I was able to book a room with breakfast included. That's unbeatable price for the location and level of this hotel. We stayed 10 days and enjoyed every single day. We used the small gym, swam in the pool, and also used the spa/massage located in the hotel (Oriental Massage and Spa). Breakfast was good esp if you like Filipino food like me. If you prefer Western items then it may be lacking for you. Internet was free and pretty fast. Staff was friendly and efficient. We walked to Ayala Center which is just across the street. They don't have laundry on location, but just across the street is Bubbles. We dropped our laundry off, and picked up a couple of days later. Very convenient if you plan to stay long term. There is construction on the other side of the hotel where the pool is located. And it can be loud so maybe ask for a room on the opposite side. Also, you can hear people in the halls. They had a body wash but no small towels to use for the wash. So just some minor items. I think they are new so maybe they will improve on those. But I would really recommend this hotel to anyone. Esp if you can book it with breakfast. That's just unbeatable.

asked for a non smoking room. the were fully booked so they upgraded us to the bridal suite. gorgeous, luxurious, a real treat. we would have loved to stay forever. talked to other guests who said their deluxe room was also gorgeous. great breakfast included. after staying there and in 4 other hotels in cebu i would never consider going anywhere else again. it's hands down the best hotel in cebu, so for a few extra dollars there would be no comparison. i don't know why it isn't rated number one. it should be.

I originally planned on staying at the Quest hotel for a week, but ended up staying a month. Value For Money When I was here in May-June 2012 the value for money was incredible. I paid around US per night without breakfast. By comparison, the Cebu Marriott, was running around US per night – a little over twice the price, and I imagine no better quality. I looked at half a dozen hotels in Cebu before settling on Quest. Other hotels in Cebu running in the $50 - $60 range don’t even come close in terms of quality. And my high expectations were met after I moved in. Location The location is great, right across the street from the Ayala Mall, which is the most upscale mall in Cebu. Ayala a good place to hang out with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops with fast Internet connections. (Unfortunately, like most hotels the Internet connection at Quest is a slower than I would like for my work.) Quality The hotel is brand new. When I first arrived they were still finishing outfitting the upper floors. It is impeccably clean and everything is brand new. The rooms are well designed, and the hotel has a clean, spacious feel to it. Despite being near a busy road, I heard almost no noise from outside and always slept soundly. Food The Philippines are not renowned for the food. I haven’t had a meal here that impressed me. Having said that, the food in the hotel is the best I have had in the Philippines. It’s the same standard as you’d expect of hotel food in a US hotel that knows how to do food well. Not just a generic menu designed to serve the lowest common denominator, but actually a good menu with really good food. (They do have all the regulars like steak and burgers, but they do it well.) Friendly Staff The staff have been consistently friendly and helpful. I feel welcomed every time I enter the hotel at whatever time of day or night.

This is the best bang for the buck hotel in Cebu. Location is close to Airport, SM Cebu, and My City Bus. The room is big and clean and if you get lucky with your room you get to see the Cebu Downtown. This hotel is across from SM Cebu so it's very convenient to do any shopping. You can also take the BRT from SM Cebu terminal to go to other places likes Airport and SM Seaside which makes it cheaper to travel within the city. There is a 7/11 outside the hotel so that is a plus too. On the downside, the room is not bright. I dislike hotels that doesn't have enough lights in their rooms. The breakfast is ok, not much of selection and nothing else to talk about it. The staffs are attentive and helpful but that's about it. I have no problems with them. Overall, if you're looking for a hotel that has very good value, you should go for this one.

My mom and I went to Cebu last October 2017. My mom is a senior citizen, that’s why I made sure that our vacation would be fun, hassle free and relaxing. Thanks to Agoda and Cebu Diamond Suites and Residences we really had a great time staying in the hotel. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the breakfast buffet. The location is superb! It is near the ayala center mall (just 3 mins. Walking distance) easy access for restaurants and souvenir shops!

We booked for 1 night before leaving for Cebu airport, a lovely hotel we couldn't fault it at all the staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient they even let us check in early The hotel is in a great location near to the Ayala Mall, restaurants and bars The hotels buffet breakfast is amazing with a large selection of foods to choose from. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean The pool, Gym and Spa is just what we needed to relax We arranged a car to take us to the airport through the hotel at a reasonable price Great hotel that we would definitely recommend

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE PILLOWS HOTEL. Its location is perfect for travelers and tourists because PUVs pass by near the area. It is near pharmacies, convenience stores, coffee shops, spa and there's a nearby hospital as well. At the time we were there, my cough was really bad. I was already thinking of going to the hospital nearby, but I decided to just sleep it off. We had a comfortable rest throughout the duration of our stay. Cebu was hit by an earthquake while we were there, but we never felt it because we were sound asleep. The breakfast is also good. I kept telling my boyfriend it will always be the hotel of our choice when we return to Cebu. I highly recommend this.

