It was a great experiences while we stay in Grand Hyatt Hotel. The restaurant - Thirty Eight Food is good, service is very well too, just a little suggestion is that - if can priority to in house guest for the dining, that would be perfect. We call to make reservation for dining but they said full house have to be in waiting list, then after we check in, we actually requested the dining view klcc tower, but they insist to give us a noisy area and ignore our request without inform us anything. Also, while we are in the hotel room, the electricity suddenly cut off, but the technician come and fix at a very short time so this one should not be a problem. The swimming pool view is nice, with food serving and alcohol serving too. Overall, we love this hotel and would definately come back again.

Our Stay at Concorde specially mentioning "Premier rooms" was really awesome! It started with a Complimentary one way Airport Lemon transfer as per our booking (remember KALI airport is very far from the city center) For premier rooms having express check-in/Check-out facility, with least hustle and bustle in long queues It was completely a great experience at Concorde!! Transportation: Taxi's available in minutes just outside the road, Monorail station at walking distance (give connectivity to Bukit Bingtang, Titiwangsa, and Times Square...) Bus stand was also close. Food: By the pool restaurant was mesmerizing and the gestures of staff every morning was soo welcoming, on 2nd/3rd day they will remember you and with respect start calling you by name for on the table service (for 'Premier' complimentary buffet breakfast) In case you feel you may need specific vegetarian food (you can try calling them in advance and probably you will get it available) Ample to choose from fruits, pastry/cakes, sushi and fruit yogurts In room dining service: Surprisingly it was not that costly keeping a 4-5 start hotel process as well, the food ordered was yummy (they have 2-3 pure veg options as well) Food++: Mon-Thu: we had been given complementary access to evening (4-6 PM) cocktail party - Included Ample options of Fruits for vegetarian, juices and tea/coffee- and alcoholic (Beer/Wine) options with no limit Food+++: you can order from hotel 'Taj Mahal' located at 1st floor of KL tower, they deliver at this hotel (with all vegetarian options); delivery items are cheaper than the retro rates Staff: Best Ever 'Hotel-Staff Experience' I had! - No comments required. Booked Corus Hotel because we'd like to be just walking distance to the Petronas Tower. We're just spending overnight at KL and the very reason we're there is to see the twin towers. True enough that it was just walking distance to the famous landmark. The view during nighttime was perfect. The hotel is also just steps away from Avenue K Mall and Suria KLCC where you can shop and dine. There are also food trucks across. The staff were very kind and they actually allowed us to check out at 1pm. They're very accommodating and they will give you directions if you ask them. The breakfast is good. I loved the croissants! The room is big and clean. Though you will see some signs of oldness, but it's well maintained. I requested for a view of the twin towers and it was given to me. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay. I would be coming back to Corus Hotel. :)

Rooms: Stayed in Executive room, these are much like the other rooms, they are well appointed and very comfortable. The King bed was excellent and the complimentary water, fruits and newspapers well received. The bathroom was beautiful, practical and well equipped. The sitting chairs very comfortable. Food and Drinks: Great selection of places to eat and drink. Breakfast at the Lemon Grass Cafe is excellent, myriads of choice, Eggs, bread, salad, hot and cold western selections as well as Indian, Malay/Indonesian, Noodle, Dim Sum and Wok stations, but who needs a chocolate fountain for breakfast?! Lobby Lounge has a good selection of all-day food supplying Western and Local favourites, exquisite afternoon teas. As well as overpriced (its shangri-la)coffee teas and alcoholic beverages. The setting is astounding and they have regular Piano/Jazz performances in the afternoons/evenings. Zipangu - Japanese restaurant, We were impressed the food was fresh and delicate with wonderful combinations of taste and texture. However I was let down as the main course which I ordered wasn't available the chef didn't mention this to the service staff and cooked me something else that I didn't ask for?! When it eventually arrived I queried it, the management were apologetic and struck the item from the bill so it was resolved nicely. Arthurs Bar is a nice bar to have a drink and listen to the band later on and they have special happy hours for guests. Lafite serves fine dining food that is especially good value at lunch. Shang Palace serves great Cantonese food, dim sum, pork and beef specials were fantastic. Amenities: Pool area is nice to read, relax and soak up the sun though the pool a little small for exercise. Views of KL tower from one side and Petronas towers on the other. Large and well equipped gym and Spa. Overall: Very pleased, great weekend deals. Its not in the best situation of Traders hotel and Mandarin Oriental but more than compensates with luxury & s

