We felt special from the moment we arrived at Da Lat to continue our honeymoon trip in Vietnam. We were shown to a lovely room with a huge balcony and beautiful old decor. It was so wonderful to stay in the hotel that has not changed since French colonial times. It felt like stepping back in time in a good way! The hush, the paintings on the walls and the calm relaxing atmosphere were perfect for a romantic few days. We particularly enjoyed the evening meals, which were top class delicious standard! The golf was amazing as well, one of the most beautiful courses my husband had ever played. The bath in the room was huge and luxurious and the in-hotel spa was excellent - I enjoyed a relaxing facial and my husband had a hot stone massage. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and kind and helpful. The only possible improvement would be the breakfast, which was not quite up to the same standard as the evening food. Otherwise we loved staying here and even tried to stay an extra couple of nights but it was so popular it was already booked! We'll definitely be coming back to Dalat and staying here when we do!

The location is very good: it's 5 minutes walk from Da Lat Market and there're some good restaurant and famous local eateries in the neighborhood. The staff is very friendly. I stayed in the deluxe room facing the lake with a balcony; it's really beautiful to see Ho Xuan Lake and the mountain behind in the dawn. However, the price for enjoying the view is non-stop noises: the music of the bar nearby lasted till mid-night and I could still hear the horns of trucks all night as the outside is a main road of Da Lat. I cannot sleep without my earplugs and suggest those who want to enjoy the lake view to have earplugs with them. And there were no LAN as promised on Agoda website and the WIFI is sometimes slow.

my wife and i went to da lat for our honeymoon, and we chose to stay at this hotel. we thought it was pretty nice. the breakfast was good (vietnamese food), and we ate at the hotel pretty much every day except the day of our departure. the room was pretty nice: the bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom was big and nice, there was a tv with cable, and we could request hot water at any time to make tea (we brought our own tea bags). there was a coffee shop right there at the hotel, which was pretty nice because we'd go there after breakfast to get coffee/tea. sometimes the music was really loud, but they'd lower the volume when we complained. :) also, we rented a motorbike from the hotel, which was about 110,000vnd (roughly $5.50) per day. it really helped us out to get to places easily without depending on taxis or xe om drivers. all in all, we'd recommend this place if you're looking for a hotel in da lat.

We stayed for 1 night here but it served as a very pleasant home for our short stay. Great location (minutes to the night market, yummy restaurants, and bakeries), beautiful clean rooms, bathroom, and lobby, excellent help from their bellhop, on time airport pick up, comfy beds. Breakfast was a la carte but we left too early for it so not sure how that was. We loved Da Lat and would definitely stay at Tulip Hotel 3 again.

we had a wonderful stay. booked a superior room for 2 nights and we were up graded for free to a deluxe room. a spacious room with a small balcony. bathroom was also large with one of the best showers we have had. the only -ve was the fridge, didn't seem to get cold, but as we didn't use it for much so it didn't bother us. we booked the hotel through agoda and was asked for a copy of the voucher on arrival. some hotels have done this, some haven't. we simply emailed it to them whilest we were checking in. checking in was efficient. one staff member assisted us with this and explained the features of the hotel and then showed us to the elevator where another staff member took over and showed us to our room. the breakfast buffet was good, lots of choices and typical of larger hotels in viet nam. we had one evening meal in the hotel from a set menu. the meal whilst a little pricey was delicious. the hotel is only about a 10 minute walk from the centre of da lat where you will find plenty of other places to eat. internet (wifi) is free and one of the best we have come across. excellent hotel, with excellent staff in a good location. nothing to complain about here and would go back to the saigon dalat hotel.

Good and neat facilities and warm regards are everywhere. Garden is so beautiful and entirely calm and peaceful. Especially whole staffs are so kind and tried to satisfy with their customers; which moves me up to now. Personally customized trip in city program was great and thank the guide so much who drives the car for me also; There are not various menu of breakfast and few training machines in Gym; both are sole disadvantages for me. Entirely and generally it was great shelter for me in Da lat.

Only 3 minute walk to Da Lat night market. The room with a balcony gave me a view of Da Lat. It's only a few steps from Lien Hoa bakery and restaurant where you can buy your breakfast because the hotel does not offer breakfast/lunch/dinner. The only thing that I wish the hotel management should pay attention to that the cleaning staff opened my room window (anyone can climb into the room through that window especially those who stayed in other balcony rooms at the same floor)and left it open even after they left the room; they did that every single day. On the day I checked in they even let the door to the room open. I understand that in VN it is probably not a problem but for tourists especially those who live in the USA it's a huge issue.

