Stayed 3 nights in April. Arrived at Mactan, Cebu airport and took a metered cab to hotel costing about 200 Peso. Room was huge and beds were comfy. There was cable tv, bath tub and safe avail inside. Got a room on the 6th floor therefore not much view to see though. Also the aircon was a individual unit and not centralised thus allowing to control your own temperatures. Nice Swimming pool was located at the 3rd floor and there was a sauna attached in the toilet. However, sadly even during the afternoon from 12-2pm there was no sunlight and couldnt get a tanned. Breakfast has a reasonable variety of food of both international and asian fare. However, no live station around thus unable to choose your type of eggs. Only scramble was available. Location wise is perfect. Just across the road is Ayala Center and also a chimney bus interchange. Otherwise is a short 5-10 mins taxi ride to SM Mall, IT mall, Mango Sq and Waterfront Casino. However, the nearest 7-11 is about a good 10mins walk away One point to note is the hotel policy of not allowing you to joint two singles bed together (if you are thinking of saving money to book that instead ) as they can charge you 2000 peso for doing that. However, Front desk staffs were patient and at no point did they lost their cool trying their best to explain this policy to me and their best to help even though i felt that this was a ridiculous policy. Overall, 4 star hotel 3 star price. Will definetly return to stay 😃

Quest Hotel is probably the best hotel that we have stayed in Cebu. We have been to many, and this is probably the best one. Staff are super courteous and helpful. They make you feel really special. They can also speak a very good quality of English. Check-in is fast no matter how long the queue. Staff make sure that everyone is attended to. Check-out is a bit slow though. Had to queue for ages in the morning. Food is excellent and at a reasonable price. The only place we would eat non-Filipino (aka International) cuisine is at this hotel. They got everything right. Probably the best chefs in Cebu. They also sold fresh bread every morning and my little son loved the pan de sal! We have stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks and we had a very very good stay. I think their Deluxe room was better than their Premium Deluxe though. The downside is the terrace. It is covered with a wall that is too high up that you don't see anything when you're seated. And the rooms seem to be smaller in the Premium Deluxe. The parking space is very good too. Super spacious and quite clean. The location is also very central, that if you needed anything or wanted to eat out, you just cross the road and you've got Ayala Center! Another downside is that housekeeping sometimes forget to replace the towels (we didnt have towels a few times when we got into our room), or shower caps, etc. Minor issues. I think housekeeping needs better training. We are very very happy that we stayed here. We would stay again the next time we come back to Cebu.

I booked Bayfront at a lower price here at Agoda and just out of curiosity i tried asking the rates as a walk in and its almost twice the amount that i have paid booking here. With the amount that i have shelled out, i should say that it is one of the best values there is. The place is just like one of those five star hotels and it seems that Bayfront has been rated below as what it should be. The room is very spacious especially if you are travelling solo, internet is fast, breakfast is great. Everything there is in a hotel is here. If they could in a bath tub and a walk in closet its a suite not just any room anymore.

Location: very close to Ayala mall which is very good for shopping and with alot of restaurants, very clean hotel, very polite and helpful staff, almost 4 star comparing to some of the 3 star hotel I have seen in europe like in Paris Negative Wireless internet is almost useless: very slowly and always drop out, breakfast is not after european taste and poor

It's great looking hotel, its classy , staff are very courteous and looby is wonderfull. complementary breakfast is excellent and the good part is good foods and its buffet eat all you can. we really enjoy the restaurant, swimmingpool is look great but its always raining at the time so we did'nt try to swim. ayala shooping mall is stone trown away and offer a lot of good stuff, from fine dining to a great shooping.i think for all the hotel i tried so far this one is the best specially for your money.its look like a five star hotel to me.we relly enjoy our stay in this hotel.for sure highly recommended.

