Hotels near Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve Information Centre

It was a great experiences while we stay in Grand Hyatt Hotel. The restaurant - Thirty Eight Food is good, service is very well too, just a little suggestion is that - if can priority to in house guest for the dining, that would be perfect. We call to make reservation for dining but they said full house have to be in waiting list, then after we check in, we actually requested the dining view klcc tower, but they insist to give us a noisy area and ignore our request without inform us anything. Also, while we are in the hotel room, the electricity suddenly cut off, but the technician come and fix at a very short time so this one should not be a problem. The swimming pool view is nice, with food serving and alcohol serving too. Overall, we love this hotel and would definately come back again.

This is a top class hotel, in a great location. An advantage is it is right next door to Bukit Nanas monorail station and a few minutes covered walk from Dang Wangi LRT station. With a “Touch n Go” travel card it gives easy inexpensive travelling. You can easily walk into Bukit Bintang or just 2 monorail stops. Main tourist information centre just around the corner too. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was fantastic, hotel was clean and what you would expect. Room tip, get a view of the Petronas Towers they are a great view at night.

I would highly recommend staying at Pacific Regency, upon check in I was warmly greeted and given a free upgrade to an executive suite. Seeing I was at this hotel for 4 nights it was a real surprise and upon entering the room on the 27 floor I was completely blown away, never had such awesome accommodation before for under $85.00 a night (Aus - booked 2 months earlier and received 35% discount for initial booking). Each morning the staff would greet you with a smile and after staying at a different hotel on Ambassador Row for the first two nights in KL where you were lucky to get a nod, it made all the difference. Room service was well priced for the one night I choose to stay in and KL Tower is directly across the road, Bukit Nanas monorail station within walking distance to get to Imbi etc. Gym resourced for a daily workout and again staff always happy to have a chat about how the day was going, thanks to the lovely ladies at reception who organised an early check in as well... be aware some hotels wont allow check in till 3:00 p.m. I had my room at PRH by 12:10 p.m. awesome!! Highly recommend staying here the rooms might need a small freshen but for the price, hospitality, location and views I would encourage any family or couple to stay. I will be back with my daughter hopefully next year.

I Used to book Nomad at Sucasa which is just opposite Lanson Place Ambassador Row. Unfortunately, Nomad Sucasa have raised their pricing to am unbelievable price of around RM 360 per night. For this price, I can look for a decent good hotel stay around in Kuala Lumpur. For this price, Nomad Sucasa cannot simply worth it even though they claim theirs is a 5 star stay. More like 3 star to me. For this price, It prompted me to look for another alternative. Finally, I found Lanson Place Ambassador Row with a price tag that agoda had offer. I booked a 1 bedroom apt. Good and cleaned room. Customer service excellent and most importantly with easy access to their Internet service within their hotel areas. Room signals are good as well. Whatever is it, this Apartment is definitely a extreme value for money and u will not regret staying especially when family with young kids is concern. Altough no restaurant to serve breakfast, but who cares abt breakfast since food is easily available in nearby areas.

Sadly the rest- the reservation and the guests service during check in was terrible. The reservation cancelled my booking without informing me. I asked a few questions as I had a voucher which I didn’t know was for weekends only. Simple reply would have cleared the situation. Instead this person abruptly cancelled my booking. Thank goodness it was restored. During check in, the GSO gave me the impression that I cannot afford to stay in MO. Then she ‘kindly’ told me she upgrade me and saved me RM $100. Seriously, that is like 30 in my currency. I had just asked to stay in same room as I didn’t want the hassle to shift. I asked the chief GSO during check out if this person is new coz this would mitigate her behaviour but apparently she has been working for 1 yr plus. She also made the mistake of not changing my room card no and I had to come back to reception to had it changed. Thank goodness the coincerge especially Mr Nawawi saved the stay. He was v v nice and helpful.

