Hotels near Gedung Sate

Very satisfied with the room facilities, cleanliness & facilities, although the check-in was a bit slow, we had to wait a while, for the requested non-smoking room to be cleaned & ready. Breakfast selection & varieties is excellent ! for both Asian and continental spreads. Location wise, its very good, as the hotel is just opposite Bandung Indah Plaza, that has a hypermart, eateries, and our favorite spots like the Matahari Department Store, the bookstore Gramedia, the Es Teller 77 restaurant with reasonably priced local favorites, which opens till 10pm & it also whipped one of the best avocado milkshakes ever, and of course the XXI cinema. If you are on a short stay in Bandung & do not have enough time to shop around after you're done with the tours, this hotel is the best place to stay. Bandung Indah Plaza is just across, opposite the hotel, accessible via the convenient overhead bridge, just outside the hotel. Bandung Indah Plaza is fully equipped with fast food outlets like A&W, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, JCO donut & cafe. Enjoy 4 levels of stores, fashion, fun & entertainment (arcades, cinema, karaoke lounge) and plenty of F & B outlets (Food & Beverages). You'll be spoilt for choice !

We stayed at Executive Family Room for 2 days. This room could accommodate 4 people with its 2 rooms and queen size bed. Also it equipped with microwave and big fridge. It has living room as well. As for location, it's walking distance to major landmark like Gedung Sate, Museum, Park, selection of recommended restaurants and factory outlets. The staffs were nice and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The minor objection would be limited parking space. But Overall, I will stay at this hotel from now on.

I booked the hotel since the location near the city centre, and didn’t disappointed with the choice. The hotel was relatively new (from 2015) and modern design. The only thing that make me uncomfortable was the noise from the mosque (located in the back oh the hotel), the noise was very disturbing even though our rooms in 15th floor. They provided baby crypt, even i didnt request that in my booking. They notice that i was bringing children in the order detail. Really appreciate that! The service was excellent, they attend to my request to clean up the room when my child was sick in the middle of the night, and they were very kind to offer any help they can do with my sick child. Will surely come back again.

One of the best hotel I ever stayed. Big. Room was so spacious, clean and the facilities are good. Value for money. It makes us feels happy and looking forward to come back to the hotel after a long day outside. Breakfast was good. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. The towels smells good all the time. Hotel is conveniently located within 2mins walk to the mall. Swimming pool is big. The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Good job Aryaduta staff! We will definitely come back !

This hotel located in quite strategic area in Jalan Riau, where you can get easy access to many FOs and close to Gedung Sate. They have only few people standby at the reception desk and the parking area was narrow. The good thing is, they provided valet service for the guests and highly recommend to utilize it. The room was okay, not too small but not large as well. Has comfortable beds. Although the bathroom door was a bit weird. They combined the shower box door and bathroom door. For someone who like dry bathroom, it was not really convenient for me. Anyway, they provided standard amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, shower cap (1 pc), hair dryer. You can ask the housekeeping for extra towels, shower cap, etc. if you need more. The pool was located in 18th floor. Unfortunately it was not that comfortable for adults to swim, suitable better for children. For breakfast menu, not much alternative but I love the omelette and pancake. It taste good! P.S. There’s a steakhouse next to the hotel (Suis Butcher), FYI, it was AWFUL! And the service was really slow!

We book on the same day. We arrive at 3oc in the morning and still got a lovely smile and service from the security and staff. Even when the key didnt work. Surprisingly clean bedroom and spacious. Its only the bathroom thats kinda thight n small but very clean. Its not on the busy main road. Its next to the mosque but we didnt really hear any noise remembering it the evening of a big moslem celebration. Great stay and will devenatly come back with group of family for short budget traveling. We also wish we would try the Meize spa & reflexiology that is still in the same bulding. But we havent try. There is also a mini markt in the same building. So its quite conviniece for lots of your personal needs. Thanks Meize hotel. Will be back again.

Staying for 3 nights in standard room. Some problem with the water heater but overall in great standard esp. cleanliness. Great staff smiling to you every morning at front desk and providing useful info during my stay. But breakfast served in simple. Less than 3mins walking to major factory outlets at Jln Riau with plenty of restaurants and food stalls around. Gedung Sate just at the back of hotel with Postal Museum and Geology Museum. Looking forward to re-visit the hotel again in future trip. A++

Though it is 3 stars hotel, it actually shows such a luxury hotel. I booked 90 Degree Room for 1 night. The room is big with 2 floors ( accomodate 4 persons with 2 big beds ), clean, modern, and also the wi-fi in the room is great. But, the upstairs was a bit hot and a bit noisy. The staffs were helpful but at the check - in desk there is only a staff ( not efficient cause we need to wait for about 10 minutes ). The breakfast was ok but didn't provide many chocices of food. The location is also great, there are a lot of restaurants neraby the hotel. I really recommend this hotel.

So for the last visit to Bandung I decided to go to Jl. Riau (and surrounding areas) only. So I decided to stay exactly at Jl. Riau or nearby that can reach Jl. Riau by walking. After a long search, Anggrek Gandasari Hotel is on my top list. The consideration: 1. Its location is very close to Jl. Riau, it's like 50-100 meters only to Jl. Riau (the part with the best Factory Outlets like Heritage, Cascade, The Secret, The Summit, etc.) 2. They have very cheap price regarding the location and the room and the services and other things. 3. The room is quite large and clean, and so cozy, with comfortable bed. And they have like 4 pillows and 2 small pillows on the bed. 4. Their staffs are so friendly and helpful. And they upgrade my room from Standard to Superior. 5. They have quite large parking area. So I think for my next (and next and next) visit, I'm gonna choose this hotel if my destination is to shop at Jl. Riau again.

