Well located just outside the city which provides easy assess and little traffic jam. Very convenient to travel to most part of the city & most shopping malls. The Great World City Shopping Mall is one that fun & fully filled with all you need which is 10mins walk away. Tiong Baharu market which is also 10mins walk away is the old town of Singapore and provides all style & type of local delights & food. One can taste the heart of Singapore at the market. The hotel is well clean & tidy, music filled the air throughout. The warm & hearty smiling staff helps guests to relax and feel welcome. Always helpful & hospitable in their service.

as an avid walker, the location provided great walks along the singapore river through to china town, both quays and to orchard rd shopping precinct. surrounded by numerous restaurants ranging from italia, australian and, of course. local cuisine, plus a small shopping mall a minute away, it was ideal for the visitor. taxis at the door at all times made going further so easy. thanks to agoda and hotel staff for arranging special request for all four single travellers in the group to have rooms on the same floor. look forward to a return stay!

Rooms were small, but was ok as only used to sleep in for a few nights - not to live in. Very nice layout for the size. Had everything you needed i.e. iron, hairdryer, international sockets, free internet. Great access to bars and restaurant along the Quay. One shopping mall which opened at 11am with some nice shops in. We walked from our hotel into the central city to the ship on the towers and the big wheel which was good as you get to see more of Singapore and not stuck in a taxi. Taxi back to hotel. Recommend at least 2 whole days in Singapore (3 nights).

Value for money! We were satisfied with our 5 days stay at the hotel! The location is accessible to the shopping mall and mrt station. They are just accross the hotel. Very near also to china town where you can buy pasalubong and have a taste of local food. The hotel is also very near mc do and burger king and 7 eleven. most of all the hotel staff are great. I would like to commend Albert who helped me out when i had problem with my booking for a show at Singapore. Ms. Wa was also nice. Thanks to you! I would recommend Jayleen Hotel to my friends and relatives!

I had the luxury of entering the hotel from the side entrance after a stroll along the Singapore River. It was a pleasant walk, very relaxing environment. Checkout is a breeze and when i opened the door, the room is huge, tastefully decorated, nice lush king size bed and a sofa near the window overlooking the singapore river, nice little desk to do your work and well appointed bathroom with rain shower and a separate bathtub. The only problem i face is food, there's no restaurants or foodcourts in the immediate sorrounding so if you're pressed for time you would have to dine in room or the hotel restaurant, to get to the nearest restaurant would take a 10 minutes walk to Robertson Quay or Great World City shopping centre. All in all a great hotel, highly recommended for families or couples on a holiday.

park regis singapore hotel is one of the best boutique hotel is singapore. although the price is slightly higher, but the stay is quite worth it. thanks to agoda again!!! anyway, the hotel is clean and neat. stylishly design and layout. they have a nice swimming pool and reasonably size gym for workout. restaurant food is nice too. location is near some shopping mall call central. it is also near lots of restaurant and clubs for parties. also walking distance to train station. i give it a four thumbs up!!!

I've booked Executive Room for 4 days 3 nights. Me & wifey checking in quite fast since there's not much guest queuing up at the lobby. As it's stated, the room not as big space but more than good enough just for couples traveler. The room were clean & tidy, housekeeping everyday & replenished our room amenities. The bed is sweet which is very important for us because we wanna have a nice sleep bed, pillows. Good Air-conditioned, good sound-proofing, good water pressure hot & cold. Awesome staff,as the name is, inside the hotel does smelled a little fragrance, which is very nice. Love it. Location is so good, within few minutes walks to major shopping mall, restaurant, Bar & Grill, especially Clark Quay Entertainment Hub. MRT, bus, taxi easily access as well. Just downstairs at the outside the Fragrance Hotel Riverside also located 24Hours 7 Eleven store which very convenient as well. Overall stay was wonderful, definitely coming back to this hotel again.

