The hotel also has a great amount of history and heritage behind it which is then translated and reflected into the look and feel of the rooms. The lobby, paintings and fireplace are excellent features as well. Enjoyed the closeness to the vast number of restaurant on the Champs Elysee as well as the RER service. The hotel could perhaps look into making free wifi available in the rooms as opposed to just the lobby area. This is usually market practice for five star hotels internationally.

The reception was friendly and welcoming and answer all our questions, offered us maps when we did not ask for it (Thumbs up!) Lobby had a lovely snacks and drinks corner for guest like us who are tired or hungry after exploring the city to get some snacks before going back to our room. Biscuits and sweets are so TASTY! Housekeeping was great, room is always cleaned after we are back and toiletries and teas replenished! Most value and wonderful hotel stay, after staying for 5 nights we still can't bear to leave this hotel. Pillow ann bed is super comfortable Amazing prices + Big room + Great Service. Strongly recommend travelers to stay here. Thank you Best Western!

Despite making a last minute reservation to stay at Madeleine Plaza Hotel, our booking via Agoda was immediately attended to by the hotel staff ( I had sent them a chaser e-mail immediately because it was last minute). Our check-in was seamless and they were kind enough to allow us to check-in early after our long flight. Also, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded. The room, although slightly small (you'll be hard pressed to find large hotel rooms in Paris), was neat and tidy and had a beautiful view facing the Madeleine Cathedral. Only criticism of the room would be that the TV lacked English channels, but then again who would want to watch TV in Paris?? Hotel staff were always friendly, polite and ever willing to help. Of course, to top it off, the location can't be beaten, a short walk away from Place De La Concorde, The Louvre and the Opera Garnier, with loads of eateries and shopping options within walking distance as well. Overall, a highly recommended hotel.

We booked the deluxe room, it is a very comfortable big room with a big windows that you can see the garden restaurant. Bathroom is large, enough for 2 people to use at the same time. Air-conditioning is good, no need to worry if you are from tropical countries. Water pot is available inside the room, you can make hot tea or coffee by yourself. There is ice machine provided in the public corridor, you can make cold drink if you like. Wifi is fast in room. Great location, 2 mins to Zara, H&M, LV and other shops in Champs Elysees. 5 mins to the Metro. Location is really really great - convenient in the busy area but not noisy. 2-3 stars Michelin restaurants are available nearby. Staff are friendly & helpful except night shift staff - we asked for service few times but got no follow up or reply. Daytime staff are very sincere and good communication skills. We booked the hotel thru Agoda with good price. Highly recommended!!!! Taxi from hotel to airport (CDG) only cost 46 euro (with slightly jam in the city center).

I love this place, the room is clean, big and cozy. It has all the modern amenities you will need like the flat screen TV, hair dryer, big ref, microwave, coffee machine, dish washer and complete pans, plates, cups, etc. Good thing is they allow 4 persons/adults in the suite so we had the best family bonding while we are there. The only down side for me is that the water closet room was in the foyer area and there was none in the shower room.

Spent 4 nights in a Deluxe Plus room. Lobby, patio and breakfast area are WOW !. The room spacious, very clean, big LCD, coffee/tea facilities, a bath and a separate shower. Super comfortable bed/pillow/dovet. The staff was the friendliest and the most attentive I have encountered: truely willing to fulfill your requests, and always with a smile. The closest Metro station is a 5-minute walk, and the Arc de Triomphe a 10-minute walk. Something to consider. If you don't mind the walk and you prefer a quiet residential location, it is perfect. Also I would have expected, booking a deluxe room, complementary mineral water and a turn-down service, which were not provided. But over all we were happy with our choice and will stay at the Hilton Arc the Triomphe in our next visit to breathtaking PARIS.

