The hotel is nice and clean. We booked it after seeing amazing photos of Mountain View (paid more for Mountain View room) but unfortunately it rained and the whole area was foggy, we couldn’t see any view but fog during our visit. We had trouble adjusting temperature in the room. They claimed it’s their “winter season” so they fixed the temperature to warm every room, but they changed it so we could adjust and had cooler room eventually. Another unfortunate situations: we booked the room for 3 people and paid for extra bed, but when we checked in the room was too small for extra bed so we booked 2 rooms instead. We wish the hotel could refund us the money we paid for extra bed that they removed from the room after we booked the 2nd room. We’d had given it more stars. Despite our unfortunate situations, we’d still recommend this hotel to other people & give 5 stars to the receptionist Ms.Phuong Dung who is friendly and very helpful. We really appreciated her help during our stay!

A good location near the town - walking distance from restaurants and shops and also the train to the cable car for Fansipan mountain. The rooms are clean and quality decor. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and go out of their way to help without being imposing. The restaurant has great quality food for breakfast and other meals (eggs cooked perfectly for breakfast!). And the staff brought a birthday cake for my husband without me requesting. I will definitely return here on my next trip to Sapa.

I have been travelling in CLMV for work and holiday extensively during last 6 years. So I stay so many hotels. Silk Path is one of the best hotel that I have ever been compared with value for your money. Plus: - Hotel is well maintained. Clean room and smell very nice (rose smell) every where - Decoration is super beautiful like you are in Europe - Mountain view from dinning room is breathtaking. - Room is very nice even with the cheapest one. Come with bath tub and mountain view as well - Shuttle car to downtown every hour - Facilities is very good. Hot water pool, pool table, many place to seat and hang out - Breakfast have good varieties. Vietnamese iced coffee and Baguette are amazing combination to start your day Con - Location is around 5-10 mins from city center which consider far in Sapa, but manageable with shuttle car - Quality and freshness of breakfast can be improved All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who looking a great vacation in Sapa.

The staff at the Sapa Horizon hotel really understand hospitality, from the minute you arrive they do everything they can to make your stay in Sapa easier. The rooms are exactly as they appear on the web site. I booked a mountain suite room with views of in two directions, which meant that from my bed I could watch the sun rise and set on the mountains and was on eye level with the clouds during the day. There was also a picture window in the bathroom, so you get a 'loo with a view' too. The bed is huge, with lots of pillos and very comfortable with lovely crisp linen. The wifi is excellent and there is a TV (not just Asian stations!) and desktop computer for use in the room. As well as a lovely little wraparound outdoor balcony area (with outdoor seating), the room has a very comfy armchair in a nice corner by the window facing Fansipan Mountain. There is a large amount of hanging and shelf space and bathrobes and slippers are provided. There are even a selection of books available in the room (left by other guests). The safety box is sturdy, new and easy to use and big enough to fit my laptop, ipad and valuables. And the decor is all very tasteful, with clean, minimalist lines and understated luxury. But it is all the small homely touches that makes this hotel so special. Everything on the top of the fridge area is complimentary, this includes a free bottle of red wine, coffee, water and a generous fruit bowl (that is replenished each day). All toiletries and bathroom necessities are supplied. And on days that you might happen to be in the room in the afternoon, the staff turn up at your door with a complimentary hot muffin and a fresh squeezed juice. I don't drink coke, fanta, lemonade or beer, so the staff very kindly emptied out what was in the fridge and restocked it with diet coke and tonic water. You will receive two free bottles of water each day. The breakfasts (served on floor -1) are fabulous, with a comprehensive range of western and Asian dishes,

Once in while a hotel surpasses your expectations. The hotel is brand new, everything works, plenty of electrical sockets, hot water and good shower, AC/Heat works well. The mattress is western style and very comfy. I had a lovely view of the mountain from the balcony. The room is immaculately clean. Service is exceptional. From the manager through to the cleaning staff i have not been met with such warmth and friendliness outside of 5 star hotels. It really is that good. The manager was asking if there was anything that could be done to make the rooms better, i mentioned a coat hook would be appreciated for the wet coats... within 30 minutes someone arrived at my room with a screwdriver and one was fitted. Speechless. Breakfast caters to local viet tastes. There was a number of fried items fries/potatoes etc that were left on plates to go cold. I wish these could be kept warm. There is ample selection and good coffee, im sure any westerner would find something to enjoy.

The exterior of the Sapa Highland may not be glitzy and jump at you, but the suite was something that I enjoyed very much especially on a cold cold day because there is a hot tub and jacuzzi within. The suite is quite a good size and while it was pitched as having a mountain view, the view wasn't quite what I was hoping for. Regardless, the rooms do feel quite a luxury after a day trotting along the hills of Sapa. Besides that, the rest of the facilities were satisfactory at best. Staff were trying their best, but don't expect 5 star services. Location wise, it is actually quite alright, just a short walk into town along some slippery roads and stairs.

