My stay in Apo View Hotel located at the city center of Davao was a great pleasure for me. I have made the right decision to chosed this hotel inspite the room rate but it's worth it. Safety measures has been practiced from the time i arrived in the hotel till i left. Hotel staff were all smiling, accomodating, never you gonna feel that you are stranger on that place. ...

One of the best experiences in Davao was our stay in Seda Abreeza....really enjoyed my stay in Davao coz of my comfortable stay in Seda. After the tiring day in strolling around Davao, we had a nice stay in our hotel, very comfy, friendly staffs, walking distance to Abreeza mall is a plus, and my 3 year old son also enjoyed our first visit in Davao. Honestly, before I book...

-great place and location(near Gmall and other good restaurants) -the staff are very nice, friendly, courteous and very accommodating to the point of letting my parents check-in both the rooms that I've booked even when I wasn't their yet, we were still in the flight from manila to davao that time. - the smell was nice and the hotel looked very pleasant upon entering...

Very good value for money especially for the size, room has no windows though. Location is very good for tourism, close to People's Park and Pasalubong Center (you can leisurely walk to and from these spots). It is also close to the terminal station going to Philippine Eagle Center and Malagos Resort. Area is 1.2km from Lachi's restaurant, so you can easily walk for lu...

Worth what we paid for. Initial room's a/c wasn't working so they proactively transferred us to room 219. Great location for us because I had to get consultation at Davao Doctor's Hospital which was a 2-minute walk away. The room was clean. Had a closet for our stuff. Cable TV. Hot shower. Comfy beds, clean linens. Location was right in the center of the city and wal...

Hello! I highly recommend this hotel in Davao city. The staff are friendly and will give you the best service possible. The room is clean as well as the bathroom. My accommodation includes buffet breakfast and I'm giving the breakfast food selections 5 stars. Few things that can be improved is their hot shower, please have it checked because your guests will highly fav...

I have stayed here numerous times and this hotel is always clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Better than most hotels costing a lot more, this hotel is in a great central Davao location close to dining and shopping. The staff is really the best and after staying in a dozen different Davao hotels, this hotel is really the best value in Davao center.

This hotel is one of the best in Davao. Although it's not big as the other competitors but this one is perfect specially when you are traveling on a budget. We stayed for 2 nights and everything is good. The room that we got is a suite although it's not that classy as it looks but it is very clean and the aircon was quiet and cold. When it comes to the restroom, they h...

Frontage is not attractive but I was surprised when I enter the hotel's premise. Very homey and all staffs are friendly. WiFi is very strong in all floors and borrowing utensils for food bought outside is no problem at all! I will definitely make this my official home when in Davao at my expense because it is very cheap!

This is a clean, well-maintained hotel with a convenient location in downtown Davao. My room was the standard, but it was large. With 2 twin beds, there was plenty of room for my girlfriend's family to stay overnight a couple of times. The breakfast buffet had different food each day, so I never got tired of the same old thing. The restaurant by the pool was ve...

I was originall going to book this Hotel but due to the previous reviews i changed my mind. I came and checked it out whilst i was staying elsewhere. For the price you will be hard pushed to find a better hotel in Davao. Its new and clean. The staff are great once they get to know you. My room faced the street which is busy but quietens down after 10pm. I think t...

Awesome spot in davao, within walking distance of many key places. Room was small but well appointed. Staff was courteous and thorough. I will stay there again if I need a budget place... the only negative thing I would mention is very late at night there were roaches in the bathroom sink... baby.ones and the next morning they were gone

Alu hotel is very conveniently located at the Davao city center. Just beside the hotel is a coffee shop and several restaurants you can choose from. A few blcoks away is the aldevinco shopping center where you can buy sarongs, malongs, and a lot more locally made products. A few more blocks away are fruit stands where you can buy all the different fruits locally grown ...

