I cannot speak highly enough about the service I experienced in the hotel! Believe it or not I very rarely write reviews but felt obligated to in this case! From the moment I walked in everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I stayed for 4 days and can honestly say this hotel is well on its way to at least 4 stars! I rarely write reviews but all of the staff are committed to doing their absolute best from the front desk to the spa staff and my sweet cleaning lady. The hotel is still under construction which was a bit of a bummer, but despite this the actual facilities are very relaxing and well designed. The view on the roof is spectacular especially at night. Despite all the pros of this hotel I do have some areas of constructive feedback in the interest of helping to make it the best it can be: please put a fan or air con in the gym!! It’s a smaller space (still sufficient) but it gets very hot in there! Also, please add hooks to the bathroom in the lobby!

A&em Art hotel exceeded my expectations. To me it”s room, bed, pillow quality & staffs are on par with Hilton. The location of the hotel is very convenient situated walking distance from ben Thanh market. Front desk receptionist Ms Bich Phuong & bellboy Mr Tan are very friendly & helpful. I stayed here, moved out to District 1 Japanese street middle of my trip then moved back again to this hotel end of my trip. There is welcome drinks & nice breakfast.

This hotel was newly remodeled and is very clean. If you are visiting Ho Chi Minh, stay at this hotel. The location is a bit far from Ben Thanh market and is not walking distance but you can take the taxi there which is only 10 mins away. However, there are many good restaurants within couple blocks of the hotel. There is also a convenient store right across the street that opens 24 hours. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Whenever I need service to the room, they are very prompt to bring them to your room. Excellent service. The facilities are very clean and very well kept. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. It also has the safe box to lock up your personal things. I stayed at this place for 3 nights and I had a great experience. One of the best place I have been. They offer breakfast in the morning as well but i didn't eat there since there are so many around the hotel. But I am sure it is good too. Three thumbs up!!

My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 nights for his birthday . I would like to admit that by far this has been my best hospitality experience. I love to travel and have been to some luxury five star chains but hotel nikko experience is unparallel. We stayed at the 23 floor in the king club room . The room is spacious and the decor is modern and chic. They provide a turndown service and the housekeeping staff is well trained to add small touches when they clean the room( for example keeping shoes in one line) , it feels home when you come back to room after sightseeing. The breakfast is ellaborate and what is more interesting is that they change few dishes ( including the local ones) on a frequent basis so if you stay like us for more than a night, it will be a sigh of relief for your taste buds to try something new. Staff are well trained and willing to assist. Our best experience was with nikko club lounge( situated on 23 floor) where the views over the city are spectacular and the staff is extremely courteous and efficient including all the trainees who made us feel very special. I would recommend to book a room that has a lounge access , every extra dime you will pay is totally worth it. The staff in the nikko club lounge are so well trained and know how to deliver the first class standard of service. They also helped me arranging a cake for my husband and help me arrange a surprise for him. The hotel is truly a gem in district 1 of ho chi minh! It is slightly away from the touristic madness of city but if you fancy something wild the backpacker's street ( bui vien) is walking distance from the hotel. The other landmarks( cathedral, post office etc) are also not too far and you can order a grab for quite cheap rate. There is no hotel like this in the world. You must stay here! I’m super picky with cleanliness when staying at hotels so if this is you also, no need to look any further as I’ve already done all the digging through 100’s of reviews for you. I was here 6 months ago and the quality is still the same if not better. The house keeping staff are like ninjas. They are super fast to get out of sight when you come out of the lift and to make sure your room is well taken care of. The photos don’t do the workmanship justice. There is not one single normal, standard or average thing in this hotel. Even the power points are fancy! No need to bring a travel adapter. When visiting the Day Spa insist on seeing Miss Hung for your massage, she’s truely gifted. Go for the 5 Elements massage. There is a special shower in the change room that released essentially oils and a Himalayan Salt sauna for you to use for FREE while staying at the hotel. The Chinese restaurant is also a must visit for lunch and dinner. Do yourself a favour and order the Crispy Taro Stack for entree and the Mango King Prawns for a main. Pizza on the ground floor has the most perfect Italian base and even has a daily happy hour of 50% off all drinks. The hotel manager Christina also listened and valued customer feedback so she can make the hotel even more grand. I’ve extended my stay at this hotel 2 times this trip because we love it here so much!

