Hotels near Eunos MRT Station

This is a clean, beautiful, and convenient hotel, located close to MRT station (Kallang) and bus stops. At first when I looked at the google map, I thought the hotel was a bit far and I was a bit hesitant. However, I found that traveling from the hotel to other attractions was actually quite easy and didn't take a lot of time. In fact, I was able to return to the hotel in the middle of the day to take a break before heading out again in the late afternoon. I have no complaints about the room. While not the biggest, it is spacious enough for one person and is extremely clean - the bathroom is spotless. As the hotel is somewhat close to a red-light district, it can be slightly loud in the late evening but it will be quiet by midnight. With earplugs on, I wasn't able to hear any rackets from the outside (and even without the earplugs I didn't find the noise disturbing).

This is the cheapest hotel you can find if you are going as group (5 or 6 person) with private bathroom. The hotel room is clean, spacious and they provide water bottles when check in and free breakfast from 7am to 9am (Bread,Butter,Jam, Tea or coffee) and free parking. Location also very good, 5 minute walk to Aljunied MRT station(Eastwest Line) and 12 minute walk to Mountbatten MRT Station (Circle Line), on the way you can find many affordable restaurants and hawker centers. Hotel Staff also friendly and willing to help promptly.

You might not be very comfortable if you are a female traveler traveling alone or if you are family traveling with young children. However, it is highly recommended for couples / groups as this might be the best hotel with that price in Singapore. The room is very clean and modern as this is newly renovated. Geylang is also famous for food so this is a very good area for food enthusiasts. Hotel 81 Star is within 10 minutes walking distance to Aljunied MRT station which is not so far from the tourist attractions, too.

I totally recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Singapore. Location is excellent. Level, easy walk to Paya Lebar MRT station- 10 minutes max. On the same MRT line as Changi Airport. Choice of two MRT lines going through Paya Lebar. Quiet area. Useful range of shops at MRT station. Looking at the fire evacuation map, my room was one of the smallest- ok for one person, but may be a bit small for two people. The room was always cleaned very well. The staff have been excellent. My comment about a minor irritation brought an almost instant knock at the door to attend to it. Another staff member made several phone calls on my behalf to SingPost to sort out a postal problem I had with them, and then arranged for a car to pick up me and my parcel to get me back to the post office to post it. I cannot praise the actions of this person enough. For what I wanted- a bed in a room which was clean, comfortable and convenient, this hotel was excellent. Highly recomm

Good location. 15 minutes walk to nearest Aljunied MRT Station. We arrived around 10 PM. It was safe location to walk in late night. Many street food around. For moslem, there are 2 Mufiz Restaurants provide halal food. One is near Aljunied MRT Station and the other one is somewhere near the hotel. Check in process is fast once you show the receptionist your booking order. $10 deposit is required to make, but they will give it back to you when you check out. There are 2 lifts to go upstairs to our room (on 4th floor). A bit narrow hallway, but spacious room for couple. There is a wide glass window with front street view in our room. The bed is large and comfortable for sleeping. The air-con works well and cold. Hot shower is provided in a spacious bath room and toilet room. 2 clean towels are available in the bathroom. 2 cups of water and 2 sachets of instant coffee are also available in the room. Electric kettle is provided to make your own hot coffee. You may find a blanket and extra pillow in the closet. Don't forget to ask them to make up/clean up your room before leaving the hotel for doing your activities outside. We stayed for 2 nights and could sleep well in night after our all-day long outdoor activities. Recommended budget hotel with reasonable price. Value for your money.

This is one of the best accomodation I have stayed to, I'm a frequent traveler and experienced quite a number of hotels, and I could definitely say that this is one of the best, the hotel is accessible its only a 7-10 minute walk from the aljunied mrt station and just 15 mins. away from changi as well, plus the fact that the cost if the room is pretty cheap compared to some hotels near the mrt stations. The room that we stayed in is small for 2 persons but considering the price we got it for is just right, the room is clean, fresh clean towels and linens and when you request to make up your room they even change the sheets too, so you're assuered that you'll have fresh towels and linens each day, from the outside of the hotel you can already see that its newly renovated and all the facilities are new and in a working condition, as for the staff all of them are friendly, accomodating and helpful to the guest...im looking forward into staying to this hotel again next year! I give this hotel 10 out of 10! Kudos to the staff and management of Fragrance Hotel Ruby...

the place was good . rooms were spacious, clean and room cleaning is everyday. they provide free bottled water,coffe and tea and has electic kettle in room. 1min walking to bus stations and its also near mrt stations. have lots of chinese restos and convenience stores near the hotel. and its safe at night time. the best part of the hotel is the fresh orange juice vendo machine outside and ice cream vendo. overall stay there was excellent. ill book again nxt time if i visit singapore..

