From the very first interaction with staff we were very pleasantly surprised. Driveway staff were helpful, check in staff were magnificent - Manager even accompanied us to our room with the bellboy. That attentiveness from all staff continued throughout our stay. As a newer hotel in Chinatown some taxi drivers were unsure of where it was, but that never turned into a p...

I booked this hotel for a stopover for 3 nights. My room was great, big and by the looks of things, recently refurbished with glassed off wetroom/bathroom and big window. My only criticism of the room (and possibly every room although I don't know) was that it was a tiny bit damp. I've experienced that a lot in hot countries including Australia and Malta (even in 5 s...

It was our second staycation and Porcelain Hotel. The first time we stayed, the hotel person upgraded our room to the Premier one.It was really nice of her. It was totaly lovely! The room was big, cozy and it even has a jacuzzi! We stayed for a night but extended the hours till 5pm instead of checking out at 12pm. The second time, i booked the Standard room but the ro...

Conveniently located in the heart of Singapore Chinatown, Hotel Mono is the answer to the budget-conscious and design savvy traveller. Only in its third week of operations, I found the pricing competitive, rooms comfortable (and clean!) and service attentive - already planning a visit back!

I stayed here 4 nights and generally it's a good choice. If you want to book a good hotel in chinatown but the room rate is high there then you can check Habour Ville. It's not near the MRT but there is a bus stop nearby which can take you to the MRT in 3-5 minutes, so convenient. The facilities are good, the furniture is new and in a good condition. The staffs are go...

As visiting Singapore General Hospital every day this was very good location being around 10 minutes walk away. That apart the location is still very good as Outram park and Chinatown mrt stations only 5 minutes walk away. There are plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep and even a 7/11 50 meters away. The heart of Chinatown is also only a few minutes walk. Peo...

when i was booking this hotel from agoda 1st i review other comment.and i'm surprised when my auntie was there n she said the staff hotel is very kind.she said they give us the room in low floor.and the facilities is very helpfull for the handicaped people(because my uncle hard to walk).she said the room is clean, not really big but enough n comfort.and the bathroom is ...

stayed here with a friend and they made us very very welcome. the room was small but comfortable and clean with good bathroom and great shower. we did have a window but shutters would not open-a shame as i like to see the view! no other quibbles, though, the location in tiong bahru is excellent-a quiet neighbourhood, really interesting to walk around. a short walk to c...

the location is near Outram Park MRT Station and it is only takes a few minutes of walking distance to reach chinatown point and other chinatown heritage attractions. There is a lot of restaurants near the hotels. The room is clean and tidy, it will be better if skylight room have larger space to walk. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Excellent. I have stayed at the best 5 star hotels in Singapore on Orchard Road but got tired of paying $250 per night. The Southbridge is very cheap by comparison but much better. It is in a beautifully converted old shophouse, but done up internally in a stylish and modern way, everything new and clean. Only a few months open so new beds, new bedding, new bathroo...

When I arrived at Singapore, I directly go to my hotel after I landed. I found this hotel is quite a little tiny hotel near Chinatown MRT station. Hotel is quite easy to find just go up and across the street. The room was cleaned but quite too small. Hotel officer is very nice and gentle. Also, I arrived at hotel quite in advance but they can check-in for me. It is qu...

The Chinese guy at reception couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, we had a really good impression of him. The room was small, but spotlessly clean, the bed was so comfy, the room had a big tv, everything was new and worked like it should, and it had all mod-cons including a kettle so you can make yourself tea/coffee/noodles. Very close proximity to Chinatown,...

I booked rooftop room with terrace. Always small rooms in Singapore but this was pretty big. Nicely decorated and clean. Great having a bit of outdoor space on the roof terrace - table and chairs plus clawfoot bath if you wanted to soak/cool down after a hard days sightseeing. Air con worked a treat - always a bonus in Singapores heat. Great location, super close to Ou...

as what all other guests said, the hotel location is superb with lots of cheap local yummy eateries around, and 24/7 convenience stall. the subway station is just a stone throw away. the room size is quite decent with windows compared to other budget/boutique hotels in chinatown, especially the toilet even has room for a bathtub. while the walls are not soundproof, bu...

I booked this hotel without read all the reviews by others traveller. The room i stay was family room with queen bed double decker equipped with toilet and shower, mineral waters, coffee/tea. We are allowed to leave our bag in the hotel after check out. The hotel is in renovation but the floor and room we get is beyond expectation. Thanks mr. Nizam and yes chinatown ho...

We stayed there twice as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young kids) in the triple rooms and they were just ideal for that. they are spacious, the beds are large and the rooms are clean and modern. the second time, we even got the one in the 5th floor with balcony, which was a pleasant bonus. the staff is great, they offer storage space for bags and the Tiong Bahru Marke...

I love the design of the hotel, its so chic! Bed's comfy, we stayed at a room with balcony, best decision ever! You get to view chinatown from the top. The reception are very friendly and helpful too, upon checking in they were very polite and patient in explaining the rules and regulations of the hotel, and answer to all our questions attentively! Very strategic locat...

Humble and unassuming hotel located a stone's throw from a large spread of foodie haunts in nearby Tiong Bahru and Chinatown area. Top marks for their friendly and helpful staff. A bit noisy when tour groups check-in or out but management is aware and situation has improved.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Six Senses Duxton, from the smooth check in to the 10/10 service from the staff our stay was nothing short of fabulous. We were disappointed to find out that the pool at Maxwell was shut for an event but reception offered us an amazing solution and we ended up dining at The Yellow Pot (recommend the mee sua noodles and the sirloin ...

Well...my stay at Hotel 81 Cosy was great. I love staying there. Such a clean hotel. Room is not so small...it is fine for 2 person. Good airconditioning. Very good shower water pressure for room 202. Very comfy mattress and pillow. Clean and big toilet. Tv not so good because dont have engglish movie channel. Friendly staff. Convenient hair dryer and coffee maker. Jus...

Very easy to get to from the airport using the Train. The nearest station is Chinatown and there is a Exit/Entrance in the alleyway right next to the hotel (approx. 70 metres). Room was small but clean. Was the best value we could find in Singapore. We stayed for 2 nights. On the first night there was an issue with the power. Seemed like a fuse kept blowing. Luckil...