The Myst Dong Khoi was just superb. Our room with private Spa bath looked out over the Mekong river and had one of the most comfortable beds we slept in over the entire trip. The staff were terrific, professional and accomodating and are a real asset to this hotel. The location in District 1 made all of the major city sites within walking distance which was especialy welcome with the heat. We'd both recommend including the buffet high tea as not only is it delicious it is also a really fabulous way to end an intensive day of sight-seeing before repairing to the pool. The Myst Dong Khoi was a great way to experience a 5 Star hotel at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel and rooms are very clean. The breakfast is very, very good with lots of Western and Eastern options. The quality of the food is exceptional. The location is right in the center of District 1. The A/C works great. The staff speak English and are very nice. I make note of the following issue with Caravelle. 1. The water pressure and hot water availability was exceptional. However, in our room, the shower head was kind of cheap and didn't allow for a nice spray pattern. The shower head really only had a narrow stream. It would be nice if they upgraded their shower heads to a higher-quality that allowed a better spray pattern/more spray pattern options. After all, we are talking about a 5-star hotel here - right. 2. My wife and I attempted to enter the Gambling area on the second floor. It should be noted that this area is restricted to foreign passport holders only. While I was able to freely walk in (as I'm Caucasian and clearly not a local), my wife, who is of Vietnamese descent, but is a US citizen, was restricted from entry. While we advised the manger of the gambling facility (inside the Caravalle) that she was a US citizen, she was still not allowed to enter. I can understand their foreign policy for admittance (as gambling is not legal for local residents), this experience came across as discriminatory. We submitted a copy of our Passports to the Front Desk. The manager of Gambling facility could made an effort to contact the Front Desk to cross-check our background - but - was unwilling to do so. This reflects negatively on the Caravelle Hotel. I complained about this to Caravelle management. We received what we feel was an unsympathetic apology. Our stay here was brief. If I had more time I would have escalated or taken more action on this. 3. The staff were nice, friendly and spoke English well. However, I think they fall a little short of 5-star. 4. All this aside, I would definitely stay at the Caravelle again.

We were 2 adult couples traveling from the United States. We upgraded to the Executive floor, which comes at minimal cost with the huge bonus of access to the executive lounge with height quality, low traffic breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks. Our rooms were on the 15th floor, with great views and no traffic noise. I spent 1-2 weeks reviewing hotels in HCMC prior to our arrival in HCMC and could not be happier with our choice. Pros: Service, Executive Rooms, central location in District 1, modern amenities. Cons: the pool does get congested at times.

Positives: The staff is overtly friendly. The rooms and public areas are very clean and relatively new. The breakfast buffet is one of the best attributes of the hotel. The views from the 11th floor is wonderful. The location is great being located on a dead end street, yet in good walking distance to most District 1 attractions. In the evening, there was a pianist in the lobby, which was a nice touch. It is worth mentioning once again...fantastic and attentive staff. Perhaps the foreigner manager could be more friendly like his staff, but I did not have many dealings with him. He seemed friendly, but nothing like his employees. One final note, the beds are awesome. Negatives: Throughout the hotel, they advertise a happy hour for drinks. It is advertised as buy one drink, get the second for $1.00. I bought a beer and a cocktail. I did expect to pay full price for the more expensive of the two. But, they tried charging me full price for both since one was a beer and one was a cocktail. I was able to finally get the beer for a dollar after a long process of speaking with the manager. They should be more clear in their advertising in this regards. It set a bad tone with me in regards to my overall experience with the hotel. The pool is very small, especially when you look at the hotel next door and see a huge pool. Of course the hotel can not do anything about this. They have very limited space on the roof. The hotel does try to maximize it's seating near the pool, but it feel crowded and uncomfortable. Again, with the space being limited, I understand why they did it. But, it is not comfortable. I made a suggestion to one of the staff that they invest in some fans for the roof area too. When the sun is out and there is minimal wind, it is quite hot in the area. One of the biggest drawbacks for me at this hotel (and I think it is common at most hotels here), you only get about 15 minutes of hot water for a shower before it goes cold. This was a true five star experience. The Japanese run hotel is a family business and every detail has been carefully orchestrated to ensure every guest experiences the best attention possible during their stay. The rooms are beautifully appointed with a wide variety of products, comfortable pillows and beds, and a great view of the river. Breakfast was sensational with so many choices and all food was fresh and enticing. The foyer cafe was like an oasis after a long day of sightseeing and the staff remembered our choice of coffee which made ordering very easy. The pool and gym were very modern and large but unfortunately there were never enough pool beds for everyone. The food and drink service by the pool was a little ordinary but because everything else was so good, it was easy to overlook. By far the best feature is the private exit to the heart of the city. When you leave through the back gate you find yourself near many of the most famous landmarks. Overall, a fantastic choice if you are contemplating a trip to Saigon.