Hotel is located in center of city near to go Da Lat Night Market. The room was super clean and beautiful design. Only water spray for shower was not in great flow. Best thing is the customer service. The lady staff gave good recommendation for vegetarian restaurant nearby called Hoa Sen and she advised us to take cheaper taxi with fixed price 170.000 VND to airport which is 45 minutes distance, when I saw the meter run in the taxi it shows around 300.000 VND, but I paid for cheaper price. Good Deal.

PROS -Lake View (partial) -Night Market View (great for people watching), and 2 min walk away -5 min walk to lake front -Lots of ATMs just 2 mins from hotel -NonSmoking Hotel -Motorcycle rentals at hotel -Hotel can schedule local tours -Daily room cleaning -Friendly/professional staff (able to communicate in English) -GRAB Taxis easily accessible -Good Wifi CONS -Breakfast not worth you time -Don't get sucked into staying at this location for many nights as Da Lat simply has too much to offer. -Don't exprct more than budget ammenities -NonSmoking (if you're a smoker) -It's very "local" and so too are the food and shopping options that are in immediate area. -Can hear hallway noise from inside the room. OVERALL We did it just right, taking taxi from airport directly to hotel for just 2 nights stay. Perfect introduction to the city/culture with short-to-moderate urban trekking exploration. But once we left and arrived at a different location just outside of city center, was thankful.

Clean and picturesque hotel located on a "hilltop" with a good view. Good sized rooms with very comfortable beds, plus all the amenities you could imagine, except air-condition! Breakfast was ok, but no toaster available. Service was somewhat rude and below average - not 4 star worthy in any way I'd say. We came in early(6am), had called in advance and asked for available rooms - they had 1 left, but the price was above what Agoda showed in the app, so we decided to book through Agoda. When we arrived they immediately said "fully booked", we showed them the booking number and was told to wait until 2pm to check-in. Came back at 4pm after a tour and another receptionist, again, immediately said "fully booked". She was puzzled, but after a while got us checked in and we got to the room which had no air-condition(even though it was stated in the room description on Agoda) - so we called reception and asked, but was gotten a weird reply "We don't use air-condition, this is Da Lat, not Saigon!" and the lady hang up the phone.. Checked out this morning, and not a single "thanks for the stay" was given..

The hotel is slightly off the beaten track allowing for a quiet and peaceful stay yet within walking distance to many attractions. The staff are extremely helpful and have tried their hardest to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We met many locals who were extremely friendly and offered us many local food and drinks, so much I ended up pretty drunk. The rooms are even higher quality than more expensive local hotels so the value for money is unbeatable. I have stopped in several places in Da Lat from budget to high end and this was as cheap as the budget hostels and higher quality than the high end hotels. I cannot recommend highly enough we have already decided to stop another night on our way back through Da Lat

Great Stay, i will pick Ngoc Phat Dalat Hotel again. Breakfast was pretty alright, with different varieties each day. If you able to walk to Dalat Centre, that's be like 10 mins of walk, or you can just take the Taxi, but be cautious of the fake taxi there. It's would be better if you have a local with you. There many things to do in Dalat so plan like at least 3 days. You can go to Langbiang, Valley of Love, Bao Dai Palace, Dalat Night Market, etc or simply rent bicycle whole day & cycle around the city to explore the area. For shopping in The night market, always bargain, if not happy with the price, just walk away, they will call you back & give you lower or better price.

This place is so peaceful, and the first impression you can feel like staying among the pine tree forest, though it's very near the center or Da Lat market (just pass one of the slope street Phan Boi Chau to reach Da Lat market or Hoa Binh area). Love this boutique at the first sight with the open pantry at your first step into the receptionist and then step into the room with the garden view which is so cozy and warming with the super comfortable bed. The most things I love here is the garden with so relaxing hammock among the pine trees with the fresh atmosphere. The ambiance is like home. Highly recommend to stay there.

It's a very good place to take a rest after your days discovering the city. The hotel is clean and the facilities are still under good condition. The staffs are friendly and very supportive. The location is super convenient, it takes 1-2 minutes to walking to Da Lat market and about 5 minutes to Ho Xuan Huong lake. The interesting part is that, in front of the hotel, there are 3 beautiful cafe. One minus point is, they don't serve the breakfast or any kind of food in this hotel. But I would rather spending my time walking around and discovering the local dishes than sitting in the hotel for a standard breakfast. I had a very good time here with my wife. And I would definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip to Da Lat.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city. It is opposite a beautiful park and short working distance to the famous lake (forgot the name). Though it is located in the heart of the city it is a good distance from the hustle and bustle of the market giving hotel guests with quiet and relaxing environment. Staff speak good English and accommodating. Room that we had stayed in is neat and cozy. Best Western Dalat Plaza is one of the hotels where I enjoyed my stay. I have recommended Best Western to a colleague who is planning to visit Da Lat. On my next visit to Da Lat, no doubt I will stay again in Best Western Da Lat Plaza Hotel.

