- staff that is polite and eager to please

- new hotel, so there is still some finishing/refurbishing work being done on a daily basis + there is construction going on next door
- some staff are not familiar with the features themselves (for instance not knowing how the transparent wall to the bathroom can be dimmed), some features aren't quite finished yet (in our room the light switch next to one of the bed operated the bathroom light)
But in brief, at the moment it is a 3 star price for what is essentially a 5 star hotel that is literally 2 minutes from AoNang beach and 8-9 minutes from the long tail boat pier."

"Best hotel I’ve stayed in a month trip to Thailand. Breakfast was amazing, both Thai and western option. My room was huge, with a king size bed and unbelievably comfy pillows! Staff was so friendly and helpful, always smiling. Just one little advice: people tend to put their towels on the pool chairs very early, so if you want a sunbed, take your beach towels down to save you a chair (hotel provides beach towels too!).
I would definitely stay there again, a million percent, great value for money, specially after you stay on same price range hotels with way less comfort (current in Phuket regretting my hotels decisions!). Just book a room at the Sea Seeker and enjoy it! "

"I booked this hotel at a last min notice as my partner and I decided to make an impromptu trip (5D4N) to Krabi. For the price that we paid we would say that BlueSotel definitely exceeded our expectations !
Pros
- The staffs here are really polite and helpful. Plus, they could speak decent English !
- Location was spot on as it’s just a few mins walk to the beach. Also, there were many nice restaurants and convenience stores located a stones throw away
- Room was really fantastic, as all of them comes with a balcony. There was a rack that allowed us to dry our clothes too. This really came in handy throughout our trip ! I would appreciate if most hotels had the rack so that people wouldn’t encounter issues when they want to hang their laundry out to dry. Basically, we had nothing much to pick on about the room given to us for our stay.
- Room service was really efficient as we didn’t have to wait long when we request for things. They cleaned up our room really well too.
- Price wise, for a last min booking I would have expected to pay a higher cost for this hotel but no ! In our opinion we felt that the deal we got was really really cheap. For a hotel like this we definitely felt that it was super value for money and we got a steal.
- Facilities wise we didn’t really get to check out much of it as most of our times were spent out of the hotel. But I must say the pool area looked quite fancy and the public washroom was really clean too.
Cons
- The only issue we had with our stay was that the water heater wasn’t really consistent. There were times when the water would transition from really hot to cold and it’s definitely not enjoyable to shower in conditions like that.
Overall, we would definitely recommend people to give this hotel a go as it checks all the box in which a traveller is looking for. It’s definitely value for money and I would advise to book this place if you’re looking for somewhere nice yet cheap to stay. Cheers ! "

"Hotel is in very good location. Good facilities. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was ok. If you want to book any activities go to the street agencies and bargain-do not use "package" offer-more expensive and less quality. For the best place to eat-look at Trip adviser. If you want to visit other islands-super convenient place; just 3 min walking distance from hotel to the ticket office to rent long-tail boat. Ao Nang beach is not the best beach in Krabi, so get the boat and go to Railay. 5 min from Ao Nang. Also tickets are cheap. From Railay you can get a kayak boat for a few hundreds (two people) and explore the rocks, caves, and go snorkelling where are less people. Small tip: get watermelon to attract some fishes!!;) Overal: very happy about location, hotel and activities in Krabi!! P.s. Do not stay in small islands - it's boating, unless you look for peace."

"We found this hotel the most helpful and cooperative. We booked two separate rooms for two days and delighted to know that they offered us free upgrade on both days. We booked seaview room and requested them to give us higher floor. Instead, they gave us their best sea view room at the highest floor with outside bath tub. The sunset view from there was stunning. It was our anniversary so they decorated the room for us with flowers and made our day so special. For the other day, we booked their deluxe premier room with Jacuzzi and they gave us deluxe whirlpool room which has a nice private pool. Apart from that, their breakfast had enormous variety and there were lots of options for vegetarians. We found their restaurant’s food also very good and tasty during lunch. Ovearall, it was a memorable stay there and would definitely come back if ever visit Krabi again. Big thanks to all of their staff and the management. "

"Tis is my second time staying at the same hotel. hotel well renovated n very gd to stay. Breakfast was fantastic spread. Rooms was big, bed comfortable n huge can sleep for 2 adults n 2 small children, bathroom comes wif bathtub, price affordable for sgd 230 4days 3 nights mountain view room wif breakfast promo rates n 10 mins walking distance to aonang beach. U shld stay at this area cas u cant get the price like tis for such a nice n huge rooms wif all the facilities. Been to krabi 3 times n out of all hotel tis is the best for all. U can ask hotel to book for transfer service from airport to hotel at 700 bhat n if u go to the booking counter agency near the reception to book taxi service from hotel to airport at 500 bhat. If u walk out of hotel u can see along the rd shops wif halal foos stall, massage ctr n to buy stuff for souvenir. No regrets booking tis hotel. Will definitely stay here again n tis time will bring along my whole family. "

