"From the very first interaction with staff we were very pleasantly surprised. Driveway staff were helpful, check in staff were magnificent - Manager even accompanied us to our room with the bellboy. That attentiveness from all staff continued throughout our stay. As a newer hotel in Chinatown some taxi drivers were unsure of where it was, but that never turned into a problem. Location on the edge of Chinatown is great. And free internet actually worked at high speed!"

"Yes the room is small, but they put everything you need in that tiny room. There is a toiletries set provided to you daily, hair dryer, water boiler, LCD TV, locker, hangers and distilled water. The toilet is actually larger than I expected. The best thing about this hotel is its perfect location. Only 3 minutes walk from the MRT station. There are many shops and restaurants just downstairs. The famous Chinatown Yakun and Spizza are 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The corridors and rooms are a bit dark but for me it is acceptable. It is a little noise coming from the construction site near by. Yet, my Singaporean friend said this hotel is relatively expensive for a hotel in Chinatown."
