Very good. Will definitely be back. The only slight inconvenience encountered was caused by the erroneous address indicated at the Agoda Website. Basing on the printed confirmation copy, the hotel address was within IT Park when its suppose to be Cebu Business Park. MY transportation service driver was not too familiar with the hotel location but knows very well the IT Park thus the confusion.

we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the waterfront cebu hotel... the hotel was a few years old, but clean and well kept. no kidding about them being grand! huge place, just unfortunate that the lobby was under renovation till end of april so we did not get to see the finished product. very good location, easy short trips to food, shopping and sight seeing. the staff was very pleasant, always with a smile and very helpful. free wifi which was great as i still had to monitor work during my vacation. free use of the gym and poolside was not huge but good enough to dip and relax after a long day of sightseeing. there's several restaurants within the hotel and since it is located in a business park so many other restaurants around the hotel to choose from. i would highly recommend this hotel to my friends...

The room was fairly big, very clean and with free internet. Breakfast was good. The hotel is very close to the Cebu Business Park and located opposite the Ayala Shopping Mall with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and some bars. Try to get a room to the rear as rooms facing the shopping mall and main road are very noisy. It is sometimes hard, especially in the earlier hour of the evening, to cross the road to the shopping mall. Lots of traffic and bikes without light.

This is the best bang for the buck hotel in Cebu. Location is close to Airport, SM Cebu, and My City Bus. The room is big and clean and if you get lucky with your room you get to see the Cebu Downtown. This hotel is across from SM Cebu so it's very convenient to do any shopping. You can also take the BRT from SM Cebu terminal to go to other places likes Airport and SM Seaside which makes it cheaper to travel within the city. There is a 7/11 outside the hotel so that is a plus too. On the downside, the room is not bright. I dislike hotels that doesn't have enough lights in their rooms. The breakfast is ok, not much of selection and nothing else to talk about it. The staffs are attentive and helpful but that's about it. I have no problems with them. Overall, if you're looking for a hotel that has very good value, you should go for this one.

Most first-class hotels in Cebu don’t have bath tubs in all rooms. This hotel, whose price is far below that of the first-class hotels, has bath tubs in the rooms. In the old days two decades ago when the internet was nascent and Facebook did not yet exist, first-class hotels had a business centre. These days, first-class hotels in Cebu – although not in Manila - only have computers in the lobby with a bar stool or on the first-and-a-half floor with no stool at all. This hotel still has a fully fledged business centre. The hotel has a good restaurant on the ground floor. Nowhere will you notice that there is also a swimming pool and a second restaurant in the hotel. But that’s not a drawback or a critique. It’s the owner, not the customer, whose trying to make money – from the second restaurant.

Having booker may rooms around Asia that don’t meet their descriptions or photos I was very happy with pillows, if you booking online it’s better to pay for breakfast as is only £1.50 more for 2 people it’s £3 per person in the hotel, the staff here are very helpful if you have a problem the bed is the best hotel I’ve ever had and you could sleep 4 people in it easily, the shower heats up very quickly and has a good water pressure, the room didn’t include a TV remove as it had a cable box with a really good signal and many western channels, although at 1st we didn’t know how to turn the TV on but room service showed us, all in all a great hotel for 20$ per night close to mango square but far away from the noise and bars, makes s change for the many tired, dated and dirty hotels in Cebu

I have been coming here to the 'Montebello Villa' Hotel for eight years. I come once or twice a year and always stay here. There are other hotels in Cebu in the same price range, but this is the best value for your money. They have been remodeling the hotel bit by bit, and the improvements are outstanding. The hotel is located in Banilad - Apas area, across the boulevard from UC Cebu behind a small mall. The mall is very convenient within walking distance. The staff here at the Montebello are outstanding and sometimes they accept interns from the HRM program at UC. The hotel has beautiful gardens, a number of pools a beauriful terrace ans resturant poolside. I can only give them 5 stars, I wish there were 6 available. JoeKanoguy