Book this after hotel after read the good reviews here. This boutique hotel located at the heart of the KL city centre near KLCC but offer very competative price. Very close to the KLCC LRT station and this station can direct link to the KLCC, at the other side of the KLCC (KLCC convention centre), have a sky bridge direct link to the Pavilion at the bukit bitang area. The room is clean and beautiful bathroom design. Good breakfast and highly recommend.

Hotel Maya is absolutely unique and charming with Malaysian hospitalities, since the hotel interior designed is very attractive. Room is very big and functional for itself like bathroom is really wonderful, comfy bed and pillow also the atmosphere inside the room. Cleanliness is one of advantage point of this hotel not only room inside but almost everywhere in this hotel. Swimming pool (they called 'hydrotherapy pool') and Spa are very sanctuary, it's nice to pampers it for the relaxing time. Breakfast is awesome, varied choices and tasty! Hotel staff are OK for me. The location is really at the centre of Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) but around 10-15 minutes to KLCC LRT Station and also Bukit Nanas monorail station. One thing that I think many people would concern is hotel location is beside by Islamic Cemetery BUT if you don't mind for that.,, Go ahead,, try HOTEL MAYA for once .,, and you would impress with this charming 5-star boutique hotel and I'm sure that HOTEL MAYA is one of the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur (that i have been to Kuala Lumpur many times) :)

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights mid year and overall it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and modern and the breakfast simply amazing! Stayed at many 5 star properties around the world and this was one of the best breakfasts ever. It was quite cheap too The only shortfall i would say would be the location. Having previously stayed at Traders which is right next to Suria KLCC and Pavillion, Hilton is a tad far from the centre, esp if you enjoy having a casual stroll to the shops. A taxi is only a 5 minutes ride however if you wanted to walk out and about, theres not really anything around. But overall, very happy with the hotel and their service.

Excellent location; away from the traffic and noise of Bukit Bintang but easy and quick enough to get there via SMART. Close to KLCC and other good shopping & eateries. Hotel is REALLY value for money; relatively new so rooms and facilities are clean and surrounding environment is pleasant. Lobby can be covered with glass and fully air-conditioned, so that guests waiting for checking-in and out will be better served and not sweating/perspiring uncomfortably in the hot environment.

I just stayed at The Royale Chulan Hotel for 6 nights in October 2012. The hotel is perfectly situated only 5 minutes walk from the main shopping strip of Bukit Bintang (find out how to cut through the rear of the hotel to the shopping area). It is very close to the Pavillion Shopping Centre which is one of the newest and best multi storey Shopping Malls in KL with everything you need including every fast food outlet and a full range supermarket. The Hotel is only a few years old and has a beautiful and unique Malaysian appearance so it offers the traveller to Malaysia a wonderful experience. The expansive lobby presents a very opulent first impression, and all the staff are just incredible! I had breakfast included each morning and the service was impeccable. I stayed in a deluxe room and it was huge, including a full size bathroom with separate toilet, separate shower, and a full size bath. The king size bed was delightful. The room had a fridge, tv with some english channels including movie channels, free wi-fi, ironing facilities, a desk, and a luxurious leather chair and ottoman. My room was on Level 2 which is the pool level, and my room opened directly out onto the pool, with my own private coutyard. The pool is a refreshing necessity in Kuala Lumpur if you are not used to the heat, and you can see the tops of the Twin Towers whilst swimming in luxury. Breakfast offered a huge choice of delicious foods including Western, Asian, and Arabic cuisine. But above the excellent standard and location of this hotel, it is the customer service from every member of the staff that I will remember the most. I have stayed in hotels in New York, Paris, Rome, London and around the world and the service at this hotel was just wonderful and could not be improved upon. Don't even look anywhere else, The Royale Chulan Hotel will give you an unforgettable experience if you're visiting KL. There literally is nothing more you need in a hotel.

