asked for a non smoking room. the were fully booked so they upgraded us to the bridal suite. gorgeous, luxurious, a real treat. we would have loved to stay forever. talked to other guests who said their deluxe room was also gorgeous. great breakfast included. after staying there and in 4 other hotels in cebu i would never consider going anywhere else again. it's hands down the best hotel in cebu, so for a few extra dollars there would be no comparison. i don't know why it isn't rated number one. it should be.

I originally planned on staying at the Quest hotel for a week, but ended up staying a month. Value For Money When I was here in May-June 2012 the value for money was incredible. I paid around US per night without breakfast. By comparison, the Cebu Marriott, was running around US per night – a little over twice the price, and I imagine no better quality. I looked at half a dozen hotels in Cebu before settling on Quest. Other hotels in Cebu running in the $50 - $60 range don’t even come close in terms of quality. And my high expectations were met after I moved in. Location The location is great, right across the street from the Ayala Mall, which is the most upscale mall in Cebu. Ayala a good place to hang out with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops with fast Internet connections. (Unfortunately, like most hotels the Internet connection at Quest is a slower than I would like for my work.) Quality The hotel is brand new. When I first arrived they were still finishing outfitting the upper floors. It is impeccably clean and everything is brand new. The rooms are well designed, and the hotel has a clean, spacious feel to it. Despite being near a busy road, I heard almost no noise from outside and always slept soundly. Food The Philippines are not renowned for the food. I haven’t had a meal here that impressed me. Having said that, the food in the hotel is the best I have had in the Philippines. It’s the same standard as you’d expect of hotel food in a US hotel that knows how to do food well. Not just a generic menu designed to serve the lowest common denominator, but actually a good menu with really good food. (They do have all the regulars like steak and burgers, but they do it well.) Friendly Staff The staff have been consistently friendly and helpful. I feel welcomed every time I enter the hotel at whatever time of day or night.

Been here a lot of times most especially before my flight coz near to sm cebu which i need to buy things that i need to bring oversea. opposite to MY BUS terminal (for airport and sm seaside. Near to the pier or port (5-10mins ride). Near to north bus terminal around 10mins ride (ideal for early bus trip to bantayan island) the staff are also friendly.. buffet breakfast was also satisfying. Worth the price.. for all the budget hotel in cebu that i stayed only bayfront hotel Im more satisfied.

My mom and I went to Cebu last October 2017. My mom is a senior citizen, that’s why I made sure that our vacation would be fun, hassle free and relaxing. Thanks to Agoda and Cebu Diamond Suites and Residences we really had a great time staying in the hotel. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the breakfast buffet. The location is superb! It is near the ayala center mall (just 3 mins. Walking distance) easy access for restaurants and souvenir shops!

I enjoyed my extended stay at the Parklane Hotel in Cebu. Very nice, clean, new hotel. Room was nice, comfortable bed, reliable internet service. The amenities are nice including a gym and pool, nice coffee bar downstairs, and a wonderful buffet spread in Manuel's restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner. The cost for my stay was very reasonable and I feel that this hotel provides excellent value. Most impressive to me were the friendly, helpful, smiling staff. The hotel is located just across the street from Ayala Mall and is close to everything in Cebu, very convenient. I have stayed at other hotels in Cebu and am glad that I tried the Parklane. I will definitely be staying there the next time that I am in the area and was very pleased with my experience there.

The room was clean, true to its tagline "fluffy good". The pillows and bed would definitely give you a goodnight sleep. We booked the Standard Room since it was just me and my 9yo son so the room size is ok with us. The wifi connection was strong. The room was clean and the staffs were really friendly and helpful. The location was great since its just 1 block from the osmena blvd. Just 1 jeepney ride to Sto Nino Church. Close to Robinsons Mall and other food establishments and even pharmacy! About 10 mins from South Bus Terminal and taxi fare to the airport would cost around 200-250php depending on the traffic. The complimentary breakfast was a plus! Great value for your money!