The room is small but clean, and equipped with what you need. HOWEVER, don't bring big luggage as you won't have enough of space to walk. We booked twin room ad stay for two night. everything is fine except one: the nearest MRT is approximately 20 minutes walking distant from hotel. If you are willing to pay a little bit you can opt for Uber to go back to hotel from Kallang MRT station. which costed you approximately 5-7SGD . Staff also very friendly helpful especially a chinese guy who was working during morning shift on 19th Aug. He allowed us to check in earlier since the room is available. Will recommend for friends and family in future if they don't mind the distance to the MRT station and don't mind about the room size . Worth for money.

We came as a family of 5, booked 2 rooms. The staff were friendly, quick in actions, and very professional. I was surprised by how contemporary the hotel looked as I am an interior designer myself. The first concern is always how precise a hotel is designed. The Fragrance - Pearl is just perfect and their distance from the MRT station is also convenient. The neighborhood offers a wide range of local cuisine to try.

It's my first time I've ever been to Singapore, or strictly speaking to abroad, and looking for a nice, safe, and affordable hotel was not so easy. Lucky I found this hotel. There are some 81 hotels, but I picked this 81 Gold. The reviews are all good and the place seems friendly, so I directly booked it and it wasn't disappointing. Once arrived, I was surprised that 81 Lucky was right across the Gold. But for some reasons, I felt safer with Gold. For a female solo traveler like me, the room is spacious enough with a superior bed, a TV screen hanging on the wall in front of the bed, a desk on the side with a small chair, a trash bin under it, and the large window on the other side so you can see the street in front of the hotel. The bed quite dominated the whole space, but there are still space to put your luggage regardless so don't worry about it. I liked to watch the TV while laying on the bed, facing the TV directly, watching Youtube videos all night long (haha!). The wifi was great as well. The bathroom is clean and bright, and the floor is not slippery although the water is all there while you're taking the shower. The shower can do both hot and cold water. The sink does also. My suggestion, you bring your own bath amenities because they only provide 2 toothbrushes, 2 towels and shower gel for both body and hair (but better bring your own shampoo and shower gel tho, along with toothpaste). The bus stop is only 1 minute walking since the public street is just right to the left from the hotel. There is also 24hr halal Indonesian and Indian food sellers right in the corner of the street, only 15 seconds walking from the hotel. There is a large seafood restaurant across it. The 7eleven shop is near the bus stop. The nearest MRT station is Aljunied, about 3 minutes walking from the hotel. There are some Chinese and other halal food stalls near the station. Overall, it's been a pleasant stay in 81 Gold.

this hotel is not easy to find. the hotel is between Kallang and Aljunied MRT Station but if you don't like to walk far just alight at Kallang MRT station and take bus 51 and aligh only 1 stop. after that you must cross the street and you will see the hotel's billboard. this hotel don't have elevator so you must bring your luggage by yourself upstair. the staff is very friendly and helpful. around this hotel there are many kind of food that you can choose and most of it are open 24hr. there are coffee shops and supermarket near this hotel who open 24 hr. the hotel room is fit enough so they don't have closet and its a bit hard if you have so many luggage with you. the room is also clean, the bathroom is enough to, they also have hot and cold water and free wifi for guest. but the neighbourhood sometimes to noisy at night and the room air conditioner didn't have remote so you must deal with it. you can find fruit market open 24 hr. but for a budget hotel, this hotel is much better than you stay in backpacker hostel.

I spent 10 days at Hotel 34 and was pleased. It's among the best budget hotels in Geylang. The front desk and housekeeping staff were consistently helpful, friendly and professional. 5 minutes of walking will get you to wonderful Chinese and Indian eateries or to a small Fair Price market to buy food and beverage supplies. The Alljunied MRT is less than a 10 minute walk. Taxis and buses are plentiful. Next to the Alljunied MRT station is a fantastic Western restaurant called The Ranch. I stayed in a room on the 7th floor. The elevator/lift was consistently dependable. The room itself provided adequate space and was cleaned daily. There is a large window with a nice view. I requested a non-smoking room and there was no hint of smoke when I arrived on day one. The small fridge worked well. There is a dedicated hot water heater for the room that is activated by a switch on the wall just outside the entrance to the bathroom. The shower is positioned in a sitting half-tub that requires you to take a fairly high step to get in and out of. I used the tub to do daily hand washing of my laundry. The free Wi-Fi was outstanding. I was able to make Skype video calls and watch HD movies without issue. I have been staying in 4 and 5-star hotels in Singapore for the past 10 years. I have frequently come to Geylang for a dinner but have never stayed in the area. My mistake. It's authentic and affordable. You won't find the glitz, glamour and shopping of the Orchard area but you'll meet warm, friendly people of diverse ethnic backgrounds and eat delicious food. The prostitution/red light district that Geylang is commonly labeled by should not distract you. It is very well controlled and will not encroach upon your stay unless you actively seek it. For those who want an affordable, comfortable, well-managed, budget hotel, I have no reservations in recommending Hotel 34.

