Hotels near Cebu IT Park

Stayed 3 nights in April. Arrived at Mactan, Cebu airport and took a metered cab to hotel costing about 200 Peso. Room was huge and beds were comfy. There was cable tv, bath tub and safe avail inside. Got a room on the 6th floor therefore not much view to see though. Also the aircon was a individual unit and not centralised thus allowing to control your own temperatures. Nice Swimming pool was located at the 3rd floor and there was a sauna attached in the toilet. However, sadly even during the afternoon from 12-2pm there was no sunlight and couldnt get a tanned. Breakfast has a reasonable variety of food of both international and asian fare. However, no live station around thus unable to choose your type of eggs. Only scramble was available. Location wise is perfect. Just across the road is Ayala Center and also a chimney bus interchange. Otherwise is a short 5-10 mins taxi ride to SM Mall, IT mall, Mango Sq and Waterfront Casino. However, the nearest 7-11 is about a good 10mins walk away One point to note is the hotel policy of not allowing you to joint two singles bed together (if you are thinking of saving money to book that instead ) as they can charge you 2000 peso for doing that. However, Front desk staffs were patient and at no point did they lost their cool trying their best to explain this policy to me and their best to help even though i felt that this was a ridiculous policy. Overall, 4 star hotel 3 star price. Will definetly return to stay 😃

Quest Hotel is probably the best hotel that we have stayed in Cebu. We have been to many, and this is probably the best one. Staff are super courteous and helpful. They make you feel really special. They can also speak a very good quality of English. Check-in is fast no matter how long the queue. Staff make sure that everyone is attended to. Check-out is a bit slow though. Had to queue for ages in the morning. Food is excellent and at a reasonable price. The only place we would eat non-Filipino (aka International) cuisine is at this hotel. They got everything right. Probably the best chefs in Cebu. They also sold fresh bread every morning and my little son loved the pan de sal! We have stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks and we had a very very good stay. I think their Deluxe room was better than their Premium Deluxe though. The downside is the terrace. It is covered with a wall that is too high up that you don't see anything when you're seated. And the rooms seem to be smaller in the Premium Deluxe. The parking space is very good too. Super spacious and quite clean. The location is also very central, that if you needed anything or wanted to eat out, you just cross the road and you've got Ayala Center! Another downside is that housekeeping sometimes forget to replace the towels (we didnt have towels a few times when we got into our room), or shower caps, etc. Minor issues. I think housekeeping needs better training. We are very very happy that we stayed here. We would stay again the next time we come back to Cebu.

I booked Bayfront at a lower price here at Agoda and just out of curiosity i tried asking the rates as a walk in and its almost twice the amount that i have paid booking here. With the amount that i have shelled out, i should say that it is one of the best values there is. The place is just like one of those five star hotels and it seems that Bayfront has been rated below as what it should be. The room is very spacious especially if you are travelling solo, internet is fast, breakfast is great. Everything there is in a hotel is here. If they could in a bath tub and a walk in closet its a suite not just any room anymore.

I have stayed at Cebu Parklane several times now. I have also stayed in The Waterfront Lahug and other Cebu hotels such as Century Park Plaza. However, the Parklane remains my favourite as it gets the balance right between value for money and comfort. The hotel is friendly. The restaurant is very good. The included buffet breakfast is excellent with wide variety of foods from sushi to omelettes There is something here for all nationalities. Cold cuts for Europeans, traditional Japanese, Filipino and western breakfasts are all catered for. The rooms are spacious and clean. there have been some room renovations and this has served to update the decor and comfort. Ayala Mall is across 2 roads, within walking distance and there is a multitude of shops, restaurants and night spots within. This hotel is in the City so its not a resort or a place where you can lounge by the beach But its located in the newer part of the CBD and, there is much night life nearby. Its also a good location if you are doing business in Cebu.

