Hotel location is nearby to attractions such as palio, piazza, farms and national park (only if you drive or you hire a driver). Resort is deep inside, among other resorts. Front desk receptionists and staffs are really polite and helpful. Great infinity pools with really nice views of the cliffs and mountains and breakfast was good. Room was clean-ish, though the bathtub was not exactly clean enough to use.

Room was huge and clean as expected. Room facilities like iron, iron board, safe, bath robes, slippers, hairdryer etc all provided for the convenience of the guests. The highlight of the room was the spacious bathtub. Breakfast was excellent (especially very delicious and soft breads and pastries + homemade honey (freshly collected from honeycomb) and wide array of food selections. Coffee was grinned straight from beans. Swimming pool is well constructed like infinity pool with lovely mountain view. Free bicycles are available for rent within the hotel premise. Also there are some mini animal farm (rabbits and alpacas) for kids to admire. Overall, it was pleasant stay and i am highly recommending this hotel

Upon arriving at the La Casetta, the check-in was fast. My family and I were given glasses of juice which was refreshing. The hotel room was prepared for us in advance and we checked in quickly. On Christmas Day, the hotel surprised my family and I by placing a ginger bread man on each of our bed. For daily breakfast, we can either select western or traditional Thai. The western breakfast is located at the second level while the traditional breakfast is at the third level. I remembered both days we ordered omelette and it was one of the best that I have tasted!! So delicious!! Also, we tried both types of breakfast and the fish congee was so delicious! For photo taking, there are many excellent spots within the hotel surrounding to take! My family and I enjoyed the quietness and the fresh air early every morning. A great place for all sorts of travellers to enjoy the peacefulness and the natural beauty of this place!! Advisable to book this hotel early especially during peak seasons!

I would like to thank the whole staff at this resort who did not refuse any of our requests but also on top did all efforts to make our stay enjoyable. Make sure to have your own transportation to fully enjoy the surrounding and for your own convenience. We stayed during weekday so there was no lunch and dinner at hotel. But it was not an issue since we had a car. Hotel serves deliciously prepared ala carte breakfast. Beautiful landscape, really quiet and tranquil environment. This is one of those hotels/resorts where you must stay at least once in a lifetime. Outstanding service & attitude of staff deserves appreciation. Trust me i've stayed in many hotels all around the world as part of my job, Raintree Residence is one of the best.

Researched on Khao Yai for it's good accommodation places without breaking the bank. This 4 star hotel fits the bill. The resort is huge and it's being well kept. The rooms are big and comfortable to stay in. All the appliances and electrical works in the room. Cons: At random time the hot water doesn't work (esp at night and morning). The wifi signal is rather weak in the room, keeps on disconnecting. The TV channels are mostly dubbed in Thai, so in room entertainments were limited. Pros: Rooms are huge with certain rooms have great views. Rooms services are prompt and reliable. A good spread for breakfast (little choices for halal food though). Great location of the resort, near to many of places of interest. Resort is located just beside Palio Village! Really enjoyed the stay there and would come again. Will definitely recommend to stay in this resort.

The hotel is nice, new, clean. Staffs are friendly. They don't really speak english but trying their best to understand us. Good location to escape from busy city but not convenient at night as there is no shop nearby. Do grab some foods before you back to hotel is recommended. Hotel is clean and nice design but soundproof is not really good. Overall, good for short stay & prebook transport to be ready before your stay.