Hotel Augustin-Asotel is an outstanding hotel. Service oriented, friendly, great location and extraordinarily helpful staff. There are many excellent restaurants nearby, the metro is across the street (a very easy walk) and it has easy access to Uber and taxis for most all attractions. The fact that they have snacks, soft drinks and water, provide a nice experience for travellers. Make this reservation, you will be happy you did. All staff were great, but we want to acknowlege one excellent staff member, Beate, with great command of English. so helpful. Book this hotel with confidence.

This hotel was perfect for me. It was one block from the Metro, had the best restaurants that were reasonable priced, great stores for gifts. Also, across the street from the hotel is a bakery that makes fresh baguettes every morning - they're still warm from the oven when you buy them. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. I was so happy I selected that hotel and when I visit Paris again I only want to stay there.

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay at beauchamps hotel, paris. the front desk was helpful in arranging an early check-in for me after a 14 hour flight so that i can freshen up before my 12noon meeting & i was pleasantly surprised to discover the cup of caffe i had in the restaurant while waiting for the room was complimentary! also a delight to know that my luggage was sent up to the room even before i was informed that i could use it! it was also an extension of their good service for the concierge to walk me out of the hotel to ensure i got into the right cab they called for me. the room & decor was lovely & contemporary with good standard of hygiene & cleanliness (the towel rack was even heated so it was great to have a warm towel after shower especially in february!) & the bed was very comfortable! (if only there were more selections of english programmes on their cable tv - the only english shows were the news channels.) the proximity to both champs elysee (just 5-7 min walk) & to rue faubourg st honore (about 10 min walk) is great! lots of cafes & restaurants nearby too! only problem i faced was the noise from the clubbers across the street & irate motorists honking...not sure if the hotel could upgrade their windows to be more sound-proofed from external noise...then the rooms would be perfect for a 3-4 star hotel! beauchamps hotel is a definite choice for me if i should visit paris again! great price for the comfort, location & wonderful service!

We were extremely happy to have found this cozy hotel in Paris city center and would love to recommend it to all our friends. First of all, the location is superb -- 1.5 blocks away from Champs Elysees (Franklin Roosevelt roundabout). Very easy access to metro station and convenient to reach literally all tourist places in the city. There are also many choices of eateries right next to the hotel including a 4.5-star Crepe restaurant. The hotel was remodeled in 2009 with artistic internal decoration. Though small, the room was equipped with modern-styled furniture and decent brand bathing supplies. Last but not the least, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke good English so there was no trouble in communication at all. They helped us print papers without charge; they provided umbrellas; they booked taxi; and they let us store some of our luggage for more than a week (we left Paris and returned there later). We will return to the same hotel next time we are in Paris for sure!

We stayed in the hotel during October 17. Upon arrival there was no front door and we had to enter via a side door into a makeshift reception. The room was not ready when we arrived and we were asked to return at 2pm but the hotel was close enough to the heart of the city for us to go and explore. The room was small and needed updating. It was clean, but tired. The bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet. Location was very central for exploring but the heavily armed presence of police at the nearby British and American Embassies reminded you of the ongoing threat from terrorism. There is clearly a lot of work being carried out at the hotel. This didn't disturb us but it didn't show the hotel in its best light. I'm sure it will be much better, and possibly more expensive, when it's finished. I would stay there again.

Train station was across, very near to anywhere and walking to Galeries Lafayette too. Summer sale time is best to be in this hotel I guess. There are various pubs/bars behind hotel - i went to watch World Cup and cheered with the French. Was awesome! WIFI - almost forget to mention. It is my only negative feedback. ERRATIC and we cannot get most of the time during our stay. Hope that will improve. we book 4 in a room with 2 bathrooms/toilets - very good for us. Room needs some touchup/renovation perhaps.