Locationwise, not bad, you can walk easily to nearby shops/malls. Central Mall is just opposite the hotel. The staff were friendly. Dave (the reception counter), who helped us with our check-ins were awesomely kind, helpful and polite. I like the hotel as it provides a hose bidet in the toilet. As it is only the two of us, so the room space with a queen bed is ok. It wont be enough if we have our children with us though. Overall, it is a good place. We didn't use our breakfast entitlement as they also serve non-halal food. Hopefully that can be taken into consideration to have a Halal eatery at the restaurant. It would have been a great staycation. :)

We've previously stayed at the Swissotel Merchant Court on our trips to Singapore, this time we were travelling with our five year old granddaughter and needed an extra room. The Park Avenue Clemenceau Hotel on paper offered the best in terms of space and cost whilst still being close to the riverside area. The hotel turned out to be a very pleasant surprise, the amount of space we had in our 2 bedroom apartment was more than I'd expected, space in hotels, even 5 star hotels, in Singapore is hard to come by. The hotel is well located with a handy shopping mall with a Cold Storage and 7-11 in the same building, there's easy access to the riverside and the restaurants and night life of Robertson and Clarke Quays. We didn't take the breakfast offered preferring to eat at our own leisure, the apartment kitchen was suitably equipped and it's easy to shop at Cold Storage and pick up fresh croissants each morning from the Delifrance in the mall. We'll be back again next year.

The Best Service we had in last few years. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Yet we forgot to make reservation at the restaurant preferred before arriving Singapore. On 4th Aug, the staff on duty at reception, including Muhammed, worked really hard to help us secure a table. This service was beyond our expectation. We just asked for info, but they helped out in the whole process. We had really happy experience at the famous National Kitchen on our anniversary. Second story is the Plum & Toro Restaurant, we were really tired at the end of our journey, and had a really beautiful lunch there before leaving Singapore. Everything was good, the food, the chefs, the services, the ambience. The Bellboy, the staff @ Breakfast table, even the cleaning lady. Everything was perfect. Thank you Intercontinental Robertson Quay.

Loved the design of this hotel, feels luxurious for its price and has little technological touches that make everything easier and get you into the Singapore vibe. The rooms are tiny but that’s very common in Singapore (as in many major cities around the world). Everything is very clean and designed to make the best out of the small space. The staff were very nice (and the robot who acts as room service was cool as well). I didn’t love the breakfast, not many options for plant-based eaters, but if you’re used to having eggs, meat and dairy in the morning you should be fine. The location is great - by a nice section of the river with many cafes, bars and restaurants. It is about 15 min walking distance from the nearest MRT station but the hotel also offers a free shuttle service to select locations in the city which makes it very easy to get around. All in all the hotel was great and we will definitely return to it next time we’re in Singapore.

It is a good hotel overall. Professional staff. Quick service in general. The rooms are quite big and clean. The usual amenities are adequate and if you get a high floor room, you do get a good view of certain parts of the island. Although not exactly near to the usual shopping areas or a subway station, there are buses that run outside the hotel to take you there in 10 minutes or so. Great World City Shopping Mall is within walking distance.

So central easy walk to clarke, boat quays. close to MRT easy yo all shopping malls and minutes walk from Chinatown . Staff were amazing. Breakfast perfect for start of day .. 7 11 across the road and sooo many food choices close. 24 hour coffee and great sitting spaces. Pool spa perfect after a dsy walking Singapore, Loved our stay and will be staying there again.

The hotel has excellent location, less than 5 minutes walk to MRT Clarke Quay, very convenient to go around by MRT. Beside, it's near Clarke Quay shopping mall, China town. I had gone through a lot of review about hotel In Singapore before booking hotel Conforto and it's worth the money. The room is spacious enough for 2 of us and very clean and comfortable. Staffs are all friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Singapore.

One disappointment is that I had to wait until 3pm to get a room. Other than that, this hotel is nearly perfect. It is situated 3-minute walk from Clarke Quay MRT and it is also very close to China Town. There is a big shopping mall called Central right opposite to this hotel and there is beautiful scene of Clarke Quay next to this shopping mall. The customer service in this hotel is very good and they are very nice. The room is a bit small but acceptable. There is HBO movie channel so I was not bored during staying in this hotel.

