: every level has a number of filtered water coolers for guests to fill up their own bottles free of charge. We made good use of this is the humidity. The doorman on the day shift (I regret not introducing myself properly) is an exceptional host, gracefully hailing down a xe om or taxi for you. We booked a 3 days/2 nights Mekong Delta tour through the hotel's reception (My Tho, Can Tho, Chau Doc and places in between), for a staggering low price of $36 per person. I was really knocked out by the tour and we had a wonderful time, staying in a sparse but adequate budget hotel in Can Tho, and a floating hotel near Chau Doc. We stayed at the Duc Vuong again for New Year's Eve and had a ball walking the surrounding streets.

Best place to stay at HCM, all top must see in HCM only walking distance from this hotel. Even in the middle of city , this hotel is very peaceful for your sleep. Nice view, surrounded by restaurant. But the breakfast a little bit boring, need to add a local food thought. Pillow are not so good for 4 stars hotel, but acceptable. There is no bolster. But overall nice stayed on this hotel. Will back to this hotel if go to HCM.

the hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious and kept in great condition. however, it is on the main road, so you might want to request for rooms in tower b, which is on the inside road, where there is less traffic. nonetheless, the great location next to ben tranh market means there will be crowds and noise regardless, but it is less noisy for rooms at the back. just step out the hotel and we are just a few steps away from ben tranh market. they are open in the daytime, but some stalls open for a night market on the street perpendicular to the hotel. not as many stalls or options as the daytime main market, but it is still ok. the rooms in the hotel are kept clean and everything works, including the flat screen tv. it is good value for the money. can't beat the great location. the staff has at least one person at the front desk, who speaks english and they were all very friendly and helpful. the concierge guys were extremely helpful, as we needed to book local inter-city transportation, or to find ways to get to other cities and he spent a lot of time, making calls, and doing research for us, and to help compare and show us prices of the various traveling options of sleeper bus, train and plane. eventually we decided to book flights as we wanted to experience more of vietnam in a short duration, so save time. and the concierge guy helped sort out our plans for us in good time. we enjoyed walking in the big rectangular park in front of the hotel, and used it as a great navigation point, as we went all around exploring, and also ate great seafood and pho. the best pho stall is in ben tranh market itself, it is the corner stall facing the row of sellers of peanuts, beans and pistachio. the owner of this market pho stall wears spectacles and she looks serious, but her food (beef pho) is one of the best we've ever tasted in all of vietnam. she is unpretentious and takes her cooking seriously.

My wife and I decided to have a night "away" and checked into a Palace Signature Suite of the Palace Hotel Saigon. The room was a corner unit split into a living room and a bedroom. It had a small corner balcony and view of Nguyen Hue street, the Bitexco tower and a sliver of the Saigon River. A highlight of the room was the bathroom, that stretched the length of the living room and bedroom and included a small jacuzzi - something not found in other suites in this price range - bubble soap and view onto Nguyen Hue street through tinted windows included. Staff was extremely friendly. For example, they brought us two wine glasses within 2 minutes of our request. They even thought so far ahead and included a bottle opener despite not asking for one. We slept through breakfast, so I can't comment on the quality of the food, but breakfast was included. However, given its great location, there are many options - expensive and local - to get some food or simply a coffee. The best part was the price. We were able to get the Suite for about USD 112 (non-refundable) on Agoda, which was on par with standard rooms at the other 4-star+ hotels in the area, and far below the rates for their suites.

We stayed for 4 nights with free spa massage everyday due to hotel's promotion. If you like a quite area and near centre,this is the place. It takes 5mins by taxi or motorbike to Ben Thanh Market,10mins to main shopping malls,10 mins to Bui Vien streets with lots of entertainment. Breakfast is good enough but not Pho-the stock need to be added more flavour. Staff are super friendly with beautiful smile. I wonder how could I become their member? That's mean I want to come back this hotel everytime I travel to Vietnam.

