"I was there for a group event and the Hotel was short staffed during our lunch - which I (and several others) paid for the baked potato bar, but the toppings were not refilled and so some of us literally had a baked potato - but had paid the same price as the people who got the toppings. Not a good experience.. "

"My family stayed here while getting my child situated at UNT. The hotel was clean and the facilities exceeded my expectations. The staff makes this hotel stand out. From Beth, to Kat, and Ellie, the staff accomadated any request we made.

"bathroom floor sagging when you walk on it. whole building smelled bad. breakfast was not much. not cleanest place i have stayed. staff pleasant enough. hard to get to except traveling east on 35e"

The staff was very friendly. I was impressed with to fluffy soft towels. But the lighting in the bathroom is not acceptable. Would stay again, but i'd have to figure out another to put makeup on.