I have been coming here to the 'Montebello Villa' Hotel for eight years. I come once or twice a year and always stay here. There are other hotels in Cebu in the same price range, but this is the best value for your money. They have been remodeling the hotel bit by bit, and the improvements are outstanding. The hotel is located in Banilad - Apas area, across the boulevard from UC Cebu behind a small mall. The mall is very convenient within walking distance. The staff here at the Montebello are outstanding and sometimes they accept interns from the HRM program at UC. The hotel has beautiful gardens, a number of pools a beauriful terrace ans resturant poolside. I can only give them 5 stars, I wish there were 6 available. JoeKanoguy

This hotel, situated near Ayala Mall in mid-town Cebu, is on-par with what would be considered a 4 to 5 star hotel in the USA. It is the second stay here after staying there in late August of 2016 on the heels of staying at its sister hotel of the same name in Baguio City, Northwest Luzon. The hotel features excellent facilities and amenities coupled with some of the best food around. What really needs to be addressed are chronic card reader problems caused by lack of upkeep and greater attention to customer concerns regarding gym equipment maintenance and cleanliness of same. Despite the distance to the bus depots and steamship docks, this hotel is still delivering a very nice product that makes travelers feel very special in a very good location despite construction and homeless.

I have stayed in many hotels in Cebu, and will more than likely stay here or in Cebu Grand Hotel also booked through Agoda when u look at value, quality, and cost. Yes there are many other good hotels, but not for the price. CLOSE to EVERYTHING! Connected to mall which has groceries and great prices on top floor! Located on the main square / round about so you have many activities there that are very safe to walk to even at night. I would suggest paying the little extra for the deluxe room to get the best view. The hotel is also connected to Cebu Pacific Air office which is excellent convenience...also walking distance to perhaps the best hospital in Cebu as well as at least 2 pharmacies. The restaurant was sufficient and you have plenty of options at the connected mall if you prefer.

Regarding the Five Star Radisson Blu Hotel in Cebu on a scale of 1 to 5 we rated it at 10! We just had our 12th beautiful experience at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Cebu, Philippines. The staff once again are considerate beyond belief, friendly and helpful making our experience very enjoyable. The food is great, the room service from Aaron and housekeeping from Jenny. Outstanding general attention and kindness from all levels of management and staff including a very warm and extremely hospitable Dazzle, Richard , Sabrina still a trainee but beaming with a promise. and too many persons to be able to cite by name but all of them outstanding and much appreciated. The hotel operators like Farah and Adel are both very helpful and accommodating. Another, impressive memory was during our latest visit when Rose, the business executive manager when learning that I was temporarily ill send her assistant to bring me Gatorade. The staff at the swimming pool have always been extraordinary in their attention to our needs and comfort which we appreciate. We are deeply indebted for the fine service at the pool from Charisma who is always been very kind and thoughtful in making us feel at home and comfortable. The food is excellent with new creations and innovation with their NEW OUTDOOR RESTAURANT you can really dine with the StARS and have Romantic evening with candlelight to make guests love the outdoor meals served including superior and premium steaks that my wife and I dearly loved,that WE DINE 2 nights in a ROW ! Lastly, Sous chef ,Joeffrey and executive chef Roberto Kunitz are wonderful in terms of their service to customers and are much appreciated by this customer and family. A hallmark of this beautiful restaurant is there breakfast Buffet which is the most elegant and varied breakfast buffets I’ve ever tried in my worldwide travels. The food is not only delicious but is served by the staff with loving care and attention to the guests is”exceptionnel”

It was by far the best hotel experience I've ever had not only in Cebu but all over the Philippines. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff's usual smiling faces. All were very fluent in English and really know their stuff. There's no inquiry I was not answered on a straightforward manner. And also, the complimentary drinks upon arrival, refreshing! I didn't even get the chance to ask what was that! Great juice! I really can't say one by one how awesome my stay was in Henry's. But to sum it all up -- I am willing to spend all of my days in Henry's! It was my first time to visit Cebu, and Henry's did a huge contribution to that unforgettable experience I had. Very memorable. They deserve to be the #1 Hotel in Cebu. Heart heart!

We booked in a Family Room Type, and it was enough to accommodate the four of us. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is built on a great location - walking distance from SM City Cebu, there's a church just across for those who wanted to attend mass, and a 7-11 next to the hotel entrance (same building) for those who wanted to grab a snack at any time of the day. We couldn't comment on the breakfast since we leave the hotel earlier than 6:30 am (due to tour scheds), but they were nice enough to pack up burger sandwiches and water bottles to take out. The view from our room is great (though it would be nicer if they clean the windows from the outside), facilities are clean, adequate, and great for a budget hotel - the only con we found was that the smaller shower handle was not working, and the water leaks to the other side towards the toilet area while showering. Over-all, our stay at the hotel has been very pleasant.