I have been coming here to the 'Montebello Villa' Hotel for eight years. I come once or twice a year and always stay here. There are other hotels in Cebu in the same price range, but this is the best value for your money. They have been remodeling the hotel bit by bit, and the improvements are outstanding. The hotel is located in Banilad - Apas area, across the boulevard from UC Cebu behind a small mall. The mall is very convenient within walking distance. The staff here at the Montebello are outstanding and sometimes they accept interns from the HRM program at UC. The hotel has beautiful gardens, a number of pools a beauriful terrace ans resturant poolside. I can only give them 5 stars, I wish there were 6 available. JoeKanoguy

Price: we could not believe what we saved by staying here. A well known chain hotel nearby charges twice what we paid at the Elizabeth and, having stayed there 3 months prior, we believe the Elizabeth to be the best value. The staff is outstanding! From greeting you every time when opening the doors for you to adding extra coffee in the room. Room features: very spacious room with additional furnishings, mini fridge for personal use, oversized bath, numerous bath amenities, full set of towels for 2, very comfortable king bed, A/C and heating system that is whisper quiet, large windows for plenty of daylight. The cleaning staff is very good at their job too. Everyone there is very pleasant and happy to serve you. They even clean and mop the brick driveway throughout the day! They will happily go to the street and hail a taxi for you or, if you prefer, they will call a private car to assist in your travels. The staff is outstanding! We used the restaurant only for the breakfast buffet which seemed acceptable to most, but I found few American dishes available on a daily basis though they did change some selections each day. I was accepting of this since they cater to many different cultures that travel to their city and it would be impossible to satisfy everyone every day. Also, it gave me the opportunity to try the local dishes. The bar has knowledgeable staff that know how to make drinks properly. The Hotel Elizabeth is also within a 2 block walking distance to the well known, super clean Ayala Mall. The mall is huge, with outdoor gardens and many restaurants to choose from. I personally give this place a 5 star rating for their overall cleanliness and willingness to make everyone happy. We liked it so much, that we cancelled another leg of our trip to go back to the Elizabeth to enjoy the last 4 days of our journey in a very relaxing environment. I have stayed in many hotels in Cebu, and will more than likely stay here or in Cebu Grand Hotel also booked through Agoda when u look at value, quality, and cost. Yes there are many other good hotels, but not for the price. CLOSE to EVERYTHING! Connected to mall which has groceries and great prices on top floor! Located on the main square / round about so you have many activities there that are very safe to walk to even at night. I would suggest paying the little extra for the deluxe room to get the best view. The hotel is also connected to Cebu Pacific Air office which is excellent convenience...also walking distance to perhaps the best hospital in Cebu as well as at least 2 pharmacies. The restaurant was sufficient and you have plenty of options at the connected mall if you prefer.

This hotel is the best hotel i ever stayed. I am not used to stay at 5-stars hotels, but I had been at a few like Dusit in Manila, and some in Bangkok and Phuket. Radisson Blu Cebu is fare better then all. First of all I will higlight the location near to SM City, thei got their own walkway 20 meter to that super large shopping mall. Here You can buy about everything, its fixed prices and its still fair priced. You also have lot of restaurants, cinema (even Imax), bowling and other stuff to do. Actually, a little ashamed, we was not outside the hotel and SM for the 3-4 days we stayed here :-) Then there is a great pool area, a super breakfast and the whole area, receiption, entrance, security, staff performance and all other is great. We arrived very early from Manila and was at the hotel about 8.30am, but they let us check in without any problems, and they also even let us check out late 3pm as our airplane departure was about 5pm. This is highly appraiciated when it is possible for them do that when rooms not occupied by some other guests. I am also very happy with the WiFi, it works everywhere, in the breakfast area, pool area, rooms, reception. Its fast and stabel. I used my GalaxyTab everywhere there for reading my emails, news and so on. the rooms are large, very big and comfertable bed and pillows. The bathroom is great, real good water pressure and hot water. They even got their own Radisson Blu water bottels that is a kind of souvernire itself :-) The price is just half other 5 stars hotel for some reason and that make it very valuable for the money. The only thing if I should complain about something is that it is heavey noice traffice outside the pool area. If it should be perfect pool, it should be out of that traffice noice, but I just turned on my music and traffice noice was gone.