It was my wife's birthday. After a long though, i've decided to just celebrate in KL city centre. We work and stay around KL but never have stay or experience KL city life. So i've search in Agoda for the nearest hotel from KLCC and KL Tower. The Pacific Regency Hotel is situated just in front of KL Tower and from the roof top swimming pool, we can see the whole city above the sky. When we check in, the hotel management had upgraded our room from superior to deluxe room with KL Twin Tower view!. Thank to agoda and the Hotel management. The room is very spacious with luxury interior and very nice bathroom with bathtub. From the living area and dining area, we can see KL Twin Tower view through a full glass wall. It was amusing. The swimming pool is at level 33 roof top. Swimming with KL Tower view and relax at the edge glass with direct view of KL Twin Tower and KL city view from the sky, it was very memorable moment and relaxing. From the roof top swimming pool pointing to the KL Tower, i've made my wife very excited. i told her, we going to have dinner there, above the sky!. That night we have dinner at Atmosphere 360 revolving restaurant, at top level KL Tower. Its was spectacular night. The view, interior and live band create a romantic ambiance and unforgettable memories in our life. After dinner, we get back to the hotel room and just hang out at the living area fronting the KL Twin Tower night view. It was very calm and spectacular night. My wife was very pleased for the birthday experience. Its was very enjoyment moment for us.

Hotel recommended 10/10. Location superb - just across the hotel is troika sky dining, behind the hotel stood gtower hotel and asyakirin mosque. Ampang shopping centre and the train station is right ahead (near the main road, less than 5 mins walk). Less than 3 mins drive to suria klcc (grabcar cost 3 ringgit). Walking to suria klcc will take about 10-15 mins but there were alot of food trucks along the stretch at the main road. Tapak urban street dining which is nearby comes alive in the evening. Breakfast was a great spread! Spoilt for choices! Love it! Premier studio room is spacious, aircon cold. Need to request for bedroom slippers. No combs, toothbrush and toothpaste but thats okay for us. Staffs were also warm and friendly. We will definitely return here in future!

This hotel was astounding and had everything we could ask for. The pool was amazing and the late closing time of the pool allowed us to be out all day then still be able to come back at night to relax in the pool and have fun. The children loved the pool especially and would have happily spent the whole week in the vicinity of the pool. Location of the hotel was excellent, only a 10 minute walk to KLCC. The hotel was always impeccable and a massive shout out to the housekeeping staff for always keeping our room in a tip top shape. We were extremely pleased with how we could come back and the room would be like we had just checked in for the first time. Absolutely great! Would 100% come back to Fraser residence every time. The facilities were good especially the view from the Sky Gym at night and it definitely felt like a five star hotel. The only thing that could possibly be improved is to have a free shuttle service to maybe the mosque on a friday etc. Other than we were very pleased!

This hotel is beautifully presented and adjacent to the Petronas towers, is in a wonderfully central area for visitors. The skyline view from the pool is wonderful. The waiting staff are courteous and professional, especially with great service for water and towels around thy e pool. The breakfast choice was wonderful in the beautiful dining room. The only downside is that some rooms back directly on to the lift shaft, when asking for a quiet room be specific as our room was noisy from 6am and we had to be moved. That being said the next room was lovely and would stay again.

