"We found the hotel easily. It has an easy to access underground car park where we left our hire car and a lift direct to the lobby. It is a comfortable hotel with all the usual amenities, plus a spa which we did not try. My only gripe was that having checked in with our Agoda voucher, I was not able to charge anything to the room account, presumably as they had not taken a credit card deposit at check in. The room was comfortable and pretty standard. the safe was plenty large enough for even a large laptop computer. We had dinner at a restaurant in China town, just around the corner from the hotel. Breakfast, included in our rate, was pleasant and varied, in a welcoming coffee shop environment on the ground floor. Staff were helpful and cheerful. I would certainly be happy to stay there again. "Thank you to the staff for making our two nights in KL special:) The location couldn't be better: we walked to the TV-tower and the Petronas skyscrapers, to Merdeka square and Madjid Jamek, explored the botanical garden and the national mosque, the China town and the central market - all near! We appreciated the hollywood-bollywood design, everything we needed was in the room: a great hot shower with complimetary toiletries and snow-white towels, a wardrobe, a safe, a fridge and everything for you enjoy a cup of tea by yourself;) The beds are great and the linen is of much higher quality than in a hotel we stayed at before. It's probably not the newest hotel, but everything is decent, breakfast is amazing as well, we do recommend;)"

"Truly enjoyed my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur Chinatown. This brand spanking new is a gem that was unfortunately opened right before the Covid-19 lockdown. Decor is contemporary with mid-century and vintage Chinatown esthetics. Rooftop bar and pool has a view to behold. Location is right in the heart of cool KL revival. Think interesting restaurants, shops, cocktail bars and arty murals. Highly recommended. "