"I'm so satisfied with the service of this hotel and we have a pleasent stay there. I've booked a deluxe room and since I bring my mother in law along, i required to pay for extra bed and the staff have upgrade my room to grand deluxe which is more comfirt and clean with big bed as well. the toilet is super clean and breakfast was quit delicious and i can eat everything with no doubt as it serves halal foods.It is situated near to the beach and its very convenient to find street food, massage, agent, laundry and tuktuk,however for muslim to find popular restaurant with halal food it is advisable to rent a bike or take tuk2 as it is a bit far but however that is no issue to me. The only bad side was when agoda has not updated my booking although they have charge my card.We have arrived to hotel at 8 p.m and during check in Hotel claimed that they havent received my booking and lucky i bring my printed receipt from agoda on comfirmation of booking and they accept with no further inquiries and let us check in with room upgrade, it was so kind of them.Imagine if they not let us to check in as i was there with husband and 2 daughters and mother as well.They said they will confirm my booking with agoda the next day.On the next day, hotel said agoda didnt have my booking and i felt so embarassed as they said they cant deduct from my card and when i check my account they have refund sales on the day i travel to krabi with NO NOTIFICATION!! I felt so Upset, Angry and I have to called agoda Malaysia once again and fire them. They confirm my booking but need to check with agoda thailand and Thank god the issue was solve. I'll Be more careful to book with agoda next time. After all, I enjoyed my stay there, my family have a great time and great massage as well, will definitely suggest others to stay here .

"We stayed 6 nights in that hotel. It is well located in Ao Nang mid range between the beach and the mosque.
Rooms and bed are large. We changed our room (from 2410 to 4306) after first night because the road is very noisy. Any way the 2nd room in the rear building was just perfect.
The breakfast is huge and tasty. They have a deterrent price for the laundry but you can go to the Ao Nang Village Resort (20m down to the beach). The hotel can book you a join van to the airport for 150THB/pax. The personnel is very friendly.
If you book by Agoda they may want you to pay at the hotel even if it was not mentioned on either the voucher nor the site. Anyway I bet it's an issue with Agoda and Booking.
To the manager: please upgrade your WIFI. The connection is awful. You are disconnected all the time and the bandwidth is damn slow (0.3Mbps vs 35 Mbps in 4G). Come on it's almost 2018 and all facilities around got better connectivity. If you do so you'd got a 5-star rate."

"the hotel is located near the aonang beach. it is not facing the beach itself but is within 5-10 mins walk to the beach. the hotel is also located along the busy street. macdonald's, swensens and starbucks actually shared the same building as the hotel, it is directly below my unit. at night, there are many street hawkers just outside the hotel road, cheap food and shopping is easily available.
for my package, i was served with welcome drink, hot towel and a welcome fruit platter during my check-in. the check-in was fast and no hassle.
i've booked a deluxe room and the room is big. beside the double bed, there is also a daybed by the side. the balcony is very big too, facing the cliff and part of the open sea. there is no bathtub in the room, the toilet, shower area, wash basin and dressing area are all separated, which make it a bit awkward. besides the thai tv channels, there is also bbc news, star movies and sports channel available on the tv.
there are 2 restaurants, the cliff restaurant that serves breakfast buffet and korean restaurant that is by the poolside. the breakfast consist of thai food and normal western breakfast. they do change the menu for the thai food daily.
there is also a in-hotel spa - chabu spa. it does not provide in room service but it is located within one of the rooms. it is very clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. however, it is about twice more expensive than any other massage spa outside of the hotel.
internet pc is provided foc at the lobby. wifi is available at 150baht for your entire stay. the connection is good and fast.
there is also a concierge service at the lobby, the tour packages offered are the same as the tour agencies outside and i will recommend to book your island hopping with the concierge as there is not much price differences. however, it is about cheaper if u book your return airport transfer outside. the taxi will still pick u up at your hotel lobby."

"Get past the hotel frontage that also doubles up as a tourist office right on the street and you will find one of the best value for money hotels in AoNang. The staff are willing to help with anything you ask. The rooms are basic, but really clean and tidy. Breakfast is also basic but good. When we 1st arrived I didn't have a printout of the booking and were just allocated a room. Later on that afternoon I went onto the internet and printed off a copy of the booking and handed it to reception. A little while later we were asked to change rooms because they had given us a standard room when we had booked deluxe. For the extra £ or so choose a deluxe room - these are on the back of the hotel overlooking the pool instead of the street so are quieter unless you enjoy watching life go by from the balcony. We were on the top floor so had a good view but a lot of steps too."