We just stayed here one night and it was good. Spacious room and location was really good and convient to many spots in Sapa. We booked this hotel because it was close to Sapa Express Bus to Hanoi and well it was literally on the opposite of the hotel!!! We had to check out around 5am as we were conquering the Fansipan mountain, this was not planned during the booking of the hotel. We booked the room with breakfast but breakfast didnt start untill 6am. We asked the staff during check in if we could have a packed breakfast and this was no problem. That morning they made our breakfast at the moment we were at the reception. The staff and the service went above and beyond our expectations as the breakfast was packed really well; breadroll, omelette, tomatoes, cucumber, ham, cheese and even fruits!!! The staff don’t master english very well, so it was a bit hard to communicate. But i worked out well with some patience and hand gesture 😉

My family (two young toddlers and my wife) and I spent two nights at Amazing Hotel in Sapa on 21st and 22nd of Sept 2018. I can only warmly recommend this hotel. Hotel is super clean (it is a 4 stars), good facilities (they have a swimming pool on the roof-top with an amazing view over the mountain), staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, location is very central (near Sapa square) etc... Excellent hotel from my point of view!

Great breakfast, clean spacious room, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staffs, booked a room facing Fansipan mountain with clear skies, can see Fansipan resort attractions, 10mins walk to town centre, 20 mins walk to Cat Cat Village, infront Hotel can visit vegetables farming. Environmental energy lighting set up at hallway. Recommended for it clean, spacious room away from town centre.

This hotel is super clean, and location is on top of the hill , can overlook the city of Sapa. All staffs are helpful and friendly. Especially Customer Service Miss Anna, She is a very friendly and sincere in her duty. We had our dinner there as well. The staff make our self at home and relax. We all end our dinner at long hours. Staffs still with all smiling face. Really best service. Hotel also offer us to store our luggage before we had our climb to Mount Fansipan, Ms Anna also offer us a room to fresher up after our return, but we did not take it as we had another hotel to check in under the tour package. The amenities in the hotel also rated as 5 stars.

From our arrival at this hotel until the final steps out of it, the staff at Sapa Unique provided some of the finest service we have received in SE Asia. The only thing I can think of to describe our experience at Sapa Unique is that there staff seemed intent on giving random acts of kindness to their customers. The views from the rooms were reason enough to stay at the hotel, looking off to the right at forested mountains appearing and disappearing in the clouds. If that's not enough, walk into a room where rose petals are scattered across the beds and bathroom. The rooms are spacious and clean, and have a cultural feel to them.There is a balcony off the rooms with a small table and two chairs to enjoy tea or coffee, made from the hot water heater included in the room, and stare off into the morphing clouds hanging between mountains. A breakfast menu of your choice, not a buffet style, is given for free, along with delicious ginger honey tea to warm your insides on cool foggy mornings. But the real reason to stay here are the guys who work at the reception, who are some of the nicest people you'll come across on your travels. Their hospitality is genuine and authentic, not done in the name of getting something in return. Don't be surprised if you are offered juice and tea each time you walk in, or gifted bananas for a little snack. Also, if someone knocks on your door during the evening to drop off some fruit or dessert, even though you didn't ask for it, don't be alarmed; it's just how they roll. If they send you off with a free sandwich and water for your long night train journey even though you didn't put in an order, you probably will shake your head in disbelief at first with yet another random act of kindness. Then, you'll quickly laugh at yourself for expecting something different from the staff at Sapa Unique Hotel. Hands down, 100% recommendation!

- Excellent location: few walks to Sapa Station - train from town to Fansipan cable station by Sun group, also the center ancient church. Nearby a lot of restaurants, coffee shop, souvenir shop, foot massage... we tried H'Mong BBQ restaurant (same group of recommend Sapa Lotus), very delicious food there. Around 1-2 km to the lake and new Sapa market. If you travel by SapaExpress bus, their Sapa stop just across the street to hotel!!! - Excellent in facilities, cleanliness and especially value for money. Only Wi-Fi should be improved, but cellular 4G/3G coverage is very strong for your mobile work. Stayed 1 nite in Family Deluxe City view.

Our family of 4 booked 2 connecting rooms on Christmas Day. But due to the power breakdown of Fansipan cable car, we decided to stay 2 nights, so that we can come again the next day. Luckily the rooms are available. The hotel reception & their staffs greeted us, friendly and provided taxi arrangements and also cable car tickets purchased. On one occasion, due to missed communication, the taxi driver supposed to pick us in Fansipan cable car station but we took the wrong one. The hotel didn’t blamed us and willing to absorb the cost. The room deco & cleanliness are super!! It is equivalent to 5 star hotel standard for sure!!! The location is near town centre, but quieter and less dusty. I strongly recommend whoever wish to come Sa Pa to stay at this hotel.

