I also loved how they offer a free shuttle service to Suria KLCC, the commercial complex at the foot of the towers. Now most hotels have that, but what’s amazing about Traders is that it also has a direct pathway to Suria through the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center and an underground walkway. How convenient! I particularly appreciate how effective their staff is. There are a lot of them situated at the ground floor, all ready to help guests with any concerns, to answer any of their questions, or to guide them to their rooms and other such things. That’s really their sole purpose, since the front desk itself is on a different floor. The best thing about it is that they all speak very good English – such a great help! Lastly, their Sky Bar is amazing. If I had more ringgits on me, I’d stay there the whole night!

Our room was comfortable with plenty of room for us and our bags, a desk space and extra chair. The rain shower was great and the water was plentiful and hot. Another plus was the blackout curtains that really worked so that sleep was deep and refreshing. The coffee was the only disappointment, it was terribly weak. Staff at the hotel were eager to help with directions and advice on restaurants and shopping. The hotel also has a very nice fitness center and a nicly sized pool. Altogether we found this a great choice for a weekend in Kuala Lumpur and would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a good central location that is comfortable, clean, well laid out and affordable.

I travelled in a group of 4 university students from Australia and this hotel far surpassed our expectations. Firstly, we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by very friendly staff as well as being offered a room upgrade on one of our rooms. Once we got to our rooms on the 25th floor (which were exactly as we asked [joined or on the same floor and one room with a doub...I travelled in a group of 4 university students from Australia and this hotel far surpassed our expectations. Firstly, we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by very friendly staff as well as being offered a room upgrade on one of our rooms. Once we got to our rooms on the 25th floor (which were exactly as we asked [joined or on the same floor and one room with a double bed and the other with 2 singles]) we were absolutely amazed at the size of both rooms and the views. Despite being a smoking floor, the corridor and rooms were fresh, in fact we had no idea until we called reception and asked. Moreover, being a part of a group of 4x 20 year olds, we were, admittedly loud at times, however when I'd walk into the corridor, the sound was muted which could be a useful "feature' for parents with young children or just people like us who have no sense of decorum. We then went to have a look at the pool on the roof, which is unbelievable. A 360 degree view of Kuala Lumpur including a great view of the Petronas Towers and Kuala Lumpur Tower (which is literally next door). The only downside is that the bar is quite expensive at the poolside bar. Room service was also very reasonably priced and of a great quality. Come night, nightclubs, pubs and bars were within a 500m walking distance and were easily located. Definitely would recommend Rum Jungle down the road for it's chirpy staff and live music. Overall, I'd definitely stay at the Pacific Regency again for it's location, cleanliness, price, size of rooms and rooftop pool!

I Used to book Nomad at Sucasa which is just opposite Lanson Place Ambassador Row. Unfortunately, Nomad Sucasa have raised their pricing to am unbelievable price of around RM 360 per night. For this price, I can look for a decent good hotel stay around in Kuala Lumpur. For this price, Nomad Sucasa cannot simply worth it even though they claim theirs is a 5 star stay. More like 3 star to me. For this price, It prompted me to look for another alternative. Finally, I found Lanson Place Ambassador Row with a price tag that agoda had offer. I booked a 1 bedroom apt. Good and cleaned room. Customer service excellent and most importantly with easy access to their Internet service within their hotel areas. Room signals are good as well. Whatever is it, this Apartment is definitely a extreme value for money and u will not regret staying especially when family with young kids is concern. Altough no restaurant to serve breakfast, but who cares abt breakfast since food is easily available in nearby areas.

At first before arriving I was nervous from Reading some negative reviews but I guess those guest Were placed in rooms that have not been refurbished. Novotel at Kia Peng road is very well located. Less than a minute away is a pedestrian bridge that connects you to the pavilion mall (2 mins)and klcc (10-15 mins). We didn't get to try the restaurants or room service because the pavillion has a wide range of restaurants and a huge food court. I've stayed at various hotels in kl before but find the Novotel to be one The best in terms of location. The room was also much better compared to the overpriced Dorsett hotel. The only drawback was the wifi in the room was only for one.