From KLIA to KL Sentral with Bus (price is about RM10-30) 2. From KLIA to KL Sentral with KLIA Express (One way is RM55) from KL Sentral, you take LRT Rapid KL to KLCC (price RM 2.30) after arrive KLCC LRT, you just go out to AK Mall, and you arrive soon to hotel. this the best recommend hotel at Kuala Lumpur

We were a bit worried when we booked this hotel since previous reviews have not been so good. But we had a positive surprise! It is of course still a 5-star hotel (stars have nothing to do with how new the hotel is) with all services that a good hotel offers: restaurants, bars, swimming pool, fitness center etc. The hotel has a sky bar on the 13th floor with a beautiful view of the PETRONAS Towers and the Menara TV tower. The sky bar offers free coffee / tea with cookies every night between 9 and 11 PM. The rooms are big and spacious. We asked for a room high up (got one at level 16) with King-Size Bed and a view of PETRONAS Towers. We got everything we asked for. Yes, if you look closely you can see that the hotel is a bit old, but it was still very clean and nothing was broken in our room. They do not yet have flat screen TV:s, which nowadays feel a bit strange, but they do have a fast internet connection. The location is good. There is a 5 minute walk to the nearest Monorailstation and/or to PETRONAS Towers and the KLCC subway station. The Suria KLCC shopping center at PETRONAS Towers is the best we have visited (and we visited a lot!) offering both very expensive brands and more "normal-priced" brands such as GAP, Esprit, Nike etc. The KLCC park behind the towers is absolutely beautiful. Once you are at the PETRONAS Towers, you can also take the airconditioned skybridge from the Convention Center which takes you all the way down to Bukit Bintang, where there are more shopping centers and a lot of restaurants. All-in-all it is a 25 minute walk from the Maya hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights mid year and overall it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and modern and the breakfast simply amazing! Stayed at many 5 star properties around the world and this was one of the best breakfasts ever. It was quite cheap too The only shortfall i would say would be the location. Having previously stayed at Traders which is right next to Suria KLCC and Pavillion, Hilton is a tad far from the centre, esp if you enjoy having a casual stroll to the shops. A taxi is only a 5 minutes ride however if you wanted to walk out and about, theres not really anything around. But overall, very happy with the hotel and their service.

We booked an executive room but was upgraded to a suite (thank you Novotel kuala lumpur). The room was modern and we couldn't find any fault with it. At first before arriving I was nervous from Reading some negative reviews but I guess those guest Were placed in rooms that have not been refurbished. Novotel at Kia Peng road is very well located. Less than a minute away is a pedestrian bridge that connects you to the pavilion mall (2 mins)and klcc (10-15 mins). We didn't get to try the restaurants or room service because the pavillion has a wide range of restaurants and a huge food court. I've stayed at various hotels in kl before but find the Novotel to be one The best in terms of location. The room was also much better compared to the overpriced Dorsett hotel. The only drawback was the wifi in the room was only for one.

old place, newly renovated ,very nice n clean. the TV HD quality is superb! but, its a shame , oakwood is an international brand but your frontdesk staff ( filipino woman age late 20s i guess) is not well trained. i asked if i could waived my carpark fee cuz i need to out but she said i need to pay because " Malaysian always pay parking, no free" ..she said these words exactly n i said "really?" and she replied yes and showed me the autopay machine which was behind her. i paid rm14, but i found out at the exit the worker there asked me if have greencard ? i said no, i already paid n he said u dont have to pay if u are a guess here. i juz have to obtained the greencard at the lobby.so i went to the lobby n asked the filipino woman to pay my rm14 back . a male staff helped me out on this matter after 15 minutes discussing with the pinoy woman but he said it was my fault cuz i didnt ask the concierge. so, MY FAULT? really? it isnt about the money, it is about courtesy. how dare she said " Malaysian always pay for parking, no free." very shameful...u should train ur frontdesk staff up to the international standard. the in dining room worker ( nepal man ) said ,no indining service n greet me with "good afternoon" at 7.20 pm...i called 4 times n the fourth time i said can i place order for food n he said can...but no in dining? he didnt understand the word in dining service but on the phone the was a sticker written in-dining number...so gues might use the hotel words on the food so the worker familiar but hey, the staff didnt even know how to differentiate afternoon or evening...basic greetings...please, train your staff on these basic matters... apart from all these, upon checkin there was a Malay woman who was very extremely nice ..she upgraded my room. n she talks in a sincere manner.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Chulan which had been recommended by a work colleague who stays there regularly. We had booked a Deluxe with Breakfast and was initially provided with a room for smokers. We asked for non-smoking and were upgraded to a suite. The extra space, separate living area, kitchenette and large balcony to sit out on at the end of a day of sightseeing was fabulous and I'd happily book this style accommodation in future at the Royal Chulan and recommend it to others. Porters, Reception and Dining area staff were polite, cheerful and helpful. The hotel was immaculately clean. A good 15+ minute walk to KLCC Park and Suria Shopping Centre that includes Petronas Towers, 10 minute walk to the large Pavillion shopping complex. There's a short cut out the back of the hotel to get to Bintang Rd and Pavillion maybe a bit quicker. The only negative is that its a good 10+ min walk to the nearest light train and mono rail. I'd rate this hotel as probably one of the cleanest and best value hotels I've stayed in throughout Asia and probably anywhere else for that matter.

