In First I wan to say many many Thanks To Grand Hyatt Hotel make my this stay at this hotel alot of memories and best hotel in my life..i going to celebrate my birthday with my wife..at first we book grand deluxe king..after i reach hotel at check in counter there let us check in early about 11am plus..after check in the hotel stay name kenny to me he wan give me some special to my stay to celebratemy birthday..and he say grand hyatt upgrade my room to grand executive suites to me..is a super nice room..so enjoy when we stay and the staff is so friendly and helpfull..thanks grand hyatt..i will come back again for next trip..

Our Stay at Concorde specially mentioning "Premier rooms" was really awesome! It started with a Complimentary one way Airport Lemon transfer as per our booking (remember KALI airport is very far from the city center) For premier rooms having express check-in/Check-out facility, with least hustle and bustle in long queues It was completely a great experience at Concorde!! Transportation: Taxi's available in minutes just outside the road, Monorail station at walking distance (give connectivity to Bukit Bingtang, Titiwangsa, and Times Square...) Bus stand was also close. Food: By the pool restaurant was mesmerizing and the gestures of staff every morning was soo welcoming, on 2nd/3rd day they will remember you and with respect start calling you by name for on the table service (for 'Premier' complimentary buffet breakfast) In case you feel you may need specific vegetarian food (you can try calling them in advance and probably you will get it available) Ample to choose from fruits, pastry/cakes, sushi and fruit yogurts In room dining service: Surprisingly it was not that costly keeping a 4-5 start hotel process as well, the food ordered was yummy (they have 2-3 pure veg options as well) Food++: Mon-Thu: we had been given complementary access to evening (4-6 PM) cocktail party - Included Ample options of Fruits for vegetarian, juices and tea/coffee- and alcoholic (Beer/Wine) options with no limit Food+++: you can order from hotel 'Taj Mahal' located at 1st floor of KL tower, they deliver at this hotel (with all vegetarian options); delivery items are cheaper than the retro rates Staff: Best Ever 'Hotel-Staff Experience' I had! - No comments required. GYM: Complimentary (free) access to GYM for Premier room members may charge RM 15-25 for other rooms. Swimming Pool: Bit small but still cool, you can easily view Twin Towers while swimming. The Corus has a great location, just a short walk from the Petronas towers and the Suria KLCC shopping center. It is convenient if you need to do business at any of the many embassies/consulates located nearby in the Ampang area, as I needed to do. Also convenient to public transportation. While the hotel looks pretty shabby from the outside, it's interior is well maintained and the room was very comfortable and clean. good service, decent breakfast buffet and a nice looking pool that I didn't use. But that was Because I was too busy to do so. Next time. My only gripes with this hotel are- no free wireless (only free ethernet cable) so you have to sit at a desk and can only use one computer and that you can't really control the air-conditioning beyond the off/low/medium/high settings. no temperature control. I would stay here again if business brings me to KL.

Great breakfast! Great buffet dinner! Very helpful staffs, very courteous and very very polite!! Excellent cleanliness!!The best hotel I've ever visited in Kuala Lumpur. Better services compare to Singapore's hotels. I remember the lady during the buffet dinner. She was very polite. Very accommodating. She deserves recognition. I talked to her while paying my dinner bill. I forgot her name. She was wearing spectacle. However I commend all your staffs. The reception ladies who met and greeted me and assisted me to check in. I commend the bell boy who carried my luggage to the room on 23 Sept. Those also assigned in the security check, they very courteous and polite. You usherettes and ushers they always greet all the people. They deserve recognition. Also your staffs during dinner and breakfast are also deserve recognition. Very clean. Your hotel is the best. I've been to number of 5 stars hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Shangri-La is the best among them. Worth for money! You have best staffs.

Very impressed with the Pacific Regency. We stayed here for two weeks in November and will be going back next year. We had an executive room which was large and very clean. I would say its a good 4 star, not really a 5 star like the Meridien or Intercontinental. The rooms are a big plus point here compared to any other hotel I have stayed in. There was a good sized kitchen area, a big lounge and a big bedroom. The bathroom was very big and it had the biggest shower I have ever seen. The housekeepng came every day and cleaned the room very well. Full sized fridge and plates etc were supplied. The restaurant Soi 23 was excellent, we had the best Thai food in KL at Soi 23. It was also very reasonably priced and the service was very good.The hotel security was very reassuring, two guards at the front door was good to see.The hotel is a quiet street and its about 15 minutes walk to get anywhere, not to much of a problem as a Taxi was about £2 to £3 to get into the centre of town. the Monorail is about 15 minutes walk at least. The hotel do not provide a shuttle bus into town which I think they should.Taxis are easy to get from the front of the hotel, didnt have any problems. Its 150 RM to get to the airport. Hotel is highly recommended. There is a on site launderette which came in handy.About £4 for a wash and dry for a large load.