Excellent value, highly recommended. I was headed for US Consulate(ground floor Water Front Casino, 9am-11am ONLY!!) and Pillows Hotel was in right location, at the right price for my needs. At check-in, 1,000p deposit is required. I'm heavy smoker, but trained (like my dog) to do my dirty business outside, so I got balcony room. A sign in room says "NO smoking or be charged 1,000P to sanitize room". Very large, clean, king bed, ref,hot water maker (no coffee maker), shower is big walk-in with good hot water pressure. For a taxi, it's only 150P, including tip, to go casino, or malls etc, usually 15-30 min ride. Going to airport aprox 200P and you better allow 60 minutes. Pillows' Hotel/Dining and even Security staff obviously well trained. They were helpful, they smile, and always gave impression my needs mattered to them. One drawback is many taxi's are not sure of hotel location since it is small and new. Good idea to carry a map with hotel location/address. Hotel printed one out for me. Only other drawback is limited menu, though it's good price value. Breakfast is ok, like what you'd make at home, served all day (6am-10pm). Had it 3 times. Otherwise, a few sausage types (good flavor) or couple sandwich options. But many superb buffets, and restaurants are nearby. I caught casino buffet on half price night. Tried maybe a dozen of hundred things offered and each was "perfectly" prepared, and delicious. My appetite was bit off after being beaten up on the slots. Been to 60+ casinos in many countries and only machines paying at Waterfront Casino were BDP and Commerce Bank. I highly recommend Pillows as the place to stay as your base of operations, and you can use the money you save toward your shopping and dining. You can spend a lot more for a room in big name hotel, but Pillows location, cleanliness, and service has got to make it one of the best values in that area.

I have been coming here to the 'Montebello Villa' Hotel for eight years. I come once or twice a year and always stay here. There are other hotels in Cebu in the same price range, but this is the best value for your money. They have been remodeling the hotel bit by bit, and the improvements are outstanding. The hotel is located in Banilad - Apas area, across the boulevard from UC Cebu behind a small mall. The mall is very convenient within walking distance. The staff here at the Montebello are outstanding and sometimes they accept interns from the HRM program at UC. The hotel has beautiful gardens, a number of pools a beauriful terrace ans resturant poolside. I can only give them 5 stars, I wish there were 6 available. JoeKanoguy

Price: we could not believe what we saved by staying here. A well known chain hotel nearby charges twice what we paid at the Elizabeth and, having stayed there 3 months prior, we believe the Elizabeth to be the best value. The staff is outstanding! From greeting you every time when opening the doors for you to adding extra coffee in the room. Room features: very spacious room with additional furnishings, mini fridge for personal use, oversized bath, numerous bath amenities, full set of towels for 2, very comfortable king bed, A/C and heating system that is whisper quiet, large windows for plenty of daylight. The cleaning staff is very good at their job too. Everyone there is very pleasant and happy to serve you. They even clean and mop the brick driveway throughout the day! They will happily go to the street and hail a taxi for you or, if you prefer, they will call a private car to assist in your travels. The staff is outstanding! We used the restaurant only for the breakfast buffet which seemed acceptable to most, but I found few American dishes available on a daily basis though they did change some selections each day. I was accepting of this since they cater to many different cultures that travel to their city and it would be impossible to satisfy everyone every day. Also, it gave me the opportunity to try the local dishes. The bar has knowledgeable staff that know how to make drinks properly. The Hotel Elizabeth is also within a 2 block walking distance to the well known, super clean Ayala Mall. The mall is huge, with outdoor gardens and many restaurants to choose from. I personally give this place a 5 star rating for their overall cleanliness and willingness to make everyone happy. We liked it so much, that we cancelled another leg of our trip to go back to the Elizabeth to enjoy the last 4 days of our journey in a very relaxing environment. I have stayed in many hotels in Cebu, and will more than likely stay here or in Cebu Grand Hotel also booked through Agoda when u look at value, quality, and cost. Yes there are many other good hotels, but not for the price. CLOSE to EVERYTHING! Connected to mall which has groceries and great prices on top floor! Located on the main square / round about so you have many activities there that are very safe to walk to even at night. I would suggest paying the little extra for the deluxe room to get the best view. The hotel is also connected to Cebu Pacific Air office which is excellent convenience...also walking distance to perhaps the best hospital in Cebu as well as at least 2 pharmacies. The restaurant was sufficient and you have plenty of options at the connected mall if you prefer.