We booked this hotel online with ease. I emailed them a few days later asking if they provided a tranfer service from the airport to the hotel. They emailed be back straight away saying they did not however, they did offer a service from the hotel to the airport. We did avail of this for our departure as it was private and reasonably priced. This hotel is conveniently located a few blocks away from the Rome train stop with restaurants, bakeries, cafes and convenience stores a short stroll away. We obtained this advice from the staff (Boy and Tej) at the breakfast room (where we never had breakfast - they were just so much more helpful with directions and advice). The room was very clean and modern. We enjoyed the infusion of color as the weather was rather dreary during our stay. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to install either a curtain or a divider between the bathtub and the rest of the bathroom so you don't wet the entire area during your shower. It would also be nice to install a little ramp from the lobby up to the elevated portion of the hotel so you don't need to carry your luggage up the steps.

I cannot say enough of how nice our stay was at the Hotel Francois Premier. The Hotel staff are excellent, the room was immaculate, and the location is outstanding. Only a two minute walk from the Champs-Elysees, the Hotel Francoise is on a quiet street, with literally no noise. The hotel feels like a best kept secret. Breakfast is offered in the downstairs restaurant, again, excellent and quiet, perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway. We hope to get back to Paris again someday, and I would stay at no other hotel than the Hotel Francois Premier!

We were a big family of 10 and booked 4 rooms through Agoda March 25-27 then came back April 5-11. So it was a long stay at the hotel. Prior to arrival, our itinerary changed due to the rail strike and had to come back to Paris to April 6 instead. It was a book & pay now but the hotel agreed to let me change my reservations since they had availability at no additional cost so Agoda followed. That was already a first sign of how accommodating they were. The manager Madame Valerie and everyone at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating to ALL our requests. Never annoyed & always smilin. We booked 3 junior suite rooms (36 sqm) and 1 suite couture (55sqm) which were so big for European standards and cheaper than booking with a known hotel chain. Rooms were very clean and modern! Location is great! A block away from Champs Elysees and Avenue Montaigne! Shop and have it delivered to the hotel. Will definitely consider it a home in Paris for the whole family!

My friend and I booked Amarante hotel through Agoda depending on its location, the customers' reviews and its price. Really we were never disappointed by our choice when we came to the hotel. We were very well welcomed by the reception staff. We found the room suitable for us and it was very clean and tidy.When we went outside the hotel, we were very delighted since the districts we wanted to go were mostly near the hotel and one could reach them walking.Honestly speaking, I don't have any complain only if the lights in the room are stronger.

Hotel Chavanel is too small for a 4 stars hotel but undeniably it's a charming small boutique hotel. Great location with all the big department stores ard the area and metro station is just 3 mins walk away. The hotel only have 1 small lift so it's a really small hotel but lovely and clean room. Room is very comfortable. I have nothing to complain about the room except it a little small but we are informed of the room size before we book it. The stuff wasn't very helpful and a bit confused as the day we left the hotel, we informed the front desk that we already booked the transport to airport (thru the hotel in fact!), and we are expecting the transport. Then a shuttle van stop in front of the hotel and asked if someone is waiting for transport to airport and the front desk told the driver "no!". I was right in front of the receiption desk and overheard the conversation (in French). Not that I understand French but I do understand that "non!". Driver look confused and I can see the paper he was holding written my room number. I then tell him oh yes I am expecting a transport to airport. I am shocked how unprofessional how the receitionist was and we just just inform her we are expecting a transport to the airport 5 mins before the van arrived, and we're just standing in front of the front desk. She is not rude but I just don't understand. Perhaps she is just being ignorant.

Arrived at the hotel at 7 am There was no room was ready, I waited more than two hours trying to enter after a long journey. The hotel made an offer for upgrades with the addition of 240 uro per night, it was a very good offer from the hotel. the Prince De Galles very distinct in the services and proximity to and is one of the luxury hotels in Paris. That the most important to be one of the important think i was lucky i am member of Agoda

we booked this hotel at last minute as we forgot about our accomodation, and i'm so glad we did. i think if we had more time we'd probably have skipped over it. we were desperate and chose this hotel, and it was the best place we've stayed all trip. the reception staff were incredibly nice, check in and out was so easy and quick. the rooms were a decent size for the two of us, and the shower was spacious (which we loved). we ended up coming back and for the same price we were upgraded to a bigger room. i highly recommend this hotel. although, there are renovations going on so you'll wake up to those works (we didn't mind), and the hallways smelled strongly of paint. again, we weren't fussed with any of this as it's not like we were kicking back in the hallways, but i'm sure there are people out there that would have a problem with this. but i strongly recommend this hotel. it's also close to the metro.