I Used to book Nomad at Sucasa which is just opposite Lanson Place Ambassador Row. Unfortunately, Nomad Sucasa have raised their pricing to am unbelievable price of around RM 360 per night. For this price, I can look for a decent good hotel stay around in Kuala Lumpur. For this price, Nomad Sucasa cannot simply worth it even though they claim theirs is a 5 star stay. More like 3 star to me. For this price, It prompted me to look for another alternative. Finally, I found Lanson Place Ambassador Row with a price tag that agoda had offer. I booked a 1 bedroom apt. Good and cleaned room. Customer service excellent and most importantly with easy access to their Internet service within their hotel areas. Room signals are good as well. Whatever is it, this Apartment is definitely a extreme value for money and u will not regret staying especially when family with young kids is concern. Altough no restaurant to serve breakfast, but who cares abt breakfast since food is easily available in nearby areas.

We had an amazing stay for two nights. The hotel is located just behind Renaissance. The service was superb. The one-bedroom suite we booked were spotless clean. It was huge. The best thing was, one-bedroom suite has a huge ensuite bathroom and seperate vanity area and also one guest toilet Outside, near the kitchen area. View was amazing too. I got full view of the twin tower on lvl 6. The pool area has children pool as well with water slides and colorful small balls for the kids pleasure. There was Jacuzzi as well. Also a playground for kids and indoor play area for toddlers. A very relaxing place indeed. Location was good, walking distance to shopping malls. We got complimentary parking lot as well. The security was good around the hotel.

All of their staff are very friendly and accommodating. I have booked a club room for my husband’s birthday and apart from the nice view of the twin towers, they booked us in their highest floor. The club lounge is very nice especially when we had our breakfast there with the view of the city. All the best to Mandarin Oriental. Thank you Akiko of reception for assisting our stay.

Very Recommended Hotel : - Infront Of Hotel is AVenue K Mall : Just Go Inside and 1 access same to Suria KLCC (very near to twin tower petronas) - Transport is MRT is very near, just go in Avenue K Mall , with Rapid KL LRT KLCC - this hotel is very cheap is you booking early - breakfast is very nice and many food you can pick - Room is very Nice View, clean, facilities is very good - many place you can go - Tranport another MRT, you can use Grab Car (Online transportation), GRAB is very Cheap between Uber or another Taxi Meter, Just download in Playstore or App Store - From Airport KLIA (kuala lumpur International airport), you can get to the hotel very simple : 1. From KLIA to KL Sentral with Bus (price is about RM10-30) 2. From KLIA to KL Sentral with KLIA Express (One way is RM55) from KL Sentral, you take LRT Rapid KL to KLCC (price RM 2.30) after arrive KLCC LRT, you just go out to AK Mall, and you arrive soon to hotel. this the best recommend hotel at Kuala Lumpur

We were a bit worried when we booked this hotel since previous reviews have not been so good. But we had a positive surprise! It is of course still a 5-star hotel (stars have nothing to do with how new the hotel is) with all services that a good hotel offers: restaurants, bars, swimming pool, fitness center etc. The hotel has a sky bar on the 13th floor with a beautiful view of the PETRONAS Towers and the Menara TV tower. The sky bar offers free coffee / tea with cookies every night between 9 and 11 PM. The rooms are big and spacious. We asked for a room high up (got one at level 16) with King-Size Bed and a view of PETRONAS Towers. We got everything we asked for. Yes, if you look closely you can see that the hotel is a bit old, but it was still very clean and nothing was broken in our room. They do not yet have flat screen TV:s, which nowadays feel a bit strange, but they do have a fast internet connection. The location is good. There is a 5 minute walk to the nearest Monorailstation and/or to PETRONAS Towers and the KLCC subway station. The Suria KLCC shopping center at PETRONAS Towers is the best we have visited (and we visited a lot!) offering both very expensive brands and more "normal-priced" brands such as GAP, Esprit, Nike etc. The KLCC park behind the towers is absolutely beautiful. Once you are at the PETRONAS Towers, you can also take the airconditioned skybridge from the Convention Center which takes you all the way down to Bukit Bintang, where there are more shopping centers and a lot of restaurants. All-in-all it is a 25 minute walk from the Maya hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights mid year and overall it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and modern and the breakfast simply amazing! Stayed at many 5 star properties around the world and this was one of the best breakfasts ever. It was quite cheap too The only shortfall i would say would be the location. Having previously stayed at Traders which is right next to Suria KLCC and Pavillion, Hilton is a tad far from the centre, esp if you enjoy having a casual stroll to the shops. A taxi is only a 5 minutes ride however if you wanted to walk out and about, theres not really anything around. But overall, very happy with the hotel and their service.