This hotel is the best hotel i ever stayed. I am not used to stay at 5-stars hotels, but I had been at a few like Dusit in Manila, and some in Bangkok and Phuket. Radisson Blu Cebu is fare better then all. First of all I will higlight the location near to SM City, thei got their own walkway 20 meter to that super large shopping mall. Here You can buy about everything, its fixed prices and its still fair priced. You also have lot of restaurants, cinema (even Imax), bowling and other stuff to do. Actually, a little ashamed, we was not outside the hotel and SM for the 3-4 days we stayed here :-) Then there is a great pool area, a super breakfast and the whole area, receiption, entrance, security, staff performance and all other is great. We arrived very early from Manila and was at the hotel about 8.30am, but they let us check in without any problems, and they also even let us check out late 3pm as our airplane departure was about 5pm. This is highly appraiciated when it is possible for them do that when rooms not occupied by some other guests. I am also very happy with the WiFi, it works everywhere, in the breakfast area, pool area, rooms, reception. Its fast and stabel. I used my GalaxyTab everywhere there for reading my emails, news and so on. the rooms are large, very big and comfertable bed and pillows. The bathroom is great, real good water pressure and hot water. They even got their own Radisson Blu water bottels that is a kind of souvernire itself :-) The price is just half other 5 stars hotel for some reason and that make it very valuable for the money. The only thing if I should complain about something is that it is heavey noice traffice outside the pool area. If it should be perfect pool, it should be out of that traffice noice, but I just turned on my music and traffice noice was gone.

I've stayed in hotels all over the world, and this is one of the best artistic boutique hotels I've ever been in - equaling the best in Chicago and San Francisco. The rooms are huge with high ceilings - I would guess over 20 feet. Even the hallways are extra-wide, giving a sense of openness to the whole hotel. The rooms have retro murals above the bed. Walking around the hotel is a pleasure because of the artwork and decorations. The one downside I found is the restaurant. I only ate breakfast there but it was way overpriced for poor quality. 350 Pesos got a single egg, ham, processed cheese, toast and fruit. But this is more than made up for by the restaurants around the hotel. The neighborhood of Banilad is the most upscale in Cebu. There are lots of really good restaurants, offering many local and international choices. I had one of the best Thai meals I've had outside Thailand just across the street and there are Italian, Filipino, Chinese and Korean restaurants nearby. In the past I've stayed near the Ayala Mall, which has comparatively limited eating choices after you've been there a week or two. The Banilad neighborhood has much wider choices with better food at lower prices. The outdoor pool is pleasant with a well-kept lawn around it. The staff are warm and helpful. I made a few of special requests and all of them were attended to quickly and effectively. I'm a regular visitor to Cebu, and this has become my new home here.

The hotel is new, clean & in a great location, hence the 5 star rating. It just lack basic in room facilities like microwave oven or coffee maker (only 1 of 3 rooms had a microwave oven). Also, their hotel would be great with a swimming pool. The housekeeping, cafe & kitchen staff were great too but I can't say the same about the receptionists & guard/s. Don't get me wrong, I think the receptionists tried to do their best to be good hosts but with a fully booked hotel & only 1 or 2 receptionists at a time, they couldn't fully give us their smile. What I didn't understand are the guards. They couldn't even help us unload or load our luggage to & from the car eventhough he wasn't doing anything but stand there or chat with the people waiting for the jeepney. Lastly, the bizarre experiences we had was when my son, 3 1/2 y.o, & his nanny entered the bathroom (rm.508), my son pointed at 1 corner of the bathroom & said that "lola" was there. He never does that & the nanny, although scared out of her wits, just told my son to ignore whatever it is. Then my mother in law had nightmares the whole 2 nights we were there. Her nightmares for 2 nights were the same, that a man was following her from the lobby to their room. They're in rm.505 & their door is directly in line with 1 of the elevator door. I don't know but isn't that a bad position for the doors to be directly in line with each other? 😱😱😱

Then rest assured there is no need to worry, just book a few nights at the Holiday Spa Hotel, be pampered in the day spa, have a massage, swim in the luxury lap pool, jog on the upstairs circuit, go to the comprehensive gym..... be welcomed by the best staff in Cebu.... I was , this hotel not only boasts all the above but also cleanliness, I have never stayed in a hotel that was so clean... and JUST CHECK OUT THE PRICE for a nights stay using Agoda... the best prices in town..... I thought this hotel was going to be a budget price with Budget facilities, but I was wrong about one thing, the facilities are amazing... for this price you will find no better in Cebu... Love it, I will never stay anywhere else.

Cebu R Hotel's location is one of its best features... it is roughly between two of Cebu's biggest malls, SM City and Ayala Business Park. It is also a block away from a local members-only warehouse store (Landers is a local take on CostCo). There are several services available around the general area, from laundry to massage. Ironically there is no 24 hour grocery like 711 around. The other best feature of the hotel are its friendly and efficient staff, particularly the ladies at the cafe and the front desk. The security guards are also highly commended for their friendliness... they are actually the hotel's first and last impressions and they do a wonderful job. The rooms are pretty basic but they work. There's an open cabinet, a TV, a fridge and of course the important air conditioning unit. I wished the rooms had more power outlets but more importantly, I hope they have a look at the state of the bed linens, which are showing signs of age.