I and my finance picked Belle Villa Resort Khao Yai out of pure "last minute" weekend get-away location. We badly needed a weekend away from stressful meetings, reports and bad BKK traffic. It took us little over an hour to get to Belle Villa. The moment we parked the car and walked into its lobby, we both had big smiles on our faces in pleasant/relaxing feelings of how our weekend is going to be like. Beautiful swimming pool, mountain view in the back of the hotel and minimalist + oriental design room greeted us, as well as kind hotel staffs. We had nice dinner at PB Winery & Restaurant, which is only about 20-25 minutes drive from Belle Villa. Also, famous Khao Yai National Park is only about 10 minutes drive from the hotel, and another popular place called "Primo Posto" is about 10 minutes drive, too. We just didn't have enough time to see all the beautiful scenery of Khao Yai. (We were there to relax... not to stress ourselves with more trips here and there... haha) We sat on the balcony couch to enjoy our Mouton Cadet Bordeaux wine and talked about many things that we just didn't have time for them in busy Bangkok. Cool breeze whispering thru bushes and trees, sound of small water fountain in the middle of aquamarine swimming pool with night-time lights... and, of course, some Miles Davis and Stan Getz tunes to complete the relaxing day in Belle Villa... haha Well, I recommend Belle Villa as a perfect weekend getaway resort for busy Bangkokians. It's only about an hour or two drive from Bangkok, and there are many local & international restaurants and resorts (for resort-hopping... like island hopping) Oh, on the way back to Bangkok, don't forget to stop by either Primo Posto or Farm Chokchai for good late lunch or early dinner.

Lived up to it's name SPLENDID... we had to book this last minute due to the homestay we booked were far too small from expected. We had to call Splendid to check on the availability and to arrange for a taxi to pick us from Pak Chong. The staff was responsive and helpful to get us a taxi. The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and considered value for money for a last minute booking. This place is highly recommended as they are situated in the Khao Yai National Park area where it's near to Palio Inn, Primo Piazza, Mid-winter, The Bloom etc...

We booked this as we were looking for a big enough room that would sleep 3pax without having to book an extra bed. Would recommend this hotel, service by staff was excellent and they took the initiative to assist without us requesting. Little bamboo grove at the back reminded me of a mini kyoto was also a nice surprise. For those that enjoyed taking pictures, the hotel even provided complementary kimonos for wearing.

This is not 5 stars hotel but rather service apartment. if you are looking for very good price/performance accommodation at Khao Yai, this is the place. Location is good. Still look new, room is clean, have little kitchen that you can do simple cook, mountain view, not full size pool. Breakfast is not that great (like bento box) but I can live with that. Recommend for those who need decent room for sleeping, shower, simple cook. You can not expect full service like 4-5 stars hotel at this price

Temp was 20deg when we were there. No difficulty looking for the hotel, we couldn't find the check in desk as it was actually inside the restaurant and had no signage. Staff spoke very little English but was glad to meet the owner who speaks perfect English and she was very helpful. She gave info to customers, direct them, even serve at the restaurant. Very humble lady. Breakfast was very good but only avail after 8am. we had 3 rooms for 9 of us and all with vineyard view. Rooms were big enough for an extra bed. I love the fresh smell of the towels and linen. Clean rooms. Been to Khaoyai several times but this hotel is the best of all.

We booked a night at Villa Malinee and totally fell in love with the place. The hotel isn't on the main road, but this isn't the case as everyone is driving here anyway. The road to the hotel might be quite dark after sunset so be cautious. There're only seven rooms with different names, locating amidst nice garden. The sunset view from the public balcony is breathtaking. The room isn't that spacious, but provided everything we need. Travellers with friends or families with kids will love this place as well. There's a pool to swim or simply take a dip. The garden is extremely nice and well maintained. If it's not raining, the breakfast will be served in the garden. The best things here are the staff and food. Everyone is so helpful and made us feel like home. Food is incredibly awesome. We tasted most of the menus available and we are agreed that the food here is probably the best in Khao Yai. We could even drive from Bangkok just to eat here. The restaurant is nicely decorated. Don't forget to ask if there're any special menu and desserts available on the day. The criossants here are one of the best too, great buttery layers with perfect crust. We would highly recommend this place to everyone if you are looking for a tranquil place to truly relax. This place is definitely our number 1 pick in Khao Yai.

We loved being so close to Khao Yai National Park. The landscaping of this hotel is stunningly beautiful with thousand of blooming orchids and begonias. A huge breakfast is served in the garden. Our room was spotless and the linens very luxurious. We spent our day on a safari into the national park and did not return until after dark when it was too chilly for a swim but the pool was large and lovely. There was very little English translation of information and the staff did not speak English. This resort is geared towards residents of Bangkok and I appreciated getting off the foreign tourist trail. This was a perfect, beautiful, romantic, quiet place to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary.
