This hotel is great value for money right in the middle of downtown. Staff were great and gave us a late check out. Pool is on fifth floor with a view. No poolside service. Rooms very very spacious. I would definatley recommend this hotel if staying in Dallas. Walking distance to restaurants, 6th floor museum and bronze bulls.

Nice hotel in downtown dallas. rooms were big and luxurious. downtown area was quite and not much was happening, needed a taxi or public transport to other areas. sports bar downstairs was good for watching the game, good food as well. fitness centre was state of the art.

Located in the heart of downtown Dallas, walking distance to most attractions downtown, 10 mins drive to Bishop Arts District. We got newly renovated room, so it was good. Unfortunately no wardrobe or safe deposit box. Comfy king size bed. Toilet was ok, just abit hard to adjust the water temp in the shower. Parking is not free, $18 for overnight parking per night.

It was good. Pros was the hotel itself was very nice and clean. I felt that I didnt get what I requested from what I thought I was. The bathroom door was pretty heavy. A small earing table would have been nice. The customer service was great! The hotel itself was very clean and fresh! But the area / location. .. Our view was disappointing. Lookimg at a broken do...

The exposed columns in the lobby provide a not-fake industrial-era touch. Pool is small, but nic...

I have a wonderful experience at this hotel. I had to make a last minute addition to my reservation as I was flying in around midnight and my roommate was getting in much earlier. I used the online text and everything was handled very quickly and efficiently! Also, the fruit-infused water in the lobby each day was great!

My 3 daughters any myself stayed here over night for a conference that was at the American Airlines Center. Accommodations are very nice, it's very clean and staff is very friendly, but we did not have enough, towels, washcloths, hand towels, coffee cups or drinking glasses for 4. The room was set up for 2 people. It had two king size beds and they were fully aware ...