I stayed at Main Hotel with my parents for about 3 days and we were very satisfied with our stay there. The Hotel receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful, they would greet us with big smiles every time we passed through the lobby, asking us how was our day or what our plans were. Especially Shelly, who gave us the most help during our stay there. She willingly helped us organize and book our trips and never left us hanging. The hotel owner was also very helpful in giving us tips on what to do in Cebu. The wifi also worked very well in the hotel, expect for one time where it dropped out, but the staff had already noticed and restarted the internet by the time we called the reception. It was relatively easy to get to main attractions from this hotel. As said Ayala Mall is nearby, and honestly if you book tours, they come to your doorstep to pick you up anyway so you don;t really have to worry about transport. The hotel is also located on a side street so you don't get all the noise. It would be best to get their business card when you're there to show the taxi drivers where it is, some didnt know where the hotel was (i'm guessing they recently had their name changed) They also have cable Tv with loads of channels The downsides: Their breakfast is PRETTY limited. They have an option between a Filipino or Western style breakfast. The western breakfast isnt all that good, i persoanlly got pretty sick of it by the third morning. pretty salty too, but i feel like in general most filipino food is salty lol. So don't expect an amazing breakfast, but still its a very good hotel. Also we ended up buying our own soap and shampoo from the convenience store cuz we didnt really like the ones that were provided. But that's just a small gripe. Overall, i wouldnt mind staying here again

We booked 4 rooms for 3 nights during this stay. This was the first time we tried this hotel, we got curious because of the reviews. Normally if you book directly with the hotel it does not include the amenities, meaning you have to pay for your towel, aircon, cable and wifi. But if you book thru agoda it is all inclusive already. Rooms were small but clean. The staff was great. We were stranded in bohol and they accommodated our request to transfer our things from the 3 rooms and transfer it to the 4th room, when we arrived our things were neatly arranged. Staff were very professional. Especially the front desk. Special mention to Rubz, she was the one who accommodated all our request while we were stranded in bohol because of the storm signal. Location wise, the hotel is directly infront of ayala mall. And there is a 711 downstairs which was very convenient. This hotel is basic and no fuss. All in all, we were happy with our first encounter with this hotel. Do not expect 5-star amenities for the price you pay. I think that's common sense. If you want 5-star amenities then pay for 5-star. In short, this is definitely value for the money. For short stays like 1-2 nights, this will suffice. If you stay longer you might start getting claustrophobic. Worth trying. :)

My hotel experience was generally great. The room was spacious and clean. The personnel were professional and very accommodating. The hotel location is perfect if you're visiting Cebu City for vacation. The hotel is a spitting distance to malls, convenience stores, restaurants, bars, fastfood chains, massage spas and almost everything. My room was so conducive for sleeping and I could hardly hear the noise outside. I enjoyed my early morning jog at the Fuente Circle just accross the hotel and the very satisfying buffet breakfast of the hotel. LOL. The hotel rate I got thru Agoda was too cheap compared to the satisfaction I had. Well, despite the old facilities, still, I would prefer this hotel over the other 2 hotels I stayed at during my 4-day vacatiom here. I should had booked in Rajah Park during my entire stay. Nextime, this year for sure.

Marco Polo offers 5 star accommodation in the real sense of the word. The lobby was grand and offers several spots for pictorials with the family. The staff were courteous and helpful at all times. The amenities in the rooms were complete and of good quality. The pillows were the best! Fluffy yet firm. Everything was clean and faintly fragrant, just for my taste. Supply supply in rooms was abundant which makes taking a bath a luxurious experience. The swimming pool may not be so beautiful but the fact that the water temperature was moderated made up for it. Another charm of the hotel is that it is private and located away from the city area. This however, makes Marco Polo inaccessible to clients without a car. I would suggest that travelers intending to enjoy the Marco Polo accommodation must book as early as possible to enjoy big discounts.