Bottom line: It’s an okay place to stay for one night, if no better options are available. Pros: great breakfast buffet, super friendly and helpful staff, and good location. Cons: Ants in the bathroom, TV lacks many channels, Aircon was cold but very windy to the point of distracting while in bed. Turning down the aircon a tiny bit made sleeping possible but then i...

good enough hotel but you can find better value elsewhere. I paid Php1500++ for their smallest room with a double bed that seemed smaller than the standard size. the room is clean enough but I can't say that it was meticulously cleaned. First, I noticed that they use thin sheets for the bed and cheap pillows. Second, the linen was not as clean as it should be because t...

Because of a last minute booking for an overnight stay, My husband ended up staying at First Pacific Inn Davao. He said that the rooms were small, but just enough to get his work done. The price of the stay was cheap, hence the room quality. But he noted that everything was clean and functional. The internet connection was also very fast. He said that he would surely s...

This was actually a very good low-cost hotel. Not very many amenities but it was better than what I expected for the price. There was several good small clubs in the area and Davao is definitely someplace I will visit again. Wish I could have stayed longer.

I rented 4 family rooms for 2 nights, Christmas eve and Christmas Day. Compared to other hotels which offers family rooms in Davao City for those 2 nights, Star Hotel is affordable. Location is great. I would recommend this place to my friends. Staff in the Front desk are nice. Housekeeping people are awesome. It was a really good stay.

For me it was still a good location, good value for money, clean rooms and helpful staff my only concern was the water, we have hard time taking a bath since the water in the faucet and shower was too little we are in room F30 by the way and it is located in 3rd floor. But over all I still want to stay here again if ever I’ll visit Davao again... Nice art collection to...

the place was clean and nice. i never expected that kind of hotel to be available in that location. most locals are not even yet familiar with the name so be sure to always remember the name of the street. wifi connection was fast and reliable, food was a little off mainly due to the limited choices but the tuna panga was the best.

During my stay at Linmarr Davao Hotels and Apartelles, it was overall nice experience since the staff their are smiling and friendly. They just have to look into improving some of their facilities like air condition switches and the lights near the bed. But all in all, it was a very nice and comfortable stay. Thanks and more power to the staff and crew of the hotel....

Don Manaloto, the General Manager, is hands-on in the operation of the hotel-- one major factor why service is excellent. Every staff goes out of his way to provide total guest satisfaction. The location is best for guests who would like to be "far from the maddening crowd" yet close to the activity centres of the city. I commend Ronald who drove us around the vario...

We booked a one-night stay at the Ponce Suites Gallery Hotel but had to move to another hotel at around midnight because an elderly member of our family found the artwork unsettling. That, of course, was by no means the hotel's fault and just goes to show that this hotel is most ideal for those who appreciate all things out of the ordinary. The walls of the corridors a...

Our room has no windows, maybe because it was the room assigned to Agoda and it has a little discount, but other than it's ok. Beds are comfy, AC is working, place is clean and staff are friendly too. Walking distance from the city. I would recommend this if you are just planning to sleep in the hotel or spend little time there and explore Davao the whole day.

Zen room is located inside Alu hotel. I checked the prices in Alu hotel and the cheapest room is Php2000 but I only paid Php910 for the room I booked here in Zen room. hehehe Thank you Agoda for the vouchers. It's cheap but the room is very spacious!! My boyfriend and I really loved it because it's clean, has a huge bed and the ambiance is very relaxing. It is right i...

according to my parents, the room was very spacious. it offered much comfort for people traveling out of town. it's like a home away from home. and the bed is just enough to sleep comfortably. it's not too small, nor too big. it's just right, what one needs. and the people there were very accommodating. the room i reserved for my beloved parents was a twin bed room....

Low rate located in the city of Davao. Staff are nice. Hotel newly renovated which explains elevator is not yet functioning. Minor improvement needed. My room doesn't have any mirrors and no remote control for the television. But overall stay at the hotel was Good.

Everything was great. My only problem was not having the real name of the hotel. The real name is the "Green Banana" which is used by the Red Doorz name. The area is the Pryce business block. I walked around for 15 minutes before accidentally finding the real hotel among the surrounding buildings.
