Hotel was located near to many of the hotspots (e.g. Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, Printemps Haussmann, Paris Opera and etc) in Paris with walking distance. Basic amenities were available in the hotel and there are convenient store within 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. However, service provided by one of the staff was not that friendly. Requested whether there is other available room after found out that the door cannot be locked properly but was being rejected without checking for the availability. Overall still satisfy with everything.

This hotel is very well located just a few minutes walk from the big Paris Department Stores Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. It is a few minutes walk to the Paris Opera Garnier, Place Vendome, Place de la Concorde and The Louvre Museum. It is also close to the Metro stations of Madeleine, Opera and the RER station Auber. The decoration of the hotel and rooms are a musical theme, which is fun

Located right across from the Saint Lazare station, from which you can access most rail and metro lines to explore Paris and its outlying areas such as Versailles. It's also very close to shopping areas, most notable of which is the Galeries Lafayette department store, which is about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. We got a quad room good for 4 adults. The shower/bath area was separate from the lavatory, which made things easier when getting ready in the morning especially since 4 people had to take turns. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, the complimentary coffee and breakfast was very decent. The air conditioning was not running as cool as I would have wanted it to be but this was bearable. The only thing I can fault them with was their wifi which was very slow and required you to log in multiple times after about fifteen minutes or so of internet browsing. However, the front desk informed me that they are in the process of switching to another wifi contractor so perhaps this issue would have been rectified in future stays. Overall a highly recommended hotel in Paris. I definitely would stay here again.

Our first time at Paris was wonderful! Our stay at BW Premier Opera Liege, was awesome! The staffs are super friendly, the room (most importantly the washroom) is super clean and quiet! We're offered a portable wifi, which is so helpful when trying to find places around us!! In addition, the Metro is a one min walk from the hotel and 15 mins walk to Galerie Lafayette. What you see is what you get. Great value. I will stay here again for my next Paris visit. Thank you.

it's close to printemps and galeries lafayette. you could put back your shopping bags into hotel in 5 mins after shopping. besides, it's also close to saint-lazare train station. you could take a rer to airport or subway to anywhere in paris. one thing need to be noticed. the roome's sound insulation is not good. you could easily hear the sound of footsteps on the corridor. the housekeeping will work on 8:00 a.m. you will be waked up by their working sound. overall, the price is good and room is comfortable. only thing needs to concern is the sound insulation in the morning.

in a quiet courtyard in the 9th arrondissement, this small b&b-style property provides neat and tidy rooms within walking distance of the louvre. around the corner from the grand boulevard metro stop, the aston hotel represents a good deal on accommodation in a safe and tranquil environment. the shops of boulevard haussmann are just up the road as is opera garnier, while the louvre can be reached on foot in around 15 minutes, the seine and pont neuf just a little bit further. accommodations here are compact, clean and functional, and a continental breakfast buffet is served on site. the hotel is just on the edge of the 2nd arrondissement where traditional arched galleries offer cafes, clothes boutiques and brasseries by the score.

a budget hotel in Paris but it's comfortable, I stayed in 3 different hotels during my stay in Paris but this one just top the chart! They provided a fan, they have an elevator access! (which most of the budget hotels don;t have) the staff are very nice and helpful, and they clean the room everyday. WIFI is fast too. Location is around Pigalle and just a short walk from the Pigalle metro. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe,plenty of food choices too. Only thing was during my last day, the elevator broke and we need to use the stairs up all the way to 7th floor, but no biggie, I enjoyed my stay!

I was told by front desk that this is just a 3 star hotel and there is no such item in their hotel. 6)Only one bottle of complimentary water for first day 7)Room is very small. There is no luggage rack. We got room 405 & 417. Aircon works in 405, but the aircon is busted in 417. We were told to open heater if cold and open windows if hot for 417. 8)If you like shopping, there is none near the hotel. Champs Elysees area is better as there are hundreds of shops. Champs Elysees shopping district is between Metro George V and Metro Franklin Roosevelt near Arche de Triomphe. Although this hotel is just 2 subway stops from Gallery Lafayette, the walk is dark at night and best to take Metro. Buy the 7 days unlimted NAVIGO Metro card (Euro27.80 only).

The hotel is ideally located near the big stores Printemps/Galerie Lafayette, the Madeleine area, 10 min. walk from the Louvres, 15 min. walk from the end of Champs Élysées, 2 min. walk from the RER A and the Auber station. The bedroom with a King Bed and a sofa bed for our child was perfect with a nice bathroom. The reception staff was excellent! Hotel highly recommended, especially with many restaurants and bars in the same street.