We stayed overnight as a rest stop from the flights and because this motel was cheap and near the main north bus terminal. We walked to the shopping centre which took about 10minutes to find. When we got back we spent the evening in and by the pool drinking and eating. Victor was a great guy and served us very well. (Even though you have to ask for service it seems in the Philippines). We only use the rooms for a shower and sleeping. The hot water was more warm but satisfactory. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Checkout was easy and taxis were waiting nearby. I doubt I would stay here anymore an 2 nights.

The hotel has very nice staff. The front desk ladies were all very pleasant to deal with. I initially booked for 1 night only because this was a new hotel which I chose because of the proximity to my relatives' place. My relatives in Cebu did not even know about this hotel. Aside from the nice front desk ladies, I must also mention the efficient staff at the dining area where breakfast was served and the nice person who took time to reply to inquiries thru messenger. Because I liked the hotel, I extended my stay to another 2 nights. I already made up my mind to stay at this hotel the next time I will be in Cebu.

For the price, you couldn't ask for anything more. The staff was extremely friendly. Always smiling whenever they saw you and helpful with whatever you needed. The room itself was nothing special, but it was always clean, the bed was comfortable (memory foam), and it had everything you needed to have a comfortable night's rest before you head out to the city for the day. The only thing I marked down on was location. For anyone who wants the nice part of the city, go ahead and spend more to get a hotel in that area. The part that Main is in isn't terrible. You can easily find a taxi that will take you wherever you want, plus the business district is right down the street. Taxis in Cebu aren't expensive if you are worried about that. A taxi from the hotel to the temple was around the equivalent of $3, and that was probably the farthest I needed to go by taxi. Anything else to see or do in Cebu will be less than or around that price. I LOVED my experience at Main, and I would stay there again if I ever made my way down to Cebu City again! I highly recommend for someone who doesn't mind using inexpensive public transportation.

Cebu City is my jump off point before heading to Bantayan Island. Since I took an early flight and it’s my first time to visit Cebu, I decided to do a 3-hour city tour before checking-in to Tune Hotel. I made reservations via the Agoda website and got a very good deal. I only paid Php866.40 or US$19.93 for an overnight stay at a double room with 24-hour internet connection, 24-hour air conditioning, 24-hour cable tv, towel rental & toiletries (shampoo + soap). This is a unique hotel that you only pay for what you need and for the add-ons that I got; the usual rate would be . Upon arrival, their friendly guard will greet you and you will be instructed to ride the elevator going to the reception area. Checking-in was a breeze. Just sign and you are ready to go. I have nothing to complain about this hotel. My room is terrific, simple modern. The bed is very comfortable, it has 2 side tables, a cable Sharp tv, a safety deposit box which is very easy to use, a number of plastic clothes hanger, the towel and toiletries were presented to me in a red bag (you can keep the bag). The room is also equipped with a hairdryer, a foldable table cleverly integrated on the wall, and a full-length mirror. The bathroom is just the right size but put the bathroom rug away from the shower room, as this would get easily wet as half of the shower room only has glass on it. Another plus is that the North Bus Terminal going to Hagnaya Port is just about 5 minutes away from his hotel. Easy to hail a taxi. Coming from Mactan International Airport, depending on the traffic situation, it will take you about 30-40 minutes to arrive in this hotel.

Probably the best hotel in Cebu mainly because guests are treated as royalty, very professional and polite staff, always trying their best to help, I was always allowed late check out and early check in without extra cost. great recreation facilities (gym pool n spa). Location is slightly away from the city madness which is great, taxi easily available, only 10 mins and 100 peso to Ayala, also free hotel shuttle bus every 2 hours to and from Ayala and SM malls. Located on hill with excellent view of city. Sometimes very affordable rates on Agoda for a hotel of this stature which makes it good value. Excellent rooftop restaurant and bar but little expensive. Will always be my first choice in Cebu, truly a 5 star experience.

it was one of the best hotel ive ever stayed. First of all, all the staffs were so kind and helpful. they smiled all the time and tried to do the best for customers. Even tho it was peak season, there were only 5-10 ppl in the pool. So,me and my family could have quiet and relaxed time. pool was maintained very well, floor and sun beds were so clean. and one thing I really liked was there was a shower room besides the pool so, we could use swimming pool before checking in (as we were arrived in cebu very early morning) room was big enough for two persons(standard room) and very clean. all the foods including breakfast were delicious and well priced. (probably better than foods outside) location was okay, takes only 5-10 mins to city centre by taxi. it may be the best value hotel in cebu city.