Location is excellent. Just opposite mrt station. Teksi and bus stand just in front of the hotel. Clarke quay and a shopping mall just next to the hotel. Walking distance to China town, maxwell food court and also raffle mrt station. Room small but enough space for us to keep our luggage. Fridge, safe, tv, hair dryer, kettle, tean, coffee, tv and other amenities is all in the room. Safe place, nice bed to sleep, clean toilet. This place is so nice to stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we have been very pleased both times. The hotel is modern, the rooms are very pleasant, if a little small, and the service is friendly and efficient. The location is quiet, close to the river and Clarke Quay. Excellent shopping centre and food court at Great World City 5 minutes walk away, with the Zion Hawker Centre across the road from the shopping centre. Catch the number 51 bus outside the hotel to ride to Chinatown and City Hall for $1. Great World City also has free shuttle service to Orchard Road and Chinatown. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was mostly great, clean. I booked a windowless room, though I would recommend getting a window one where possible, but if you're indifferent then go with whichever! Some of the fixtures were quite loose though e.g. the toilet seat and clothes peg. Would take about 3 minutes to tighten up. Location is pretty good. China Town in one direction, Raffles in the other. The street has plenty of bars that attract foreigners that open at night which can get loud, which may bother those in rooms that have windows. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, plenty of food options locally, and a shopping mall opposite, down Hong Kong Street, if you want to be super local. Staff were friendly, easy to talk. Overall a good hotel. Would recommend.

This hotel is perfectly located: MRT station and public transportation are less than 2 minutes walking. River tours, restaurants, malls, bars, stores are all around. The area is beautiful and very easy to hang around no matter what you are looking for. The best of the hotel is its friendly and helpful staff: they will help you out all the time and will let you feel as family. The buffet breakfast included was really good, fresh and carefully organized. The facilities are maintained clean and the attendants are very nice. The rooms are designed to rest and they have all that you need to do it in a comfortable way. The price is pretty fair and I would say: a smart traveler will definitely stay again.

The location is amazing and it is located about 5 minutes walk from Clarke Quay MRT. There is 7/11 nearby and some coffee shops around. You can also walk to City Hall area and CDB areas quite easily. Staffs are fantastic. The room is around 10 Sq.m. so it's pretty much for sleeping. Business traveling or solo traveler are highly recommend. It is not a place for you to stay in the hotel and relax. I wouldn't mind staying there again ;)

I would rather say it was located quite far from the nearest MRT where either you need to climb up the hill plus 10-15 minutes walk to reach Chinatown MRT(NE4) or trespassing the jogging track to go to nearest MRT, Outram Park (NE3). But the good thing, the hotel provides shuttle bus services until 8.30pm from/to the hotel or Outram Part MRT. The Vivo City Shopping Mall is just 1 station away (Harbourfront: NE1).

Hotels in Singapore is quite expensive but I think the deal I got from this hotel is good. Its not a big hotel and the room is not that big too so the space is maximized but its not a problem for me since I’m a solo traveler and I was out most of the time. Moreover, I like the artsy paintings in the wall. Take note though that they are going to charge a deposit of 50sgd when you check-in as for the reason they stated incase there is something broken. Dont forget to take it back at the end of your stay or remind them to return it in your bank account if you use a card. This hotel is very near Clarke Quay Central Mall, Clarke Quay MRT station N5, 7/11 and different restaurants. Sometimes I used grab to move around the city. The google map is very much helpful too. I got a 12sgd simcard w/ 100gb data from airport. With regards to breakfast, on my first day they sent me to hotel clover 5 hongkong st which is only a few blocks away. The breakfast is fine but not much to choose from.

Its about 3 things that made it the best choice: Property, staff & the price Property location was fantastic to find everything nearby...The guys who designed each room did lot of work to understand a traveller requirements to the minute details...it was amazing to stay here...it made me very comfortable. The guys who are running this ...particularly Cherry & Rodan who guided me from day 1 till the time I checked out and the housekeeping by Kusriah & Nuri was fantastic! They were very helpful and friendly to understand the needs of the guest. The pricing was damn reasonable for a place like this! You cannot get a better deal than this! Thanks Heritage...you made travelers life simple! Thanks to Agoda to list such wonderful properties....you deserve a *****5 Star!!!
