This is one of my favourite hotel so far because of the value for money with great location and view. The check in lobby was way up the building which is quite interesting and a sight to remember looking at the Petronas twin tower both daylight and night time. The hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious as we booked the Grand king room. Swimming pool was awesome with great view. Breakfast was also great with lots of selection while enjoying a beautiful view from 38th floor. Going to Suria KLCC takes around 5 minutes, going to Pavilion you can just use the aerobridge to keep you cool from hot weather and rainy days. Overall experience was great.. Staffs were friendly and helpful.. Will stay here again.

Very pleasure and comfortable stay, hotel room is very clean and quiet. Very convenience, about 3 mins walk to Bukit Nenas monorail station (which is only next station from Bukit Bintang), there is free shuttle bus station in front of hotel to KLCC, Lot 10, Pavilion shopping mall. Hotel breakfast is good, many variety of food. Unfortunately hotel swimming pool is closed due to raining during my stay.

Great breakfast! Great buffet dinner! Very helpful staffs, very courteous and very very polite!! Excellent cleanliness!!The best hotel I've ever visited in Kuala Lumpur. Better services compare to Singapore's hotels. I remember the lady during the buffet dinner. She was very polite. Very accommodating. She deserves recognition. I talked to her while paying my dinner bill. I forgot her name. She was wearing spectacle. However I commend all your staffs. The reception ladies who met and greeted me and assisted me to check in. I commend the bell boy who carried my luggage to the room on 23 Sept. Those also assigned in the security check, they very courteous and polite. You usherettes and ushers they always greet all the people. They deserve recognition. Also your staffs during dinner and breakfast are also deserve recognition. Very clean. Your hotel is the best. I've been to number of 5 stars hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Shangri-La is the best among them. Worth for money! You have best staffs.

Booked 2 nights initially so that we have an option to change. But extended for balance 2 days since everything was great for a family stay. Service from all with no exception efficient and very polite/friendly. I'd say some of the best service in any hotel i have stayed and i have stayed in many on my business travel. Rooms were Big, Clean. Instead of usual hotel branded toilteries they provide Crabtree and Evelyn. View from room overlooked a older building but still had great city views and KL tower which was right next to hotel. They serve a good Breakfast buffet which has something for all. Eggs cooked on order the way you want. Waffles made on order as well. The location is great. Just 15-20 mins easy paced walk (with 9 yr old kid) to Bukit Bintang, KLCC, Twin Tower. KL Tower is next to Hotel. We only took a taxi for Airport and return. A mini-mart is available in the small shopping mall (Menara Weld) that is right in front of the side street Hotel is located (Jalan Punchak, Hotel can be entered from 2 streets). We took all we need from there. Shop closes around 7pm. The small has Dunkin Donuts, Secret Recipe, Dominoes, etc. as well and a telecom shop to get a Prepaid SIM which we did).

We were very satisfied with the hotel. It was ideally located and did not have any problems to commute to different places. 10 minutes walk to the twin towers and the Suria Mall. Hotel rooms were very comfortable and upon request they arranged a connecting room for my children even though the hotel was fully booked though one day we had to stay on different floors. The staff was very willing to help and accommodate us in every way they could. The food was very good and for breakfast they had a big selection.

We had an amazing stay for two nights. The hotel is located just behind Renaissance. The service was superb. The one-bedroom suite we booked were spotless clean. It was huge. The best thing was, one-bedroom suite has a huge ensuite bathroom and seperate vanity area and also one guest toilet Outside, near the kitchen area. View was amazing too. I got full view of the twin tower on lvl 6. The pool area has children pool as well with water slides and colorful small balls for the kids pleasure. There was Jacuzzi as well. Also a playground for kids and indoor play area for toddlers. A very relaxing place indeed. Location was good, walking distance to shopping malls. We got complimentary parking lot as well. The security was good around the hotel.

Very Recommended Hotel : - Infront Of Hotel is AVenue K Mall : Just Go Inside and 1 access same to Suria KLCC (very near to twin tower petronas) - Transport is MRT is very near, just go in Avenue K Mall , with Rapid KL LRT KLCC - this hotel is very cheap is you booking early - breakfast is very nice and many food you can pick - Room is very Nice View, clean, facilities is very good - many place you can go - Tranport another MRT, you can use Grab Car (Online transportation), GRAB is very Cheap between Uber or another Taxi Meter, Just download in Playstore or App Store - From Airport KLIA (kuala lumpur International airport), you can get to the hotel very simple : 1. From KLIA to KL Sentral with Bus (price is about RM10-30) 2. From KLIA to KL Sentral with KLIA Express (One way is RM55) from KL Sentral, you take LRT Rapid KL to KLCC (price RM 2.30) after arrive KLCC LRT, you just go out to AK Mall, and you arrive soon to hotel. this the best recommend hotel at Kuala Lumpur