Thank you Element staff for making our stay very memorable, especially when you guys surprise my husband with a birthday cake and a sweet note from the team. We are very touched by your kind gesture. I would like to compliment this hotel and encourage all travellers to book with Element KL by Westin. It is new, the room is spacious, bed is comfortable, stay at level 51 with amazing view despite not facing KLCC. The room has direct USB charging plus USB plugging from mobile to Smart TV. Another great point is that there is 3M filter system which it is safe for drinking from the 3M labeled tap. This is better than the usual 2 free bottles of mineral water. Iron, ironing board and bedroom slippers are available too. The bathroom is very spacious, great for big-sized travellers. It uses both rain shower and shower head. I love the toiletries which are organic, good for travellers with sensitive skin I guess. I cannot find any hair dryer though. Make use of the infinity pool at level 39, it is awesome. When we swim backwards, we can see ourselves from the ceiling mirror. We take pictures and it is so instagrammable! Check-in is at level 40. It is abit challenging to identify the exterior of the hotel as it is a full black tinted glass tall building. It is about 10 to 15-min walk to KLCC and other shopping malls. It is near to some embassies too. Security is 24 hours at level 1. My husband and I enjoy our stay so much that we would rather sleep in than to get ourselves out to do some shopping but well, we need to get out to get food. There are other available services which we have no chance to experience. Eg free rental of bicycle, yoga class in the sky, sky dining, beer promotion etc. The design and layout of the lift lobby to room corridors are uniquely and consistently designed as well. One thing is that we can hear other guests closing theirs door, it is loud. I believe it is due to the door for being heavy. I truly urge all travellers to book Elements when you visit

Stayed at this hotel with my Mom for 3 nights. At first this hotel was chosen in the internet because of its amazing outdoor pool with a magnificent view on the famous twin towers - Petronas. When we arrived there late in the evening the staff at the reception was very welcoming. The room wasn’t very luxurious and a bit old but nice and cozy enough, also with a view on the Petronas towers which is very beautiful at night. We had some problems with the AC and toilet but both were fixed in a short time. The buffet breakfast offered quite a variety of tasty food and fruits and delicious cakes, and we enjoyed nice and peaceful relaxing atmosphere of the place. We were very pleased with the work of concierge Aoran. He did more than just a perfect work. Every request was fulfilled in the best way, and everything arranged in a timely manner with no delays. The location of the hotel also was very convenient. It took us only about 5-10 min walk to the Petronas towers. And several big shopping malls are also within a walking distance. There is a Monorail station just across the road from the hotel! Which is veeeery convenient when you go shopping in those malls and need to get back with a lot of shopping bags, the tickets for Monorail are really cheap. It’s also a fast and cheap way to get to the other places of KL and to watch the city around through the windows. We used it to get to the Birds Park (which is up to the last station, and then took a taxi from there to the park itself). The hotel also has Mandala Spa located in there, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to try it. But I know it’s very famous so next time I’m sure to stay at this very hotel and use the Spa packages.