I have stayed in many hotels in Cebu, and will more than likely stay here or in Cebu Grand Hotel also booked through Agoda when u look at value, quality, and cost. Yes there are many other good hotels, but not for the price. CLOSE to EVERYTHING! Connected to mall which has groceries and great prices on top floor! Located on the main square / round about so you have many activities there that are very safe to walk to even at night. I would suggest paying the little extra for the deluxe room to get the best view. The hotel is also connected to Cebu Pacific Air office which is excellent convenience...also walking distance to perhaps the best hospital in Cebu as well as at least 2 pharmacies. The restaurant was sufficient and you have plenty of options at the connected mall if you prefer.

Regarding the Five Star Radisson Blu Hotel in Cebu on a scale of 1 to 5 we rated it at 10! We just had our 12th beautiful experience at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Cebu, Philippines. The staff once again are considerate beyond belief, friendly and helpful making our experience very enjoyable. The food is great, the room service from Aaron and housekeeping from Jenny. Outstanding general attention and kindness from all levels of management and staff including a very warm and extremely hospitable Dazzle, Richard , Sabrina still a trainee but beaming with a promise. and too many persons to be able to cite by name but all of them outstanding and much appreciated. The hotel operators like Farah and Adel are both very helpful and accommodating. Another, impressive memory was during our latest visit when Rose, the business executive manager when learning that I was temporarily ill send her assistant to bring me Gatorade. The staff at the swimming pool have always been extraordinary in their attention to our needs and comfort which we appreciate. We are deeply indebted for the fine service at the pool from Charisma who is always been very kind and thoughtful in making us feel at home and comfortable. The food is excellent with new creations and innovation with their NEW OUTDOOR RESTAURANT you can really dine with the StARS and have Romantic evening with candlelight to make guests love the outdoor meals served including superior and premium steaks that my wife and I dearly loved,that WE DINE 2 nights in a ROW ! Lastly, Sous chef ,Joeffrey and executive chef Roberto Kunitz are wonderful in terms of their service to customers and are much appreciated by this customer and family. A hallmark of this beautiful restaurant is there breakfast Buffet which is the most elegant and varied breakfast buffets I’ve ever tried in my worldwide travels. The food is not only delicious but is served by the staff with loving care and attention to the guests is”exceptionnel”

It was by far the best hotel experience I've ever had not only in Cebu but all over the Philippines. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff's usual smiling faces. All were very fluent in English and really know their stuff. There's no inquiry I was not answered on a straightforward manner. And also, the complimentary drinks upon arrival, refreshing! I didn't even get the chance to ask what was that! Great juice! I really can't say one by one how awesome my stay was in Henry's. But to sum it all up -- I am willing to spend all of my days in Henry's! It was my first time to visit Cebu, and Henry's did a huge contribution to that unforgettable experience I had. Very memorable. They deserve to be the #1 Hotel in Cebu. Heart heart!

Much to say, but will keep it concise. Overall a good value. Staff was great. Room surprisingly small for a superior double. No dresser or shelves....closet is ok with typical 4 hangers....(Philippine tradition?). Refrigerator was welcome sight even if missing a leg to keep stable. This would be very ok room for a single, but a bit cramped for a double. The bathroom is western style and I love that the hot water in the shower was consistant, although not much force. The breakfast was very good. Buffet style made it easier than most hotels I have stayed at in Cebu. Hotel is close to most shopping you will need (7/11 attached) and a three block walk to the SM Mall....but wear a mask and be careful crossing the streets. There is a laundry (expensive) and a gym (small but adequate) there, but they are both separate businesses.....you can pay for the gym on a daily basis...about 2.00 USD.

