"The Al Azhar Hotel was booked as a 4 star hotel, however it is only a 3 star. The quality, however, was closer to a 2 star. The hotel in general has seen ist better years and many things were either broken (sauna, jacuzzi, football field, etc.) or in need of repair. The rooms are very loud as the doors have large gaps at the bottom and allow all sound from the hallways in throughout the night. The shower on one day barely had warm water and on both days the pressure was exceedingly low. In summary, I would say the hotel is ok for those not expecting much, but it should at least be advertised as such and not as a 4 star hotel for which it is not."