We had a pleasant stay in Paris! Location is excellent--few steps from Galeries Lafayette, the Metro and restos. Staff was very accommodating. Rene from the front desk was very nice! And even the guy who replaced him in the evening was also nice. We just had more interaction / conversation with Rene. We arrived at the Hotel earlier than their check-in time, ~11:30am, but they let us check-in in a heartbeat. Hence we were able to have some good rest after a long haul flight. Also, we were able to do a lot of things in Paris on our first day because of this. Will surely recommend this hotel!

I booked two rooms and also request next to each other room but when I was there they gave me one room on third floor and my room on the ground floor. It was was very tiny & not very clean. I ask them why I have got this room even though I requested next to each other they said they don't have any when I said I booked it almost a month ago. The receptionist was very rude very arrogant. the hotel is in a good place but the lift was very very very tiny.

The location is great for the metro and there’s a big car park about 200m along the road. Though not cheap to park, it beats driving everywhere and worrying about the time limits on the nearby roads. We felt safe walking around in the evenings and walked to the sacre coer and sat on the steps watching the sun set and listening to a French man on his guitar, it was fab! Breakfast was served at the hotel but we were never up in time! The most special thing about this hotel is it’s roof terrace which gives you a great view of Paris. So much so, we didn’t bother going up the Eiffel Tower for the view! Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean. They provide towels and body wash and shampoo in one. We will definitely return, thank you.

Convenient location, located 15 mins walk to Gare du Nord and not far from the main sites. Hotel is a bit old. Room is small as per most hotel rooms in Paris. Had issues with hot water (limited amounts of hot water or sometimes none at all), complained to the staff and got moved into a different room on a lower floor which had hot water. Bathroom comes with basic amenities only ie shower gel and shampoo so best to bring your own. No slippers, shower caps or anything like that. Breakfast is simple but ok. Overall good to stay there for the location as it’s pretty close to public transport and the main sites. Also close to Galeries lafayette and Printemps.

This place is a blast in the past! But the place is clean, location is perfect. 12mins walk to Opera where the Roissy bus & Big Bus stops. Near Gallery Lafayette department store. When we arrived and settled, we walked to Sacre Coer then buy some food on the way back. The staff are nice, special mention to Madame Bojeno. We didn't have breakfast but it seems a good selction of food. Water in the washroom is strong, no issue in our room except a sqeeky floor but it doesn't matter to me, no one complains from downstairs anyway. Aircon isn't that bad, but I prefer colder. Given that Paris hotels are expensive, this hotel overall is worth it. Book thru Agoda - they take care of their client, seriously!

We arrived from London pretty early but we were nicely greeted n allowed to store our luggages at the reception area. Were also invited to enjoy the breakfast prepared near the reception area. The staff are very accommodative, all our request for help fulfilled courteously. We could enjoy the light refreshments at anytime before midnite. We walked to Galerie Lafayette m also yo Stop 3 for Big Bus all is within 10 minutes walking distance. Happy about everything!

What a fantastic hotel. After finding ourselves in a nightmare hotel prior to this one, we managed to get a last minute booking at Timhotel. What an absolute pleasure arriving there and having friendly faces greet and help us. We were allowed to leave our luggage behind until check-in time and offered a cup of coffee before we went in search of breakfast. Rooms are super spacious - a luxury in Paris. Very clean rooms, modern and luxurious furnishings, great bathroom, very professional and friendly staff and wonderful little touches. Appreciated the fact that there was a fridge in the room for my insulin and the kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but it looked very substantial and interesting from what we saw. Will definitely be booking there again next time we're in Paris.

So me and my girlfriend stayed at Diva Opera for three nights a few weeks ago. The location of the hotel is great, just a few hundred meters from the nearest metro station that makes it easy and convenient to travel around the city. We had a terrific room on the top floor with not one, but two lovely french balconies. The room was exceptionally clean and cozy, even though i was rather small. The bed was supercomfy and everything you need is included in the room. The staff was very helpful and kind, especially Fransesca, who helped us with practically everything. She speaks fluent english and gave us really good information on how to get from the hotel to different locations. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the layed back and down-to-earth, yet professional attitude, towards the customers. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Its cheap and really offers a whole lot for your money. Would definitely go again. Br. Ville and Eve

This was a very nice surprise! I was a bit skeptical at first, but I was very nicely surprised. The hotel is very new and clean, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly (special shoutout to Sophie), the room had a minibar and the beverages in it were included, that's a first for me, they always charge extra for any minibar consumption! The hotel is a very short walk from the Blanche Metro station (line 5), which is just by the Moulin Rouge. There's also a bus stop where the hop on hop off buses stop. There are many small supermarkets and restaurants very close by. It's also a less than 15 mins walk to the lafayette shopping malls. Definitely recommend!