It's our 1st time in Cebu so we really need a great place to stay and were glad that we choose Holiday Spa Hotel. It's not difficult to find the hotel since most of the cab drivers are familiar in the hotel's location. They also have their own taxi named Holiday Taxi. If you need to go to the main road it's 1 to 2 minute walk from the hotel or you can ask the reception to call for a cab to pick you up. Hotel only got 2 floors,we stayed in the 2nd flr with windows where you can see the big pool. Room service is 24 hours but if you need to order food beyond 10pm it's not possible since the coffee shop inside the hotel is closed by that time but the reception will give you different brochures of fast food restaurants that you can call and deliver the food in your hotel room. Banilad name of the place where the hotel is located is near in Cebu Business Park (Ayala Center Cebu), Asiatown I.T Park (call centers & BPO), Waterfront hotel and Casino and SM Cebu City.From the hotel, it's also 1 jeepney or taxi ride to Colon (it's like recto or divisoria in Manila) where Magellan's Cross and Basilica de Sto. Nino is located. Basically, the location of the hotel is very accessible in any popular destination in Cebu.

Cebu R Hotel is between two of Cebu's biggest malls, SM City and Ayala Business Park. It is also a block away from a local members-only warehouse store (Landers is a local take on CostCo). However, the actual area around the hotel itself looks dark at night. The other best feature of the hotel are its friendly and efficient staff, particularly the ladies at the cafe and the front desk. The security guards are also highly commended for their friendliness... they are actually the hotel's first and last impressions and they do a wonderful job. The rooms are pretty basic but they work. I wished the rooms had more power outlets but more importantly, I hope they have a look at the state of the bed linens, which are showing signs of age. The roof deck is great for night viewing of the city

For the price, you couldn't ask for anything more. The staff was extremely friendly. Always smiling whenever they saw you and helpful with whatever you needed. The room itself was nothing special, but it was always clean, the bed was comfortable (memory foam), and it had everything you needed to have a comfortable night's rest before you head out to the city for the day. The only thing I marked down on was location. For anyone who wants the nice part of the city, go ahead and spend more to get a hotel in that area. The part that Main is in isn't terrible. You can easily find a taxi that will take you wherever you want, plus the business district is right down the street. Taxis in Cebu aren't expensive if you are worried about that. A taxi from the hotel to the temple was around the equivalent of $3, and that was probably the farthest I needed to go by taxi. Anything else to see or do in Cebu will be less than or around that price. I LOVED my experience at Main, and I would stay there again if I ever made my way down to Cebu City again! I highly recommend for someone who doesn't mind using inexpensive public transportation.

If you're staying in Cebu City, I'd recommend everyone to stay in Tune Hotel. It may have small rooms, but it's worth the stay because their beds are relaxing/soft, they have what you need for free (if you book through agoda) -- towels, shampoo, soap, etc. They also have a 55" LCD TV and internet connection. The hotel also has a great location because it is in front of Cebu Business Park where you can easily go to Metro Mall or the more high-end Ayala Center Park. As for transporation, if you're okay with riding a taxi, there are plenty of taxis passing by. As for jeepneys, there is a terminal. However, a lot of jeepney drivers and conductors don't speak Filipino as they speak Cebuano. You can speak in English instead.

I was very happy with the location of Rajah Park Hotel. It's near everything - the mall, the airport, the restaurants, the shopping centers, the taxis... it's in the center of everything. Even if it was my first time to visit Cebu, I had an easier time navigating because everyone knows where Rajah Park Hotel was located. In addition, the room I used was clean and the housekeeping service made sure I have everything I need. I'm definitely booking in this hotel again when I visit Cebu. :)

Probably the best hotel in Cebu mainly because guests are treated as royalty, very professional and polite staff, always trying their best to help, I was always allowed late check out and early check in without extra cost. great recreation facilities (gym pool n spa). Location is slightly away from the city madness which is great, taxi easily available, only 10 mins and 100 peso to Ayala, also free hotel shuttle bus every 2 hours to and from Ayala and SM malls. Located on hill with excellent view of city. Sometimes very affordable rates on Agoda for a hotel of this stature which makes it good value. Excellent rooftop restaurant and bar but little expensive. Will always be my first choice in Cebu, truly a 5 star experience.