We booked an executive room but was upgraded to a suite (thank you Novotel kuala lumpur). The room was modern and we couldn't find any fault with it. At first before arriving I was nervous from Reading some negative reviews but I guess those guest Were placed in rooms that have not been refurbished. Novotel at Kia Peng road is very well located. Less than a minute away is a pedestrian bridge that connects you to the pavilion mall (2 mins)and klcc (10-15 mins). We didn't get to try the restaurants or room service because the pavillion has a wide range of restaurants and a huge food court. I've stayed at various hotels in kl before but find the Novotel to be one The best in terms of location. The room was also much better compared to the overpriced Dorsett hotel. The only drawback was the wifi in the room was only for one.

I was very happy with this hotel, great location as it was only up the street from The Thai Embassy. 7 Eleven across the road and Domino's! The Petronas Twin Towers and the train station wasn't too far away. Rather surprised for a Four Star hotel that they didn't have red wine! One of the main reasons I choose this hotel was for The Shuttle Service which was only one way from the hotel to 3 or 4 stops and NOT TO THE AIRPORT. I queried this and was told that the customer needs to check with the hotel first! I have never heard the likes of this before! Why would one check the hotel first? I suggest as they advertise their Shuttle Service specifying the restrictions! I have never heard of this before and I use hotels with A Shuttle Service all the time! I only gave 3 stars for cleanliness as the floor was dirty!

Free Bus BusStop is just infront of the Hotel Cons. 1.Bad Breakfast ( Not just bad.. Worst Compare to other Local Hotels ) 2.Small Rooms compare to other Holiday Inns 3. Small Windows (Compare to other Hotels) 4.No Washroom Door Lock For Deluxe/Standard Queen Size Bedrooms ( Why Buddy Why ? ) :( 5.Becuse its an Express Hotel, Not as best as Other Holiday Inns.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Chulan which had been recommended by a work colleague who stays there regularly. We had booked a Deluxe with Breakfast and was initially provided with a room for smokers. We asked for non-smoking and were upgraded to a suite. The extra space, separate living area, kitchenette and large balcony to sit out on at the end of a day of sightseeing was fabulous and I'd happily book this style accommodation in future at the Royal Chulan and recommend it to others. Porters, Reception and Dining area staff were polite, cheerful and helpful. The hotel was immaculately clean. A good 15+ minute walk to KLCC Park and Suria Shopping Centre that includes Petronas Towers, 10 minute walk to the large Pavillion shopping complex. There's a short cut out the back of the hotel to get to Bintang Rd and Pavillion maybe a bit quicker. The only negative is that its a good 10+ min walk to the nearest light train and mono rail. I'd rate this hotel as probably one of the cleanest and best value hotels I've stayed in throughout Asia and probably anywhere else for that matter.

Thank you Element staff for making our stay very memorable, especially when you guys surprise my husband with a birthday cake and a sweet note from the team. We are very touched by your kind gesture. I would like to compliment this hotel and encourage all travellers to book with Element KL by Westin. It is new, the room is spacious, bed is comfortable, stay at level 51 with amazing view despite not facing KLCC. The room has direct USB charging plus USB plugging from mobile to Smart TV. Another great point is that there is 3M filter system which it is safe for drinking from the 3M labeled tap. This is better than the usual 2 free bottles of mineral water. Iron, ironing board and bedroom slippers are available too. The bathroom is very spacious, great for big-sized travellers. It uses both rain shower and shower head. I love the toiletries which are organic, good for travellers with sensitive skin I guess. I cannot find any hair dryer though. Make use of the infinity pool at level 39, it is awesome. When we swim backwards, we can see ourselves from the ceiling mirror. We take pictures and it is so instagrammable! Check-in is at level 40. It is abit challenging to identify the exterior of the hotel as it is a full black tinted glass tall building. It is about 10 to 15-min walk to KLCC and other shopping malls. It is near to some embassies too. Security is 24 hours at level 1. My husband and I enjoy our stay so much that we would rather sleep in than to get ourselves out to do some shopping but well, we need to get out to get food. There are other available services which we have no chance to experience. Eg free rental of bicycle, yoga class in the sky, sky dining, beer promotion etc. The design and layout of the lift lobby to room corridors are uniquely and consistently designed as well. One thing is that we can hear other guests closing theirs door, it is loud. I believe it is due to the door for being heavy. I truly urge all travellers to book Elements when you visit