We stayed at the Express upon our arrival and now for our departure point. I was only semi satisfied last time, but this time it was a little better. First time we were on the 5th floor and the room as just ok. This time on the 4th, right below our previous room and it was nicer and looked updated slightly. The A/C was better and the shower worked better. As mentioned in my previous review, the location to the mall is the key for a quick stay over between flights. After a so-so meal experience, we ate at the mall for lunch and dinner. It is a three block car polluted walk, but once inside the mall it is fresh and clean. Breakfast at the Express Inn was THEIR choice, not ours unless we paid 40 pesos(~$1 USD)more for a minor change. Front desk was nice but not overwhelming. Again, recommend for a one or two night stay over. Airport to hotel is about 180p (~$4 USD) and to the North Bus terminal about 90 pesos (~$2 USD).

We booked 2 rooms for 5 adults and 2 kids. The rooms could be adjoining with door between which is perfect for family to be together. Rooms big, modern, clean and gives feel of a 5 star. The buffet breakfast had a good selection with nice dining area. The whole vibe and look was impressive especially for the price we paid. Some of bonuses of hotel was the little pool great for the kids, the free shuttle to mall which is close by and the staff made the trip very pleasant. Recommendations: the air con a bit noisy and wifi wasnt that strong in the room. Overall it was the best hotel we had stayed in while in Philippines. We will use this hotel again when in cebu.

we were satisfied with harold's hotel. location is near ayala mall and transportation is not a problem. the service maybe compared to that of a five star hotel. this hotel is so far the best business hotel in cebu having great value for money. the bed, linens & towels were very clean. the room was well equipped with safe, hair dryer, iron & board & fridge. breakfast was excellent having mixed varities of asian & continental food. i would recommend this hotel to my friends. will surely return to this hotel in my next trip to cebu.

To start with, the entire staff at S Hotel treats you in the manner of a 5 star Hotel. They are very agreeable, attentive and kind. This includes everyone from the front desk, to the security personnel, to Housekeeping. One of the housekeeping staff named Helbert made a beautiful heart from towels on me and my fiance's bed; he decorated it with our pictures and made us feel very special. This is just another example of the kind and personal treatment you receive at this fine Hotel.The bed is king size and very comfortable. The aircon is ice cold. The linens are white and clean, the comforter is cozy. The room smells and feels like new. The bathroom is immaculate. The neighborhood is nice and there are two great barbecue restaurants, several bakery's and a 7-11 nearby. In short the stay couldn't be any better and I was made to feel like a welcome guest. I have stayed here at S Hotel many times and I always feel like I am staying at my second home. I have also stayed at luxury hotels both here in Cebu City and abroad, and although this isn't a luxury hotel, I have never received better treatment and had a more comfortable stay than I have at S hotel. Sarrosa International Hotel is one of the best hotel for us. The place and rooms are very neat. The housekeeping always clean our room and of course, their staff and their guards always greeted us whenever we leave and came back in the hotel. I felt like home because it is very comfortable to stay in Sarrosa. On our last day, we've tried their breakfast buffet. I just notice that they serve common foods, I suggest that they should try to serve some Cebu's Dishes such as Danggit, Bolinao and etc. We would like to thank Sarrosa Hotel for your very warm treatment to us and hope we can visit again Cebu City.

Everything was perfect. The hotel was new and clean. We chose here because it was close to Colon Street and just 15-20 mins walk to South Bus Terminal, where we took a bus heading to Moalboal. We were offered all necessities like shower gel, towels, and even toothbrushes, which are not commonly provided in budget hotels. With a 24 hour security guard and only key card holders could access the lifts, which we felt very safe. And most importantly, we were always welcomed by staff with a big smile on their faces, extremely helpful and no one asked for tips (which were fairly common in Philippines if you are a tourist). I would like to give a special thanks to the staff who took the night shift on 2017-4-7 night until 2017-4-8 morning. It was first a young man and later a young lady, who took care of our boarding passes problem. The lady (sorry Miss I didn't check your name tag) was super kind and helpful, and patiently helped us to print out the boarding passes, got hot water for our cup noodles, and made sure everything was fine. Honestly I didn't expected I would experience this 5-star service in a budget hotel. Value for money, and definitely would come back here in my next journey to Cebu.