it was one of the best hotel ive ever stayed. First of all, all the staffs were so kind and helpful. they smiled all the time and tried to do the best for customers. Even tho it was peak season, there were only 5-10 ppl in the pool. So,me and my family could have quiet and relaxed time. pool was maintained very well, floor and sun beds were so clean. and one thing I really liked was there was a shower room besides the pool so, we could use swimming pool before checking in (as we were arrived in cebu very early morning) room was big enough for two persons(standard room) and very clean. all the foods including breakfast were delicious and well priced. (probably better than foods outside) location was okay, takes only 5-10 mins to city centre by taxi. it may be the best value hotel in cebu city.

we booked ABC for the one night only as we flew to Cataclan the day after. The hotel is located in Cebu City, about 30mins drive with litle traffic (make sure to plan your return trip to the airport carefully however, traffic can be awful depending on the time of the day). Rooms were big, equipped with TV, electronic safe, plenty of plug sockets, lights, bathroom was decent size with decent shower, towels and toiletries provided. Wi-Fi signal and speed in room was fine. if I had to come back to Cebu I would definitely stay here again.

This is my third stay in as many years, so you know the review will be positive. I still love the location as not only is it within walking distance of the SM Cebu mall, but (by taxi or jeepney), close to other outlaying areas. The room is simple.....but comfortable. Bring earplugs (as you should for any Philippine larger city). Staff is friendly...both cleaning and front desk. One negative....the free breakfast menu is not as open as previous visits....it is restricted depending on the day. One positive.....there is now a massage business above the hotel and a full body massage for only 100p (about 2 USD), had me going every day. I would not hesitate to book here my next travel to Cebu.

We chose this hotel because our desired hotel nearby only had rooms available for New York prices. After an initial feeling of being made to feel "un-WellCôme" because of an extremely long wait to check-in (due in part to an early arrival by steamer from Mindinao) the staff rebounded nicely by lodging us in a studio suite with a lanai. The breakfasts were fantastic and were served by very solicitous staff. highlighted on the last day by a specially made bowl of champarado - a chocolate based Filipino rice cereal. Musical accompaniment by a string player was an added nice touch. The location was very near Ayala Mall and Cebu Business Park, where there is lots of development and construction after a major fire last Winter. Transportation in the form of taxis and Suzukis is very plentiful. WellCôme would have gotten an "A" but a non-functioning gym and a pool that was more of a heel-cooler dropped the grade to a B-minus. This hotel is still a consideration if fitness is a low priority.

The hotel was ok. Great location as it's just minutes from the Cebu business area which is great. Internet was SUPER slow and we rely on the internet for our business so that wasn't good at all. The hotel room was a bit old compared to the lobby. We thought the hotel was newer and that the rooms would be new as well, but it seems like it was only the lobby area. They were also doing renovations so maybe eventually they'll get to the rooms? The gym which is named EPIC is not really a gym. No benches, dumbbells, treadmills, or really anything. Just some monkey bars and some bags... which was disappointing to say the least. The area is great however and there's a Starbucks and some restos just seconds away. Overall we give it a 3/5, just because the rooms were older and the internet is SUPER slow.

What I loved: 1. PRICE! (I mean omg are you insane? It's like hostel/backpackers/pension house price for a hotel) 2. Wi-Fi - if you stay in Cebu a while you'll realize that fast and reliable internet is very rare in budget hotels. (even in expensive ones) Here it was fast AND reliable. 3. Location - lots of options in the area and short uber anywhere else (or jeep or taxi) Note: it's at the end of a street and newer so Uber or grab is your best bet to make sure the drivers find it) 4. Rooms- tiny for the cheapest ones, but bed is comfy for just sleeping and winding down. Bathroom is good sized with hot water and basics. TV is available and a bit of storage. 5. Free breakfast - for what you pay, anything other than a room is a bonus now. But breakfast is good, several Filipino options and a few american (to those complaining it's limited- it's FREE breakfast at a budget hotel... If you want better food, venture outside for some restaurants or stay at Best Western for 5k a night and buffet) 6. Restaurant area- I didn't eat much at the resto and when I did it wasn't anything special. But the area was great for working. If you are on a business was trip, it is nice to have. 7. Parking- available first come,first served. If you need it, it's there. CONS: As people have said, on the back side rooms there is rampant rooster activity. This never bothered me as I was usually too tired when I got back to sleep. Be prepared, bring earplugs or noise cancelling. They can be very annoying. During my stay, the hallways were fairly quiet but it seems there is a potential to be loud in the peak seasons if more guests are in the hallway talking. Again, bring noise protection! Trust me, you'll need it even if you stay other places usually. Rooster and traffic noises are everywhere. If you temper your expectations, this hotel really is a great little gem. I'm glad I listened to the positive reviews and tried them out. I will be back here now every time I go to Cebu.