Yes, Hotel Maya made be an older, tired 5-star hotel, but for its price, it's still a great place to stay. Its location is probably its biggest selling point: it's just down the street from the Petronas Towers and KLCC mall, and literally across the street from Zouk. Plenty of taxis on the main road just outside the entrance. But aside from its prime location, Hotel Maya has a well trained staff. Everyone is friendly, speaks very good English, and works quickly. Our check-in was fast, our room service was fast, even the pool staff worked efficiently. We ordered a birthday cake to surprise our friend at the last minute, and despite it being past 8pm and everything was closed, and the room service staff went above and beyond to get us a beautiful cake with personalized writing and candles on it. And all of our room service meals, although expensive, came in massive portions. One plate can easily feed two! The rooms themselves seem more like a 4 star, with many small details of defect and aging visible. We even had 5 mosquitoes that welcomed us when we first entered the room! But if you try and just ignore the very minute details, you'll enjoy your stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable, rain shower had good water pressure and consistent hot water, you get all the amenities of a 5 star (mini bar, robes, safe, toiletries, newspaper), and best of all, the friendly and hardworking staff.

We booked an executive room but was upgraded to a suite (thank you Novotel kuala lumpur). The room was modern and we couldn't find any fault with it. At first before arriving I was nervous from Reading some negative reviews but I guess those guest Were placed in rooms that have not been refurbished. Novotel at Kia Peng road is very well located. Less than a minute away is a pedestrian bridge that connects you to the pavilion mall (2 mins)and klcc (10-15 mins). We didn't get to try the restaurants or room service because the pavillion has a wide range of restaurants and a huge food court. I've stayed at various hotels in kl before but find the Novotel to be one The best in terms of location. The room was also much better compared to the overpriced Dorsett hotel. The only drawback was the wifi in the room was only for one.

We were happy with the price and room that we got (one apartment deluxe for below RM300). It's spacious with a separate living room and bedroom. It's very clean and comfortable. It has a small gym and a nice swimming pool. The downside is that there's not much to do around the area unless you drive out or order a grab. Great Eastern Mall is 800m away and the Ampark Park Mall / LRT is around 1-2km. But I definitely recommend this place for a short staycation, and you just want to stay in the room.

Most of what you need as a smart traveler is here. You pay just for the services you need. Great bed, hot and cold shower with Towels, shampoo and bath gel in one and liquid hand soap and hair dryer. Room has a small cabinet to hang clothes, safety deposit box, complimentary coffee, tea and water. Wifi is free as well. Breakfast is good and is included in the price. This is a sort of self service hotel..If you need anything like shaver and shaving cream, it is upon request and you will need to get it at the Front Desk...yes they won't deliver it to your room..fair enough for the price of the room. Near KL tower and Petronas..My husband and I just walked going there. There is a free bus going around to get to selected places in Bukit Bintang area. It is a purple and the bus stop is just beside the hotel..it could take you to the Pavilion Mall, Farenheit Mall, Star Gallery Mall, etc., Central Market. It was a great stay!

My buddy and I requested during booking a room with the view if the twin towers being it's our first time to KL. I was really happy that was accommodated. It's truly a 5 star hotel, great room, free wi-fi, nice infinity pool, very nice breakfast buffet. We also had the lunch buffet and it was equally nice with large selections of eastern and western options. And don't forget to try out the other restaurants in the hotel as well. We went to have dinner at Bungas Emas and enjoyed the chef tasting menu, that was fabulous! The staff from the bell hop (Ravi) to the concierge are all very friendly and helpful. You can walk to Bukit Bintang in about 10 minutes so the location is great also.