I have been coming here to the 'Montebello Villa' Hotel for eight years. I come once or twice a year and always stay here. There are other hotels in Cebu in the same price range, but this is the best value for your money. They have been remodeling the hotel bit by bit, and the improvements are outstanding. The hotel is located in Banilad - Apas area, across the boulevard from UC Cebu behind a small mall. The mall is very convenient within walking distance. The staff here at the Montebello are outstanding and sometimes they accept interns from the HRM program at UC. The hotel has beautiful gardens, a number of pools a beauriful terrace ans resturant poolside. I can only give them 5 stars, I wish there were 6 available. JoeKanoguy

I have stayed in many hotels in Cebu, and will more than likely stay here or in Cebu Grand Hotel also booked through Agoda when u look at value, quality, and cost. Yes there are many other good hotels, but not for the price. CLOSE to EVERYTHING! Connected to mall which has groceries and great prices on top floor! Located on the main square / round about so you have many activities there that are very safe to walk to even at night. I would suggest paying the little extra for the deluxe room to get the best view. The hotel is also connected to Cebu Pacific Air office which is excellent convenience...also walking distance to perhaps the best hospital in Cebu as well as at least 2 pharmacies. The restaurant was sufficient and you have plenty of options at the connected mall if you prefer.

At Radission, the service excellence are great and the staffs are just perfect. They care for you so much that you feel more comfortable there than at your own home. They ensure all your needs are well taken care off. The staff are well provisioned in English and very knowledgeable with the hotel facilities and Cebu itself. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. And it is well maintained and equipped with quality necessasties . The breakfast buffet is delicious with spreads of variety to choose from to cater for the various taste buds. Huge restaurant with hgh ceilings. The swimming pool is well designed to cater for the various age groups. So is the gym and SPA too.

It was by far the best hotel experience I've ever had not only in Cebu but all over the Philippines. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff's usual smiling faces. All were very fluent in English and really know their stuff. There's no inquiry I was not answered on a straightforward manner. And also, the complimentary drinks upon arrival, refreshing! I didn't even get the chance to ask what was that! Great juice! I really can't say one by one how awesome my stay was in Henry's. But to sum it all up -- I am willing to spend all of my days in Henry's! It was my first time to visit Cebu, and Henry's did a huge contribution to that unforgettable experience I had. Very memorable. They deserve to be the #1 Hotel in Cebu. Heart heart!

Much to say, but will keep it concise. Overall a good value. Staff was great. Room surprisingly small for a superior double. No dresser or shelves....closet is ok with typical 4 hangers....(Philippine tradition?). Refrigerator was welcome sight even if missing a leg to keep stable. This would be very ok room for a single, but a bit cramped for a double. The bathroom is western style and I love that the hot water in the shower was consistant, although not much force. The breakfast was very good. Buffet style made it easier than most hotels I have stayed at in Cebu. Hotel is close to most shopping you will need (7/11 attached) and a three block walk to the SM Mall....but wear a mask and be careful crossing the streets. There is a laundry (expensive) and a gym (small but adequate) there, but they are both separate businesses.....you can pay for the gym on a daily basis...about 2.00 USD.

Holiday Spa Hotel is in a great location. Taxicabs were always available and if not, the bellman would always call one for you. Ayala Mall and Waterfront Hotel were about 50pesos away while SM mall was about 75pesos away. I have no complaints about the staff. They were accommodating and friendly. I just wish they had more front desk space. The picture on the hotel website shows a front desk that the hotel shares with the spa and the gym. At the lobby area, there's a coffee shop, a salon, a boutique, a gym (popular in cebu--had lots of clients) and the spa. The swimming pool between the hotel's 2 buildings is also free for use by hotel guests. Because warm showers are very important to me, I will look for another option before I consider staying at Holiday Spa Hotel again. It's a shame though because it's a great place otherwise.