I always spend my night here when in Bandung every time I have a family vacation, wedding event or college friends gathering. The price is cheap for me yet the facility is still very good. The staff is also very nice to me and welcome me whenever I want to check-in (even in the middle of the night or early in the morning). I recommend Corsica Hotel to whom who wants to spend their night in Bandung for more than 3 days. It really saves your money yet still comfy. I rate this place as 5 stars for the most affordable yet comfy hotel.

The room was simple, nice & clean. Although it's really small, not enough space to put your luggage. I think it's more suitable for backpackers like we were. The bathroom was so..so..tiny but clean with simple amenities. It's really nice if you just want to find a place for sleep after whole day go around Bandung. I can enjoy their wi-fi in the room. This hotel is on the main street, so you can easily find public transportation, but they also provide car rental if you need it. They have big enough car park too. At the time we checked-in, everything was easy & fast. The staff just ask Rp.50.000,- deposit, and they gave it back again when we were going to check-out. You can walk a few minutes to Gedung Sate & Gasibu, one of the main attraction in Bandung (specially on Saturday & Sunday morning). Overall, we had a nice stay in this hotel.

It was a pleasant stay. We booked for 3 rooms with 1 bed each (queen size), it was quite spacious and the interior design was amazing. Had no issues with cleanliness or the air conditioner. Bathroom is shower type and they have hot and cold water. The hotel also have wifi, but only accessible downstairs, dining area. The hotel serves buffet breakfast which is not bad. The only lacking i can think of are: 1. they do not have fridge, but what do you expect from a budget hotel? 2. there's no nearby shopping centre, if that's what you're aiming for. 3. we had a hard time to look for the hotel at first, because it is within the alley area, plus the surroundings nearby are quite shady. We rent a car with driver, so we do not have much issue of going in/out of the hotel.

The hotel was rather newly opened. Great location. Could be tricky on the location (need to know where to turn). The location on Google Maps was misleading. There are some other Vio hotels in Bandung, so just make sure you reach the right one. Walking distance to Gedung Sate (governor office), Riau street (factory outlets), Progo street (cafes and restaurants). There's cafe in and next to the hotel. Could be a little bit noisy as sometimes there are weekend markets around the location (in front of Gedung Sate). I expect the window could be more sound-proof. Breakfast is rather standard. But overall stay is quite good.

Stay was OK and I wasn't expecting to stay at the Ritz anyway. I was only staying for one night. Location is right in the middle of the city, it was the best aspect of the hotel. This hotel has seen MUCH better days. It looked old and felt tired. It needs major renovation. Still, staff was attentive and service was good. I think the price they charge is fair for the condition of the hotel. Breakfast was good with several choices.

Hotel yang keren sekali desain interior gedung dan kamarnya, semua di desain dengan baik dan bahan2 yang berkualitas. Kami dapat kamar di lantai 9 dengan balkon city view yang kami suka, dekat dengan kolam renang, gym dan rooftop bar. Kolam renang walau kecil tapi sangat oke dan view sangat baik, ruang gym kecil tapi sangat memadai, rooftop bar keren dan menyenangkan. Makan pagi enak dan sangat baik, kami makan di balkon luar dengan pemandangan city view dan kami menambah utk anak2 dengan harga per anak hanya Rp 40.000,- sebuah harga sangat terjangkau utk standard hotel bintang lima. Seluruh staff samgat sopan dan menyapa ketika bertemu, good job u javenalla. Pasti kami akan kembali lagi saat menginap di bandung, keep up the good works guys ! :) you deserved the five stars... Hotel is very new, everything still looks nice. Breakfast was good. Room was small, but they made good use of space. Glad they provided something to heat water with in the room, didn't like the instant coffee they had, but we brought our own. Took some time for the water in the shower to heat up, and didn't get very hot, but was warm enough to be comfortable. I like that they had carpeting in the room instead of tile floors. Couldn't get internet wifi reception in the room... We received a rather low price which only happened to be available for this one day on agoda, for that price (similar to hotels with fewer stars) it was a good deal. However, the prices usually posted on agoda for this hotel are much higher (similar to hotels with more stars)...

I was stayed for lebaran day on family deluxe room on 2nd floor. Since i bring my parents, i was requested by phone to get spacious, clean & a room with a good air circulation. The staff gave us as requested and welcome us with Warm greetings. The only problem that there is no lift so its hard to go on 2nd fl. for old people or parent using stroller. The breakfast not so fancy & very simple. No cereal & milk but mostly regular indonesian food for breakfast (except congee if you thought one). This hotel was once a house of rich man, furnished with Vintage yet simple. The air are good but little humid because its an old bulding. The hotel are near with shopping outlet in Jl. Riau around 7mins walking. Great to have morning walking trought the foodpath with cool breeze, passing Pramuka garden & surrounded by trees. Overall, i satisfied with the hotel eventhough the price not suitable for my wallet. I consider that we was stayed during peak season of Lebaran.

My husband and I were looking for an affordable place where we can walk to most places-- and Serela Riau is beyond perfect. Museum Geology, Gedung Sate, Toko Buku Gramedia, Roti Gempol, Nasi Bancakan, Bandung Indah Plaza and many more is walkable (15-30minutes walk) from the hotel. The staffs were very helpful, they helped us finding a good supir (tour guide/driver) and giving great tips helping us to better navigating experience around Bandung. Pasar Baru is reachable within 10 minutes with Grab. The front desk in Serela Riau has this gadget which you can use to call Grab which is very helpful!