We loved our stay at this hotel, a gem! Pros: - Location, location, location....right in middle of the golden triangle, Champs Élysées, Ave Montaigne and Ave George. Great for shopping and plenty of restaurants. -The room is done up in modern luxe, with all the trimmings and modern amenities; comfortable bedding, iPod/ iPad station, 40 inch flat screen TV, light dimmer, Free WiFi services. - The staffs was helpful, and accommodating. Helped with our dinner reservation and travelling arrangement. 5 stars service! - The ambience of the hotel exudes an air home comfort with unassuming, private and relax feels. - Turn down services, room services and the best is a free minibar for guests. Cons: - Our room ac wasn't working but we had a bay window that open up to the courtyard, we had the cold winter breeze coming thru so it was quite nice to snuggled up in our bed. The hotel met our expectations and more, we are already making plans to return to Paris and staying here..

Lovely, calm hotel with efficient and friendly staff. Our request for an upper floor room with a firm bed had been noted - if anything the bed was a little too firm (bedroom 53) but no doubt a duvet underneath would have helped had we asked. The room was warm and comfortable - not vey exciting decor - and the en suite was nicely fitted out - spotlessly clean throughout our four night stay over christmas. Well stocked minibar; tea and coffee making facility, good hairdrier and a very good television (confirming just how bad French tv shows really are). Good hot shower. The building is currently scaffolded but we still had a pleasant view. Beware the usual outbreak of Paris bin emptying at 7.30am - but it's all soon over. We did not have breakfast nor room service but the latter especially looked quite inventive and good value. Hotel is conveniently situated close to bus, ho-ho tour buses and metro services in Madeleine (42 bus comes straight from Gare du Nord) and there are more exyensive public transport links ten minutes away at Opera as well as department stores. The Louvre is about a 17 minute walk. Turn left into Rue St Honore to find a good bakery (it's cafe, though, was very poor, foodwise) while there are three restaurants opposite the hotel and a useful Monoprix store close by. The adjacent '3 Quartiers' cafe served us the worst coffee ever with a cold 'hot chocolate' - and it was expensive. The area is well populated with good designer shops, many of them very individual.

Rooms are small, but they are the same everywhere in Paris. The decor is beautiful, neatly done rooms. Looks like it has been refurbished recently. Bathrooms are also small but functional. Only thing missing is a tea and coffee maker in the room. The rooms also have AC, which a lot of hotels do not have.The concierge was not the best we have had, was suggesting places more for the commission.

This is 5 star hotel and there is no hot water in the evening. We stayed 6 nights prepaid. First two nights on 6th floor we had to endure cold showers then we were moved to 4th floor and two out of four final nights luke warm showers. We are unsure if lower floors 1-3 are also affected. Pleasant but inane front desk and management excuses, but no recompense. Their response is that hot water takes longer to get to higher floors (wait 5 minutes) but on those occasions it just didn't arrive. We have no idea why hot water is good in the morning. Management admit ageing plumbing infrastructure in old Haussmanian building and hotel was full.

As always, Hilton is an excellent hotel and just so happy that staff also reflects the great atmosphere of this hotel. It serves a beautiful place for such an amazing and lovely city-Paris. The only downside is that it’s quite a walk from ‘touristy’ destinations but if one knows how to use the metro, it’s great! Metros and bus are just right across the street so transportation wise, it offers a variety of ways of getting to wherever you need to go at a good timely manner. Mini bar is just really overpriced but there are cafes and conventional stores just right outside the hotel so just remember to get some snacks so you won’t have to pay for their mini bar products.