Great little gym, nice breakfast and clean comfortable rooms. Usually I rave about this little gem in Cebu but this time around, the room I was in was unusually noisy (outside noise). Probably also due to peak season but the hallway late at night was always so noisy and you can hear a bunch of guests talking outside (the people were loud, so I guess that's not the hotels fault). Normally this hotel is quiet, but I guess I found out that the rooms are not as soundproof as I had initially thought. The wifi was also extremely unreliable this time (again maybe due to the high volume of guests?) dropping on and off and during daytime or active hours, it was excruciatingly slow and sometimes just mostly useless. Of course, I'd stay here again. Great value hotel!

For the price, you couldn't ask for anything more. The staff was extremely friendly. Always smiling whenever they saw you and helpful with whatever you needed. The room itself was nothing special, but it was always clean, the bed was comfortable (memory foam), and it had everything you needed to have a comfortable night's rest before you head out to the city for the day. The only thing I marked down on was location. For anyone who wants the nice part of the city, go ahead and spend more to get a hotel in that area. The part that Main is in isn't terrible. You can easily find a taxi that will take you wherever you want, plus the business district is right down the street. Taxis in Cebu aren't expensive if you are worried about that. A taxi from the hotel to the temple was around the equivalent of $3, and that was probably the farthest I needed to go by taxi. Anything else to see or do in Cebu will be less than or around that price. I LOVED my experience at Main, and I would stay there again if I ever made my way down to Cebu City again! I highly recommend for someone who doesn't mind using inexpensive public transportation.

What a marvelous place to stay. It is located just across Ayala Center. The PUV terminal is also across the street if you're planning on going to Jones, Sto. Nino, and the fringes of Cebu. The signs are posted for your destinations. There's no dearth of taxis passing by the hotel at anytime of day. The lobby is at the 2nd floor which means, if you have your card key, you can go straight up to your room without anybody bothering you. i stayed at the 6th floor (as per my request) which is great. The hotel has 9 floors. My bed at room 613 was perfect - it didn't face the sun at anytime, but there's adequate sunlight coming inside the room - with AC, fan, LCD cable TV, hairblower, safe, a folding table for your laptop when you need to work, great and very fast wifi connection specially configured for you, very clean bathroom, hot and cold water with a giant shower head and fast water pressure, a sink that drains fast, clean towels, etc. I cannot recommend it enough. As a habit, I keep booking at different hotels when in Cebu but i think I found a hotel I'd stay again and again next time I am here. It's very accessible for your travel needs. They also have 2-3 huge laptops for use at the 2nd floor lobby for those without their laptops. The only negative thing - they don't have a restaurant at all, but then this is Ayala Center. You can find restaurants anywhere. At the same building, a new 7-11 is almost done so this will even make things more convenient. Great great place. Book via Agoda because of its great promo deals. I got a 70% off for mine. For walk in clients, it becomes an expensive affair since every service is prepair - P300 for use of AC per pay, cable and towel also have their rates if you're a walk in client. Agoda deals are all-in. I couldn't recommend Agoda more. Go run to book a room. Right NOW! :)

My hotel experience was generally great. The room was spacious and clean. The personnel were professional and very accommodating. The hotel location is perfect if you're visiting Cebu City for vacation. The hotel is a spitting distance to malls, convenience stores, restaurants, bars, fastfood chains, massage spas and almost everything. My room was so conducive for sleeping and I could hardly hear the noise outside. I enjoyed my early morning jog at the Fuente Circle just accross the hotel and the very satisfying buffet breakfast of the hotel. LOL. The hotel rate I got thru Agoda was too cheap compared to the satisfaction I had. Well, despite the old facilities, still, I would prefer this hotel over the other 2 hotels I stayed at during my 4-day vacatiom here. I should had booked in Rajah Park during my entire stay. Nextime, this year for sure.

Our stay in Marco Polo is quite memorable and nice experience... before we usually stayed in Shangrila Mactan and Hilton... meaning whenever we are at Cebu, we always in the part of Lapu-lapu city.. its our first time in city itself.. we always wondering whats the building on the top of the mountain overlooking cebu city. we found out that its Marco Polo Hotel now but before it was Cebu Plaza Hotel.. one of the most famous and expensive hotel in the Queen City of the South. Now that its Marco Polo... it gives more elegance and charm. The Hotel location is nice.. few minutes drive away to the city, malls, tourist attractions etc... its facilities like pools and gym and spa and restaurants are truly wondrous and relaxing with. the rooms are spacious and quite peaceful. no noise will wake you and you wanted to sleep all day long. The elevators are fast and roomy. The parking is so big. Gardens are quite allusive. The staffs are very courteous and helpful... fast in their actions and firm in their words. I must say we will comeback there again the next time we visit cebu city.

it was one of the best hotel ive ever stayed. First of all, all the staffs were so kind and helpful. they smiled all the time and tried to do the best for customers. Even tho it was peak season, there were only 5-10 ppl in the pool. So,me and my family could have quiet and relaxed time. pool was maintained very well, floor and sun beds were so clean. and one thing I really liked was there was a shower room besides the pool so, we could use swimming pool before checking in (as we were arrived in cebu very early morning) room was big enough for two persons(standard room) and very clean. all the foods including breakfast were delicious and well priced. (probably better than foods outside) location was okay, takes only 5-10 mins to city centre by taxi. it may be the best value hotel in cebu city.