Stayed at this hotel with my Mom for 3 nights. At first this hotel was chosen in the internet because of its amazing outdoor pool with a magnificent view on the famous twin towers - Petronas. When we arrived there late in the evening the staff at the reception was very welcoming. The room wasn’t very luxurious and a bit old but nice and cozy enough, also with a view on the Petronas towers which is very beautiful at night. We had some problems with the AC and toilet but both were fixed in a short time. The buffet breakfast offered quite a variety of tasty food and fruits and delicious cakes, and we enjoyed nice and peaceful relaxing atmosphere of the place. We were very pleased with the work of concierge Aoran. He did more than just a perfect work. Every request was fulfilled in the best way, and everything arranged in a timely manner with no delays. The location of the hotel also was very convenient. It took us only about 5-10 min walk to the Petronas towers. And several big shopping malls are also within a walking distance. There is a Monorail station just across the road from the hotel! Which is veeeery convenient when you go shopping in those malls and need to get back with a lot of shopping bags, the tickets for Monorail are really cheap. It’s also a fast and cheap way to get to the other places of KL and to watch the city around through the windows. We used it to get to the Birds Park (which is up to the last station, and then took a taxi from there to the park itself). The hotel also has Mandala Spa located in there, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to try it. But I know it’s very famous so next time I’m sure to stay at this very hotel and use the Spa packages.

Great Location across the road from KLCC. We took the 2 bedrooms apartment which is spacious. Non smoking but the room still reeks of cigarette smell nevertheless. While we were there, 2 fogging sessions ongoing. At night, there we lots of mosquitoes which we didn't expect at all being in a 4? star hotel on the 9th floor (we would expect mosquitoes if we were in a resort somewhere near the nature but not in the middle of the city). No mosquito repellant provided but a phone call to reception solved this issue by sending a technician to help "spray" aerosol within the room. Not the best solution especially with my 2 under 4 years old but better than the kids kept getting mosquitoes bites. Will return if have good value for money promotion. Breakfast not much choice. Can be improved!

Hotel Nikko is a 5 star hotel in Kuala Lumpur, excelent situated. The train station is just across the road, which makes transportation in the busy city a breeze. Staff are excellent, checkin/check out very quick. Services are good (although pricy, as the rest of KL!) The only thing they could improve a lot would be breakfast, which was a bit limited for a westerner. We did not dine at the hotel restaurants, I am sure the food would been good, but again expensive. On a funny note, they had a dinner buffet with a "German sausage" theme, but all was "no pork"...so not real German. Overall experience very good.

Hotel management is very integrated, responsive and helpful. Duty Manager, Front Office, The reception, Experience Concierge, "Joshua" and "Suria" And all the staff are very professional, cooperation and welcoming. Friendly staff in all departments. A new and modern place and wonderful smart buildings. and best "Views". Elevators, corridors, rooms, furniture, restaurant, swimming pool, facilities and the hotel's smell are very refined, high taste, cleanliness and luxury. Thank you and everyone for their kindness, dealings and communication, thanks for the hospitality, for the comfort and satisfaction, for the quality, for attention and care. Had to go to make a Non B visa at the Thai embassy and was alone and nervous but the staff at the hotel was very helpful and polite. The location is the best for those of us who need to go to the embassy! Business center was convenient too. Really appreciate the support of the night staff who assisted me even though I arrived in the middle of the night!. Will definitely be back and will tell my friends too. Keep up the great work!!

The hotel/rooms were very clean and had character with high ceilings and great details. The bathroom (with an enclosed shower) was one of the best we had during our stay in Malaysia. The staff were efficient and straightforward about the amenities (no wifi in the rooms). The location is great with easy 1 minute access to the monorail and the neighborhood was upscale. The quality we received for the price was exceptional. We will book this hotel for our next stay in KL.

