"I travel for business all the time. I’ve stayed at many 3-star & 4-Star hotels so I know what to expect. This hotel is definitely my favorite. You can’t beat the price. After my first night here I decided to book again. Everybody that works here are always so nice. Even the house keepers go out of their way to smile and greet you. The front desk people ( Trecia & Heaven)helped me find places and they even made phone calls for me. After that, the restaurant gave us welcome drinks. The breakfast buffet is very good and so is the food. All the food on the menu are very reasonably priced. Our room was amazing. Very comfortable bed. Very clean and they have very good high speed WIFI. The room has good cable tv with all the good movie channels. I really don’t have anything negative to say, especially for the price."

"Southpole Central Hotel is an incredibly new hotel in the heart of Cebu City. When I asked taxi drivers to get here, the best bet is to tell them that you're going to Junquera street and add that it is located just across University of San Carlos. Next to it is a 7-Eleven. The hotel itself was still under construction. During our stay, we could definitely hear construction work on the upper levels, but it wasn't loud and distracting. The washroom was incredibly well-built, but the shower was not separated by a shower door. This makes the whole washroom floor wet after someone takes a bath and some people may find this disgusting. The redeeming part of this hotel is the bed and the excellent airconditioning. Also, the hotel provides its patrons with a nifty list of channels for their TV. In terms of acoustic insulation, I could definitely hear people talking in the hallway and sometimes from the room next to us. This really isn't a problem for me, but some people may find this offputting. "

"It’s a new express inn located in the downtown area. Very strategic location since it’s in Colon Street known as the busiest place in Cebu, so if you’re a foreigner or a tourist; this hotel is highly recommended for you and buying stuff esp souvenirs/pasalubong would be so easy and just nearby. We booked reddoorz ‘coz it’s much cheaper than their published rates of the hotel itself. It’s nice to see a lot of mirrors in the lobby. You have to have the key card so you can use the Lift, it’s for our safety also. The room is nice, huge and designed by Reddoorz with big CR. They have a nice pool at the roof deck but you need to have a pool access, but I wish that they open earlier than 8am since it’s too hot and no one can dare to swim at 8am. They also have a restaurant, but i just didn’t like the idea that I need to bring extra cash to eat ‘coz normally we don’t bring money during breakfast and we’ll charge it to the hotel upon check-out, but in their case, they said that it’s separate and they’ll run after you just for the payment. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"This hotel is literally close to Magellan's Cross and the Basilica. Our room is clean and nice. The only complain we have is the lack of WiFi connectivity. Some floors doesn't have wifi other than that were good. One thing I would like to point out is how the staffs of this hotel went above and beyond by first, helping us save more money by letting us upgrade to a bigger room for one night. Two they helped us booked our Bohol Day trip even though we inquired with them super close to the intended date that we want. And three, my sister in law left their backpack on their room when they check out and luckily I have the personal cellphone number of one of the front desk lady and they got the backpack to safety! So for me, this is the best hotel to stay at when you're at Cebu. I'm definitely gonna stay here again!"