Thank you Element staff for making our stay very memorable, especially when you guys surprise my husband with a birthday cake and a sweet note from the team. We are very touched by your kind gesture. I would like to compliment this hotel and encourage all travellers to book with Element KL by Westin. It is new, the room is spacious, bed is comfortable, stay at level 51 with amazing view despite not facing KLCC. The room has direct USB charging plus USB plugging from mobile to Smart TV. Another great point is that there is 3M filter system which it is safe for drinking from the 3M labeled tap. This is better than the usual 2 free bottles of mineral water. Iron, ironing board and bedroom slippers are available too. The bathroom is very spacious, great for big-sized travellers. It uses both rain shower and shower head. I love the toiletries which are organic, good for travellers with sensitive skin I guess. I cannot find any hair dryer though. Make use of the infinity pool at level 39, it is awesome. When we swim backwards, we can see ourselves from the ceiling mirror. We take pictures and it is so instagrammable! Check-in is at level 40. It is abit challenging to identify the exterior of the hotel as it is a full black tinted glass tall building. It is about 10 to 15-min walk to KLCC and other shopping malls. It is near to some embassies too. Security is 24 hours at level 1. My husband and I enjoy our stay so much that we would rather sleep in than to get ourselves out to do some shopping but well, we need to get out to get food. There are other available services which we have no chance to experience. Eg free rental of bicycle, yoga class in the sky, sky dining, beer promotion etc. The design and layout of the lift lobby to room corridors are uniquely and consistently designed as well. One thing is that we can hear other guests closing theirs door, it is loud. I believe it is due to the door for being heavy. I truly urge all travellers to book Elements when you visit

Stayed at this hotel with my Mom for 3 nights. At first this hotel was chosen in the internet because of its amazing outdoor pool with a magnificent view on the famous twin towers - Petronas. When we arrived there late in the evening the staff at the reception was very welcoming. The room wasn’t very luxurious and a bit old but nice and cozy enough, also with a view on the Petronas towers which is very beautiful at night. We had some problems with the AC and toilet but both were fixed in a short time. The buffet breakfast offered quite a variety of tasty food and fruits and delicious cakes, and we enjoyed nice and peaceful relaxing atmosphere of the place. We were very pleased with the work of concierge Aoran. He did more than just a perfect work. Every request was fulfilled in the best way, and everything arranged in a timely manner with no delays. The location of the hotel also was very convenient. It took us only about 5-10 min walk to the Petronas towers. And several big shopping malls are also within a walking distance. There is a Monorail station just across the road from the hotel! Which is veeeery convenient when you go shopping in those malls and need to get back with a lot of shopping bags, the tickets for Monorail are really cheap. It’s also a fast and cheap way to get to the other places of KL and to watch the city around through the windows. We used it to get to the Birds Park (which is up to the last station, and then took a taxi from there to the park itself). The hotel also has Mandala Spa located in there, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to try it. But I know it’s very famous so next time I’m sure to stay at this very hotel and use the Spa packages.

We were surprized by the size of the lobby and check in areas, as the Hotel didn't look that big from the outside. The breakfast room was spacious, with beautiful water features blocking out the outside traffic, created a calm and soothing atmosphere, the menu choice was great, with Eastern and Western food, and plenty of fresh fruits. We love the desk set up at one corner of the room for Internet and paper work, very convenient. the room setting was modern, and effective. Separate bath was great for a nice long soak after a hot day outside. The hourly free shuttle bus service to major shopping areas was a big plus. Free internet and daily newspaper and in room safe round up perfectly.

I booked 3 Signature Banyan Retreat King rooms for my family, and they got me all 3 rooms next to one another, as per my request. It was my wife’s birthday, and my children and I wanted to surprise her on the stroke of midnight, and the hotel team decorated my room with a banner, balloons, flowers and a cake, as per my request while we were out that night. Needless to say, my wife was so happy, and I was so pleased. Thank you to Ms. Arianna at the front office, and the housekeeping team for going out of their way to tend to my requests. The room was great, and the entire atmosphere in the hotel was also great. Great location as well as it is just opposite Pavilion Mall. Finally, the staff are all very polite and courteous, and the service truly top notch. Certainly recommend anyone to stay here, as you will not be disappointed. Definitely a 10 in my book.

I give it two thumbs UP, great location, nice view, clean room, and friendly staff with sumptuous breakfast. At the beginning, I found it over-priced by comparing to other renowned five star hotels in the same area. Also, the breakfast wasn’t including the room rate, which annoyed me a lot, when there are other renowned five star hotels in the same area giving better rate including the breakfast. However, what made the deal was the breakfast. It was the best breakfast, I had so far. I will write a separate review about it. The final verdict is awesome stay, yes it is expensive, but will feel the value for money in it. At least you give it 3 of 5 or 4 of 5 for money value. I hope the hotel doesn’t increase the rate. The hotel/rooms were very clean and had character with high ceilings and great details. The bathroom (with an enclosed shower) was one of the best we had during our stay in Malaysia. The staff were efficient and straightforward about the amenities (no wifi in the rooms). The location is great with easy 1 minute access to the monorail and the neighborhood was upscale. The quality we received for the price was exceptional. We will book this hotel for our next stay in KL.