The hotel is 5-7mins walking distance from Kallang MRT station, several bus stops, grocery stores, and local restaurants. Enjoyed staying here bec of the convenience to everything. They clean the room everyday (just hope they have the option to ask guests when to change the towels, conserve water, save the turtles! ☺️) staff members are accommodating. it is a budget hotel in teh red light district area. but it is closed to mrt station. the price is reasonable. free wifi is provided and the speed is enough if you are using mobile where you can open 1 page at a time. there are 4 accessible bus stops that goes to different locations in singapore. nearest bus stop is 2 mins away. taxi is abundant because of its location, red light district. the lady receptionists are nice. the indian staff/room boy is always ready with a smile on his face. room looks like newly renovated.

Overall the hotel is good, cheap and clean. The staff cares to me. He called me to know whether i have any problems to get into the room. He offered me a morning call since I told him that i would leave early in the morning. We can find money changer and restaurant easily around the hotel. The bus stop and mrt station to the city is near. We can walk to catch the bus or MRT. However, I found some problems with the hotel. The internet LAN cable was available, but it did not work. The hotel provided DVD player in the room, but there were no DVD film provided (at least we can rent them

it is a best hotel in singapore. this hotel's location is easily to transportation. and location have a lot of restuarant , food , beverage. in hotel is renovate in 2010 so furniture is very nice . good bed , best toilet and clean room. i think it is best hotel because it very too cheap but their hotel staff is very nice. it is near kalang mrt station and aljunied mrt station. use a bit time from changi airport.

Compared to 2 other budget hotels rated 2 stars I stayed in Geylang area last Sept & Nov 2009, 81 Palace is better although it is rated 1 star. Room & bathroom is cleaner and also designed better. Better room paint color and floor tile also creates better ambiance. As other budget hotel, the room is small. But better furniture placement in 81 Palace hotel room creates ‘bigger’ space for guest. What I love the most is free & fast internet connection. Simply bring a laptop and ask the IP address to front desk to get connection. Very good access to public transportation, i.e. only 3 minutes walk to bus stop serving route to Orchard (bus #7), 8 minutes walk to Aljuined MRT station (EW 9) where I can get easy access from/to Changi airport and all other connected places. As in Geylang, we’ll find reasonably cheap and good (Asian) taste food everywhere near the hotel, cost ranging S$ 2.5 – 5. Although I haven’t tried all hotel in Geylang, I can say that 81 Palace is one of good budget hotel choice.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Aljunied MRT station. The staff are friendly and the room is clean. Our room has a beautiful view in the morning, a spacious soccer green field. There are a lot of small stores nearby, a mosque is just a few minutes away. We ate at No Signboard restaurant, 5 minutes walk from the hotel where they served great food. Next time we will be in Singapore, we will always book at Hotel 81-Princess.

For the price it is worth it, and it has bathtub. The staff are helpful. The hotel is clean. We can only expect so much for the price that we have paid. Location wise is excellent near to supermarket and food court. Though a bit of walk from Aljuneid MRT station for those who travel with MRT. But taxi can be easily called. Though the location is a bit far from the MRT (if you're coming from Changi airport), but I don't think it's a problem for you to have a short walk, or at least upon your arrival. The hotel is rather near to bus stops, which will directly take you to the city centre in relatively 10-15 mins! I gave 5 stars for that reason. For the hotel itself, it has this good smell (which I wonder is this because of the name of "Fragrance" though) and the ambiance is very calm. I find that my first step to the place is very refreshing! Aligned with what you pay, don't expect anything fancy like a 3-5 stars hotels. The room is small, but it is good enough for me to sleep. Overall I'm satisfied! I will definitely stay here again if I'm visiting Singapore.

We had a great stay at Hotel Fuji. It is just a few minutes walk from the MRT or around 15SGD taxi from airport. I'm not sure where the previous negative reviews are coming but the hotel is clean. Also they say Geylang is a red light district but to us it seemed like a regular neighborhood. The lady receptionist who checked us in when we arrived was really nice and also the other lady who checked us out. Overall couldn't rave enough about our stay at Singapore.