My friend and I had originally booked into a different hotel which we were less than happy with. We decided to visit this hotel before booking and although we had only seen the reception and lobby went and booked the rest of our stay at this hotel. It was a fantastic move, as the staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming. The whole hotel was very clean and tidy. We held our breath worrying about the room, we shouldn't have been as it was clean, tidy with a great sized bathroom with a huge shower, two very comfortable beds and cable T.V. Room service was 24/7 and they were more than happy to bring you whatever you wanted from the menu. The room service and housekeeping were very accommodating and speedy. The pool and gym were at the top of the hotel and had a member of staff there at all times to serve food and drinks. We did also eat at the restaurant for dinner where again the staff were polite and friendly. The food was very good although portions were smaller than we were used to. We had breakfast included which did have a very large range albeit mostly Asian foods which we found to be strange to put out for breakfast e.g. pork medallion, rice and noodle dishes and cakes. Regardless we always found something e.g. pancakes, omelettes and toast. There was also a free shuttle to the malls nearby twice a day, which we never found to be full. Though should you miss the shuttle or wish to go earlier than the shuttle, there was a doorman more than happy to flag a taxi for you. There are spa treatments that you can have in your room or by the pool but these are the only places where these can be performed as there is no actual spa area in the hotel. My friend and I had a massage in our room which was very relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel whether your stay be long or short. I have no doubt your stay will be comfortable and enjoyable.

I think ABC Hotel is one of the best economy hotel considering its location and below points. The room is modern and kept very clean by thorough housekeeping. Only a point to improve is (cheap looking) airconditioner's noise. All staff were very friendly and dedicated. I found it difficult to book next day's Island hopping tour for one parson and then talked with one of the staff. She kindly arranged chartered Island hopping tour for me!!! although I finally had to cancel it due to lack of information and transportation trouble. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I booked a two night's stay here (double room w/ ensuite), breakfast included. A reasonable rate for Cebu, and worth it since I booked on such short notice. Despite the name, Express Inn is less of an inn and more of a hotel. The helpful staff tells me they have only been open for less than a year, so everything was pleasantly new and very clean. My room was reasonably spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom even had a rainshower head. It is a budget hotel though, and it comes with the usual cons like having really small and cheap toiletries, and you had to hang a sign on the door of your room if you want to have it cleaned, otherwise the housekeeping wouldn't bother. Nevertheless, I'm glad a lot of comfortable and efficient budget hotels like this are becoming more popular, and Express Inn is no exception. Plus, the location was good, near a lot of cheap eateries and a walkable distance from SM. All in all, a highly recommended stay for the budget-conscious traveler.

We booked 2 rooms for 5 adults and 2 kids. The rooms could be adjoining with door between which is perfect for family to be together. Rooms big, modern, clean and gives feel of a 5 star. The buffet breakfast had a good selection with nice dining area. The whole vibe and look was impressive especially for the price we paid. Some of bonuses of hotel was the little pool great for the kids, the free shuttle to mall which is close by and the staff made the trip very pleasant. Recommendations: the air con a bit noisy and wifi wasnt that strong in the room. Overall it was the best hotel we had stayed in while in Philippines. We will use this hotel again when in cebu.

This was the first place I found using Agoda and wasn’t sure how it all worked yet. I found a great room rate on the website so went to the hotel and attempted to check in at that price, but they informed me that I could only get that price if I booked the room “through” the website. After explaining all this, they suggested I use their business center so I could book the room at the Agoda price. I was amazed that they would do that… my taxi had just taken off and I was obviously at their mercy and could have insisted at the full rate! Then while booking my room I opted to use PayPal option for payment, and for some odd reason it wasn’t being processed. I informed the front desk about this and they said “no problem sir, you can just bring us the confirmation when it comes through”. And just when I thought everything was all said and done… they informed me that all the deluxe suits were now booked; but after a long pause… she smiled and said “we’ll just have to upgrade you to the executive suit for the night” I was completely blown away at all of this! The room was outstanding… it was CLEAN, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and if that wasn’t enough… I woke up to the best “complimentary” eggs to order breakfast I’ve ever eaten! The only “con” was the workout room, but other than that… 2 thumbs up!

I stayed here for 1 month, so I got to know this place well. The internet connection here was the biggest draw for me as my work requires it. Other hotels near this class are at least twice the price in Cebu and older. When the internet was working, I would get speeds between 20-300 kilobytes/s (bytes, not bits). They were having difficulties with their ISP while I was there at the end of my stay though, so I changed hotels. Wired connections in all the rooms, wifi only available in the lobby downstairs. Harolds is a lovely lovely place. Brand new, so new in fact that they had to make me a custom "do not disturb" door hanger because they didn't yet have them made. The rooms are luxurious, 5-star level given their condition. Bed was gorgeous and comfortable. Harolds is a business hotel - no pool, very few kids. Perfect for me. Restaurant is ok. Expensive. Right down the street is Handuraw, which came to be my favorite place to eat. Wonderful pizza there and amazingly cheap prices. Ayala mall is within walking distance, although you can take a cab or a jeep too and they have tons of food options as well as shopping. SM mall is very close as well. Harolds staff is extremely nice. All of them knew my name within a day or so and I had not introduced myself. All very professional and helpful. They will make up your room pretty much any time of the day, so if you're on an odd sleep schedule, don't worry. I've never had better cleaning staff. They organized all my bathroom stuff and everything I threw around the room and on the desk. I always came back to a perfect looking room. Do your laundry around the corner, not at Lavada Queen (expensive), but the place on the opposite side of Escario street (I don't recall the name, sorry). If I come back to Cebu and the rate is still this good, I'll definitely come here again.