It's our first time staying here. The moment we reached the hotel, we were impressed with the building, it has small mall at the lower levels with KFC, ATM and shops available. However, the car park was at the 5th floor and the ride up was dizzying but became normal once you get used to it. The entrance to the hotel was also confusing and need improvement on direction signage. The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel room was clean and tidy although small. The window cannot be locked and there is almost no gap between the bed and the window, please note that although the window opening was limited with a restrainer, the gap was quite big and posing danger to children. I hope this will be fixed immediately. The bathroom and toilet hardware need to be fixed as I found them loose and falling apart for example the soap bar holder and water hose holder. Other than that, the bathroom and toilet was nice. The best parts IMO were the swimming pool and playground my kids loved it.

First time in KL, and this seemed a good compromise on location, cost, and size. The chalet was spacious, had cooking facilities, and was a pleasant place to spend time. The staff were polite, though not as good as Flamingo by the sea. I guess that's the difference between big city and beach hotel. Food is good, room service prompt. Housekeeping efficient, though a little early during national holidays. Location is about an hours walk from the main city center, though taxis and public transport will get you there quicker. There are many decent restaurants close by, plus a small shopping mall. The highway nearby does not create a noisy atmosphere around the hotel. The hotel restaurants at the hotel are good, if a little limited in choice. The is a lot of security around the hotel, for those that feel this is a need, and it is conspicuous. They seem to have control of who enters, giving a feeling of safety. A manager came around and asked my opinion of things, and any minor complaints were dealt with quickly and pleasantly.

this hotel has been the best experience i have had in kl. i booked a 1 bedroom deluxe and was up-graded to a 1 bedroom suite which was so gorgeous and large. the suite comes with everything you could possibly need. washing machine/dryer, large fridge and kitchen has everything you need for cooking too. gorgeous lounge room has lcd tv, dvd, mini hi-fi system, its just fantastic, you almost don't want to leave the apartment. the bathroom is amazing too. bath tub with views towards the mountains and rain shower is so relaxing. the bedroom comprises of a large firm bed and plenty of fluffy pillows. lcd tv, alarm clock with ipod docking, writing desk, and a walk in wardrobe with iron, ironing board, personal safe and plenty of shelf space. the self serve breakfast is really good too, the best i have had from any hotel. lots of fruit, cereals, rice, toast, juices, salads, tea and coffee. i cannot fault this extraordinary hotel/service apartment in any way and i highly recommend anyone to take a look and be amazed for themselves.

I was just 3 Days in KL , had a nice time in the Hotel. 10 Minutes by feet to the Twin Towers and 2 Min. by Grab Car. Grab Car is the best Option to move through KL. If you arrive at KLIA 1 take the Ekspress Train to KL City Central Station and order over your App in the Smartphone a Grab Car. It takes Minutes and it's Fantastic, very cheap nice Driver. All OK. I must come back to visit KL again , it's a real nice City with nice People, great and different food. Ralf Becker

Hotel Impiana KLCC is a very good hotel with a perfect service. The location is absolutely great, being in the middle of Kuala Lumpur, directly in between shopping malls Suria KLCC and Pavilion. If you are travelling in Malaysia by car, Impiana is a good hotel to stay because they have free parking and a good parking lot next to the hotel. There is almost nothing negative about this hotel. Good price / quality ratio! We booked this hotel without and meals, so I cant say about the quality of the food.. but looking at their restaurant it must have been pretty good.. busy every evening! You don't need any meals from the hotel if you think its too expensive, you can get the best food at almost every corner of the street in Kuala Lumpur.

I have been staying in Maxstays - MaxsStyle @ Kirana Residence for only three days, but in that short time I have definitely discovered my new favorite place to stay in KL. Cynthea made me feel so welcome and valued that I felt like I was visiting my best friend's home. She also gave me her personal phone number and made herself available for questions at all times, as it was my first time visiting Malaysia. Room was spacious and well decorated, the bathroom was nice and well stocked with awesome toiletries. Large bath tub was a nice touch as well! This condotel is located 3-5 minutes walk from iconic Petronas towers, so I enjoyed the best KL city center has to offer walking to/from hotel and admiring day and night views. Cynthea also gave some really good suggestions regarding other KL destinations, so I had an exciting and eventful weekend visiting those places. Overall, couldn't be more pleased with my stay in Maxstays - MaxsStyle @ Kirana Residence.

This is a very very nice hotel that is not in the middle of KL, it is just out of the centre of the city and for those who like to walk about 20 Min. This hotel allows you to experience the local community and the more you explore the more you find. Food and dinning in this area is at reasonable prices, unlike the centre of the city. Get out and explore by foot great, you can see and taste Malaysia on foot without tourist inflated prises. Big thank you to the staff of this hotel. P.S. newly renovated hotel