As a frequent visitor to HCMC for business, I have stayed in at least 10 different 3 to 5 stars hotels in HCMC over the past year. Many are good but every one of them is lacking in an area like service or facilities, or is just too expensive for what they provide. I don't write reviews but felt inclined to do so based on what is undooubtly my best hotel stay experience in HCMC. Eden Saigon is new and there are a few minor teething problems as can be expected. The location is good but certainly not the best compared to the up market opera tourist area. But none of these matters. The management and staff has to be congratulated for the best service I have ever received in any HCMC hotels bar none beating out much better known and much more expensive high end 5 stars establishments. The architecture and design is elegantly understated by Vietnamese standards with an impressive grand lobby and 12th floor pool and bar not to be missed for the incredible views. Most importantly, the room is elegant, warm and comfortable, equipped with everything one needs with a few extra touches that makes the difference between good and excellent....and I stayed in the lowest end room. I have no doubt Eden Saigon will flourish if they continue their impeccable service and maintain their facilities, and do not look forward to the day when their rates catch up with their reputation. In the meantime, I am going to enjoy not staying in a different hotel everytime, now that I have found the one perfect for me.

Based on good reviews from this hotel, I decided to stray away from my group and booked this hotel instead. I am so glad that I never regret making this choice as the moment I stepped into this hotel, I feel so warm and welcome by the staff receiving me at door entrance, reception and next day staff at the breakfast area. The hotel is strategic located, clean room though mine is without window view, it does not matter to me as I were out most of the time except evening. There are many spa / massage areas near the hotel, one recommendation to try is the Golden Lotus Spa which is just behind the hotel about 3 min walk. I feel very safe staying at this hotel, the staff always friendly and keep a lookout of my safety as well. Even helping me to make reservation for my dinner appointments. I will definitely head back to this hotel again on my next trip and hope Agoda will still keep this price very attractive for us to book. thank you

we booked this hotel for part of our 2nd honeymoon. the hotel lived up to our expectations with our river view room which was very clean & spacious. the staff were friendly & courteous. we were very upset to see that they serve shark fin soup! we wrote to the hotel as they displayed an enviromental policy on the outside of the building. our reply stated that it was ok for them to serve shark fin as it came from an aquaculture environment source. please read their response below. what a shame!!!!!!! "thank you very much for the best comments you made on our hotel and services . as you are well aware from 2001 until now our hotel strictly follows the regulations of the international organization for standardization and is accredited the iso 9001 -1401 license. every year we are subjected to a re-assessment by the relevant authorities for a good compliance to the standards. according to this, the hotel goods and products are to be purchased from a reliable source and the shark fin that appears in our menu does not come from a natural source but from an aquaculture one."

Liberty Central's location is one of its beast features. Its very near the Ben Thank Market which my daughter and I enjoyed. The hotel is very clean, the room size is just nice and the bathroom is very clean and well appointed. The bed sheets are the same as what the other five star hotels are using. One other best features of the hotel is their restaurant where breakfast is served. We really loved the very dainty prints on the walls and the place is big and their breakfast buffet is great. The hotel's staff are very courteous and professional. The waiters are very accommodating and the food at the hotel is really delicious. We specially liked the prawn in sticky rice, its the best! Scallops were also good. when the tourist bus comes to fetch you. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay at Liberty Central.