What I loved: 1. PRICE! (I mean omg are you insane? It's like hostel/backpackers/pension house price for a hotel) 2. Wi-Fi - if you stay in Cebu a while you'll realize that fast and reliable internet is very rare in budget hotels. (even in expensive ones) Here it was fast AND reliable. 3. Location - lots of options in the area and short uber anywhere else (or jeep or taxi) Note: it's at the end of a street and newer so Uber or grab is your best bet to make sure the drivers find it) 4. Rooms- tiny for the cheapest ones, but bed is comfy for just sleeping and winding down. Bathroom is good sized with hot water and basics. TV is available and a bit of storage. 5. Free breakfast - for what you pay, anything other than a room is a bonus now. But breakfast is good, several Filipino options and a few american (to those complaining it's limited- it's FREE breakfast at a budget hotel... If you want better food, venture outside for some restaurants or stay at Best Western for 5k a night and buffet) 6. Restaurant area- I didn't eat much at the resto and when I did it wasn't anything special. But the area was great for working. If you are on a business was trip, it is nice to have. 7. Parking- available first come,first served. If you need it, it's there. CONS: As people have said, on the back side rooms there is rampant rooster activity. This never bothered me as I was usually too tired when I got back to sleep. Be prepared, bring earplugs or noise cancelling. They can be very annoying. During my stay, the hallways were fairly quiet but it seems there is a potential to be loud in the peak seasons if more guests are in the hallway talking. Again, bring noise protection! Trust me, you'll need it even if you stay other places usually. Rooster and traffic noises are everywhere. If you temper your expectations, this hotel really is a great little gem. I'm glad I listened to the positive reviews and tried them out. I will be back here now every time I go to Cebu.

I’m choosy when it comes to booking a hotel. It took me forever to decide which hotel to book. This place won my heart. + Stylish modern hotel + Courteous and attentive Staffs + No fuzz check in/out + Room smells good and very clean. + Loved their fluffy Pillows + fast wifi + Great Location especially if you’re a foodie like me, then I would recommend this place. Close to Yakski’s, STK ta bai, Ned Nanay’s grill, Larsian, Pungko Pungko sa Fuente, and Shamrock(for pasalubongs) to name a few. The only downside is that the bathroom gets flooded every time you take a shower. Also no safe and hair dryer provided. Still Great Value for money. Will definitely book again.

To start with, the entire staff at S Hotel treats you in the manner of a 5 star Hotel. They are very agreeable, attentive and kind. This includes everyone from the front desk, to the security personnel, to Housekeeping. One of the housekeeping staff named Helbert made a beautiful heart from towels on me and my fiance's bed; he decorated it with our pictures and made us feel very special. This is just another example of the kind and personal treatment you receive at this fine Hotel.The bed is king size and very comfortable. The aircon is ice cold. The linens are white and clean, the comforter is cozy. The room smells and feels like new. The bathroom is immaculate. The neighborhood is nice and there are two great barbecue restaurants, several bakery's and a 7-11 nearby. In short the stay couldn't be any better and I was made to feel like a welcome guest. I have stayed here at S Hotel many times and I always feel like I am staying at my second home. I have also stayed at luxury hotels both here in Cebu City and abroad, and although this isn't a luxury hotel, I have never received better treatment and had a more comfortable stay than I have at S hotel. As only one of the hotel options I listed, I have accidentally pressed the "book" button for Southpole, and booking conditions said it is non-cancellable. I travelled with my senior citizen mom, and she had no complains at all. It was ALL worth it, WIFI is the best - in-room and in the lobby (best I had in most of my domestic hotel bookings) staff were really nice, room was big, breakfast was a bit so-so, location is perfect! Not to mention I had a perfect timing for their room promo.