This is an good hotel, well worth the money. The daytime receptionist (a young man wearing a leather jacket) was hardworking and friendly; unfortunately, he had to apologize for the fact that, despite what I saw online, there are no bathtubs in this hotel. What it does have is delightful decor both inside and out (replete with a VW Beetle in the garage), resident family ownership (as far as I could tell), a very nice room with comfortable beds (within the Goldilocks zone: not too firm, not too soft, just right) and a great view of Da Lat from the balcony. A good "Easy Rider" tour office (ask for the 8-hour car tour with the wizened ARVN veteran) and a small shop which carries basic toiletries (along with a broad selection of baby milk) share the same driveway. You might need that shop, because you will need to provide your own toiletries (beyond toilet paper and a small amount of hand soap), but that's a good idea no matter where you go. The sink and shower are fed by the room's own hot water heater; unfortunately, the tank isn't very large, so try to shower efficiently. Also, when the horde of backpackers inhabiting the place all went back into their rooms and took showers at exactly the same time, there was a serious (but not insurmountable) lack of water pressure. The plumbing aside, I must reiterate how good this hotel is. Da Lat is for lovers (in the opinion of the Vietnamese, since it's the only tourist spot in the country with temperate weather), and my experience proved no different. I proposed marriage to my girlfriend in our room, and she accepted. I'd like to think that she would have accepted it wherever we were, but The Pink House provided an ideal setting.

If you love jogging and a quiet stay, this is just the right place for you! The hotel is atop of the hill. All rooms overlook the lake. It takes only a few steps from the hotel, crossing the street to the lake in front of the hotel. There is a good footpath around the lake that you can safely walk or jog any time, from early morning till night. After the walk/jog, you can just walk to town, which takes only 3 minutes. There are a lot of cafe and also street foods in the evening. Shopping for most items can be bargained, usually as much as 50%, lower than the original price quoted.  For sightseeing, ask the hotel to call a taxi for you. For only 40 US dollars a day, you can hire a taxi for all-day tour. You can visit as many as 8 places a day without having to hire a tour guide! Enjoy your visit to Da Lat.

My girlfriend and I originally booked only for two nights but ended up extending our stay for a full week due to how great our stay was. The building is brand-new and incredibly clean. The complementary family-style breakfast was fantastic (and a great way to meet your fellow guests). The location is right in the heart of Da Lats best bars, restaurants, cafes, and within a 10 minute walk of the main market. But most of all the staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect (including buying my girlfriend a personalized BIRTHDAY CAKE after I passively mentioned it was her birthday during check-in). I could not recommend this place more highly, we have been traveling through SE Asia for 3 months now and this place has without a doubt been the highlight!

My fiance and I stayed at Pho Nui hotel for 1 night. When we arrived in Dalat, it was still early for check in, so we left our luggages with the receptionists and took a walk around the area. The hotel was very close to DaLat market and Xuan Huong lake, where we could find many local restaurants and coffee shops. We got a room on the 5th floor of Pho Nui hotel. Overall, the room was clean and had all the basic amenities such as hair dryer, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, hot/cold water.... What we liked the most about this hotel was the receptionists and bell men. They were very friendly, polite and helpful. They helped us carry the luggage to our room and offered us cheap local tours. We did book a city tour with the hotel for $150,000vnd/person. The tour was guided by a local tour guy, not by hotel staffs. The tour started from 8:30-4 everyday. They took us to several famous places around the city such as Dinh Bao Dai, Nha tho Con Ga, Thien Vien Truc Lam, Thung Lung Tinh Yeu, Datanla fall. Overall the tour was decent, not good but worth the money since it would cost us more than $150,000vnd to go on taxi to visit those places on our own.

This hotel has just openned recently in middle of 2017. Everything is new and clean. It locates perfectly in center of Da Lat city. I often spent only 15,000 to 20,000vnd (under 1 usd) for travelling from hotel to nearby famous restaurants or sightseeing (such as Ho Xuan Huong or Da Lat Flower Park...) Hotel's owner and staffs were also kind and familiar. I think this hotel is good, cheap and comfortable enough for every person or family.