I've stayed in hotels all over the world, and this is one of the best artistic boutique hotels I've ever been in - equaling the best in Chicago and San Francisco. The rooms are huge with high ceilings - I would guess over 20 feet. Even the hallways are extra-wide, giving a sense of openness to the whole hotel. The rooms have retro murals above the bed. Walking around the hotel is a pleasure because of the artwork and decorations. The one downside I found is the restaurant. I only ate breakfast there but it was way overpriced for poor quality. 350 Pesos got a single egg, ham, processed cheese, toast and fruit. But this is more than made up for by the restaurants around the hotel. The neighborhood of Banilad is the most upscale in Cebu. There are lots of really good restaurants, offering many local and international choices. I had one of the best Thai meals I've had outside Thailand just across the street and there are Italian, Filipino, Chinese and Korean restaurants nearby. In the past I've stayed near the Ayala Mall, which has comparatively limited eating choices after you've been there a week or two. The Banilad neighborhood has much wider choices with better food at lower prices. The outdoor pool is pleasant with a well-kept lawn around it. The staff are warm and helpful. I made a few of special requests and all of them were attended to quickly and effectively. I'm a regular visitor to Cebu, and this has become my new home here.

The hotel is new, clean & in a great location, hence the 5 star rating. It just lack basic in room facilities like microwave oven or coffee maker (only 1 of 3 rooms had a microwave oven). Also, their hotel would be great with a swimming pool. The housekeeping, cafe & kitchen staff were great too but I can't say the same about the receptionists & guard/s. Don't get me wrong, I think the receptionists tried to do their best to be good hosts but with a fully booked hotel & only 1 or 2 receptionists at a time, they couldn't fully give us their smile. What I didn't understand are the guards. They couldn't even help us unload or load our luggage to & from the car eventhough he wasn't doing anything but stand there or chat with the people waiting for the jeepney. Lastly, the bizarre experiences we had was when my son, 3 1/2 y.o, & his nanny entered the bathroom (rm.508), my son pointed at 1 corner of the bathroom & said that "lola" was there. He never does that & the nanny, although scared out of her wits, just told my son to ignore whatever it is. Then my mother in law had nightmares the whole 2 nights we were there. Her nightmares for 2 nights were the same, that a man was following her from the lobby to their room. They're in rm.505 & their door is directly in line with 1 of the elevator door. I don't know but isn't that a bad position for the doors to be directly in line with each other? 😱😱😱

It's our 1st time in Cebu so we really need a great place to stay and were glad that we choose Holiday Spa Hotel. It's not difficult to find the hotel since most of the cab drivers are familiar in the hotel's location. They also have their own taxi named Holiday Taxi. If you need to go to the main road it's 1 to 2 minute walk from the hotel or you can ask the reception to call for a cab to pick you up. Hotel only got 2 floors,we stayed in the 2nd flr with windows where you can see the big pool. Room service is 24 hours but if you need to order food beyond 10pm it's not possible since the coffee shop inside the hotel is closed by that time but the reception will give you different brochures of fast food restaurants that you can call and deliver the food in your hotel room. Banilad name of the place where the hotel is located is near in Cebu Business Park (Ayala Center Cebu), Asiatown I.T Park (call centers & BPO), Waterfront hotel and Casino and SM Cebu City.From the hotel, it's also 1 jeepney or taxi ride to Colon (it's like recto or divisoria in Manila) where Magellan's Cross and Basilica de Sto. Nino is located. Basically, the location of the hotel is very accessible in any popular destination in Cebu.

Wonderful staff, courteous and welcoming, always wearing smiles. A wonderful and respectful staff to go with beautiful accommodations. They serve good food. Best bang for your buck. Gets two thumbs up from me for their great accommodations. Great quality service for the money. The Hotel is well placed. It is near three of the biggest shopping centers in Cebu, SM City Cebu, Ayala, and I.T. Park. A nice hotel indeed. Good quality hotel for the money. A hotel worth considering if staying in Cebu at a budget.

If you are looking for a highly satisfactory and decently nice place for a limited budget, you should consider this hotel. The hotel is a bit off the road but you can't miss this as you can see its huge sign from the main Banilad highway. The place is peaceful and off the radar from the noise coming from the main road. The hotel is 10-min walk from Gaisano Metro Mall and 15-20 minutes walk from Cebu IT Park.