I'm at a loss for words at how amazing my stay was at Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa. The hotel is relatively new and my girlfriend and I took a bit of a risk booking a room here. We were not disappointed! The accommodations were very clean, beautiful, and modern. The complimentary breakfast was delicious (not mediocre like many other hotels in Vietnam). The staff was incredibly friendly and treated us with great warmth. We felt as though we were more than just regular hotel guests. Anything we needed, they provided--including recommendations on activities to do around town. We were able to get massages right in the hotel and left the spa feeling like a million bucks. The view of the terraced mountains from our bedroom balcony was breathtaking. I only wish I could give this hotel 6 stars! This is the gold standard for hotels in Vietnam, and VERY reasonably priced!! Do yourself a favor and book your stay here when you are in Sapa. I definitely will again whenever I am back in town.

Our room is on fourth floor with private balcony so we can clearly see Muong Hoa valley and Fansipan mountain, The room is big with twin bed .. that is very comfortable.. . the bathroom is modern and convenient for using with bathstub... The lunch on restaurant SAPA SKY VIEW is so tasty .. We love to sit on this nice restaurant that may be the best place in Sapa to enjoy fresh air and outdoor table is the best choice to enjoy the amazing view of Sapa .. We really love this hotel !!!

Be prepared to climb a bit of stair from the main street to reach the hotel. My balcony and window overlooked the Fansipan mountain range, providing an excellent vantage point of the city centre. Unfortunately for me, there were constructions going on when i was there and a crane was blocking the otherwise perfect view. Cleanliness of the room was pretty good, can't say i have found anything wrong with the hotel or service. Definitely the most value for money hotel.

Booked from 21st to 24th Jan'19 and absolutely enjoyed the stay at Hotel. Nice and clean room, professional and friendly staff. Gave pretty good advice on saving money and suggesting convonient tours suitable to enjoy with a 3 yr toddler. Located quite well. Booked mountain view room but as weather was all foggy couldnt say how was the view (not a fault of hotel). Only things could have beeb better are Wifi and shower. Wifi was very weak in tje room could be room to room basis and shower was fluctuating between cold and hot water. Best part was the room inverters which kept the room cozy warm when outside temp was 4 degree. Thumps up for the hotel.

Room has large windows, private balcony, a mountain view among the best in Sapa. On the balcony you can hear a waterfall faintly with a stunning view of Mt. Fansipan. Room is very clean, bright, spacious, soft bed, simple, a 3 years old hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Room heater is like turbo charged yet quiet, the strongest I had experienced in Vietnam. Communication is never a problem with Mr. Thanh. Breakfast is a buffet, good and plentiful. It must be romantic here as it is frequented by young Vietnamese tour couples. Hotel is on the outskirt of town, at the road towards Cat Cat Village, 200m of upslope walk to town though there are small restaurants and shops nearby. Its Smart TV does not connect to any TV channel except the internet. Its hand bidet gets hot water wrongly flowed in. Kettle don't stop boiling until you pull out the wall-plug, then toadstool sprouts out near its floor the next day (this is Sapa). Plus points outweigh the minus; I would gladly stay here yet again.

The staffs were very helpful and super friendly. We rented a motorbike to ride around the town. Staffs gave us information about the tourist attractions, so we could travel by ourselves without any tour program. For the stay, we were upgraded to a suite room which is large and comes with very nice view of Fansipan mountain. The room was clean and beautiful decorated. The hotel has four floors with the restaurant on the top. Its location is not far from the center of Sapa, which we can walk to many nice restaurants.

Absolutely loved our time at Sapa Memory. The hotel was clean, great rooms in a quiet central location. One of the best aspects was Ngo on the front desk. He went out of his way to help us arrange transport and then gave us his number so that when we were out and about we could contact him if we had any difficulties. Thank you Ngo your hotel is fortunate to have you representing it. We recommended this hotel to everyone we met.

Exceptional view of Mt Fansipan from room VIP3 and its balcony, that most hotels in Sapa would not be able to give. Room was clean with a chimney for winter, with private Wifi as a modern luxury. Only a short walk to the Cat Cat tourism village, and the hotel also proposed day trips to Bac Ha market. Main downside: electricity was down almost the whole of our first day, meaning we had to climb 9 floors to the room and there was no hot water (might want to pack a torchlight too!). But hey, that's mountain life and the view largely makes up for any inconvenience!

We arrived to Sapa on a rainy day at 07AM after taking the night train. The staff gave us our room as soon as we arrived and we could sleep few more hours. Also the staff was super helpful, gave me boots for the trekking, kept pur luggage and arranged a car for us to go to the Fansipan mountain. They were very nice, kept asking us about our time at Sapa, offering places to see, and taking care. The location of the hotel is central and very convenient. Also we enjoyed the breakfast - lots of fruits and vegetarian options! Thank you Chapa Dew :)