I had a very pleasant 2 night stay at The Luxe Hotel. I booked the deluxe twin with window and was upgraded to their best room for free. To top that off, the room was available when I arrived at noon. The reception staff were lovely. The upgrade to the Family Deluxe room was incredible. The room comfortably fits 4 people and is very spacious. The room was impeccably clean, from the furniture to the bathroom, bedsheets and towels. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower was very impressive; contrary to a lot of hotels I have stayed in recently. The shower was spacious and water pressure was great. Lastly, what made our stay at The Luxe Hotel was the guard at the front by the name Hua Gia Hung, who was so kind in assisting with our luggage’s and opening the doors when we would arrive and leave and every time in between. He would strike up a conversation about where we’re going and the precautions we have to take to not get pickpocketed. He was the sweetest and most kindhearted man. The hotel itself is located in the heart of District 1, a short 5 minute walk from Ben Thanh Market, night markets, Pizza 4P’s, Banh Mi Huynh Hoa; all of the must visits in HCMC. I have booked to stay with The Luxe Hotel again at the end of the year. What an incredible experience.

For the most part Liberty Central Saigon is a good hotel, but several things annoyed me about it. I booked the Executive Room with access to the Executive Lounge. I thought this perk would be nice, but actually the breakfast on the first floor restaurant is better and more extensive than the Lounge. On the first floor, coffee is already made and you can help yourself. On the Executive Lounge you must ask for coffee and it takes a long time to come. During one morning I waited 10 minutes and my coffee never arrived. The selection of food in the lounge is also limited, and frequently cold. If you're paying for a lounge, you would think it would be better than the regular breakfast. It's not. Second, the pool is nice with an infinity view of the river. The problem is there is limited space for laying in the sun, and as it turns out, the hotel sells tickets to outside people to use the pool. These people take up the limited seating and so it's hard to get space to lay outside. The hotel is large enough that the pool should be used exclusively for guests and not for outside visitors. Finally, the rooms are designed to look esthetically pleasing, but as with so many modern designs, functionally they don't work. The closest has no shelves for clothes and four hangers. There really isn't any place to put your stuff. The side tables next to the bed don't have any drawers either. The bathrooms are tight, and not much room to put your toiletries. In fact the rooms are small. The air conditioning didn't work very well either. In fact, I think it shut off at night. It was difficult to get the room to fully cool. In other ways, the hotel is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great and the hotel offers good views of the city. The price is reasonable and the hotel has a small, boutique feeling about it that I like. Overall I would recommend it.

Everything is awesome. The hotel is near to Beh Thanh market and also the night market. It is less than 1 meter. It is easy to travel around as well because the VINASUN cab is just outside the hotel. The breakfast is nice, lots of choices. It is combination of local, Asian and western breakfast. The PHO is really nice. I had it as my breakfast every morning. Room is spacious and clean. The hotel also provided 2 free mineral water every day. During our stay we booked the Mekong trip and Cu Chi Tunnel trip from the hotel. The price is reasonable and the trip was really fun. On our last day of stay, we didn’t do reservation for the water puppet show as we afraid that we cannot make it. We reached hotel around 5.40pm local time and we tried to book the ticket from hotel and was informed that since we do not make reservation. They will try to help us check on this. I saw them keep on trying to call (they call many times but was no one answer the call). They ask us to have a rest in our room instead of waiting in the lobby and they will try their very best to help us getting the tickets. The show start on 6.30pm and we are able to get the ticket when we reached lobby on 6.15pm. Really thank you to Vivian, Lina and Pauline for this. Even it is a 3 star hotel but their service is really a 5 star hotel services. Surely will stay here again when I travel to HCM in future

