"This is Canberrs's best hotel and deserves its 5 star status. If you are driving it is difficult to locate as the street signs are concealed and there are no signs. Once you do find the hotel and park you have approached the building from the rear - again no signs. You must then walk through the entire building to the reception. The rooms are very spacious and the service is good. A few minor hiccoughs, no plug for the bath, but mostly very well presented. Great toiletries and a very well stocked mini bar - not outrageously over priced either. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were very friendly and helpful."