First, the hotel room is very nice ang clean. The interior is relaxing. Although theres no closet, it was still ok for us because a tube line was installed in the room for hanging our clothes. We were so comfortable with the bed and its stuff. It's really soft and just as perfect as other expensive hotels have. The restroom/bathroom is ok as well, we didnt have any probs with hot and cold sinkwater and shower too. Secondly, the place of this hotel is perfect, right across ayala center cebu. The location provides more convenience if you are a party goer. It's just near The Terraces, grand con, and IT Park lahug. There are also a lot of restos nearby like ayala teraces and 7 eleven has a good place right at the ground floor of the hotel. Third, we were surprised of the fact that they allow ur family and friends to stay with you with no additional cost and no time limit or curfew! Other hotels wont give you this kind of service. We had our friends invited to stay with us and they also liked the room! Lastly, we booked a room through this site agoda for just less than 900 php and this already included 24hrs aircon + 24hrs tv + 24hrs wifi access + toilet stuff for 2 persons. If you book directly thru tune hotels website, it would cost u more or less 1500 php. Agoda really provides the exact service they specify here and we just wish the discount is still available until now.. :D by the way, normal checkout is 11am so dont be surprised if the tv turns off at exactly 11am haha or probably the aircon perhaps hehe Overall, the entire worth of our stay was more than the price of it.. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again next time.. :D

I was very happy with the location of Rajah Park Hotel. It's near everything - the mall, the airport, the restaurants, the shopping centers, the taxis... it's in the center of everything. Even if it was my first time to visit Cebu, I had an easier time navigating because everyone knows where Rajah Park Hotel was located. In addition, the room I used was clean and the housekeeping service made sure I have everything I need. I'm definitely booking in this hotel again when I visit Cebu. :)

Ive always liked Best Western for their nice, clean and friendly boutique hotels and BW plus Lex did not disappoint in that respect. I never expected it to be that good though upon booking. It provides 5 star luxury at 4 star prices. Our suite was extremely comfortable with even a tv in the bathroom. Nice! And their breakfast buffet is to die for. Lots of bacon too. The only downside is the distance from the airport. A sister establishment in Mactan Island would be a Good Thing. Otherwise 10/10 in every respect.

I think ABC Hotel is one of the best economy hotel considering its location and below points. The room is modern and kept very clean by thorough housekeeping. Only a point to improve is (cheap looking) airconditioner's noise. All staff were very friendly and dedicated. I found it difficult to book next day's Island hopping tour for one parson and then talked with one of the staff. She kindly arranged chartered Island hopping tour for me!!! although I finally had to cancel it due to lack of information and transportation trouble. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I booked a two night's stay here (double room w/ ensuite), breakfast included. A reasonable rate for Cebu, and worth it since I booked on such short notice. Despite the name, Express Inn is less of an inn and more of a hotel. The helpful staff tells me they have only been open for less than a year, so everything was pleasantly new and very clean. My room was reasonably spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom even had a rainshower head. It is a budget hotel though, and it comes with the usual cons like having really small and cheap toiletries, and you had to hang a sign on the door of your room if you want to have it cleaned, otherwise the housekeeping wouldn't bother. Nevertheless, I'm glad a lot of comfortable and efficient budget hotels like this are becoming more popular, and Express Inn is no exception. Plus, the location was good, near a lot of cheap eateries and a walkable distance from SM. All in all, a highly recommended stay for the budget-conscious traveler.

I am always in this hotel every time I am in Cebu. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Cebu being in the City every 2 months and staying for almost 2 weeks. I would always choose Wellcome over any other hotel. For a business traveler, this is perfect! The staff accommodates my requests for coordination when I am expecting package deliveries. Everything is a breeze here. I love the staff in as much as they love me. I will always come back here when i'm in Cebu.

This comments is based on my total 12 nights stay with three different hotel categories: budget , middle range, and the pricy ones. Overall I was satisfied with the variety of hotels I stayed for 4 nights each in three categories. Cebu grand for me is the middle range, good size room, good buffet breakfast although the selection is limited. Friendly and accommodating staff like the other hotels I stayed. I would say that Cebu grand hotel is one of the best in its price category, safe and quite location, clean but older building, room size is big compared to the newer hotels, location is close to Ayala (40 pesos by taxi and availability of taxi is good, good security staff. If you like a more quite location but close to everything, then Cebu Grand is one of the best in its price range.

