It is very nice to stay as outlet is close and shuttle bus stop is close. Also airport shuttle is good. It is far from downtown, thus we can use outlet shuttle to get metro to go downtown, which takes 1hr. If time is available, recommend to stay here.

I always try to stay at a Hilton when I travel. The hotels are clean and the staff is very accomodating. I don't however book thru the Hilton because you can get cheaper rates elsewhere.

It was too noisy to sleep well because of the high speed cars on the high way and airplanes to land the airport Ohare. The hotel location is near high way and Ohare airport. Airplanes fly over the hotel very close to the hotel roof.

My stay at the Comfort Suites O'Hare Airport Hotel was good. I was in Chicago for a 15 hour layover. This hotel was the perfect choice It was affordable, close to the airport, offered free airport shuttle service, and offered a good breakfast. Overall, i was happy with my stay.

Thanks to recent renovations, I had a very clean and nice room. Not luxurious, but a fine way to spend the night after getting stuck at O'Hare due to flight cancellations.

Hotel provides airport shuttle service. Did an overnighter - arrived late night and checked-out early the next morning. Traffic is horrendous during peak hours in Chicago especially mornings. Although O'Hare airport seems to be close by and what usually is a 20 - 30 mins ride, the journey can be 45 mins to 1 hour and more to reach the airport.

I think this is a great hotel in a great spot fkr anyone traveling on business. Only issue was the WIFI was weak and made checking work emails difficult. Besides that its great from the bed to the location. Would stay here for sure again. If you are vacationing I would recommend staying further away from the aiport but this was perfect for me.

I'm a college student who is studying abroad and stayed a day at the hotel. I booked through Agoda.com and got a price of 55 US dollars for a king room, which was pretty neat. The inside is clean, the staff is nice (even let me check in a bit early). The heating and cooling system is awesome, and they have a shuttle that will drive you to the airport. Very nice stay.

Terrific value. Excellent, large and clean suites, with free shuttle service, five minutes from the airport. A great option when catching an early flight out of O'Hare. The restaurant seemed badly understaffed on the (Sunday) evening I stayed there.

We stayed here one night as part of a weeklong trip to Chicago. The hotel is clean, rooms are huge, and the subway station is right across the street so it was convenient to get in and out of the city within about 45 minutes. For the price we paid, it was worth it!

Although a bit expensive, the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We stayed here to be close to O'Hare Airport and the shuttle service they provide. I would most likely choose this hotel again for the convenience if we could book at a reasonable price. I only spent 12 hours here but was extremely impressed and would return. We made a long drive to O'Hare to pick up family from the airport. If you are driving this is a great choice as the hotel is only 15 minutes away from O'Hare yet does not charge for parking. The rate was really good but that may be because it is January.

Hotel room was clean, location was nice but shuttle took 1 hour to come, we have escalated with front desk but they claimed 5-10 minutes which another 30 minutes wait time. If they say 10 minutes on phone, please be prepared for 30 minutes.