as a service apartment, the 2 bedroom units units are a bit larger than most in the area and for the price offered is good value for money. location wise, it is just next to klcc which is famous for shopping, dining and a great tourist attraction. there are plenty of bars within walking distance for a night out on the town and also plenty of dining outlets. 7atenine is a famous restaurant and hang out place and is just at the ground floor of the building. the rooms are clean and well furnished though a tad dated but there are upgrade works being done until may 2013 so try to book a room away from the renovation work if you plan to sleep in on weekdays. lastly, room service is not 24 hours so last call is at 10pm with drinks and snacks until 10:30pm.

I booked this hotel as it was right next to my meeting in the Wisma building. 30seconds walk. This hotel is also very conveniently located near KLCC for shopping and dining needs. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Fantastic hotel overall. Only complain I'd have would be the service at business center. Before going for my meeting, I had to print out 3 sets of presentation for my clients. I got the staff at the business center to print it out for me (at an exorbitant price!) but she doesn't seem to know how to use the printer properly and 30mins later, after calling several colleagues for help, I was told that the printer wasn't working. I left for my meeting 10mins late and without any presentation notes for my clients. Despite this experience, I will still be sure to book this lovely hotel for my future business trips.

Yes, hotel is above five stars. and is worth the price and value. I Would like recommend this property to all. I wish from General Manager to read on this assessment "Review". Hotel management is very integrated, responsive and helpful. Duty Manager, Front Office, The reception, Experience Concierge, "Joshua" and "Suria" And all the staff are very professional, cooperation and welcoming. Friendly staff in all departments. A new and modern place and wonderful smart buildings. and best "Views". Elevators, corridors, rooms, furniture, restaurant, swimming pool, facilities and the hotel's smell are very refined, high taste, cleanliness and luxury. Thank you and everyone for their kindness, dealings and communication, thanks for the hospitality, for the comfort and satisfaction, for the quality, for attention and care. I give it two thumbs UP, great location, nice view, clean room, and friendly staff with sumptuous breakfast. At the beginning, I found it over-priced by comparing to other renowned five star hotels in the same area. Also, the breakfast wasn’t including the room rate, which annoyed me a lot, when there are other renowned five star hotels in the same area giving better rate including the breakfast. However, what made the deal was the breakfast. It was the best breakfast, I had so far. I will write a separate review about it. The final verdict is awesome stay, yes it is expensive, but will feel the value for money in it. At least you give it 3 of 5 or 4 of 5 for money value. I hope the hotel doesn’t increase the rate. The hotel/rooms were very clean and had character with high ceilings and great details. The bathroom (with an enclosed shower) was one of the best we had during our stay in Malaysia. The staff were efficient and straightforward about the amenities (no wifi in the rooms). The location is great with easy 1 minute access to the monorail and the neighborhood was upscale. The quality we received for the price was exceptional. We will book this hotel for our next stay in KL.

It's our first time staying here. The moment we reached the hotel, we were impressed with the building, it has small mall at the lower levels with KFC, ATM and shops available. However, the car park was at the 5th floor and the ride up was dizzying but became normal once you get used to it. The entrance to the hotel was also confusing and need improvement on direction signage. The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel room was clean and tidy although small. The window cannot be locked and there is almost no gap between the bed and the window, please note that although the window opening was limited with a restrainer, the gap was quite big and posing danger to children. I hope this will be fixed immediately. The bathroom and toilet hardware need to be fixed as I found them loose and falling apart for example the soap bar holder and water hose holder. Other than that, the bathroom and toilet was nice. The best parts IMO were the swimming pool and playground my kids loved it.