High floor unblocked city plus mountain view. If u choose skyline suite, u will enjoy sunset plus twin tower view. Mine is sunrise and mountain plus city view. I took a Suite and it comes with living room and kitchen! Space was huge and there filtered water available and a big fridge where u can buy your own drinks & fruits! Although its not near eateries, just grab or take mrt and you can reach petaling street or Bukit bintang with lots of shopping and food choices. Given another choice I would still choose Element over Bt Bintang 5 star hotels or hotels with infinity pool facing twin towers. Cos it is not rowdy at all. There is a convenient store News which is just downstairs!Love my stay here and will definitely choose Element by Westin again. Will try skyline suite next time.

Yes, hotel is above five stars. and is worth the price and value. I Would like recommend this property to all. I wish from General Manager to read on this assessment "Review". Hotel management is very integrated, responsive and helpful. Duty Manager, Front Office, The reception, Experience Concierge, "Joshua" and "Suria" And all the staff are very professional, cooperation and welcoming. Friendly staff in all departments. A new and modern place and wonderful smart buildings. and best "Views". Elevators, corridors, rooms, furniture, restaurant, swimming pool, facilities and the hotel's smell are very refined, high taste, cleanliness and luxury. Thank you and everyone for their kindness, dealings and communication, thanks for the hospitality, for the comfort and satisfaction, for the quality, for attention and care. So, It must be Banyan Tree KUALA LUMPUR the best hotel "always". Thanks for you very much personally and to everyone individually.

The hotel/rooms were very clean and had character with high ceilings and great details. The bathroom (with an enclosed shower) was one of the best we had during our stay in Malaysia. The staff were efficient and straightforward about the amenities (no wifi in the rooms). The location is great with easy 1 minute access to the monorail and the neighborhood was upscale. The quality we received for the price was exceptional. We will book this hotel for our next stay in KL.

It's our first time staying here. The moment we reached the hotel, we were impressed with the building, it has small mall at the lower levels with KFC, ATM and shops available. However, the car park was at the 5th floor and the ride up was dizzying but became normal once you get used to it. The entrance to the hotel was also confusing and need improvement on direction signage. The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel room was clean and tidy although small. The window cannot be locked and there is almost no gap between the bed and the window, please note that although the window opening was limited with a restrainer, the gap was quite big and posing danger to children. I hope this will be fixed immediately. The bathroom and toilet hardware need to be fixed as I found them loose and falling apart for example the soap bar holder and water hose holder. Other than that, the bathroom and toilet was nice. The best parts IMO were the swimming pool and playground my kids loved it.

Flamingo By the Lake was a great place to stay set slightly away from the hustle and bustle of KL centre. Beautiful surrounds and very helpful staff. Rooms were decorated well with small balconies over-looking the lake. This hotel delivered high standards at a budget price - remarkable value for money. Do not be put of with the distance from KL centre - taxis are very cheap and easily arranged. You will save a fortune staying here and experience a quality hotel. I have also stayed at the Impiana as a comparison it is twice as expensive and about the same quality.

It was a nice 3 BRS. Spacious, well equiped, nice and i can't praise enough of this unit. Everything was perfect except for the service. I had a problem upon checked in. My reservation was not found and left me standing for some time, i had to ask another receptionist to check for me how long more do i have to wait as i came with few small kids and especially after 5 hours long drive from Johor Bahru. The service was below average. I didnt see any warm smile from the reception desk however the porter/bell boy is a great example displaying 5 star service. I booked a 3 BRS for my family and the rest of us checked in to Mandarin Oriental KL. It shows thier service standard was far behind. Overall, i am very happy with the attractive rate for this 3BRS and i will definately book Sommerset again during next visit. The last thing to point out which i personally very concern. It doesn't make sense to allow only 1 complimentary parking for a 3BRS reservation. I can understand Hotel doesn't own the parking however it should not be the case for 3BRS. I was not informed the entitlement upon checked in. After that i feedback to the supervisor, i felt he did not handle this feedback tacfully although i was offered for the 2nd complimentary parking. I had to push then he offered. It lacks of the flexibility. Why must you upset the guest first then offer service recovery? I might have very frustrated at that time, Nonetheless i am still very thankful.. It's indeed a pleasant stay at Sommerset and i will not hesitate to recommend to other friends & family!