Wonderful accommodation. Though new, this simple hotel is so clean, relaxing, affordable, and accessible. The staff are very friendly, and housekeeping services are fantastic. Though it doesn't have its own resto (hence, no breakfast), there are shops at the building such as a resto, cupcake shop, coffee shop, 24-hour convenience store, salon and spa, massage, and a pharmacy. Its location is also accessible to transportation and is near notable places like the Sky Experience. Amenities are okay (strong wifi, complimentary bottled waters are replenished every day, though it wouldn't hurt to have slippers).

I booked a two night's stay here (double room w/ ensuite), breakfast included. A reasonable rate for Cebu, and worth it since I booked on such short notice. Despite the name, Express Inn is less of an inn and more of a hotel. The helpful staff tells me they have only been open for less than a year, so everything was pleasantly new and very clean. My room was reasonably spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom even had a rainshower head. It is a budget hotel though, and it comes with the usual cons like having really small and cheap toiletries, and you had to hang a sign on the door of your room if you want to have it cleaned, otherwise the housekeeping wouldn't bother. Nevertheless, I'm glad a lot of comfortable and efficient budget hotels like this are becoming more popular, and Express Inn is no exception. Plus, the location was good, near a lot of cheap eateries and a walkable distance from SM. All in all, a highly recommended stay for the budget-conscious traveler.

We chose this hotel because our desired hotel nearby only had rooms available for New York prices. After an initial feeling of being made to feel "un-WellCôme" because of an extremely long wait to check-in (due in part to an early arrival by steamer from Mindinao) the staff rebounded nicely by lodging us in a studio suite with a lanai. The breakfasts were fantastic and were served by very solicitous staff. highlighted on the last day by a specially made bowl of champarado - a chocolate based Filipino rice cereal. Musical accompaniment by a string player was an added nice touch. The location was very near Ayala Mall and Cebu Business Park, where there is lots of development and construction after a major fire last Winter. Transportation in the form of taxis and Suzukis is very plentiful. WellCôme would have gotten an "A" but a non-functioning gym and a pool that was more of a heel-cooler dropped the grade to a B-minus. This hotel is still a consideration if fitness is a low priority.

we were satisfied with harold's hotel. location is near ayala mall and transportation is not a problem. the service maybe compared to that of a five star hotel. this hotel is so far the best business hotel in cebu having great value for money. the bed, linens & towels were very clean. the room was well equipped with safe, hair dryer, iron & board & fridge. breakfast was excellent having mixed varities of asian & continental food. i would recommend this hotel to my friends. will surely return to this hotel in my next trip to cebu.

What I loved: 1. PRICE! (I mean omg are you insane? It's like hostel/backpackers/pension house price for a hotel) 2. Wi-Fi - if you stay in Cebu a while you'll realize that fast and reliable internet is very rare in budget hotels. (even in expensive ones) Here it was fast AND reliable. 3. Location - lots of options in the area and short uber anywhere else (or jeep or taxi) Note: it's at the end of a street and newer so Uber or grab is your best bet to make sure the drivers find it) 4. Rooms- tiny for the cheapest ones, but bed is comfy for just sleeping and winding down. Bathroom is good sized with hot water and basics. TV is available and a bit of storage. 5. Free breakfast - for what you pay, anything other than a room is a bonus now. But breakfast is good, several Filipino options and a few american (to those complaining it's limited- it's FREE breakfast at a budget hotel... If you want better food, venture outside for some restaurants or stay at Best Western for 5k a night and buffet) 6. Restaurant area- I didn't eat much at the resto and when I did it wasn't anything special. But the area was great for working. If you are on a business was trip, it is nice to have. 7. Parking- available first come,first served. If you need it, it's there. CONS: As people have said, on the back side rooms there is rampant rooster activity. This never bothered me as I was usually too tired when I got back to sleep. Be prepared, bring earplugs or noise cancelling. They can be very annoying. During my stay, the hallways were fairly quiet but it seems there is a potential to be loud in the peak seasons if more guests are in the hallway talking. Again, bring noise protection! Trust me, you'll need it even if you stay other places usually. Rooster and traffic noises are everywhere. If you temper your expectations, this hotel really is a great little gem. I'm glad I listened to the positive reviews and tried them out. I will be back here now every time I go to Cebu.

