"I'm at a loss for words at how amazing my stay was at Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa. The hotel is relatively new and my girlfriend and I took a bit of a risk booking a room here. We were not disappointed! The accommodations were very clean, beautiful, and modern. The complimentary breakfast was delicious (not mediocre like many other hotels in Vietnam). The staff was incredibly friendly and treated us with great warmth. We felt as though we were more than just regular hotel guests. Anything we needed, they provided--including recommendations on activities to do around town. We were able to get massages right in the hotel and left the spa feeling like a million bucks. The view of the terraced mountains from our bedroom balcony was breathtaking. I only wish I could give this hotel 6 stars! This is the gold standard for hotels in Vietnam, and VERY reasonably priced!! Do yourself a favor and book your stay here when you are in Sapa. I definitely will again whenever I am back in town. "

"Highly recommend. The staff are so helpful and have a great knowledge of the area. It is only a couple of minutes walk from the restaurant strip and the views from our room were spectacular, even on an overcast day. We had 2 rooms booked. After check out they were not fully booked so they very kindly let us use one of the rooms until we had to get our evening lift down the mountain for our night train back to Hanoi. Their generosity did not stop there. They prepared us a picnic of baguettes with omelette, fruit and water for dinner on the train. We would definitely return to this hotel when coming back to Sapa. It is also on the road to Cat Cat village which is beautiful. Lao Cai is even more amazing but a much longer walk. Either leave early or be prepared to ride the back of motorbike or other transport on your return. "

"This is a new hotel with a mixed style: modern and vintage, located in a quiet area within a walk distance to the city center. The hotel is carefully designed and decorated, offering a pleasant and cosy feeling upon very welcomed arrival and during the stay. Quite spacy balcony with fantastic view over Cat-cat tourist valley. Overall, the hotel is good and strongly recommended,, except for the following shortcomings: - there is no central cooling/heating in the room, which is standard for hotels of 4-5 stars, but an ordinary air conditioner. - there is no bath tub in the bathroom, - bad smell in the bathroom and balcony, probably due to the drainage system which may be properly designed or built. - breakfasts were somehow poor. "We have been in Asia for around 5 months and without a doubt, Cat Cat Garden Hotel is the best place we have stayed at so far. The location of this hotel is just perfect. Around 5-10mins walk to the main town, far enough out to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Sa Pa, but close enough to walk in to town if you need to. As the name suggests the hotel is very close to Cat Cat village; a 5min walk and you will be at the entrance. Motorbikes can be hired for 100k dong of course. The rooms are delightful. They have everything you need to have a relaxing stay, the bed inparticular was very clean and comfortable. They also have extra large windows all along one side of the room that offer the most stunning panoramic views of Fansipan Mountain and the rice paddies of Muong Hoa valley. Would add one day to your itineraries to allow for mountain staring! The owners of the hotel also run a restaurant next door. This is where breakfast lunch and dinner should be eaten. Honestly, for the value you won't find better in Sa Pa; the chef is very talented. Breakfast here, again, is the best we have had in Asia. Fine choice of eggs, pancakes, rice and noodles. Drinks include coffees, teas and various fresh juices. But here's the clever bit; they encourage you to order 2 foods, 2 drinks each. Our stomachs would rumble at night thinking about those breakfasts. The couple that run Cat Cat Garden hotel are what make it really special though. Their English is very good. They are always kind and curteous and we would enjoy talking to them sometimes for hours in the evening after diner. They offered useful and informative advice about exploring Sa Pa, never being pushy about trips and tours, helped us to do things solo as we prefer. The owner, Nam, picked us up and dropped us off from the bus without question. If you book through Agoda make sure to send them an email before arriving as it is not automated as booking.com, and they will be happy to collect you by car. They even gave us a"

"It is the best hotel. In the staying time with my family , We meet the most kind, nice and smile staff than I have ever visited hotel before. The staff explained the map of the town of Sapa and helped us for safe and special trip. Pistachio hotel facilities are very convenient because there is a swimming pool, spa and roof top bar in the hotel. If we want to see the wide sapa scenery, we can just go to the roof top anytime. At the roof top, we can see the nature downtown of sapa at the daytime, and the a lot of twinkling stars at the night. It's a very beautiful and fantastic experience for us. And every morning, We can taste the kind of vietnam rice noodles that change every day for breakfast. While eating breakfast, It's extra blessing to be able to see the beautiful scenery. Thanks a lot about the pistachio all things. I hope we can meet again. 🙏🙏🙏"