It has been my experience that often hotels are given a 4 star rating, but actually have 3 star quality to them Harold meets its 4 star mark with ease. It is a newer hotel in a central part of Cebu City, walking distance from Ayala Center Mall, and a short cab ride to IT Park, SM Mall, or Robinson's Mall. Not too far from the airport, about a 20 minute ride (without traffic). The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed was to die for. Probably the most comfortable bed and pillows I have slept on in a long time. The rooms were well thought out. Ample number of power outlets, well lit, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, safe, and refrigerator all in the room. It had a nice and tasty breakfast spread. Several restaurants are in walking distance. It does not have all the bells and whistles of the Radisson Blu, but the quality of the rooms and service are equal. This is definitely a great hotel for the price. I would be happy to stay there again, just for the comfort of the bed. Highly recommended.

What I loved: 1. PRICE! (I mean omg are you insane? It's like hostel/backpackers/pension house price for a hotel) 2. Wi-Fi - if you stay in Cebu a while you'll realize that fast and reliable internet is very rare in budget hotels. (even in expensive ones) Here it was fast AND reliable. 3. Location - lots of options in the area and short uber anywhere else (or jeep or taxi) Note: it's at the end of a street and newer so Uber or grab is your best bet to make sure the drivers find it) 4. Rooms- tiny for the cheapest ones, but bed is comfy for just sleeping and winding down. Bathroom is good sized with hot water and basics. TV is available and a bit of storage. 5. Free breakfast - for what you pay, anything other than a room is a bonus now. But breakfast is good, several Filipino options and a few american (to those complaining it's limited- it's FREE breakfast at a budget hotel... If you want better food, venture outside for some restaurants or stay at Best Western for 5k a night and buffet) 6. Restaurant area- I didn't eat much at the resto and when I did it wasn't anything special. But the area was great for working. If you are on a business was trip, it is nice to have. 7. Parking- available first come,first served. If you need it, it's there. CONS: As people have said, on the back side rooms there is rampant rooster activity. This never bothered me as I was usually too tired when I got back to sleep. Be prepared, bring earplugs or noise cancelling. They can be very annoying. During my stay, the hallways were fairly quiet but it seems there is a potential to be loud in the peak seasons if more guests are in the hallway talking. Again, bring noise protection! Trust me, you'll need it even if you stay other places usually. Rooster and traffic noises are everywhere. If you temper your expectations, this hotel really is a great little gem. I'm glad I listened to the positive reviews and tried them out. I will be back here now every time I go to Cebu.

I’m choosy when it comes to booking a hotel. It took me forever to decide which hotel to book. This place won my heart. + Stylish modern hotel + Courteous and attentive Staffs + No fuzz check in/out + Room smells good and very clean. + Loved their fluffy Pillows + fast wifi + Great Location especially if you’re a foodie like me, then I would recommend this place. Close to Yakski’s, STK ta bai, Ned Nanay’s grill, Larsian, Pungko Pungko sa Fuente, and Shamrock(for pasalubongs) to name a few. The only downside is that the bathroom gets flooded every time you take a shower. Also no safe and hair dryer provided. Still Great Value for money. Will definitely book again.

To start with, the entire staff at S Hotel treats you in the manner of a 5 star Hotel. They are very agreeable, attentive and kind. This includes everyone from the front desk, to the security personnel, to Housekeeping. One of the housekeeping staff named Helbert made a beautiful heart from towels on me and my fiance's bed; he decorated it with our pictures and made us feel very special. This is just another example of the kind and personal treatment you receive at this fine Hotel.The bed is king size and very comfortable. The aircon is ice cold. The linens are white and clean, the comforter is cozy. The room smells and feels like new. The bathroom is immaculate. The neighborhood is nice and there are two great barbecue restaurants, several bakery's and a 7-11 nearby. In short the stay couldn't be any better and I was made to feel like a welcome guest. I have stayed here at S Hotel many times and I always feel like I am staying at my second home. I have also stayed at luxury hotels both here in Cebu City and abroad, and although this isn't a luxury hotel, I have never received better treatment and had a more comfortable stay than I have at S hotel. As only one of the hotel options I listed, I have accidentally pressed the "book" button for Southpole, and booking conditions said it is non-cancellable. I travelled with my senior citizen mom, and she had no complains at all. It was ALL worth it, WIFI is the best - in-room and in the lobby (best I had in most of my domestic hotel bookings) staff were really nice, room was big, breakfast was a bit so-so, location is perfect! Not to mention I had a perfect timing for their room promo.
