The hotel is very clean, big space room, everything is out of our expectation, its like 5 star hotel. Highly recomended to stay here. This hotel at prime location at downtown los angeles, near convention center, staple center and shopping mall area. Will come back here to stay for sure...

hotel location was great, it's within downtown and close to lots of convenience. it's close to the underground station, restaurants, convenience stores and within downtown area along the min street. hotel room was nice and spacious, our bed is comfy, basically everything has no complaints given this is merely a 3 star hotel. i like the japanese theme of this hotel, it ...

If you're looking for something better than motel quality, this is the best deal in downtown LA. Very unassuming from the outside but very nice inside. The room was clean and had modern design. Bathroom was marvelous. Water pressure in the sink was low but it didnt matter much. Hallway was a bit noisy in the morning. If you're out enjoying the city during the day and...

Fabulous hotel. Great rooms. The pool area was terrific. Food in each dining area we tried was amazing. Loved everything about it (except that we couldn't get a late check out for either of the rooms we had booked - we were, however, able to store our bags and enjoy the hotel facilities until our late evening departure). Excellent stay and would recommend to all.

When I got there I was surprised how nice it looked from the outside.Check-in was fast and I was up in my room real quick. There's no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, but i booked a super shuttle for $16 + tip. There's also no free wifi internet, but there's a Starbucks joined to the hotel that offers free wifi(and way better coffee) All up i really liked th...

My friends and I wanted a hotel downtown as we didn't know how to drive. Being first-timers to LA, we were told it was very inconvenient if we didn't drive. So we were prepared for the inconveniences that came with travelling by public transport. However, the location of the Hilton Checkers couldn't have been better suited to our purpose! Two red line Metro stations...

Good location, not crowded at all, historical. Although the lighting in the rooms are a too dim - could use better lighting. But overall, good location, easy access to metro, groceries, convenience stores, eateries. Hotel is very nice and good value for money.

One of the best places that I have stayed and a great value for the money. Their internet did not work on the day I stayed but they assured that it was only that day. The room is spacious and it comes with an elevated view. Amenities like TV, mini refrigerator, microwave are included in the room. The linens were clean and the bed came with four fluffy pillows which hel...

My Family and I had a great stay 7 days and it was great! The Staff especially Lorraine at the front desk is Excellent. She was extremely helpful to me as we ended up book an extra two days since we are in town for the 4th of July. Hotel is clean, and close to all the attractions. I recommend the Broad Museum as well.

Sheraton Grand LA is located in the best location. Just walking distance to/from Metro station and other public transport. From this location very easy to go to many interesting places like Universal Studio, Hollywood Boulevard, Disney land, Knott'Berry Farm, Chinatown etc. The room is big enough with 2 queen sized bed. The staffs are friendly.

Apart from some small insects that I found in the toilet, every thing was okay especially reception staff that was very nice guy and open the hotel shop for me at night. The hotel is in good condition with nice view from the balcony. The furniture is modern and in good condition. Hint: the hotel doesn't have air condition as we arrived in the winter and we don't nee...

I have stayed here before, and choose to stay here again. It is one of the hotels you always see on movies from the scyskrapers in downtown LA. Spectacular view from the hotel room, clean and many stores and restaurants inside the hotel. Tastefull beer from the brewery in the same building, and friendly staff all over.

The location is amazing. I could have gotten anywhere in LA on the Metro in under an hour. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked amazingly. The fridge worked. It was a great value for the money and I was so happy with how relaxing it was. Just the best.

Its a great hotel in Chinatown. Its not very big but they make you feel like at home because they have an amazing staff. You feel in a very secure neighbordhood and especially that you need to swipe your room key in the elevator to get to your room floor. The room is big enough, the beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean. They have free breakfast, which...

I appreciate the Inn's great customer service. The guy that worked the early morning shift when I arrived was really friendly. Also, one of their staffs, Josh, offered to book me an Uber ride on my first day there because I didn't have a US Simcard at the time to register & schedule my own. Even made recommendations on closest T-mobile to get my US-Sim. Another staff e...

Stayed here for 5 nights 27 March. Staff were great and helpful. Breakfast included which was limited but sufficient and included bacon and eggs. Rooms were good and clean. Little noisy if your near the main road or ice machine but nothing we couldn't handle. Parking was awesome. Great location to staple center, Hollywood, universal studios, Venice beach and Sa...

Hotel was fantastic. Had a lot of great amenities and resturants, very clean and great quality building overall. PERFECT location for staples center and convention center. As long as I can get a competitive rate i will go there every year, I plan to come back annually

I was surprised to see the hotel to be honest I had thought was like a motel when I was booking.getting there i was soo pleased.it's was beyond my expectations.cleanliness, customer service &the atmosphere was perfect. Is a nonsmoking area which I did appreciate can't stand smoking, was with my friend & we agreed if we happen to be in LA will book the same place.be bles...

We were only staying in LA for 2 days and We booked the hotel thinking that it wasn't going to be the best thing ever since it was so cheap, however as soon as we walked in we were pleasantly surprised, the lobby was really nice, bright and spacious. We were greeted by friendly staff. The r

I had mixed emotions about our stay. The gentlemen at the valet and at the front door were friendly. They greeted us all the time. The people at the front desk weren’t as friendly. Receptionist that checked me in didn’t tell me about the deposit that was required and I only found out when I got an email from my bank. The hotel has character. I loved the design and h...

When I arrived to check in, I was pleasantly greeted. Check in was quick and easy. When I arrived to my room, the first thing I checked was the bed for bugs, etc. (not saying that the Pod Inn would have them, but now days you need to check before hand) I found no bugs of any kind anywhere. :) I found the room to be clean and ready for me to rest my head. For the few d...

I stayed one night to visit my friend in LA. The room and the hotel over all is clean and tidy. Free Parking is available. I received nice and polite service from the hotel staff. Very impressed. However, the wifi could not be connected. I could not reach my family that night.

I was unable to sustain an internet connection in my room. I gave up on the in-room internet after a couple of days. I don't know if the other rooms at Stay on Main are the same way with the internet. One of the staff at the front desk told me that the in-room internet connections were weak due to the building being constructed with brick. The lack of an in-room intern...

I brought my girlfriend here for a romantic getaway and had the best stay ever .... Even a free late check out at 2pm!.... Until we left. My card was charged $550 for a $300 lamp?? That was "damaged" which looked like someone lightly tapped the paper lamp shade with their shoe to damage it.... And a $250 smoking fee for ashes by the tub when I burned a little incense f...

my boyfriend and i are business partners and stayed here during a business trip to la. very beautiful hotel - the lobby is amazing. the hotel staff were very helpful and even happily directed us to the much cheaper self-park lot across the street. our room was huge and everything was very clean. in opposition to another review i read on here, the water pressure in our ...