We checked into the Duc Vuong for the first 5 nights of our holiday in Vietnam as a base from which to soak up the Saigon experience. It was simply a great hotel. Perfect location on Bui Vien St which, whilst a major tourist thoroughfare, still offer some of the best shopping, eating and drinking around. The hotel is very well presented and exceptionally clean. Sure, there are cheaper options, but the facilities far exceeded that of other hotels we stayed in at only a little extra charge. We paid only $24 p/n for a standard room that whilst small (one got used to stepping over our baggage to get to the bathroom), was perfectly clean and quiet. The rooktop bar has exceptional views over the district. The buffet breakfast is very generous, allowing guests to fill up before a big day out. And for thos inclined to stay in the hotel also offers free dinner. Another great thing: every level has a number of filtered water coolers for guests to fill up their own bottles free of charge. We made good use of this is the humidity. The doorman on the day shift (I regret not introducing myself properly) is an exceptional host, gracefully hailing down a xe om or taxi for you. We booked a 3 days/2 nights Mekong Delta tour through the hotel's reception (My Tho, Can Tho, Chau Doc and places in between), for a staggering low price of $36 per person. I was really knocked out by the tour and we had a wonderful time, staying in a sparse but adequate budget hotel in Can Tho, and a floating hotel near Chau Doc. We stayed at the Duc Vuong again for New Year's Eve and had a ball walking the surrounding streets.

You can't beat the location, and you can walk to most things in District 1. This is a true four star hotel (not all hotels which advertise themselves are such compared to international standards). Make sure you book a city view room. If you do then will get get a fantastic panorama of the city skyline, which is magical both day and night. Another must is the roof top terrace on the 14th floor, (the pool is also up here), where you can drink in the views, day or night. The beds are really comfortable and the room I stayed in , had a lovely new bathroom. Breakfasts were great, too. I have been to HCMC many times and have stayed in many Hotels, there. Bt when it comes to the combination of factors such as budget, quality of rooms (mine was a large city view on a higher floor), ease of walking access to most of the local sights and value for money, then you can't beat here.

the hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious and kept in great condition. however, it is on the main road, so you might want to request for rooms in tower b, which is on the inside road, where there is less traffic. nonetheless, the great location next to ben tranh market means there will be crowds and noise regardless, but it is less noisy for rooms at the back. just step out the hotel and we are just a few steps away from ben tranh market. they are open in the daytime, but some stalls open for a night market on the street perpendicular to the hotel. not as many stalls or options as the daytime main market, but it is still ok. the rooms in the hotel are kept clean and everything works, including the flat screen tv. it is good value for the money. can't beat the great location. the staff has at least one person at the front desk, who speaks english and they were all very friendly and helpful. the concierge guys were extremely helpful, as we needed to book local inter-city transportation, or to find ways to get to other cities and he spent a lot of time, making calls, and doing research for us, and to help compare and show us prices of the various traveling options of sleeper bus, train and plane. eventually we decided to book flights as we wanted to experience more of vietnam in a short duration, so save time. and the concierge guy helped sort out our plans for us in good time. we enjoyed walking in the big rectangular park in front of the hotel, and used it as a great navigation point, as we went all around exploring, and also ate great seafood and pho. the best pho stall is in ben tranh market itself, it is the corner stall facing the row of sellers of peanuts, beans and pistachio. the owner of this market pho stall wears spectacles and she looks serious, but her food (beef pho) is one of the best we've ever tasted in all of vietnam. she is unpretentious and takes her cooking seriously.

My wife and I decided to have a night "away" and checked into a Palace Signature Suite of the Palace Hotel Saigon. The room was a corner unit split into a living room and a bedroom. It had a small corner balcony and view of Nguyen Hue street, the Bitexco tower and a sliver of the Saigon River. A highlight of the room was the bathroom, that stretched the length of the living room and bedroom and included a small jacuzzi - something not found in other suites in this price range - bubble soap and view onto Nguyen Hue street through tinted windows included. Staff was extremely friendly. For example, they brought us two wine glasses within 2 minutes of our request. They even thought so far ahead and included a bottle opener despite not asking for one. We slept through breakfast, so I can't comment on the quality of the food, but breakfast was included. However, given its great location, there are many options - expensive and local - to get some food or simply a coffee. The best part was the price. We were able to get the Suite for about USD 112 (non-refundable) on Agoda, which was on par with standard rooms at the other 4-star+ hotels in the area, and far below the rates for their suites.