It's our first time staying here. The moment we reached the hotel, we were impressed with the building, it has small mall at the lower levels with KFC, ATM and shops available. However, the car park was at the 5th floor and the ride up was dizzying but became normal once you get used to it. The entrance to the hotel was also confusing and need improvement on direction signage. The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel room was clean and tidy although small. The window cannot be locked and there is almost no gap between the bed and the window, please note that although the window opening was limited with a restrainer, the gap was quite big and posing danger to children. I hope this will be fixed immediately. The bathroom and toilet hardware need to be fixed as I found them loose and falling apart for example the soap bar holder and water hose holder. Other than that, the bathroom and toilet was nice. The best parts IMO were the swimming pool and playground my kids loved it.

the hotel staff was polite and show a deciseve willingness to help guest solving their own problems and preocupations. the room was clean and the service good. one negative note for agoda tough. unlike all the other guests, we were not entitled to receive the daily newspaper because our booking had been made through agoda and not directly. that's a shame for agoda isn't it? i dare suggesting agoda to do something to change this negative mark. everything else is ok. i booked hotels through agoda in the last two month (june&july) and i dint's regret. i'll keep on using agoa's services in the future.

My partner and I went on a big holiday around the world and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. As a young couple, our budget wasn't big so we weren't expecting too much considering the price we paid so you could imagine our surprise when we showed up to this amazing hotel with an extremely large room! We booked for a 1 Bedroom Premier with Breakfast which came with a large walk in wardrobe, study room which was big enough for another bed and a bathroom which contained a bathtub overlooking the city through a glass wall. The elevators were absolutely massive, which was definitely a plus as many places we went to had TINY elevators which means multiple trips/long waits during peak times. Breakfast was amazing with a large variety of different foods to suit different needs. It's also right next to the British Embassy which is probably a good thing if you're from the UK!

The view from the infinity pool is a MUST! Being able to walk back and forth from Suria KLCC/Petronas Towers was also a huge plus. There are also plenty of banks with global ATMs near the hotel, so getting cash was really convenient. The breakfast is kind of cheap quality, but it's a budget hotel, so. (Also, they don't provide shampoo or conditioner. There's a Watsons down the block where you can buy some travel-sized bottles for cheap, but it might be best to bring your own.)

This is my second time staying at this hotel. And I’m returning again 2019. Highly recommend to booked the CLUB room ie Club Deluxe, Club premier, Club Executive or suites room. These room types entitled you to club lounge access which has afternoon snacks from 3:30pm and evening cocktails from 5:30pm. 90% of the staff here are amazing! 99% of the staff here can speak good English. One negative point but not important is the guys at the bridge section could be more friendlier, maybe standing at that post all day long can get pretty boring I can imagine. I read bad reviews written by previous guests about this hotel but in all seriousness this hotel is not that bad to what people says. You paid for what you get and some people will never be happy no matter what you do, I have stay over hundreds of hotels and consider that this hotel is only rated as 4 stars in my opinion would top (even better) than some of the 5 stars branded name hotels such as Hilton, Stamford even the Sheraton. If you haven’t heard of Grab, download and setup Grab before you get here. Grab is another form of Uber. It’s very convenience and cheap to get all over KL.

I have been staying in Maxstays - MaxsStyle @ Kirana Residence for only three days, but in that short time I have definitely discovered my new favorite place to stay in KL. Cynthea made me feel so welcome and valued that I felt like I was visiting my best friend's home. She also gave me her personal phone number and made herself available for questions at all times, as it was my first time visiting Malaysia. Room was spacious and well decorated, the bathroom was nice and well stocked with awesome toiletries. Large bath tub was a nice touch as well! This condotel is located 3-5 minutes walk from iconic Petronas towers, so I enjoyed the best KL city center has to offer walking to/from hotel and admiring day and night views. Cynthea also gave some really good suggestions regarding other KL destinations, so I had an exciting and eventful weekend visiting those places. Overall, couldn't be more pleased with my stay in Maxstays - MaxsStyle @ Kirana Residence.

This is a very very nice hotel that is not in the middle of KL, it is just out of the centre of the city and for those who like to walk about 20 Min. This hotel allows you to experience the local community and the more you explore the more you find. Food and dinning in this area is at reasonable prices, unlike the centre of the city. Get out and explore by foot great, you can see and taste Malaysia on foot without tourist inflated prises. Big thank you to the staff of this hotel. P.S. newly renovated hotel
