We are young couple with 3 kids. The connected room is perfect for us. The rooms are clean and staff are friendly n helpful. The facility is 4 stars with 2 stars price. Really Love it and always the first choice. The surrounding shop and mall are convenient traveling with kids n baby. Lot choices of restaurant...... chinese,mamak,malay,indian,japanese,korea, thai,steamboat,buffet,karaoke, fast food, fruit juice, ice cream....... n etc. Kids can play at the indoor playground at Giza Mall 1st floor. Baby food or items easily can get just beside the hotel. For parent during kids sleeping, opposite bistro can chill . Can easily for mom to walk back to room have a quick check the kids. The best for mom to drop by shop like hair salon, nail centre, massage & face spa. The most strategic location & best hospitality. Highly recommend.

This is my second time stay at ihotel. I often come to malaysia to visit my friends or meeting with my subbranch company. I always stay in kuala lumpur or damansara. But I love stay in the damansara area a lot since this area so peacefull. And glad that i found ihotel from internet before. The hotel reminds me a lot with home. The staffs so warmth and the furniture are so simple. The room very clean. Eventhough this hotel didnt have food services, you can easily find restaurant in Ihotel area. If you easily get bored, you can go to the curve mall n ikea. Very close to ihotel! Just ask the receptionist to order you a taxi. In a minute, the taxi arrived. But it aint fair if i didnt give you the minus things: beside there are no food services like i said above, this hotel very boring if you just stay and spent all day there. Since the tv cable only provide you with 3channels. 1 international channel and 2 local channels with below expectations programs. And you can hear people closing the door and walk in the hall. Weird sometimes. But its okay because in the daytime only.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Lots of shops near by and if that is not enough, you can get on the MRT and go elsewhere. If you are driving, parking will be hard during the day, but at night, after 10, there should be no problems. But remember, you can park in MBPJ parking around the area and in walking distance for free on weekends. There is no lift. Max is 2 floors. Room is clean and nice. Got mineral water and foot massage. Shower is average but good. Bed is comfortable. Air-conditioning also ok. For muslim traveler, you might need to slighly move the bed to make room for prayers. Soundproofing needs to improve, but it was not a big issue for me. Yes, you can hear clearly when people talking or walking outside the door, but that wont happen too often, atleast not to me during my stay.

Suite for business traveller maybe not for holiday goer: cons: Room can hear outside. Lift Ding Dong can hear 24 hour when people use lift. My 1st floor room can hear room beside too he speak on phone & music probably housekeeping himself stay. There repair going on, weilding & knocking. Wifi disrupt when many people use, i only can use at night. Pro: Hotel cleanliness & basic utility like 5 star hotel no need to bring from home. Single bed is like double bed quite spacey. Hope lift sound being turn off & advised housekeeper be professional not make noise. Bed bit hard but it is because noise not insolation that i am annoy

Booked a studio apartment at Ritze 1 Perdana but then was rerouted to another lousy, abandoned-like condo (upgraded to a two bedroom I was told) due to electrical issue at the studio. Dissatisfied as my husband is very particular about cleanliness and convenience so we cancelled the booking and owner agreed for a full refund. Then frantically searched for another place to stay as my lil toddler was starting to get cranky. Fortunately 9 Square has available family room so immediately booked it. When we arrived, the staff was very friendly and very helpful too. The room was on the 1st floor. Very convenient as I am an OKU with a walking stick plus an active toddler. It was just nice for us. The room is clean. The washroom is spacious and clean too. With good clean towels. 7-11 is just next door. So is The Strand Mall. IKEA and The Curve is just few minutes drive. The surroundings were full with eating places. Just choose which one you prefer. I would definitely return to 9 Square Hotel! Recommended.

Ashley Boutique Hotel is a modern hotel in the Dataran Sunway area. I was here to have dental treatment so for me the location was excellent but for sightseeing & shopping it is a little out of the way. The area has many restaurants & steamboats seem to be a local specialty. The room was very clean & quiet and the staff were very friendly & helpful. While my room is quite small, it is very adequate for my needs. Impressed that the room contained a fridge as many don't.

the hotel located near the strand at kota damansara, a hub with food, entertainment etc...so it is very convenient and 'all-round' for all type of travelers. it is near the center of popular entertainment such as the curve, giza, ikea and one utama. some notable buildinds near it including universiti segi college, kolej antarabangsa kbu, kdu college antarabangsa, tropicana perubatan centre, sri selangor golf the club and the native forest reserve namely damansara community forest park city is only 10 minutes away drive from ikea and the curve to enjoy a wonderful time with nature.

This is not my first time staying at Best View. What I love the most about the hotel is the location is very strategic bcs it is surrounded by a lot of restaurants that you no need to be worry at all to find a good foods. The staffs are friendly. During my stay, the lift was broken down and my 60-years-old parents need to climb up the stairs to the second floor. The lift problem need to be fixed immediately. Others are all good.

+ food heaven around the hotel, staff is really nice and polite, would recommend this place to my colleagues for any business trip. - the shop next to the hotel which is under renovation has no proper brains or either they are sitting on their brains and not using it..they will start renovating at early 7am until late 8pm , the owner of the shop should stay for one night to understand how numb his nuts are and even saturday and sundays they will knock until 8pm..very low life mentality..

for those who think about to stay for only 1 -2 night, this hotel will be your good choice due to its standard budget price and services. i remember normal check in time is 2.00pm but we reach earlier at 7am. luckily the person in charge charge us a reasonable early check in charge and arrange a room for us to rest. we quite appreciate their helps and let us can rest earlier after whole night fly. of coz it cannot compare to those standard hotel. due to it is a budget hotel, we have to expect the sound insulation effect definitely not so good. especially at night, the door bell rings can be hear clearly. over all, the hotel service is moderate~i get angry because of i purchase for a triple room why i din get a deserved service and even 3 blanket? or maybe 2?when i informed the counter there about room does not have enough blanket,he try his best to find me a blanket cover with a reason that blanket already be borrowed .i really appreciated for his help too. anyway, with a good communication can let you enjoy your stay well at here too.

If you are a tourist visiting Kuala Lumpur then you don't want to be in this hotel. This is more for someone who has business or meetings in Kota Damansara. The closest LRT station is Kelana Jaya and I'd recommend that you take a cab to the LRT station...it is about RM12. The hotel is close to several schools, like Segi University and Sri KDU Primary, Secondary and International Schools. The rooms are big and very clean. Even the towels are white and nice. I can definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for something in Kota Damansara.The bed was firm which is exactly how I like it and the sheets were clean. It is cheaper to book the room directly through the hotel than through agoda.

my favourite hotel in damansara. a vry simple small hotel surrounded with so many kind of shops. many food outlet everywhere within walking distance. hotel staff already recognize me and very easy to check in and check out. public parking and can park infront of the hotel however need to have parking receipt/coupon to avoid summon from town council and it is rm100 compound (the most expensive parking compound in malaysia). located in the strand and near red carpet strand. nearby attractions are carefour, giant, sunway giza, 20 minutes drive to subang airport, 10 minutes drive to ikea, tesco, ikano power centre, the curves, cinelesure.

Arrived the hotel late night. I'm suprised the staff told me I was booked by another online agent named OYO but not Agoda cause OYO are receive order thru Agoda. The hotel original are name SH Hotel. I was accomodate into a non-window room. Before I make my booking I saw the hotel room picture are with window. When I intercom to the reception counter the staff told me window room only for their direct customer. By the way, overall stay are OK for me.