I loved this hotel. The location is excellent, the room was great, the breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated the daily one hour massage included with my booking at no extra charge. Not just an ordinary massage…I would say the massages at the hotel spa were some of the best I have had anywhere. The staff was absolutely outstanding. Everyone was all smiles and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Everyone spoke English, and they were always helpful with any questions. My arrival in Saigon started with a problem because the hotel's driver wasn't at the airport to pick me up as pre-arranged, so I took a taxi to the hotel. This seems like a complaint, but in the end it turned into a positive experience because of how the staff handled it. They were very apologetic and reimbursed me for the taxi. I will definitely stay at Fusion Suites on my next visit to Saigon.

Enjoyed the upgrade from 2BR to 3BR executive apartment. There was ample space for everyone in terms of room size, living area, kitchen and laundry area. As travellors, we enjoyed the handy laundry/dryer combo that completed the laundry while we slept. The residence was very considerate to provide laundry detergent so we didn't have to buy our own. The place also came with a 6pax set of cutlery, crockery and basic cooking set that it inspired us to cook breakfast one morning. It was in every aspect as good as a five star international hotel in terms of comfort, housekeeping, bedding and privacy. The areas it exceeded a 5 star hotel was the size of the fully furnished apartment, the provision of an equipped kitchen (we were able to make pancakes, French toast, roast tomatoes, boil carrots and eggs, poach eggs, and make cinnamon honey tea. The fridge was also stocked with complimentary water, instead of being packed with soft drinks pegged at high prices. Check in was easy and straightforward through Agoda and we didn't need to fuss with deposits and payment upon check out. The location of the place is a tad out of the central shopping and entertainment area but it was not a deal breaker as a 50,000 dong (USD2.5) cab ride would easily get us around. Talking about taxis, there was also a Taxi operator on site to bring cabs into the vicinity so it saved us from walking out of the streets to hail one ourselves. The taxi operator was Mai Linh which is one of two reliable operators in Vietnam. There is a provision shop within the apartments that sells basic necessities and snacks which is handy if you don't want to venture to a supermarket like Big C or Lotteria Mart or the Co-Op mart. Despite my overall positive experience, my friend's experience with their apartment was a little marred as their apartment stunk of stale cigarette smoke. So do ask for a non-smoking unit when you make a reservation.

Our visit to A&Em Signature hotel was extremely pleasant. We found the hotel very clean, modern, and has all the facilities that makes our stay very comfortable. Upon arrival, we are told that we have been upgraded to VIP room which has a seating area with another TV and 4 chairs. The bed was a king size and very comfortable. The reception staff Thuy who check us in and out was lovely. The check out process was very easy and accommodating. They let us stay until 2pm with no extra charge and even let us use one of the room to take a shower before we left for the airport. All of the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, this includes all staff from reception, breakfast, bell boy, house keeping, bar. The roof top pool is a bit small but good to refresh after a hot day. The rooftop garden is amazing, just a place to relax and just enjoy the view. Location is excellent, only 1 block from Ben Thanh street food market and 2 blocks from Ben Thanh market. Breakfast buffet was really good. Overall we are very happy wit our stay, will definitely recommend to other people or stay here again!