having stayed at the prince on several previous occasions i find it to be a very reasonably priced hotel that is near to the busy shopping and entertainment centres around bukit bintang, as well as the bustling and popular restaurants and bars in chankit bukit bintang. it is also close by to klcc where the kl twin towers are located. the staff are always friendly and the rooms clean, of good size and well maintained. the buffet breakfast is of reasonable standard, with a variety of meal types available for selection. free parking in also available for guests in the hotel basement. intertnet connection is available, which is free using etherenet cable, or with a charge for wireless connection. an excellent hotel at a very reasoanble price.

Everything is OK, very good location which is located at city and there is only 10 minute drive to Bukit Bintang. But there is only I'm Not satisfied is : I had made a booking of 5 rooms of 1 Queen Standard City View and I was pay Full Amount at agoda when I made the booking. The check in time was 3pm and I arrive at 4pm on that day. But unfortunately that staff was told me that under my booking of 5 Queen rooms was Unavailable? And that staff was offer me 2 single beds room. Thats no fair to me u know. Im booking under this room category and paying full amount before arrive. I know that the day was fully booked but there was not my problem right? By the rules when this happening hotel must offer me better rooms or services,but NOT at all. And im forced to accepted the 2 single beds room. Very NOT satisfied for this!!! Im not suggest you guys to take MPV car to this hotel., because the parking is toooo small and MPV is more difficult to go through. Besides this, everything is ok

The hotel location is strategic located in the heart of KLCC and Bintang. It is 5 minutes to KLCC Suria as well as PAVILION. Opposite to KL Convention Centre. Hotel is link to the KLCC Cover Link Bridge provide convenient to guest. Hotel facilities is awesome, swimming pool with Twin Tower views is gorgeous. Gym at Higherst floor provides a panoramic view across KLCC. Staff is well trained and friendly. Breakfast with variety choice of Malaysia Foods. Hotel SPA is the best in Malaysia who won a number of awards Strongly recommend

Location was perfect, close to many sites including the twin towers. It is immaculately clean and comfortable. Wilenda, manager on site, is a delight. She is so kind, helpful, & available. She made our stay perfect! Thank you Wilenda! The central property management did not answer emails so communication is poor but that is beyond the control of the excellent Wilenda. Our only problem had nothing to do with the hotel itself. It was the fault of Agoda. My reservation said MaxStays at Kirana. When we got there, they told us the hotel moved to Marc Residence. We went to Marc Residence and were told no, the hotel is at Kirana. I was getting anxious that we would have no place to stay! We went back to Kirana and a different security guard helped. He called the Marc Residence and the manager Wilenda came to get us. Agoda never informed us of these changes. Back & forth was stressful & expensive! The 24/7 contact a recording! Shame on Agoda for communication!

This is a very very nice hotel that is not in the middle of KL, it is just out of the centre of the city and for those who like to walk about 20 Min. This hotel allows you to experience the local community and the more you explore the more you find. Food and dinning in this area is at reasonable prices, unlike the centre of the city. Get out and explore by foot great, you can see and taste Malaysia on foot without tourist inflated prises. Big thank you to the staff of this hotel. P.S. newly renovated hotel

Traffic is quite jam if you're driving however location is perfect if you're visiting KL. Places like Pavilion, Bukit Bintang, and KLCC are walking distance. We had trouble looking for the hotel at first because it wasn't name ZEN ROOMS RAJA CHULAN. The actual name is Lodge Paradize Hotel. Another good thing about this hotel is it provides parking (with a little charges) but it's definitely a good place to stay for people who drives.