To start with, the entire staff at S Hotel treats you in the manner of a 5 star Hotel. They are very agreeable, attentive and kind. This includes everyone from the front desk, to the security personnel, to Housekeeping. One of the housekeeping staff named Helbert made a beautiful heart from towels on me and my fiance's bed; he decorated it with our pictures and made us feel very special. This is just another example of the kind and personal treatment you receive at this fine Hotel.The bed is king size and very comfortable. The aircon is ice cold. The linens are white and clean, the comforter is cozy. The room smells and feels like new. The bathroom is immaculate. The neighborhood is nice and there are two great barbecue restaurants, several bakery's and a 7-11 nearby. In short the stay couldn't be any better and I was made to feel like a welcome guest. I have stayed here at S Hotel many times and I always feel like I am staying at my second home. I have also stayed at luxury hotels both here in Cebu City and abroad, and although this isn't a luxury hotel, I have never received better treatment and had a more comfortable stay than I have at S hotel. We visited during the Sinulog Festival, a busy time for Cebu. We arrived at the hotel early coming from MoalBoal and before their check-in time, the staff at the reception kindly accommodated our early check-in which was convenient for us as this gave us more time to explore the area and Cebu itself during the most colourful time of the year; the Sinulog Fest was also ort first so it was something that we were looking forward to. The hotel was busy and had shows featuring performers for the Sinulog festival which was exciting to watch with all the upbeat music and array of colours from the performers' costumes. The hotel at the time was on a festive mood and that made us more excited with our stay in the city. We also found that although the location was a little away to the main Sinulog festival area, it is easily accessible by taxi, so no problem for us. We also found that Cebu's many bars and great music bars. Cebu's nightlife are all accessible by a short taxi drive and cost us just under 100 pesos. Our accommodation at the hotel was amazingly huge with 1 single bed and a queens size bed. HIgh ceilings giving you a maximum feeling of grandeur with its added rustic décor. The bathroom was also of good size with a deep bathtub and separate shower cubicle. For the amount I paid using Agoda, I didn't expect this good quality accommodation in a quieter area of Cebu. Outside the hotels are some good looking spas for massage and beauty treatment, we also tried the restaurants outside and they offer good food and good value, places like Tongs an eat all you can buffet restaurant offering many sea food dishes. Mandaue city is just in the corner where you will find many of the fast food joints if that is one's fancy. The hotel had other facilities like swimming pool and gym which we didn't try as we only stayed for a night but the hotel offer good value for the accommodation they provide and staff hospitality was excellent! All of things inside the hotel are fantastic. Location: Good, it's just around south part of Cebu City, near to SM Cebu City, Robinsons Galleria and SM Seaside. Rates: It's somehow pricey since it's just a regular room, nothing special. Security: They have 24/7 security. CCTV equipment are installed. They also have parking at the basement. Internet Connectivity: No issue with their wireless connection. It's fast and stable. Other amenities: They have laundry service that needs 3 KG minimum for 90Pesos. So even the weight of your laundry is just half kilo, it will still cost 90Pesos. Then another 100Pesos if you want to have your clothes pressed. The only thing that I don't like in my stay is the shower. It's already rusty and the shower head drips intermittently. But over all, it's a 8.5/10 for me :)