I've never felt so at ease and truly valued as a guest before... I had arrived in Ho Chi Minh city and at the hotel without my baggage and the staff were really helpful to go that extra mile in calling the bus company (the left my baggage behind in their Phnom Penh office) on my behalf and keeping updated on my baggage.. everyone was warm and helpful in the whole plight of my being in HCMC with no luggage, no extra clothes and nothing much other than my passport, atm cards and clothes on my back... I'm always staying in HCMC as a stopover or end point of travels in Indochina and have stayed in many hotels but this one deserves a 10 rating... The front desk staff was nice enough to extend my check out time till I got my luggage (which came at 12.30pm two days later which incidentally was the day I had my late flight out) and allowed me the extra time to check and repack my luggage in the room without chasing me out of the room even despite the hotel being fully booked up and had to adhere strictly to the check out time to accomodate their incoming guests... This shows the staff truly have compassion and heart for their guests... The room was spotless, clean, tidy, water pressure was excellent especially after the long day of running around getting my basic essentials amidst the wild goose chase for my luggage... Was really a welcome, warm, homely feel Inspite of the circumstances... Location was perfect, close to the market, convenience stores, restaurants and pretty much everything else. I'm definitely gonna stay there again and fully enjoy the facilities next time round. Considering I was preoccupied and stressed about my missing luggage. The best Value, the best Service, the best Location and the best Choice! There are many criterias one can use to select an outstanding hotel in Saigon/ Ho Chi Minh City. I was traveling with my wife and older brother, so I needed to check a lot of boxes on the list of desires for our 7 night stay. The Grand Silverland Hotel & Spa delivered beyond our expectations. Arranging pick-up from the airport via the hotel was simple and inexpensive. Just an email request to the hotel with date, time and flight number was all it took. This will be important after a long flight or arriving at some odd time. To know there is someone waiting for you that will take you to the hotel. Excellent transportation service to and from the hotel. There is also a tour service available in the hotel lobby if you wish to book sight-seeing tours with pick-up outside the hotel. The two hotel rooms that our small group used were elegant and spa like in design. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Speaking of relaxation, the roof top pool and roof top bar offer a lovely retreat. A spectacular view of the surrounding area will be appreciated with a wide angle lens on your camera. I'm not a horticulturalist, but someone on the hotel staff spends a great deal of time and energy making the hotel plants and flowers look beautiful. The aroma of the flowers is what you will remember each time you look back at your photos of them. The FREE breakfast at Grand Silverland Hotel & Spa should not be confused with a continental breakfast that you would get at some other hotel. It is a Grand breakfast with all the trimmings. From the omelet station to the fresh fruits, fresh juices, fresh pastries, fresh coffee and tea, all the way to a long list of other international breakfast foods. First, the disadvantage of this hotel's biggest one is the 'location'. It is a very good location based on the "accessibility" with the Ho Chi Minh attractions, but it is noisy at night because it is located on De Tham street, which is crowded with clubs and nightlife. They may be sensitive to noise, older, or may not fit well with family units. It is a good hotel to choose for young people who like to play with fun. I think it is a 5 star hotel that can be met at a price of $ 40-50. The kindness of all the staff was close to perfection, so that we could forget some of the disadvantages. The room was small, but the structure was made efficient, and I was able to feel the consideration and effort using good furniture and facilities. Especially breakfast was much better than other hotel's buffet, a la carte and basic dishes, all the ingredients and juice were always fresh. I had a wonderful stay at Harmony Saigon. Probably the best hotel stay ever. I arrived early in the morning. Not only did they allow me early check-in, they even upgraded me to their best suite. As soon as I arrived, they invited me to take a seat, then the manager came over to introduce himself, the hotel, as well as provide a map and gave us safety precautions when traveling on the streets. The Harmony Suite came with an attached rooftop jacuzzi, and another indoor jacuzzi. The room is huge, comfortable and clean. Bed is firm and pillows are fluffy. There is a smart TV so you can watch youtube and whatever programmes you wanna watch. They give fresh fruit daily. Next to the Harmony Suite is the Executive Lounge, which is free for all Executive Suite guests and above. Hardly anyone uses it so it's really a conducive place to chill. There are free drinks all day long - beer, mineral water and soft drinks. And from 3-5pm, they also serve fruits and pastries. Now for some of the downsides of the room, which to me are negligible... It's right next to the executive lounge so it can be convenient, but yet lacking privacy. The jacuuzi can be seen from the room above and also the cafe at the top level. Although there is a big umbrella, partially-shielding, you probably still can't lie there. There were some ants around the desk. The water temperature in the shower was hard to control. It just went cold and hot erratically. For a very decent rate, breakfast is included. It's not a huge hotel so do not expect a huge buffet spread. However, I find it a good spread with fruits, bread, cereals, yogurt, porridge, Asian cooked food and some Western cooked food. The cafe is also not crowded at all. It's located on the highest floor of the building so you get a pretty good unblocked view of the city.