Flamingo By the Lake was a great place to stay set slightly away from the hustle and bustle of KL centre. Beautiful surrounds and very helpful staff. Rooms were decorated well with small balconies over-looking the lake. This hotel delivered high standards at a budget price - remarkable value for money. Do not be put of with the distance from KL centre - taxis are very cheap and easily arranged. You will save a fortune staying here and experience a quality hotel. I have also stayed at the Impiana as a comparison it is twice as expensive and about the same quality.

I stayed at Somerset Ampang Hotel only one night, and I soon found that it's too short for fully enjoying its comfort. The room is designed as a serviced apartment that consists of a fully furnished living room with a dining table apart from a bedroom, kitchen with fridge and microwave, and a bathroom facing window view. Therefore I strongly recommend this hotel to those who plan to come to KL as a long-stayer, such as a family on a long vacation and a businessperson who needs to have a private study room during his/her business trip. The bathroom provides soap and conditioned shampoo that are moderate in luxuriousness, but not toothbrush, shaver, and so on, thus it's better you bring in a set of your favourite toiletry articles. The buffet breakfast at a restaurant in the same building is ok enough for a 4-star hotel, as far as you don't have too high priority on the variety and/or the quality of foods. The hotel is located along Ampang Road, but if you like to commute to KLCC business- and shopping district, it takes about 20 minutes on foot. It may not matter if you plan to hire a driver or if don't care taking LRT at Ampang Park Station (3 minutes walk from the hotel) to the next KLCC station.

I was just 3 Days in KL , had a nice time in the Hotel. 10 Minutes by feet to the Twin Towers and 2 Min. by Grab Car. Grab Car is the best Option to move through KL. If you arrive at KLIA 1 take the Ekspress Train to KL City Central Station and order over your App in the Smartphone a Grab Car. It takes Minutes and it's Fantastic, very cheap nice Driver. All OK. I must come back to visit KL again , it's a real nice City with nice People, great and different food. Ralf Becker

This is my second time staying at this hotel. And I’m returning again 2019. Highly recommend to booked the CLUB room ie Club Deluxe, Club premier, Club Executive or suites room. These room types entitled you to club lounge access which has afternoon snacks from 3:30pm and evening cocktails from 5:30pm. 90% of the staff here are amazing! 99% of the staff here can speak good English. One negative point but not important is the guys at the bridge section could be more friendlier, maybe standing at that post all day long can get pretty boring I can imagine. I read bad reviews written by previous guests about this hotel but in all seriousness this hotel is not that bad to what people says. You paid for what you get and some people will never be happy no matter what you do, I have stay over hundreds of hotels and consider that this hotel is only rated as 4 stars in my opinion would top (even better) than some of the 5 stars branded name hotels such as Hilton, Stamford even the Sheraton. If you haven’t heard of Grab, download and setup Grab before you get here. Grab is another form of Uber. It’s very convenience and cheap to get all over KL.

I have been staying in Maxstays - MaxsStyle @ Kirana Residence for only three days, but in that short time I have definitely discovered my new favorite place to stay in KL. Cynthea made me feel so welcome and valued that I felt like I was visiting my best friend's home. She also gave me her personal phone number and made herself available for questions at all times, as it was my first time visiting Malaysia. Room was spacious and well decorated, the bathroom was nice and well stocked with awesome toiletries. Large bath tub was a nice touch as well! This condotel is located 3-5 minutes walk from iconic Petronas towers, so I enjoyed the best KL city center has to offer walking to/from hotel and admiring day and night views. Cynthea also gave some really good suggestions regarding other KL destinations, so I had an exciting and eventful weekend visiting those places. Overall, couldn't be more pleased with my stay in Maxstays - MaxsStyle @ Kirana Residence.

This is a very very nice hotel that is not in the middle of KL, it is just out of the centre of the city and for those who like to walk about 20 Min. This hotel allows you to experience the local community and the more you explore the more you find. Food and dinning in this area is at reasonable prices, unlike the centre of the city. Get out and explore by foot great, you can see and taste Malaysia on foot without tourist inflated prises. Big thank you to the staff of this hotel. P.S. newly renovated hotel
