Find hotels in Cherating Turtle Sanctuary

I have read mixed reviews regarding the hotel but am pleased to say that our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. - 24 hour check in. we checked in late due to the long travel, but the check in staff was very helpful and even helped us to our rooms - adjoining beds. we put in an early request for adjoining rooms due to travelling with younger members of the family and the hotel accomodated to our request - room location. AMAZING! we opted for the garden view, and was not disappointed. we were on ground floor and we opened our balcony door to the pool and 100 meters from the beach. very convenient for morning strolls by the beach and dips into the pool. - pool. very convenient that the hotel has two seperate pools that accomodates to people with swimwear and without proper swim wear. hence, everyone is able to enjoy the pool. - hotel location. very closely located to the turtle sanctuary, firefly night rides as well as restaurants. room was subpar but it was still okay for the price

Near to the scenic long stretch of beach, easily get the local breakfast nearby like nasi dagang, nasi kerabu, nasi lemak by the local folks & few other small restaurants serves local & seafood. Near to tourist attraction like the Turtle Sanctuary, Hafiz Fire-Fly & you can also rent bicycle to cycle around this kampung-like beach, very peaceful ambience, hotels & surrounding alike.

It was an amazing retreat for my family. We upgraded from an ocean view suite to a 1 bedroom villa due the size of the room and the room was absolute beautiful and clean. All this at an reasonable price. The highlight of our stay was the sea view as well as the friendliness and helpful of the staff. They really provide the customer intimacy to you. Other than that, the food was great and the beach was clean too. There are some other activities nearby such as turtle sanctuary, batik canting and others that you can do. My overall stay was absolute joy and we will surely comeback.

Beautiful villa concept with pool & jacuzzi in each villa. Private, quite, relaxing with only 12 villa with different states of Malaysia names. Beachfront on a lovely strip can enjoy a swim. There are outdoor activities available like beach football & volleyball. Tours to watch turtle landings, firefly cruise & mangrove cruise through "Hafiz Cherating River Activities" are arranged through the hotel. This is a MUST in Cherating an enchanting & magical experience enjoyed by all. The resort staff are extremely efficient and helpful. Check in was handled efficiently. Only drawback was the restaurant only one was open (maybe because of Ramadhan fasting month). Food was not up to standard, buffet choices limited. Overall it was a lovely resort to relax and soak in the ambience. Rejuvenating & relaxing. Good for couples and families. We would definitely come back again soon!!!
