"The hotel was absolutely beautiful. I was greeted with a friendly smile by the doorman whom directed me to the front desk where I was welcomed by a wonderful staff that had me checked in within minutes. I was taken back by my spacious room and the incredibly beautiful view from the 22nd floor. Everything was within walking distance of the hotel which was perfect. When I checked out the staff was just as warm and energetic. I can guarantee that I will be returning and recommending this hotel to everyone. My visit was perfect in every way possible.."

"Washing machine was broke. Still had to Uber everywhere even though everywhere I went was downtown Dallas. Parking is free but a hassle. Have to walk a good ways from the garage to the condo. One roll of toilet paper, two small towels and two big towels. Very expensive for nothing in it. "

"Being in the middle of downtown Dallas, there is a premium for space, but we were comfortable. Parking was an issue, but we just simply parked in a nearby lot and hired Ubers to drive us around town. Nearby Cindy's Deli was a pleasant surprise. It was within walking distance and offered genuine Southern and New York style recipes . Our visit to Big D was a great place to celebrate my birthday. "