It is a beautiful hotel with an opulent feel about it and yet it manages to preserve that certain warmth about it through its ethnically themed decorative overtones. The hotel is sprawled over a huge area which gives it not only a grand and open feel but it also allows the Rotyal Chulan the luxury of having a large indoor event area, one of the largest I have seen which does not have the usual limitations of supporting columns. This event area even has its own water feature and (artificial) trees which gives it a very outdoor feel while shielding its guests from the elements. The rooms were luxurious with no effort spared in the maintenance and upkeep of the beautiful rooms with high ceilings. The bedding is top rate with a firm yet comfortable mattress. Staff were well trained, polite and cheerful at all times while the food served at the breakfast buffet spread was of above avergae quality with a wide enough variety to suit the tastes of probably most individuals who have wisely decided to make the Royal Chulan their hotel of choice during their sojourn in Malaysia's capital Kuala Lumpur. Overall, the Royal Chulan leaves one with the feeling of wanting to stay for just that one more day, and wanting to return to Kuala Lumpur, if for no other reason, to enjoy the Royal Chulan experience all over again.

The room as well as the toilet was tidy and clean, especially the bed, it was so comfortable and i slept soundly during my stay. i really enjoyed my stay in this hotel without saying which i am proud of myself for choosing it for my pleasant stay.

Lots of western junk food around the hotel if you don´t want to risk with the local food. Just across the street you have McDonald´s, KFC and Pizza Hut

Wondderful property in quiet location. Even though the property has not yet been finished please do not let this put you off. The noise and disruption was really quite minimal and for chance to stay at such a wonderful property i would recommend to anybody. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. It only took about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes from Ampang Park station. The property is exclusive and set in area where the embassies are. it was quiet, it was residential and it was a nice quiet retreat from the KLCC area. The food i had there was wonderful and cooked very well indeed. The definite plus to the property is the rooms and the design to the hotel. it's very well done and the rooms are simply stunning. Even though property is currently only having a soft opening please do not let this deter you from staying there. I would recommend it to anybody and in my opinion it is on it's way to being the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur (as long as you want a big international type hotel with lots of facilities, restaurants and guests). THis property is for the more discerning traveller.

We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids aged 10 and 8). We booked a 2 bedroom which was as good as we had expected. He had 2 single beds in one bedroom and a big (king sized I guess) in the master bedroom. We had a kitchen equipped with cooking utensils and a microwave which is convenient and felt like home. The hotel location is right opposite the royal Thai embassy and very close to bus stations both to and from the hotel, as well as it is within a walking distance to Ampang Park subway station. Comparing to nearby hotels I couldn't find any room big enough with this very budget price. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel/rooms were very clean and had character with high ceilings and great details. The bathroom (with an enclosed shower) was one of the best we had during our stay in Malaysia. The staff were efficient and straightforward about the amenities (no wifi in the rooms). the hotel is located in a university's compus approximately 5 minutes away from klcc petronas twin tower...it is properly guarded and safe..access to the public transport such as bus and taxi are also very convenient.. i took the suite room that comes with twin bed.. the room is clean, air conditioned; complete with personal balcony with klcc view...the staff was nice ...the hotel is located in a university's compus approximately 5 minutes away from klcc petronas twin tower...it is properly guarded and safe..access to the public transport such as bus and taxi are also very convenient.. i took the suite room that comes with twin bed.. the room is clean, air conditioned; complete with personal balcony with klcc view...the staff was nice and the cafe servs good quality food..eventhough the food choices is not many, but the common and mostly needed are there... the room is big, divided i to 2 sections and can be isolated using wooden sliding door, the bed section comes with the washroom and the dining hall section comes with sofa and small kitchen with microwave oven...