Enjoyed the upgrade from 2BR to 3BR executive apartment. There was ample space for everyone in terms of room size, living area, kitchen and laundry area. As travellors, we enjoyed the handy laundry/dryer combo that completed the laundry while we slept. The residence was very considerate to provide laundry detergent so we didn't have to buy our own. The place also came with a 6pax set of cutlery, crockery and basic cooking set that it inspired us to cook breakfast one morning. It was in every aspect as good as a five star international hotel in terms of comfort, housekeeping, bedding and privacy. The areas it exceeded a 5 star hotel was the size of the fully furnished apartment, the provision of an equipped kitchen (we were able to make pancakes, French toast, roast tomatoes, boil carrots and eggs, poach eggs, and make cinnamon honey tea. The fridge was also stocked with complimentary water, instead of being packed with soft drinks pegged at high prices. Check in was easy and straightforward through Agoda and we didn't need to fuss with deposits and payment upon check out. The location of the place is a tad out of the central shopping and entertainment area but it was not a deal breaker as a 50,000 dong (USD2.5) cab ride would easily get us around. Talking about taxis, there was also a Taxi operator on site to bring cabs into the vicinity so it saved us from walking out of the streets to hail one ourselves. The taxi operator was Mai Linh which is one of two reliable operators in Vietnam. There is a provision shop within the apartments that sells basic necessities and snacks which is handy if you don't want to venture to a supermarket like Big C or Lotteria Mart or the Co-Op mart. Despite my overall positive experience, my friend's experience with their apartment was a little marred as their apartment stunk of stale cigarette smoke. So do ask for a non-smoking unit when you make a reservation.

I stayed at this hotel twice during my holidays in Vietnam. The staff are very friendly and polite and they do their very best to accommodate any requests. Anthony was one of those. This hotel is close to the main markets. A 10 minute walk to walking street, there are museums in walking distances as well. If looking for a sports bar to show whatever sport you are after, go to Phatty's Sports Bar, a 10 minute walk. Plenty of massage shops but remember to add tip to the prices. There is a Street food market 100 metres away on the way to the markets. Sit up on the balcony of Souls restaurant and watch the traffic below.

I purposely booked this hotel as it is located at District 1 of HCMC. Walking distance for the usual places that I would go to during my trip to HCMC. 1) Cho Ben Thanh (Ben Thanh Market) 2) Zen Plaza (along Nguyen Trai Street) 3) May favourite Restaurant (50 steps away) - Lion City (along Le Anh Xuan Street) The room is clean, comfortable and quiet. I traveled with a scrabble friend this time. We spent most of our time playing scrabble. The ideal room for scrabble players located at the lobby area near the main entrance. We played most of our games in that cozy room - perfect for scrabblers. The only confusion during check-in : We were told that the next day breakfast venue is located at 10th Floor Restaurant. But later discovered that the highest floor that the lift could go up is Level 9. After clarification with the Front Desk, the diners have to go up to Level 9 and walk another floor up through the staircase to Level 10. This could be explained to the guests upon check-in.

First impression is that the Hotel is a smaller building, but impeccably clean and well maintained. It is situated in one of the older central districts of HCMC with lots of trees and a short walk from one of the better markets. It has a lot of staff. It is central to the French quarter of the City and a short walk to Pasteur Street. The rooms are good apart from the usual signs of activity are very functional. The interesting part in respect of this hotel is that everything works. The Staff are quite impressive. From the smallest request for some more sugar for the in room tea and coffee making, to “can you help me the dumb tourist find a market to buy this?”.. The Bathrooms are good but suffer from the lack of towels – and given the climate most guests would have 2 showers per day, and thus two towels are not sufficient and 4 towels per room should be the standard. The pool on the roof if great and the small restaurant up there is also good. They have a barbecue there most nights and you can pick out your seafood or meat and they will grill it for you. It was good value for money. The additional plus signs for this Hotel are that the WiFi works well and is very fast, they have a small business centre with printers handy for the itinerary change which we had due to an airline change. All in all very good value, top WiFi, clean, a fun staff who cannot help enough, and good food.

Perfect Hotel. Friendliness hotel staffs I ever encountered so far. Especially front office staff - Jasmine and FO Manager - Mr. Lance. They are willing to spend time and effort finding and recommending dinning spots for us. I can feel the warm and and friendliness of the hotel staffs truly from heart but not like other hotels may be just "pretending". Wide variety of Breakfast menu (order to cook). The only con side is the noise of the music from nearby pubs, as this hotel is located right at the corner of Bui Vien Street (Party street).

This Hotel is centrally located and easy walking distance to the main attractions of the city including, the Palace, War Museum and markets. Its a short stroll to Bui Vien Street for great food and night life. We stayed for a week at the Harmony Saigon and from the moment we stepped into the Hotel until the time we left we were felt welcomed by all the staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. We booked a couple of tours from the Hotel Tour Desk and Rachael at the desk was friendly, informative and more than helpful in booking us into the things we wanted to do. The prices at the desk were comparable to other tour operators in the city. The breakfast and restaurant areas are fantastic with anything that you would want for breakfast from local food to bacon and eggs. Again the staff were extremely friendly. I would like to thank all the staff, Management, Reception and Bell Boys for making our stay fantastic. I Highly recommend this Hotel