We stayed in Cebu for a few nights, unfortunately we only discovered this hotel later, so we only spent 1 night here. In summary: - New and clean hotel - Friendly and accomodating staff - Well equipped room: both the amenities as the standard equipment - loads of channels on cable tv - Very high quality aircon with very low noise - Great location (try A. Climaco St. for gret (seafood) restaurants (STK ta Bay!) - Baby chair available in restaurant - Comfortable sit and great breakfast in restaurant - Small but good menu - Great wifi! - Standard late(r) check-out - Comfortable bed and pillows! Needs improvement: - We stayed in a luxe room with a terrible tab. It was almost impossible to use it without 'flooding' the bathroom. Very annoying. I would strongly advise management to consider replacing the tab or adjusting pressure. - There was no safe in the room - Room was not too big, but big enough. - Temperature of shower was a bit hard to adjust

To start with, the entire staff at S Hotel treats you in the manner of a 5 star Hotel. They are very agreeable, attentive and kind. This includes everyone from the front desk, to the security personnel, to Housekeeping. One of the housekeeping staff named Helbert made a beautiful heart from towels on me and my fiance's bed; he decorated it with our pictures and made us feel very special. This is just another example of the kind and personal treatment you receive at this fine Hotel.The bed is king size and very comfortable. The aircon is ice cold. The linens are white and clean, the comforter is cozy. The room smells and feels like new. The bathroom is immaculate. The neighborhood is nice and there are two great barbecue restaurants, several bakery's and a 7-11 nearby. In short the stay couldn't be any better and I was made to feel like a welcome guest. I have stayed here at S Hotel many times and I always feel like I am staying at my second home. I have also stayed at luxury hotels both here in Cebu City and abroad, and although this isn't a luxury hotel, I have never received better treatment and had a more comfortable stay than I have at S hotel. We visited during the Sinulog Festival, a busy time for Cebu. We arrived at the hotel early coming from MoalBoal and before their check-in time, the staff at the reception kindly accommodated our early check-in which was convenient for us as this gave us more time to explore the area and Cebu itself during the most colourful time of the year; the Sinulog Fest was also ort first so it was something that we were looking forward to. The hotel was busy and had shows featuring performers for the Sinulog festival which was exciting to watch with all the upbeat music and array of colours from the performers' costumes. The hotel at the time was on a festive mood and that made us more excited with our stay in the city. We also found that although the location was a little away to the main Sinulog festival area, it is easily accessible by taxi, so no problem for us. We also found that Cebu's many bars and great music bars. Cebu's nightlife are all accessible by a short taxi drive and cost us just under 100 pesos. Our accommodation at the hotel was amazingly huge with 1 single bed and a queens size bed. HIgh ceilings giving you a maximum feeling of grandeur with its added rustic décor. The bathroom was also of good size with a deep bathtub and separate shower cubicle. For the amount I paid using Agoda, I didn't expect this good quality accommodation in a quieter area of Cebu. Outside the hotels are some good looking spas for massage and beauty treatment, we also tried the restaurants outside and they offer good food and good value, places like Tongs an eat all you can buffet restaurant offering many sea food dishes. Mandaue city is just in the corner where you will find many of the fast food joints if that is one's fancy. The hotel had other facilities like swimming pool and gym which we didn't try as we only stayed for a night but the hotel offer good value for the accommodation they provide and staff hospitality was excellent! Southpole Central Hotel is an incredibly new hotel in the heart of Cebu City. When I asked taxi drivers to get here, the best bet is to tell them that you're going to Junquera street and add that it is located just across University of San Carlos. Next to it is a 7-Eleven. The hotel itself was still under construction. During our stay, we could definitely hear construction work on the upper levels, but it wasn't loud and distracting. The washroom was incredibly well-built, but the shower was not separated by a shower door. This makes the whole washroom floor wet after someone takes a bath and some people may find this disgusting. The redeeming part of this hotel is the bed and the excellent airconditioning. Also, the hotel provides its patrons with a nifty list of channels for their TV. In terms of acoustic insulation, I could definitely hear people talking in the hallway and sometimes from the room next to us. This really isn't a problem for me, but some people may find this offputting.
